Our vacation went about without a hitch! The condo was just as pictured, and we had a wonderful time. We were provided the wrong pool/beach gate code, but the representative responded immediately to our text message. My only suggestion for this unit would be to invest in a Keurig!

Brockworth. Turned up for my 10.30 am new client appointment only to be told it was booked for 10.00 am and so had missed the slot. I had a prior appointment at 9.30 am elsewhere so knew my appointment wasn’t before 10.30 am because I would never have made it in time. I was made to feel it was definitely my fault and there was no apology or gesture of goodwill. I was asked if I wanted to make another appointment but it felt like they really couldn’t be bothered with me so I said no thank you and left. Very disappointed as I was looking forward to the whole experience but I don’t think I will be going back there again.

Every where we went the staff we on ther mobile phones and not paying attention to the customers during the day at barefoot we left after almost an hour and no food as an emerald customer didn’t receive any of the benefits in room snack etc loyalty rang once and we mentioned this was told they would look into this but never heard from them again the best part of the holiday was the diving crew The fastest we saw anyone move was when butch was in Neptune’s it rained that night and everyone rushed around pulling down screens so wouldn’t get wet the rest of us were getting soaked including our meal and had to ask for our screens to be pulled down we are now diamond customers with another holiday booked in September at sandals Grenada hope we go back to the service we are used to

Purchased a block of land in Atlantis Beach Estate, Two Rocks WA. Built a home in 2016 and thought that after the Builders did such a great job that, the Land Developers would be just as cooperative, big mistake. Initially they lied to me by saying that the Local Council demanded a certain type of tree in my front yard. The Council confirmed that this is not true but I have no choice, I have to agree with the Developers. Secondly, the Fence Installer contracted to and managed by, the Land Developers, tried to extort $50 and a case of beer from me for a small piece of work that was very minimal. He then splashed mortar from the fencing posts all over the retaining wall in clumps and stains and, refuses to accept responsibility and, clean it up. I have tried on many, many occasions to get the Land Developers to call be back to help me with the Fencing Company but, they refuse to contact me. I have enlisted the aid of some of their Staff but, the Decision Makers, including the principal, refuse to contact me. In addition, all the People who have promised to help me, have not called me back. On a personal note, I did a deal with the Fencing Contractor Management to install a gate and to pay cash, because I disagreed with his Installer. He has texted me to go find somebody else to install it. My problems with Atlantis Beach Estate Developers go unresolved.

We were unaware that there were four holidays lets in a row and we were unlucky to have a noisy family to our right with 4 sometimes 6 small children obviously making a lot of noise in the pool. The house was very pleasant and spacious but some updating needed, there were only 6 sunbed cushions available which was apparently our allocation, but there were 8 of us and it was a six bed house! We loved Sannat and the people who were so friendly, but because of the house location we would not stay at Ta Trudy again.

I recently had to cancel a trip to Gozo to a wonderful farmhouse (Rokon) that I'd stayed in previously. Before cancelling I'd had regular contact with Chris, with him providing the latest updates on the situation in Malta. Once the decision was made Chris&Jules acted quickly to send my refund but also generously offered to re-use my deposit for a future booking that I might make with them, which I fully intend to do once the crisis has ended. No doubt their business will be badly affected by this, I hope that by re-booking as soon as possible I can help to ensure its survival since Malta & Gozo are just the most amazing destinations you could hope to find and JulesGozoHolidays is such a great company to help discover it.

Was going to book labranda sandy beach corfu for a special birthday with all the family 8 adults and 3 children, Noticed on there website that they have a sister hotel kairaba sandy villas so I asked if we could use their all inclusive facilities I.e. Food and drink they emailed back saying "Kindly be informed that the Kairaba Sandy Villas in an adults only hotel and that is one of the reasons that the guests of Labranda Sandy Beach are unable to visit it."(Chara Mastora was the name of the person who replied), so I emailed them back but had to email them again as they ignored it saying that some of the party has no children so can we use the sister hotel, they replied" it's adults only" so I emailed them back to say, "I'm an adult? " no reply back so I emailed back saying" no had a reply back? " so got email today from a different person( Helen Karidi) now saying" Kindly note that our sister hotel Kairaba Sandy Villas guests’ as part of their Ultra All Inclusive program can visit the facilities at Labranda Sandy Beach." I have had a look and it's just basically the same food and drinks? How many excuses can you come up with. But kairaba sandy villas can use labranda sandy beach all inclusive facilities but labranda sandy beach can't use kairaba sandy villas all inclusive facilities? (as on there website kairaba sandy villas.) I have used a few all inclusive hotels around Spain that I can use there hotel chains

