I purchased due to the inexpensiveness of the Canon Cartridges. I purchased 8 of them in four colors. I had problems with the two yellows that I got and noticed the cartrige was not the same as Canon especially in the function from the sponge type area to the storage for the fluid. I am not an expert but the Canon had a round end and mine were also oblong at the cartidge connection point indicating to me there was a probem. The fluid would not move between the chambers so I wasted much photo paper in playing with this color. Then the red also did the same and the same then happened on cynan. Black seemed to work fine. I called them on January 22 and talked to a female who said she would get back to me. My request was to return the 3 I have not opened and get a simple refund to my charge card. On Monday following I emailed when I did not hear from her as promised on Friday. Today is Tuesday and I left another message. BOTTOM LINE THEY ARE NOT A DEPENDABLE COMPANY NOR DOES THEIR PRODUCT AT LEAST IN CANON WORK. PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THEM. You will lose like I did. Not very WORLD CLASS in service nor product. I have given up and will write it off as a bad debt and will move on.

I was a customer of Inkrepublic (inkrepublic.com) for several years with 4 different printers I have owned, and was fairly happy with their equipment and service. Earlier in 2018 they stopped responding to emails sent from their "contact" page, the same email address I'd used earlier to reach them. Their web site is still up but there is no way to reach this company (no phone or address is listed). They haven't replied to a simple product question I had for them, after several attempts (and checking my spam folder). I need a spare part or would like to buy a new one but no reply. I would avoid ordering anything from them as you will not be able to reach them in case of any issues. They were a good company at one time, now apparently defunct or at least non-responsive.

I first ordered from OfficeWorld because they had by far the best deal on the printer I was shopping for. It was after the tsunami, and there was some correspondence back and forth about availability: real people, with real names, writing real correspondence, regarding me as a partner in the transaction. I looked them up, and lo and behold, they are in Eugene, Oregon, just down the freeway from my home in Portland. Free shipping, personal, flawless service, and a local company employing people in my economic watershed: one very loyal customer.

I've placed two orders with ASIHome now and have had an overall positive experience. Their prices are great, service good, and they are even active in online z-wave community forums that help DIYers like me. My first experience was disappointing due to the length of shipping (my order took over 3 weeks to get to me), but since then I've noticed they have started clearly stating shipping times for each product on the site, so this shouldn't be an issue, or at least a surprise anymore. For my second order with them I purchased a handful of items which were all listed as in-stock. These all shipped within 24 hours of my order. All things considered, I definitely recommend them with the only caveat being to double check the stock level and shipping status of each item if you need it in a timely manner.

I purchased 100 dvds and cds manufactured by Taiyo Yuden. Firts , I told the girl who took the order they were for a home CD burner. Second, I tried to use them and they did not work. Third, Teac said I needed a CD that had music on it. Fourth, Ron was aware of that and sent me some samples. Fifth, the girl told me they get something like 1,000 in a box and package them themselves since I had FINGERPRINTS on both sets of discs. Today Ron said they could not take the unused CDs back even though he said originally I could send them back. Also, the story now changes that they are packaged by Taiyo Yuden and sent about 600 (6 sets) already seales to Mega Mall (Ask Bart). Ron cannot believe I had fingerprints on them, which I already stated back when I thought he was going to exchange. He specifically said it because I remember the conversation clearly. That was the entire purpose of calling them. Why would I buy from somebody who just lied and ripped me off when I would rather give my hard earned money to somebody else? I would take caution when you deal with people who lie. It is called deceit in legal terms and the real world. Businesses are doing it more an more, and don't think as time goes on they will not do it more. I will file a complaint with the Att General in Ohio!

eFax is a company that will charge you for services you're not using including charging fees that are not covered in their terms and conditions. We recently obtained an unauthorized charge of $99.99 from them seemingly out of nowhere despite not even using the service we were paying for for that month. We use it once every three months and in a month where nothing was faxed, they charged us another $99.99. We are disputing the charge with AMEX and cancelling the service. Their support defended the charge, but couldn't tell us what it was for. I would personally recommend you stay away from this scam company.

