We were a group of 6 looking for a great family holiday in the heart of the three valleys. I'd normally go with another company who I've gone with since 1991 but they changed their policy re discounts etc. and so I looked elsewhere and found Alpine Action - they seemed to be able to do just what we wanted at a great price (accepting that there are no bargains when you need to lock things down months in advance) - the service was great, the flights smooth, transfers swift, care and attention couldn't have been better. In resort the "taxi" service was convenient and that and organising lift passes for receipt on arrival all worked well. Sadly my mother died on the day we arrived, the chalet hosts showed maturity beyond their years and were great throughout our stay with them.

Drivers are prompt, courteous and helpful, drive safely and smoothly, the cars are always spacious and clean and now even have WiFi! And all this for the lowest price available! Just perfect!!

This is the 4th time we have used Alps2Alps to transfer us to Meribel from Geneva airport. This year we had a larger party and we required 2 mini buses. The drivers were waiting for us at the airport and the transfer was seamless as was the collection at the end of the weekend. I would definitely recommend them.

I would highly recommend Liquid Snow Tours. Every aspect of my trip was looked after, many options of accommodation and area to stay was given to me. Transfer options to and from accommodation, lift tickets, and ski hire if I needed it was offered. Also area information was given, whether it was places to eat, bars, day trip options when not skiing, transportation around area. If I had any questions, they would be answered promptly. Everything ran smoothly . I will be using Liquid Snow Tours again. Big thanks to Rob.

Thank goodness I found getskitickets before our family ski vacation in November 2017. They helped us with all the tickets for Colorado and took all their time to explain what we needed to do upon arrival. It was easy and quick to pick up the tickets and we never had to stay in line for anything. And nobody can beat their prices. I will forever use them for all of our ski trips from now on.

Purchased a lift ticket for Okemo 2 days before I was going for about half the ticket window price. All I did was print out the email they send with a barcode and give that at the ticket desk. Easy peasy! I was a little wary because I've never heard of the site but it is the real deal.

For the second year running these guys have come up trumps with an apartment in Meribel centre that ticked all the boxes! I explained what we were looking for & what our budget was & they got it spot on again! Amazing ski in ski out location, spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, great views, lovely open plan living area with well equipped kitchen. The communication when booking & before & during our stay has been excellent. This is how to run a rental company. I will be booking through then again next year!

Just returned from a weeks holiday staying in Meribel Les Allues with Meribel Chalet & Apartment Rentals. We have used this company in Courcheval many times before and they didn't fail to meet expectations in Meribel as well. They are very easy to work with, provide all information and details on time and in full. They arranged lift passes & ski hire that made our holiday a lot easier. The only thing I would say is that the Courcheval company arranged for the towels to be cleaned half way through our holiday and in Meribel this service was missing. It wasn't a showstopper but its a nice added touch that makes them just that little bit better.

I had ease booking, but when trying to change my booking it was extremely difficult being a customer from Australia. Contact number to call from Australia was not valid even after double checking, emailing customer service two or three times before receiving a reply. The online booking system that separates the two people on the booking into separate log ins where only changes can be made on individual accounts is terrible. It might be useful for individuals travelling together, but booking as a couple, this function is very time consuming and pointless.

Booking South Tyrol confirmed our reservation and Parkhotel Werth in Bozen/Bolzano Italy confirmed our booking but refused to give us the room for the price in the reservation. We had to pay twice as much. Booking South Tyrol did nothing to solve the problem. We left and went to an other hotel.

Sue was fantastic, within 2 hours of my enquiry she had found the perfect chalet for me and my wife in Val Thoren catered including lift pass and ski hire for an incredibly low price. All the Ski famille Staff for our stay at Chalet Nicole in Jan 19 were exceptional and made our holiday. Childcare staff were amazing with our 5 year and 1 year allowing us worry free skiing and relaxing. Great group of guests added to the holiday and location of chalet and good amenities rounded it off. Highly recommend and will return next year

Jennifer at ski weekends was superb and able to get us a great multi generational family ski trip, despite our many tricky requirements. After not skiing with my Dad for 26 years and my sister for 17 years - we will be skiing in the three valleys along with two of my three kids and my niece too. Booked a ski total holiday in January. Missed our return flights because there transfer bus couldn't pick us up on time. Ski total were well aware of weather conditions and weather warning with road closures forecast more than 24hours in advance and did no planning or organisation to prevent this. Then spent the next few days trying to sort out the mess. Despite being delayed more than 24hours ski total refused to compensate for excess costs of car parking and premium seats on return flight just £50 due to the delay being an act of God (bad weather) not their poor preparation for the widely publicised snow storm the evening before. They also tried to get me to pay my own ski carriage on the rearranged double flight which I knew I would never get back. I would not recommend ski total due to this recent experience.