Well....... Were do I start, my wife and I have just arrived back home after spending two weeks on a all inclusive at this hotel (LABRANDA LES DUNES D'0R) in Morocco. There was lack of everything and when I say everything I mean everything. IE standard items from glasses, plates, cutlery, all standard stuff. Rude staff, who really couldn't careless or crack a smile , UNLESS you were German or French.... All the nightly entertainment in French, nothing in English AT ALL all newspapers, magazines , TV Channels. The overall cleaning of the hotel was very poor, Our room (Bed sheets ) only changed twice in two weeks, We complained a number of times and nothing was done. Waiters in the restaurant- we managed to find only two who would help us out others ignored you if your English only tending to the guests speaking french and German. The Reception desk staff were even worse (It costs nothing to greet people with a smile) ,,,I'm sorry to say that the hotel staff didn't like English people. I really don't understand why we paid for a service the same as the French and Germans did, Very frustrating and upsetting to be quite honest. Extra charges involved had to pay for the Wifi in the hotel and the bedroom safe, cost an extra £100.00 The food choice also very poor, and very badly cooked and presented. A number of people I spoken too had suffered some kind of food poising, including myself and my wife. The three A LA Carte restaurants were just as bad, Out dated decor, the Italian we ended up walking out as the main course wasn't even cooked (Chicken raw). Don't waste your money with Labranda Resorts

This weekend I stayed at The Loggerhead Inn for the 1st time & will be going back again soon. The room was perfect, the complex is centrally located to so many spots in Surf City, not to mention a short walk to the beach. The pool is great, picnic tables/hammocks just a cozy comfortable spot all around. From the minute I arrived until I left, really enjoyed my stay. The folks who work here are fantastic, friendly, and have excellent customer service. Needless to say, I will be back again, and again!!

I only stayed 2 nights, 1st night was fine. 2nd day I received 2 calls from Topsail Realty, when I returned the phone call they informed me that my room was being changed due to work being done on the roof.I was locked out of my room for over 2 hours waiting for the touch pad to be reset. When I finally got to talk to staff at Loggerhead Inn she was apologetic and said they would discount my 2 nights stay for the trouble. I called Topsail on my return home and they said “sorry nothing can be done about it” I ask for the number to Loggerhead and was told that it was confidential but they would send an email to them and have them call me. Never happened! Paid full price, wasted my afternoon waiting on phone calls and trying the keypad to see if it worked and then packing and moving our things to another room. Not using Topsail Reality again or Loggerhead. On a side note one of their other clients had a medical emergency on the beach and the family told me they would slip a note under the door and tell me about their father, I ask if anyone found the note (because our room had been moved) and was told “we throw everything away we find so we have no clue what happened to the man”

We arrived on Thursday, very late, before midnight, as communicated. To our surprise we found no one at the hotel where we were supposed to pick up the keys. We knocked on every door, rang every doorbell for quite some time, called every phone number we had a couple of times, our local contact, the hotel, the Pope and Bill Gates. No one home. Rain started falling on our poor, temporary homeless heads and we decided to check out the apartment, perhaps the old key under the doormat thing would work. It did not. When all turned out to be fruitless, and the clock turned well into the new day, we started looking for other places to put our weary heads to rest, and weary they where indeed after 7 hours of driving. So we took the only option available while our senses were assaulted by a toddler, who, otherwise quite a nice guy, was awake for over an hour by now and desperate for sleep. We checked out a hotel located between the flat and the deserted key-pick-up-hotel. The reception was 5 minutes before closing down. After some haggling we got a four bed and a two bed room with some discount (thanks to junior). After reporting this to the rental bundled with the question for a partial refund/payment of the hotel bill, we only recieved one apologetic E-Mail and "we will look into this". Since then all E-Mails went unanswered, we are simply being ignored. For 2 Months now.

