Totally disgusted with this company. Never use this company. They aren’t the cheapest either, but I thought the reviews did not look too bad. How wrong I was. Never again. I usually never write reviews, but now I know the importance of reviews. I have warned all my family and friends never to go near this company. Please avoid or your holiday will be full of stress and worry. I booked an arrival and return journey from Doha thinking this would save me the hassle and airport taxi fares which are usually extortionate. However, before boarding my flight to Doha from the UK- (7hour flight) I received an email highlighting that the driver had turned up at the airport to pick us up and we were not there. Ridiculous Hoppa had mixed up our evening arrival time with the morning time and had the cheek to blame me for it, even though I had given them the flight details. I rang Hoppa’s emergency number after being put on hold and going through so many options which was so unclear, I finally spoke to someone who was more useless then a chocolate tea pot. They kept shifting the blame to me like a broken record player and said the flight details were wrong and so was the timing. I asked Hoppa to contact the taxi firm to confirm they could re-arrange the pick-up for us and for them to investigate this before I boarded my flight. She put me on hold for 2mins and then said she just spoke to them and they did not have the capacity to do so and the taxi firm could not find the flight details either. I asked to speak to a manager who was even more useless then the first person I spoke to. I asked Hoppa to arrange with another taxi company and they refused stating they only have one company they use in the whole of Qatar- Doha. Ridiculous. They did not even have a contingency plan for emergencies. She kept shifting the blame and did not want to help at all. The pathetic thing was there was x7 hours before my arrival and they could not even arrange a taxi for us? I then sent them an email to cancel my return journey after I landed, and they did not reply to me at all. I contacted the taxi company they had arranged with in Doha directly and they told me that Hoppa had not even contacted them about the missed transfer nor spoken to them about re-arranging the pick-up which they could have done. Furthermore, the first contact they had from anyone for my booking was from myself. They also informed me that the flight details I had provided were accurate and it did say evening flight, so they attempted to contact Hoppa, but no one picked up. As a result they had no recourse but to cancel. Basically, Hoppa lied about the whole thing to shift the blame and did not even contact the taxi company as they said they had. After I directly cancelled in advance my return transfer with the taxi company in Doha, Hoppa replied to my email and cancellation request via email x3 days later. Totally useless. 5 months later they still have not resolved my issue or complaint nor gotten back to me even after numerous promises to do so. The icing on the cake was: the airport taxi fare to and from the airport in Doha was less then half of what I initially paid to Hoppa. Uber was cheaper! How ridiculous and it was so straight forward. Will never use this transfer company again.

Worst customer service. Booked a holiday with a travel agency where Hoppa Go was responsible for the transfers from the Airport to Hotel and viceversa. On the departure day I have received a phone call from Hoppa Go representative to confirm my booking but at the Airport there was no one waiting for us. Called the local emergency number just to find out Hoppa Go didn't payed for our transfers so we were just left stranded in the Airport. We had to hire private taxi to travel to the hotel and back to the airport. I have written an email to Hoppa Go asking what happend and they simply replied they have cancelled my bookings and to address my issue with the travel agent. No excuses, no empathy for letting us stranded in a foreign country. Absolutely disgusting. Never ever again we will use their services.

Do not use this company. I just received notice they are going to increase my rent by 25% on August 1st. It went from $170 to $212. I could understand 3% or even 5%. But 25% is just highway robbery. We all need to band together and stop these predatory corporations from taking our hard earned money.

Another company with no heart, got stranded and was paying for a car parking spot, since I have no job now, I was only able to cover 2 months before i had to stop. No compassion on their side to even bother helping in anyway - wouldn't give a discount, wouldn't check my car was still there, wouldn't offer the chance of paying at a later date. They couldn't or wouldn't even consider ensuring my car is 'protected' from removal as I make plans to get it moved by friends or family. Ultimately they wanted my to send my keys back, not knowing if it'd get moved or not. Alternatively they suggested I get someone to check on it then send the keys, however, anyone with logic will know that the same issue still persists in this situation. Great service but at it's core, another soulless company driven by cash, what a surprise.

We had a terrible experience. We had no notice that shuttles were not running regularly. There were no signs posted onsite either. Once we went into the office to call for a shuttle, the wait was so long that it nearly caused us to miss our flight. The return trip was equally bad. We could have Ubered home in less time. I will NEVER use canopy again. I have recommended Canopy to several friends in the past but I will be sure to let them know that Canopy is no longer a good option, as customer service has been completely abandoned.