No way to cancel online, emails get ignored and they keep charging my credit card. eFax is really really annoying and cheeky. I wanted to cancel my account but there is no option in the member area so I wrote several emails, which all got ignored. Apparently they want to make you call their customer service department which is illegal in Europe. Stay away from those scammers!

I am getting the runaround concerning a simple $20 gift card. I have checked my rebate status and it states that they did not receive all of the information. I did not receive a card or an email telling me what they are missing. I emailed them once and did not get a reply. I emailed 2 weeks later and they tell me to fax or mail the box top. I tried to fax it to the number they gave me and it is a number that is no longer in service. So I emailed them again and they tell me that they are having problems with the fax line and gives me another line to fax to. Guess What? That number is no longer in service. To date I have not received this rebate.

On 12/27/08 I purchased Nitro PDF Professional from Fry's Electronics which came with a $60 rebate. I submitted all the information required to Avanquest USA on 12/28/08. After 10 weeks and no rebate check, I contacted Avanquest and was told that the rebate was not received. Fortunately, I had copies and FAXed the information. I received an e-mail message that the rebate submission was received. On 3/25/09 I received an e-mail indicating that the rebate was approved and I would receive a check in 8 weeks. On 4/21/09 I received the same message that the rebate was approved and I would receive a check in 8 weeks. I feel the company will not send the rebate.

This reviewer is insulted and disrespected to find that not only was there no instruction or guide included to avoid the potential destruction of the pen when removing its fill tank but did not even provide directions for using an unusually shaped cartridge. An email was sent with proper and specific information that was ignored. A second letter was sent to Levenger Customer 'Disservice.' This time, they acknowledged the pen. However, they disregarded the portion of the question about the insertion of cartridges. Much time was wasted. Time is money. I am hard-pressed to consider that I might make a purchase from Levenger again, considering their prices. They want to make their customer service "Legendary." At this time, it seems to be mythology.

I am pleased with the papers that I received, exactly as ordered, and with six extra bonus papers for printing, to try the new line of papers that Red River developed. Another art supply online retailer with some of the lowest prices I've seen. One of the items in my order was out of stock with 7/6 listed as the date of receiving new stock. An email was sent informing me of this and gave me the option to cancel the order for that item or the whole order. There was also a shipping choice to ship all items when available or ship separately depending on availability (more expensive). Eventually the whole order was shipped around mid-July, so there was some delay but it arrived in fine packaging with nothing damaged.

HORRIBLE!!!... Signed up for membership. Ordered some goods. Half were not in stock, so my order amounted to a few paintbrushes. Tallied my order... Shipping to Hawaii? Only through UPS or FedEx online they said after signing on. Shipping cost? $100 shipping charge for $100 order. Backed out and called them.. Sorry, we only use UPS and FedEx when ordering online. Decided that day to ancel my membership. Have they returned my emails, phone calls, responded??? No. Worst customer service I've come across in years!!

I emailed the vendor for their recommended safety beam sensor for my garage door opener. I provided the make and model, and they gave me the proper part number. I ordered the part, and it did not work. I returned it for a refund. They credited the purchase price, but not the shipping. Ordinarily this would be acceptable. But I discovered that they had sent the wrong parts. They sent the new-style sender with the old-style receiver. That won't work. I emailed them on Aug 30 with this information, asking for a refund of the shipping, since the error was theirs. I've had no reply. I've ordered the correct part from another vendor (Marwest Access Controls). They provided the proper, matching sender and receiver. It works properly.

The owners Sharon and Kevin are rude and nasty(one employee was very nice I didn't get her name). Had a problem with an order they refused to help, told me to go on thier website and buy the correct remote. I bought the correct one from remoteopen.com and it was cheaper at least I saved money on the 2nd order and shipping was $4 less, too. I am not affiliated with either company

Ordered shelves in June, finally came six weeks later missing vertical posts and 2 damaged shelve boards. Contacted the company who take days at a time to respond and they said parts were back ordered and they would be another 6 weeks to replace. Replacement parts finally came and they sent the wrong pieces. This happened another 2 times! It’s now Dec, 6 months after paying for these shelves and I just got another delivery of the wrong pieces. I’m giving up at this point....