Back in late 2019 we found an incredible deal on Travelzoo, which then linked to the Azores Getaways website. $600 per person for flights + 6 nights hotel stay in the Azores. Amazing, right?! We thought so too, so we booked. We were supposed to leave in March 2020 – so you know what happened. The trip was cancelled and we were provided a credit, to be redeemed by Dec 31, 2021. Seems fair, right? We didn’t question this. Didn’t ask for our money back. The world was in chaos and we felt like our vacation was small potatoes in the grand scheme of things at the time. Unfortunately though, we didn’t think to ask if our original purchase price would be honored. We rode out the lockdowns, and when it seemed like the world was finally getting back to sort-of-normal, I started looking for dates to rebook. Except…..somehow everything was almost twice the price now. I spent months checking the Azores Getaways website, trying to find a similar deal with no luck. With time running out on our credit, we broke down and booked a new trip, for an additional almost $600 each. We tried not to sweat it. Tried to look on the bright side – this time we’d be going to 2 islands instead of 1, and we got rental cars on each island as well. It took a little of the sting out. A little…. Our new departure date was for April 22 2022, and after not having so much as a single head cold in over 2 years and avoiding as many people and public places we could for the month of April…..we came down with covid the week before we were supposed to leave. Azores Getaways told me they could help us to rebook our trip if I could provide them with a confirmed positive PCR test. No problem. I had a test done and sent them the results. We didn’t bother getting my hubby a PCR test, as they didn’t mention anything about rebooking fees, even after I asked multiple times. They instead waited until AFTER our scheduled departure date (the date we had to have taken a PCR test by) to tell me that only my rebooking fee would be waived, and that my hubs would have to pay $430. This, combined with price changes on “Ground Services” totals almost an additional $600. I pointed out to them that we have already paid twice what our original trip was booked for, and asked if there was any way they could waive these fees. They waived a measly $58 they wanted to charge for my ticket, even with a PCR test, but aren’t budging on my husbands. They won’t refund us or provide us a credit to use at a later date either, so we’re stuck either paying another $600 or forfeiting the money we’ve already given them. When all is said and done, this trip will have cost us 2.5 times the original price we booked at. Having done some research, reading reviews, it seems our case isn’t unique. In one instance I saw that they replied to a customer complaint TWO YEARS after it was initially posted. Avoid booking with them at all costs!

We had a trip booked from Toronto to Terceira the first of May 2020. The company contacted us this week and offered a full travel credit good until December 2021 for any trips that they offer. We did not have travel insurance. Hope this helps others in the same situation as I have only seen bad reviews in relation to Covid 19.

We are happy with the property we have rented the past 5 years but are disappointed that check in is so late 4 pm. Most places check in is 2pm. This year we had to wait till 5 pm since the cleaning service was delayed. I hope we get an early check in next year at no extra cost as a courtesy.

Review Gianna Villa has Superb 360 degree views we enjoyed watching the sunset and got up one morning to catch the sunrise. A very peaceful setting. Lovely large pool which certainly was required . Various lounging/seating areas in and out of the sun. The overhang at the front of the house with large marble table was one of our favourite places to sit. We seen 4 eagles on 2 separate occasion. Our favourite taverna was Kostas in Maza, it is a must to experience the hospitality and freshly prepared food. Another taverna well worth a visit is in Nipos. Kitchen is very well equipped, excellent large BBQ. Sifis the owner kindly supplied a welcome pack containing homemade wine, marmalade, olive oil, olive soap, various herbs and vegetables from his vegetable plot at the villa all very much enjoyed and appreciated. The villa is extremely well kept during your stay, linen and towel change every 3 - 4 days. This was our first visit to Crete and will definitely be returning, when we do it will be to Gianna Villa.

My daughter and I spend an amazing 5 days at the IRIS villa. There are no words to describe how lovely the total experience was. We felt like we were at home, the moment we entered the front door. From the food/wine welcome basket to the warm decor. The villa was very spacious and each of the four bedrooms had their own lovely bathroom. The home was spotless and a maid came frequently. In addition the view of the mountains and sea was breathtaking. Last but not least, Manouli, was a tremendous help. He made himself available to answer any and all questions we had. Thank you for helping my daughter and I make lasting memories.

Wonderful first time in Maui and experience at Hale Kamaole! Very easy booking process and helpful staff when we had any questions. Stay was exceptional and staff were again very helpful and friendly. We were even able to get a later check out when we had a late night flight home. Unit was equipped with almost everything we needed. Only issue was a hard mattress in the main bedroom (sofa bed was great!). Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

We were told we would be greeted by an English speaking person but were instead met by a French lady who spoke no English and her ageing mother who had gone along for the ride. The washing machine did not work for first part of our stay despite previous occupiers having reported that it was not working. The living accommodation was somewhat shabby and not what we expected of a quality villa. TV did not work because some previous occupants dog had chewed up the controller. In short advertising was over described.

