I am very happy with this service. The dispatch is really quick and good quality. The only small fault I have is sometimes the colour is different when it arrives but this is only through lighting when the photo is taken

Have a wonderful variety of fabrics on offer however most only come in nude, black or white but the whites do dye very well so can still get a variety of colours if you have the tools. Delivery is brilliant and always comes in time. The samples feature is very good to see what the fabrics will be like without the need to order meters.

I have just received my first order from Funkifabrics and its a 'wow' moment. The material is high quality lycra and the print is breath taking. I ordered on Friday and the material arrived the following Tuesday with DPD signed for. I will definitely be ordering more.

Rubbish, sent, eventually, a damaged product then when asked for a replacement (the returns service didn't work so I spoke to them directly) they gave a PARTIAL refund (no refund on postage despite it being a faulty product so their responsibility) so I had to ring them again to find out they had no idea about the note (on the invoice enclosed) asking for a replacement as previously discussed.i eventually got a full refund but as a student needing work trousers I can't afford for a company to keep messing up like that while I have nothing for in the workshop. I doubt I will use them again and if I do I will call and make my position on the whole situation clear before placing an order, went to another retailer instead

I placed an order early January received an email to say it had been sent 9th Jan,I am still waiting for my order and emailed Universal and they sent a link for tracking but when I click on the link my Nortons secrurity blocks it and says Dangerous Web Page Blocked so I sent Universal SEVERAL emails to tell them as I also have another order been sent but Universal will not answer my emails.I will have to contact my bank to ask what I can do about this

These people have a wide variety of fabrics at amazing prices! I love to sew, and they are my "go to" for fabrics. I only once had a problem, and they swiftly refunded my money and didn't even want that piece of fabric back. They are quick to ship. Warning: if you sew, these people can be hard on the budget--you'll see lots to like. I now have to discipline myself to finish making up what I've got before ordering more. Thought you'd like to hear about someone doing a GOOD job! The 5 day delivery time is average. BTW: I find a number of seasoned seamstresses know about these people--others should know!

Have purchased several king size duvets from Lancashire textiles over the past few years. But my recent purchase of a 1tog duvet (seconds) was disastrous, it was twice as thick as their 4.5 tog duvet we already have and was heavier too. Was asked to return it for them to investigate and wasn't given any outcome of their investigation just refunded the full price and postage so I have just had to purchase one elsewhere! So Beware of the seconds!

When I ordered the curtains I was given a delivery time, I waited until then but no curtains arrived, it was only when I rang and queried my order that I was told they wouldn't be sent for another 2 weeks, if they knew this they should have contacted me and told me.

I purchased solid coloured flannel. The quality of the flannel is what I would rate as poor. It's stiff and rough to the touch and it's so thin that it's almost see threw. I am considering not even using it on my granddaughters quilts. I did like Christina's Fabrics website and service. I was delighted on how quickly I received my order. I simply wish it was a better quality fabric!

There was a problem with my order and I emailed them on a Sunday (hoping to hear back the next day) and they got back to me right away. They went above an beyond to fix the mistake. WOW! Found this wonderful website and picked out the most perfect fabric for our desk chair. The price was fair and price for shipping was under $5.00. Amazingly the fabric arrived the next day. I ordered Sunbrella fabric, discounted. It said it had grease spots, so tiny, 409 washed it right out. Super sale price! Arrived quickly! On a bolt! Also ordered Richloom Birdie. I covered my worn out chaise lounge cushions & added attached pillows. I've received tons of compliments!

I absolutely love this purse- it is exactly what i wanted. The perfect size, nice compartments inside, and beautiful craftsmanship. Also, it arrived much quicker than I expected. I would say that I would buy it again, but I won't have to because it will last for many years, and the leather is such that it will only get better with age. Thank you!

I wish my wife would read reviews before making orders. This company has the worst customer service ever. After waiting over 2 weeks for my order to be dispatched. I wrote an email. I got reply email saying they were too busy to deal with my order and blamed the problem in the COVID-19 situation, even though in Germany they are not affected nearly as much as in UK and our postal service is still working. I asked for a specific date but was told I would just have to wait until it was processed and they wouldn't give me a date for delivery. I have asked for a refund now. Let's see how long that takes. This is a disgraceful level of communication and service which I would never have expected from a German company. Stay away at all costs unless you are not in a hurry and can wait indefinitely.