The only issue I had was damage to the 5 drawer cabinet. It was damaged on the corner from being dropped. The customer service department took immediate care of the issue and a new drawer was sent out. I am very satisfied with the cabinet set I ordered. After looking at other lines I am happy I selected the 18 gauge NewAge cabinets.

I ordered 6 printer cartriges for my Dell printer from Swap Ink (Swapink.com). The cost of the order was just under $90 and I received free shipping on it. When it arrived several days late, the box had only one cartrige in it. When I called to complain, all Swap Ink ( Swapink.com ) said was, "they must have been there when it shipped" so it was "my problem". I had to finally dispute the charge with my credit card company. These are dishonest vendors. Buy from them at your own risk!

I recently discovered Swap Ink, which is located near my hometown. They offer a wide variety of remanufactured ink cartridges at a great price. I saved a lot of money with this discovery. The staff was very friendly and the store very clean. I had a problem with one of my cartridges not connecting with my printer. When returning to the store, the guy that was taking care of me very nicely explained some tips to help me out. Apparently sometimes remanufactured cartridges need a little boost to get them to work in printers. He offered tips which were helpful in getting my cartridge to work. I have recommended the store and website to all my friends and family. Saves lots and lots of money!

This company makes durable metal signs, and allows you to design your own. I've purchased two custom-made house signs from this place. The first lasted a dozen years out in the weather, summer and winter, and only recently started to show signs of wear. The new house sign that I bought to replace it is equally beautiful, and I expect it will hold up as well as the first sign. I highly recommend speedysigns.com.

I ordered some products on sale from their website on November 27th and promptly received an order confirmation email. The order confirmation showed the items, price charged and total price correctly. On December 1st I received a, "Notice of backordered items". The notice claimed that my items were unavailable, but assured me that, "These items will be shipped as soon as they are available." Two weeks later on Dec 14th I received a, "Black Friday / Cyber Monday Order Status Update" email written by an 8th grade dropout - "DURING OUR BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY PROMOTIONS, YOUR ORDER WAS PLACED WITH INCORRECT PRICING. YOUR ORDER WILL NEED TO BE REORDERED AND REPROCESSED. WE WILL FOLLOW UP SOON WITH INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO PLACE A NEW ORDER. PLACE A NEW ORDER." Bolt Depot has top quality fasteners at way-better prices than a hardware store. You can order individually, or in a small or large box. The website is even better set up than Amazon. They will consolidate orders to save shipping, call about duplicates in your order, and even sometimes send your package, if lightweight, via two day USPS when you paid for standard shipping. (It was a $200 order.) I have never seen such customer service. And they really know their fasteners!

This company is a scam. The item I originally ordered is still in the store and you can process orders for it.

I never had a real problem with them until the day I found they have decreased my line of credit making my credit score go down by 30 point. How they did this? By decreasing the line the credit utilization goes up and impact your credit negative. After 5 years with them payments on time and never missed one they don’t care, they will answer you we don’t look at that. I understand is a business but why you want to affect your good customers. They work with multiple furniture companies, dental, veterinary, ophthalmologist and more be careful they will get you one way or an other. Is true this company have the worst customer service, they can’t express what they think because they might loss their job but you can tell by the tone of the voice how they might feel as well. When a company do really wrong to a client like this, not a high balance, payment on time is not fair. For you to have an idea account line for 5 years $2,400; balance in the account $944 is around 35% to 40% of credit utilization is not bad. They decreased the line balance to $1200, for no reason they decided causing the credit utilization go up to 80%, this affect negatively my credit score. Company like this does not deserve to be promoted or use all they care is the money.

They don't even rate a star it's 0, been a good customer with this company. Never had late payments always paid more then due and payed off ahead of time. For this they have closed three credit cards with them. My Dress Barn card, my G.E. card for furniture etc., now my Care Credit card for medical, dental, vision needs. Saying I don't have enough secure assets. I have to much revolving credit. All are current and have not been late. So for being a good customer and paying my bills I am chastised closing my account staring good standing. They can say there no discriminating but due to this recent pandemic they are cutting off my resources in the time of need that is discrimination. I I'm telling anybody that is affiliated with this company that they need to close your account and take them elsewhere because that's not good business an chastise a good customer that pays their bills.