Day tour of KI was very good, the driver was very knowledgable & gave great information. We had a few intermitent showers on the day, but we got to see all the main attractions. The seals at Seal Bay & Admirals Arch were so lovely to see up close in their environment. Highly recommended for all ages - was a great day.

They help with pre-arrival things like stocking the house in advance of our arrival and Corinne met us at the airport to take us to the villa. We will definitely book again from Wheretostay. I can honestly say that I have never traveled somewhere before where there was literally no issue, no problem with the reservation or the unit not being what was promised. The communication was excellent, the ease of payment and the information on the island was better than anything the tourism board provided. Do yourself a favor and use Andrew for every trip you take.

the entire tour was planned at a very short time but the team did it by their experience and hold over andaman resources. it was a perfect honeymoon planned, would love to be here again! great and pioneer hospitality. Fort Holidays u rock team!

This home was very beautiful and well appointed. The kitchen and bathrooms are gorgeous and the beds very comfortable. It is located walking distance to the slopes, and a short drive from the village. The check in process was quick and easy. We will absolutely stay here again.

I ended up in a really tight spot after missing my flight out to Fiji and Melissa was an absolute saint. She transformed what seemed like an impossible situation and helped me make it out to Fiji much sooner (and for much cheaper) than I thought I’d be able to. Highly recommend working with her.

we are renting unit p204 at Village of the Glens - we are pleased with the condo - it is clean and the location is good - the only problem (it is a big problem) is the women in p104 below us because the noise from her stereo or tv is terrible - she turns up the sound from 5pm to 10pm and there is a constant thumping every night - we have to spend our nights watching our tv in the spare bedroom because the thumping noise is so loud in the living room - it is a shame this person is that inconsiderate

I recently stayed in one of Affordable Large Properties homes. The accommodations couldn't have been more perfect! Our group was made up of several families with guests ranging from ages 2-66. Everyone was pleased and we will definitely return next year! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I first booked a holiday house with Azure last year and found a place we loved and a company who looked after all the details. However, it is more important that as a small company you specialise and do everything well and that you do not spread yourself too thin and then the service is not as good.

Everything, office service great, hotel wonderful, could not fault anything about the holiday, except one thing , it was not long enough, 10 days it should of been 3weeks, maybe next year. I wouldn't go with Freelance again - the property we stayed at had some variances from the description and the photos were out of date (probably taken some years ago and some areas of the property had dated badly). We also had cause to visit their agents to have a few minor issues looked at and also to ask them to contact the airport for us with regard to a lost item. Although the issues were addressed by the owners of the property, i don't think I've ever come across a more disinterested or vague individual as the woman who we dealt with. We got no feedback on whether they had contacted the airport in fact no one even contacted us to check if the issues had been addressed

Stayed at Villa Portuguesa July 14 -21. Group of 9. The villa was lovely. Three couples had the upstairs bedrooms. We stayed in the master bedroom with shared balcony. Nice view of the Atlantic from there. Comfy bed and huge jacuzzi bath. Second bedroom was nice with smaller jacuzzi bath and same view bedroom three had no balcony but looked comfy. We could only gain access to the roof terrace from the two balcony rooms. Meaning all the other guests had to pass through the bedrooms as the access door was locked. We could of mentioned this and maybe got a key but did not. Downstairs living area is absolutely huge with a very comfy corner sofa and on the other side a very substantial dining table seating at least ten. Nice furnishings throughout. Outside on the downstairs terrace (again with lovely views of the Atlantic) there are two more dining tables one wooden (smaller) and one plastic (larger) also another seating area. The one thing that let the villa down was the plastic furniture. Some Nicer comfy plastic furniture but mainly those chairs that you just wait for a comedy moments to happen on. I think the style and feel of the villa was just let down a bit by the cheap outside seating and sun loungers. Three more bedroom just of the living area. One near the kitchen is very small and single and then two twins all with on suite. The pool was fantastic. big enough for everyone and gets the sunshine all day. The kitchen was of ample size and seemed to have everything we needed apart from a jug for sangria but we made bowl full instead. We had a great time at villa Portuguesa and would recommend it for a large group of friends and family. We hired two cars and would recomemd you do so to if staying here. The beach is about a 10-15 minute stroll and stunning the sea is wild so be very careful in there. Not much else going on around here apart from the Marriott with a nice buffet restaurant. Perfect for our needs but maybe families would need the cars. I would highly recomemd this villa and stay again. Nigel.