I didn't end up riding with them; the day I travelled on was a chaotic one of cancelled flights and hastily re-scheduled plans, so I booked with Snowbus as a fallback, before my originally booked shuttle was able to fit me in at the last minute., leaving just before Snowbus. I recommend them based on their excellent customer service, fast booking process and friendly staff who I spoke to when I cancelled my place at the last minute.

Very hard to locate the bus in the pick up area at VT. No sign on the bus whatsoever said Snowbus so had to go around queueing up asking each individual driver?

It had all the information we needed to plan our vacation. a great source of information. I found a hotel and also learned about a couple of place to go to. Also found a great little restaurant. Mont Tremblant is a beautiful place. But I had very bad experience specifically with this company. It's my 5th time in Mont Tremblant, I never had any problems. The owners charged extra fees for cleaning the hot tub, because they did not want to pay it themselves. Cleaning the spa is part of the maintenance and customers should not be paying for it. Same with cleaning the cottage. Also, the pool table was missing one ball and I was almost charged for it as well, had to argue that it was missing before we arrived there. Very dishonest! I would not recommend.

Cottage Mont Tremblant Rental - Just great place for summer retreat! Very quite place! It stays on non-motorized lake Gauthier just minutes driving from mount Tremblant. My family and I go on regular vacations to Mont Tremblant, Quebec, Canada and we normally stay in Hotels. This year we were looking for something a little different and my google search found this Cottage Mont Tremblant site. We decided to try it and never regret of our choice! I thought it was worth sharing.

I rarely write reviews but I am so frustrated. Wanted to take my 3 kids to Sunday River. Yesterday the tickets for March 2nd were $49. I called and spoke to a liftopia agent. He assured me that this price would remain for at least a week longer. He said since it did not have anything saying limited number of tickets available I would be fine to wait. I was all set to purchase but once he told me this I decided to wait to see what the weather will be a little closer to March 2nd. I checked this morning and price is $89. I called and was told that what I was told yesterday is not the case and they cannot honor what I was told yesterday. Very poor staff training in that I was given incorrect information. I should have bought yesterday BUT I believed what I was told and Liftopia will not stand behind what an employee told me.

Please read the fine print...they do not offer refunds! Even if there are only 3 runs open ( all green) and the tickets were selling almost half price at the actual resort. *Beware* We had 6 people skiing so this was a very costly mistake!

We have travelled with Inghams Lakes & Mountains to Lake Garda for ten trips over 13 years and have already booked to return our 2020 vacation. In all those trips there has never been a single glitch or snag, I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of Inghams in-resort staff or their airport transfer arangements. All the resorts on the north Italian Lakes are worth visiting but we have developed a special fondness for Sirmione with its wonderful atmosphere and the especiallyHotel Catullo.

Booked for 10 people to go to Avoriaz in Novemebr, departing the end of January. Due to their policy of maximum of 9 bookings (no telephone bookings available) I had to do it over 2 bookings. One 6 booking, one 4. There was confusion with one of the booking which was changed in November. Numerous phone calls to address this issue as their email takes over 48 hours to reply and a different person everyday. Dates were changed and booked everything then. Both groups agreed via telephone that it was all sorted. Had an email 3 weeks later to say half the booking was due. They had booked me on the wrong dates with the hotel (flights were the correct date). Again had to phone and an email trail correctly showed that it was their error, they apologised and assured me that it was all fine. Came to the week of the ski holiday and one of the bookings travel information had delivered. One had not, again phoned to chase up the failed document delivery, again was told it was all sorted and they were sent manually. Landed in Geneva on the day of travelling only to find out that they had only booked transfers for 6 out of 10 of the group. The other 4 had to wait until the company they hired sorted it, no thanks to sunweb. We landed in Geneva 21:30 and did not arrive in Avoriaz until 02:30 (original ETA 22:30). Arrived at the accomodation and everything was closed and could not have a room for the night despite our booking saying so. I had spoken to their rep at the hotel as they asked about ski passes, I stated we were not arriving until the early hours and could they leave the passes at reception. They agreed. Spent the first night in one room as a group of 10. It is now Tuesday (arrived Sunday) and I have heard nothing from sunweb regarding their errors, what a terrible company and their customer service is diabolical. All they do is take your money and pay other companies to do their work for them, do not waste your time with this company and just book it all yourself. They are uncontactable, will hide behind their T+C's and will be unaccountable for everything. Avoid at all costs.

I am a part of a group of 10 guys that have had an annual ski trip at the best mountains in the US and Canada [ 2021 will be our 27th year ] and when it is my turn to plan the trip [Telluride, CO in 2021], I turn to Leslie Shor and Ski.com. While we have very specific requirements [ski in/out; 7/8 bedrooms; pool table; outside hot tub, dates, budget etc.] Leslie delivered. Clearly COVID-19 challenges made the planning of our trip complicated, but Leslie was up to the task and found a house that met our requirements and regardless of the lack of response from the owners, secured the house at our targeted price on our specific dates..... Leslie is a rock star !!