Watch out for these people. They only send part of your order and claim they send the whole thing! When you inquire they give you the run around 'can't find your emails', 'weight shows it was shipped'. And since they did ship a small part of your order they use the tracking number to fight you when you complain with your credit card company. In fact, that is the only thing they will work on: keeping your money without giving you your stuff!

I ordered The Dell INSPIRON 3580 laptop on April 12 and it took three weeks to receive it. I bought this as a gift for my brother and his wife. After receiving it and having one of the Dell techs talk over the phone and do a remote they agreed to ship out another one. The problems continued. It was slow and often freezing up and there were several calls to Dell and more remotes into the laptop amd several reinstalls and it is still not anywhere near the potential a new laptop should have. Also, he was told that the 30 day Dell tech service was over on June 4th and it would cost $100.00 for every call now. So I purchased a Dell lemon and am extremely disappointed as I have bought others laptops and desktops from Dell but I will not own another nor recommend to anyone. I will purchase from Walmart or Costco from now on. I am positive that even a refurbished laptop would be better than the Dell INSPIRON 3580 I will check with my credit card company and PayPal and see if there is any recourse. To say the least I should be able to ship it back and get a full refund. I will be posting this same review on any website that reviews laptops for people to stay away from Dell.

The display it's self was fine but I was extremely unhappy with the "stand" that was pictured for the display. It was completely unstable and useable for any kind of functionality so I had to go last minute and rent a counter space for $900 from the event exhibitor. I think that you should be more honest about the actual functionality of the equipment to set expectations.

This is my second time ordering from Mod and I have to say I couldn't be happier. They have that rare combination of extremely good customer service and good pricing. But overall, if you want your project to come out perfect, these are the guys to work with. Dan, our graphic designer, gave us timely and expert help and Libby, our sales rep, made sure the project stayed on track every step of the way. And it all arrived a week sooner than expected. We're more than satisfied and will order again.

After requiring support to log on to app, it briefly worked. Then first time it was used the lock connects with my Iphone, and when the app “unlock” is pressed it says the lock is unlocking (but the lock remains locked). When fingerprint is tried, the light turns from white to green (briefly) then goes out. Lock doesn’t open. When morse code is tried it shuts off before the “10” digits are entered. 4 emails to support without response over the past month is unsatisfactory! I'll need to cut the lock or my favorite gym bag if it wont open.

Failed after a rain and if you look on website warranty does not cover water damage why say it’s waterproof when it’s not and on top of that they won’t warranty water damage I bought 4 of these for outside use cause they say waterproof and ok for outside use

Ordered their "Web Power Switch III" on 6/17/11. Had a FedEx tracking# in my hand that evening. Had the box in my hand a week later. It's hooked-up and working at this instant; very well made, with a longer-than-expected power cord (always a plus). The LEDs are brighter than I would prefer, and I wish the unit had an internal clock for logging, but nothing's perfect. Prior to ordering, I'd asked a few technical questions via email. I always received a response. Overall, very satisfied.

I bought the Mil-4000n, this is a great machine very easy plug & play, features are exactly what is needed for our small office, problem is the hard drives go out like clock work every 2 years at a replacement cost of 350.00 this gets a little pricey not to mention the loss of your data. DLI loggers customer service is the worst I guess since I'm not a government contactor I don’t matter to them. They made a good machine but the reliability and their service is not worth it.

We spent a considerable amount of time accessing different service engineer software packages and finally chose Commusoft as the one that would best suit our requirements and most importantly it could work without an internet connection all the time as we operate in an area that has poor coverage. Like all these things converting your daily working structure and habits is going to be hard and for a while counterproductive, but the staff at Commusoft have made this transition as easy and informative as possible with great communications and most importantly fast response. The software is very good to use and full of features but the proposed improvements that the new version should bring will make it even easier and faster for us to use in the future. Have been using Commusoft for about a year now. Had a look at some of the competitors but none of them really seemed to fit what we were looking for. Cannot imagine how we managed before! There is plenty of room for improvement and find it irritating, even though I'm paying for 4 users, that we are not entitled to phone support - albeit that the email support etc. has been very good.