We got married in Sicily, and picked Villa Vittoria from Massimo. We couldn't have been more delighted with our stay and the service. The villa was perfect, and Angelo helped us with anything that we needed, including organising a great Chef to come and cook for us in the villa on our wedding evening. Everything was very clean, and had all the facilities that we needed. The view was great, and it was in a private quiet spot (there were dogs barking at night, but you got used to it, and it's just one of the native landscape sounds). We would definitely return! Thanks

If you ever think of going on holiday to Sicily, stay with one of Massimo Villas' properties. The apartment where we stayed had breathtaking views of the ocean and in 5 minute walking distance of the historic city centre. A wonderful holiday!

We had some issues organising the included features - eg it was unclear when we had the driver and when we had the you'd tour, so we ended up using the driver for you'd and having to pay extra when it took longer. We then missed the ubud tour proper. This may be due to booking the holiday only a week prior. Booking was simple, and particularly great given our short timeframe.

The agent booked our return flight from Maui leaving less than 1 hour to get our connecting flight from Honolulu to Australia. She also booked a car in Maui that was the smallest possible car available and would not have fit luggage for four people.

I enjoyed the trip, the boat and the wildlife but: On arrival it was hard to find the guide because he was holding clipboard to chest.He instructed to put bags 'over there' and join bus. I looked for bags at arrival at ferry but they were not to be found and guide had disappeared. Spent the next 3 hours finding way to Boat by taxi, good fortune and several expensive phone calls! On departure I was booked to Quito although the night before I had stressed that I needed Guayaquil for homeward trip to Amsterdam. At airport I was handed boarding card for Quito. I left flight at Guayaquil but of course bags went to Quito. I was not happy!!

Brett was recommended to us by a local homeowner and ended up being an incredible find! Not only did he find us the perfect rental, negotiated a great rate but also helped coordinate charter flights for us from San Jose. When our son accidentally left a bag on the plane with his iPad and go pro, Brett tracked it down and coordinated its return to us. What could have been a terrible start to our trip, instead reaffirmed his dilagent approach to ensuring we had a great vacation and how important it is to work with a local who is connected to the community. We can't recommend Brett highly enough!

Planned my husbands 50th Birthday celebrate with family and friends. There were 16 of us (children and adults). We rented two houses both have pools, beach is in the back of the houses a 2 min walk. Brett was amazing in setting up the rentals for the week. We flew into San Jose and then took smaller planes into Tambor and a van to the Santa Teresa beach homes. The small plane flight was located at the airport easy to access. The views were incredible. Definitely worth the travel and time. Then from there you pay tax fees I think 2.50 per person. They take American dollars but I would highly suggest converting so your money goes further. With that being said we make a huge mistake and did not take a lot of cash and we're going to depend on credit card. Ummmm NO...most places in Santa Teresa only accept cash, no credit cards. Banks/atms only despense at max of $250 a day. The houses we rented La Cosana and Palmgro were exactly what I was looking for when it comes to clean, nice beach homes. We had house cleaning service from 7 to 2:30, with that many people a must. Two guys that are overseenig if the property. MaryAnn the house manager will assist you with any questions or needs. She responds immediately. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. There in two onsite dogs a female Labrador older but so sweet and loves to be around the house family. And a little dog probably terrier/ Chihuahua. He will make any non dog lover love him. He hangs with the house family where ever you go...beach...restaurants...store...or take a ride with you in a four wheeler. We were trying to figure out a way to pack him up and bring him. The house is located in town with grocery stores, bakery and restaurants right by the house. We did not rent a car. We did rent 4 wheelers and side by sides just to check out the area and take the kids for rides. Do not walk on the beach at night/after dark. It's not safe. It is safe during the day. There murders in the area a couple of days before we got there. But the houses are safe. With staff and dogs we never had a reason to second guess our safety. We had chefs come in to prepare mostly dinners for us and one lunch. Between 16 people with a lot of very picky eaters...vegetarians, no carbs, no dairy...we were able to find something each meal that was different and satisfying. Did I mention that we ALL loved everything they served. As soon as the food was served it immediately disappeared. The food was a hug success. Let me tell you that mom and daughter chef team was amazing. These two ladies work hard and are so friendly and will accommodate any need. I had read previously while searching Skepticism on Brett and the houses. I'm glad I went with my instinct! Truly an amazing family vacation/50th Birthday trip.
