I wish I could give them a 0... WHY???? Because I have yet to receive anything that they've promised me. All I've got from them is a headache. Their FAQ page says "Usually takes 2 days after being shipped to get to your hands." But what happens if they just say they've shipped it and don't ship it? How many days does it take to receive the shipment then? Just read on to find out... I ordered product and 2 days later they send me an email that says they've shipped it. Even has a USPS tracking number. It still showed the status of "Pre-Shipment Info Sent to USPS, USPS Awaiting Item". I wait another 5 days and reach out to them through email to ask about it and they don't respond. Another 4 days later, I sent another email and no response! 8 days later (19 days after my order), they tell me "I am looking at your tracking and I do see that it has not updated I apologize for the inconvenience. I will reship this for you today, the tracking will update within 1 to 2 business days. The tracking number will be the same since it was not scanned it is considered to be a valid postage! If there is any problems with the reshipment, we will be contacting you via a phone call." At this point, I've already ordered from someone else, so I respond and ask them to just refund my purchase.... And then they respond back 6 days later and say "Thank you for reaching out! We do not do any refunds, cancellations, or exchanges as it is our store policy and you agreed to those terms when you purchased from our site." So, at THIS point, its been 25 days since I placed my order and I've received NOTHING and the USPS tracking number HASN'T CHANGED! Please save yourself the time and aggravation that I've had to experience! IF you order from them, do yourself a favor and immediately file a dispute with the credit card company. And smack yourself upside the head like I'm doing for having ignored the other bad reviews I've read.

Expired e juice product received with packing tape wrapped around it so it wouldn’t leak it was that watery. Upon emailing I was told e juice doesn’t expire. Why does it have an expiration date then? Do not buy here

2nd update: Thank you for your reply @vaporwaves. I did receive the refund quickly after I returned the items, but it took a month, multiple phone calls and emails to actually receive the return label. Me going on holiday had nothing to do with this. Communication wasn't and still isn't good. Update: Return label received after one month and refund also received. Communication with seller improved after leaving online review. Delivered wrong vape kits. No response to initial two emails. No landline number, so left voicemail on a mobile phone number. No response. Called again a week later. Some vague reassurance that they will send a return label, but I haven't received this, even after following up with another email.

I have been buying from HS for a couple years now. They are the only place I shop for all my hookahs, shisha, and accessories. While I do agree, their prices could be lower, they have outstanding customer service. You'll rarely, if ever, have any problems with them too. I always love dealing with HS! Thanks guys!

I saw on their website originally that it would take 4 business days to ship order, which is fine. I understand the delay. To confirm I spoke to customer service before placing the order and asked how long shipping times were due to covid-19 and they said with standard shipping ($11.95) my order would take a little longer to ship but, 4 days at the latest. I am on day 7. Reached out to them and they said it would be another 2-3 business days. That puts me at 2 WEEKS UNTIL IT SHIPS versus a shipping time of 4 days. RULE #1 IN BUSINESS: DON'T OFFER SOMETHING YOU CANNOT DELIVER ON. Never shopping with them again. Not cause my order is going to take 2 weeks after I was promised 4 days but, that fact that they know they are lying to customers and don't care. I contacted them today as a new customer and they said they said there is a little bit of a delay with our shipping but we will have your order out 4-5 days. After reading these other reviews I feel like an update upon arrival would be appropriate. Hopefully nothing is expired!

Terrible experience, terrible company. I placed an order on the 10th of November, upon placing the order I informed that I will be flying out of the U.S on the 18th and I must receive the order prior to my flight. I was told it would surely make it. Today is the 14th of the month and the item has not even shipped yet! Customer service promised a manager would call me within 24 hours, 48 hours later and no one called. "The warehouse has not responded regarding the tracking." What are you Amazon? Call the warehouse and find out what's going on. I seriously don't understand what kind of idiot runs this company to have such terrible processes and protocols. Stay away from them, unprofessional and who knows if you will ever get your items. Order canceled!

Wonderful stock and great prices! Was really happy to find everything I was looking for in one place, and much cheaper than I expected versus ordering hardware from the original equipment manufacturer. Great selection of high MG nicotine salts as well. Prompt shipping, however, seems to be a problem. Placed a order on Thursday - shipping label was not created until Saturday, and USPS did not actually even get the item in their hands until Tuesday night the following week, which means USPS 'Priority Mail' will not arrive until at least 10 days after placing a order. For a company that claims 'Most orders are filled in 24 hours' I was rather let down by this. Breazy's website is also a hot mess. Made the mistake of subscribing to notifications via Google Chrome; was treated to a endless stream of spam, around a half a dozen messages a day. Clicking 'Live Chat' to try to connect to a customer service rep to address the slow shipping resulted in a 'someone will e-mail you soon!' message that was never responded to. Also, amazing obnoxious scripting that causes the active tab to cycle between the title and a silly SMILE FACE thing - which seems to consume a ton of CPU while waiting for someone to answer customer service concerns. In conclusion - a great selection and great prices earned my business, but my experience was ruined by slow order filling and large amounts of spam combined with lack of proper customer service via the 'live chat'. I would recommend this vendor to others; but I would advise them to expect at least two weeks before product actually shows up at their front door and to plan ahead for slow filling of orders.

Was looking for a high end mod to add to my collection and stumbled across Vapers choice. I’m glad I did! I've been ordering from fusion haze for over two years now! Unreal service, you really feel that they care and get your order out to you as quickly as they can, and its always packaged great! My item was despatched fast and arrived fast. I was impressed, considering the reviews here aren't superb. Honestly I can't fault the item at all and for the price I paid, I think it's excellent. I bought the flowermate stick, and I have to say that it is well made and easy to use. I was impressed with the little chambers and ease of assembly/disassembly as I am a medical patient/user suffering with chronic pain and even doing up a zip on a coat can be painful for me. Anything to make my life easier is always appreciated. It's also really easy to clean and comes with a little cleaning brush which saves its owner a lot of stress.