I ordered 2 shelves - one for a birthday gift. The 2 shelves were in one box. One box was totally open and only had the larger slots of the shelf. The second box was open at the top but all parts were there. Very disappointing that they were not complete, very disappointing that it took me repeated attempts to get in touch with someone to explain my problem. Then to be told the shelf I had ordered was out of stock! Then to be told I would have to wait another week to receive the second shelf I had ordered and could not be expedited for the gift I had purchased it for. I brought a uscutter laserpoint 2. Which is now a little over a year old. This machine hasn't been broken in yet. I may have made less than twelve cut between stickers and t-shirt heat transfer designs. My main focus were more towards learning AI to gear up for my t-shirt business. Unfortunately, this cutter IO board went bad before I could even get started. I reach out to tech support and was told the IO board were out of stock and they didn't know when it will be restock. Moving forward six month later, this part still wasn't in stock. I complain and was told we now stock the laserpoint 3 Perhaps I should purchase a newer cutter. So, they don't stock the part I need for my barely used cutter and you want me to purchase another cutter. "yeah right" seeing how this company don't take the urgency of someone cutter being down as not important. I would never buy another machine from them. Save your money and look somewhere else for a cutter. You will pay more, but it will be worth it. Anyone that own a uscutter I found this great company online called cutterpros.com. This company has a trade-in program which gave me $300.00 for my uscutter laserpoint 2 clunker. I got a much nicer cutter for only $389.00 after my $300.00 trade-in. It came with a 5 years warranty. free lifetime remote training. Free lifetime tech support and a buy back program. As well as so much more. Check these guys out before you make a purchase for a uscutter clunker.

If you’re slightly late paying your credit card or loan back they will call you from a private number roughly 6 times a day. Pretty disgusting. I just switched banks and I’m a lot happier. Can’t wait to pay off my credit card and close the account.

Only cost £90 and the communication were very good. Avoid this company like the plague. Customer service is non existent.. We purchased Cedar driveway gates from them. OK when we received them my husband and son in law hung them. No damage was done whilst being installed. Next day there was a large split in the grain of one panel. Contacted the company and we were told they would send a repair kit, A REPAIR KIT for gates we paid £1500 for. I asked to speak to a manager and was told by the girl that she was the best I was going to get. I contacted a director of the company via facebook and he apologised for the way we had been treated by customer service and said he would arrange to have the gates picked up and repaired at no cost to us.He has told us today that he has changed his mind and will not be doing anything of the kind as we had posted negative reviews about the company. I fitted my gates just over 2 years ago. They cost over £800 after a few months they started to rust the powder coating began to flake off I would not recommend this company. Poor quality and expensive.

They betray the customer in the way they make you believe this is a Norwegian company and the shipment is also done in Norway. Second the will send you an email after you have completed your order and already paid it by credit card. The mail will make you believe that something with the payment went wrong and you have do redo it. So you order and pay twice! I don't know if that is any illegal behavior, because you get what you have paid for after 2-3(!!!!) weeks, but i feel pretty fuccked by this company as there real residence is of course not Norway, but some tax-paradise like Cyprus ( or Malta??)... Will never order there again. Just go to a real shop and spend your money there. Don't send it to Cyprus....or Malta.... Or wherever they hide... And of course you wanna make me believe that i forgot something in my kart and misunderstood that i already made one order. whats weird about that is that i got my two orders on the same day, but i made the second order about 6 days after the first. so you have a system of betraying implemented. Thats the reason why you are hiding in Malta!!!! You make the people order and pay twice. And for that little amount of money its only worth to me to give you bad references whereever i have the chance to, but i wont waste my time here further and of course wont waste time with trying to send something back to malta or even exspect to get money back from a company thats hiding there.

I would give 10 stars if allowed for Osvaldo Flores and Antonio Ospina! Osvaldo helped me with a control panel issue several months ago. He was patient and very motivated to help. I have emailed him a few times since then with questions and he always responded and was helpful. Most recently, I called on Oswaldo again and he referred me to Antonio to help with my issue. I’m not very techy and it takes a lot of patience and detailed directions for me to be able to follow through. Antonio did not give up until the printer issue was resolved!
