Anybody that says finest gears is a scam doesn't know what they're talkin about if you want to get scammed go to napsgear.org a friend of mine just received a bottle of test everything looked alright on the box Watermark seal the cap on top of the bottle was on like a regular bottle you would get but he said when he ordered previously it used to come shrink-wrapped that's when the red flags went up he got the test kit for steroids to let him know if it was real or not and guess what not it was water inside the bottle so I seen someone said scam and like I said if you want to get scammed go to Napsgear.Org... finest gears their customer service is on point your delivery you usually get Within 5 days and they give you a tracking number so you can track your product I have no problem with their gear hundred percent real and satisfied

Having tried and failed to switch from smoking tobacco to vaping on the strong advice of my cardiologist I wanted to speak to someone who really understood their products and could give me serious advise. I spoke to the main contact, Jay, who advised me to go to the Hayes shop and speak to the company s expert, Curtis. Curtis was enormously knowledgeable and patient. He gave me several options of machine, and explained all of their virtues making a choice simple and well informed. I thought that was enough, but it did not stop there! Curtis then took the time to find the nearest flavour to my regular nicotine habit (Amber leaf with a menthol filter, machine rolled). I have been using the Drag Nano, with a spearmint fluid and have found it so easy to transition. I do not believe, having tried several times before, that progress would be so easy without the advice of experts in their field. Many thanks to Jay and Curtis of Fogfathers. Go see them!

I recently purchased a 30ml bottle of Vanilla Indulgence. I enjoyed the flavour and would definitely purchase more. However, the juice I purchased burnt out my brand new coil in my Cool Fire IV in less than 5 days. I do not vape excessively and was shocked to taste a burnt flavour. I have previously had a coil for 3 - 4 weeks until it burnt out. Not sure if it's the juice or my vape. I usually have the vape at 22 - 24 watts so I'm sure it's not that either. Overall I am very happy with the e-juice. Liberro staff were nice and helpful. It was very easy to find the juice I was looking for. I will definitely purchase more juice from Liberro in the future and recommend the store to others who vape.

They had a great bargain on Aspire Cleito coils made by Coilart so I scored 4 packs of them while I can find them, for under $20 shipped!! How you might ask ?? Because these guys don't Bone you on high shipping costs !! 4 packs of coils sent for $3.88 Shipping, or about the same cost as One Pack Of Coils, that's how !!... AND Coil-Art REALLY knows how to hook you up !! SCAM company, ZERO customer service Placed an order in December, expected delivery was for 3-6 days. Waited a bit longer, understanding the reduced capacity of Royal Mail. After a month, never even received a confirmation email that the order had been dispatched. Sent them numerous emails asking for updates, never heard anything back. I have been vaped for years, recently my past 2 boxes of genuine aspire cleito 120 mesh coils have all been unusable. These are not cheap! This seems to be a reoccurring problem now as when asking friends who use them they have also mentioned having a box of "duds".

I've been dealing with Bluestar for over 5 years now, so I know what I'm talking about. I place an order at least once a month, and I tend to buy different products ranging from flavours to e-juice to nicotine, and even bases. I was about to make my new purchase and came across the reviews on Trustpilot - tbh, I'm quite baffled at some of these negative reviews, as I have never had any issues with the products, service or the delivery. I personally know at least 12 other people who order from Bluestar, and they only have great things to say too, even after a number of years. It seems some people tend to want free stuff, and when they don't get it, they want to ruin the reputation of an established business... I'm seriously ashamed of some humans. (Right, that's enough of venting. Time to order!)

I ordered 4 cartons of Camel Lights on Dec 12 2017. It is now March 18th 2018 and I haven't got my order. They made up some bogus story about my package being held up at the border somewhere. I told them that I want a refund and they said in order to get a refund I need to send them a bank statement showing I paid. Sketchy sketchy. I did it anyways and they said I'd get a refund in a few weeks. I'd NEVER buy cigarettes from them!

Atomic Vapor Kelowna has always gone out of their way to make sure my wife and I are happy customers. They are straight up Scammers! They sent me a product that was not the one I ordered and to this day they still haven’t told me what it is. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was an accident. I emailed them and they reshipped the product, yet again it was a faulty or fake product. I took the product for weeks and only started to have panic attacks. I sent them another email asking for a refund and explained to them my experience. They replied by asking me to list my experiences by basically writing an essay. After I wasted my time doing this they never responded back, even after several more emails. These guys are scammers and are sending you poison. DO NOT TAKE THERE PRODUCTS!!

I bought the lexicon. The order was done incorrectly from the start. I bought 5 coils and Eleaf invoiced me for 5 units! They insisted they had not made any error but eventually admitted they had and apologised. Then my lexicon was beset by problems. Electronic and leaks etc. I notified Eleafworld.com who asked for photos and videos etc. They never responded so I asked what was up and they denied having any claim or receiving any videos. I had to threaten to take my complaint further before they eventually found my evidence. They sent a replacement but no tank unit with it! I would not deal with them again.

I would give zero stars if I could. It’s been almost 70 DAYS since my order was placed, and I still have no product. 70 DAYS. I asked for a refund over 30 days ago and your customer service responds with tracking information that hasn’t updated now for 60 days. Then I ask for someone else to escalate this issue to and was told that COVID is to blame! It's been 70 DAYS and counting. If your company needs $27 that badly, you can keep it. I will never buy your products again.

It’s been over 2 weeks and I haven’t received the product I purchased. I live a four hour drive from where it was shipped. Customer service is terrible. They have said they were going to reship it then ignored me for 5 days. Said they would reship it again then messages back an hour later saying they weren’t with no explanation. Do not buy anything from this company!!!

I have been using nictotine strengths 24mg and 18mg and though the Kik liquid is only 16mg it delivers a very nice hit with a good flavour. Really well balanced without being too sweet or bitter etc. It is also a good consistency and doesn't clog up my cartomisers or burn out coils too soon, something which has been happening recently with higher VG liquids. - Then there's the £1.99 price tag! Really, really pleased and will be ordering again.

I've ordered juice from these guys a few times and always top quality, great flavour juices. The parcels always arrive on time or early. And if the juice you order is out of stock they call you, they don't send an impersonal email or throw a random flavour in, they call and ask you what other flavour you'd like. Great service with a personal touch. Can't fault them.