I have been waiting two months for my order since 5th of May 2020 and still didn't receive it which is really frustrating. In the meantime, I emailed a couple of times asking about the refund and my emails are constantly ignored. The tracking clearly shows that the delivery never arrived to me. I made a purchase of a leather bag from this website on July 18. It arrived, poorly packed on July 20. On inspection, I found considerable damage to the bag. The plastic bag it came in was also damaged but not the thin cardboard box that formed the outer packaging. This would suggest the article was damaged before it was packed and sent to me, therefore indicating non-existent quality control. The bag was sent back but there has been no contact from the company until now. Cost was refunded. Finally we got there.

Purchased leather wallet from there eBay store and it was damaged, I sent several messages regarding the matter but all I received was lame excuses. Messages came from a lady called Debs who was sadly unprofessional and not willing to do anything about the damaged wallet she sent me. She did admit that the whole batch had squashed leather but wasn't interested in doing anything about it.

Purchased some fabric after receiving a sample. The sample appeared to be what I wanted, a plain fabric and this is how the fabric was described on the website. After receiving the fabric I found it had a distinct pattern to it which was not evident at all on the sample. Emailed Fabric Land and received a short abrupt response saying the fabric couldn't be returned as it was a cut length. All further emails to them have been ignored. This is the worst customer service I've experienced from online purchasing and if I could give this company zero stars I would. Avoid Fabric Land, products sent are not as described and you will get nowhere if you complain about this. There are plenty of fabric shops out there who offer value and excellent service and are miles better than Fabricland

Indifferent service, over-loud hip hop music. As a previous customer, and wanting to browse and think about fabric choices, the loud music didn't allow me to be able to think; two of the three staff were indifferent to the point of rudeness, and enquiries were met with a reluctance to respond or silence. My planned purchases of wools and linens were abandoned and the 2m of ribbon I chose had a join in it at 1.5m that the staff member was disinclined to cut away and give me the 2m I wanted. I was past caring at this point... won't return until and unless they shape up their welcome - and playlist. Very disappointed.

Great variety of fabrics although prices are toppy. I bought two lots of material but one was faulty, which I didn't discover until I got home. Contacted the shop and the whole experience of getting the faulty fabric replaced (the owner refused to give me a refund) was unnecessarily protracted and complex. I expect that as this shop is in London they rely on passing tourist trade rather than repeat business and this is reflected in their customer service. I doubt that I will return.

Shipping still pending - no response I ordered two bags in to separate orders on Jan 9th. The shipping was originally DHL - but DHL never received a package. Then the shipping was changed to FedEx - but FedEx never received the package for shipment - this is a scam. Edit: 1/15/2021 Now I received a new update saying the shipping is Back to DHL - but DHL STILL HAS NOT RECEIVED THE PACKAGES. I am filing a complaint with PayPal. Edit 1/17/2021: - The seller responded on PayPal and sent a tracking number for DHL that is now different and doesn't pull up ANY information from DHL - this is a scam.

I reviewed the towels on January 27, 2021 saying, "Too much lint comes off after washing. The towels are very well made and fluffy, but after each washing there is lint at the end of every fibre. Lots in the dryer filter too. Lint comes off on my face and body for the first few uses. Clogs up my electric razor with fuzz. Others said this too in reviews" I received a nice reply from company president saying that they were sure this was an anomaly and they'd be happy to give me new ones if I sent my contact info. I did that but have never heard from them again. Now after 10 washes, there is still a big ball of lint that comes off and whenever we dry ourselves, we have lint all over us. We are giving up.

I started buying Delilah towels last year when I saw them at Macys online and have started buying them direct from Delilah Home. I have always bought high end towels and most of the ones I have bought in the past are not the same great quality they used to be. Then I discovered Delilah towels and I am hooked. They are luxurious, thick, soft and well worth the price.

This store hits all the key focuses for an incredible Huntington Fabric Depot store: 1. Quality Selection, 2. Client Service, 3. Association Choice: Wow. There is each sort of fabric possible here and of a wide mixed bag of value. Indeed the most reduced evaluated fabric ($12ish/yard) was such a great amount of better than anything you could discover at Joann's. Vastly improved choice than Mills End even. I needed to watch the reward so I didn't return home with new extends! Administration: Great, grinning administration by individuals who know fabric. They are additionally continually returning jolts so there is minimal stock that you won't find the opportunity to see. Association: Everything is named by helpful signage that is anything but difficult to peruse from a separation. Oddity fabrics were plainly separated by subject. Style fabrics by sort, and so forth. Indeed the rebate area was composed! Note: There is a pleasant parlor range in advance for those in your gathering who need a break. Check for deals/specials. They happen habitually here. Fabric, sewing, sly darlings be watchful!