Great response and recovery after my last trip. I was disappointed to find the valet service at Canopy was closed when I arrived on my previous business trip. I reached out to the manager Han and he came through. He explained to me that this was a corporate office decision to close valet and he would have done things differently if he had the choice. He let me know that I could still use valet service by setting up an appointment which he did for me, and how to get in and out of the valet service building. Everything went very smoothly and I was able to park in valet like normal and the rest of the service went fine. Han was even there to greet me when I pulled into the garage to drop off my truck. I will continue to use Canopy Airport parking exclusively due to the excellent response and service provided by Han Chau the Regional Manager for the Denver airport location.

I lived in Manhattan and stored with them for a year. I needed a full-service storage company and they claim to be one. I had the worst time trying to get my things and when I did my beautiful six drawer dresser was completely destroyed and I never received my desk back. In fact my desk just went missing for some reason. They never atoned for any of this I could not be more disappointed. Horrible business practice they are robbing people.

I don't understand firstly why these foolish sellers choose UPS vendor in spite they have such poor service. I call the customer care for updates and they provide wrong information from what we see on website tracking. Next day we realize what was mentioned on the website was correct. Thought the information provided by the call center was wrong hence missed the parcel. But the truth is UPS doesn't attempt to call or update the customers on their arrival. They simply lie stating they tried reaching the customers and delivery attempted status. Do UPS idiots expect the customer to stay at home and wait for picking up the delivery without knowing what or when they deliver. And, when you call the customer care to discuss this, they say we don't have any driver calling facility. They are asking to collect the parcel from the UPS office. So people now decide do you really want to deal with this in spite of paying money.

Important package was shipped from USA to Australia. Reading their website, it says they would declare an exception should the parcel take longer than expected to arrive, and a new date would be provided. Nope. The tracking will say “coming in this date (today) by the end of the day”, doesn’t show up. The next day rolls around, the tracking will say the exact same thing, but for the day of the new date. No rescheduling, no exception provided. Very annoying. I paid for worldwide saver also. I can’t keep taking days off on the chance that it will show up when they say it will, but with thieves around, I’m not willing to let them leave it. The tracking really should not say it will be coming today if it isn’t :(

Horrible shipping service; delivery Monday 02/25 and the driver already called that they will deliver but complained it is too heavy, asked me, if someone can help him unload the products! I end up not getting my products. Then someone called the next day promised to deliver before 5:00 pm, they by noon they left a voicemail they can't do the delivery again. I didn't go to work Monday waiting for the delivery. Basically asked my friend to cancel appointment today to accept the shipment. What a waste of my time! End up cancelling my order and I hope they will credit my money as promised for 2 days. The rest of the department maybe great but shipping/delivery is still the most essential last part of the business.

ordered a Olympus 25mm for 296 euros but with the Dutch import tax 33 euros it go almost the same price as buying it locally 330 euros, although they do inform this extra cost clearly on their web site. I would say you better search for other online shops where you don't need to pay import tax or buy it locally. it took 12 days for delivery.

This seemingly one-man outfit from Tokyo is incredible! It has some of the lowest prices around and shipping is incredibly cheap. I ordered a set of Sony MDR-EX52SL headphones from them for a total cost of $34 including insured shipping from Japan to the US. Nowhere else can you get a lower price than here. My order was processed that same day and shipped out very quickly. If you see something that they sell at a good price, I recommend making the purchase from this store as the order processing and shipping is incredibly fast, and also dirt cheap. My headphone arrived neatly packaged and very well padded, which is a reassuring touch, for sure. I would definately order from this store again.

Still waiting on a item that was order almost two weeks ago. They were a few dollars cheaper than other retailers but I have a feeling they drop ship from a wholesaler which is why it takes a week or more to get an item. When I emailed it took almost 3 days to get a response which informed me the item would be shipping in a few more days. I suggested they upgrade shipping to next day to make up for the delay and they simply ignored that request. They have no sense of customer service or concern for keeping their customer's satisfied. Like others this was my first and will be my last order.

I placed an order for my wedding a few weeks ago and both products had issued. One was the wrong product and the other was damaged. I emailed them and they wrote back to me once saying I need to provide them with the product #, which I did. Haven't heard from them since. I've emailed, used contact form and tried the live help at least 10 times and nothing. I just wanted the correct and undamaged items. They have the WORSE customer service I've ever dealt with. Never ordering from again, and I suggest others don't either if they actually want the items they ordered and a company that is easy to deal with.

This is a scam! I sent ebay purchase from a US seller to splice for shipping to Trinidad. Though FEDEX confirmed its arrival at Splice warehouse in Florida I got no contact from them. When I tried to contact them via website, WhatsApp, Facebook I only got a message that warehouse and chat were closed due to Hurricane Emily. But Emily was in July and on their Facebook page there were posts from them in August encouraging people to send packages to them. only when I floated on Whatsapp that I was interested in sending more packages did I get a response on WhatsApp but of course they made no apparent attempt to send my package. Conclusion: Scam!

Very bad advertising, website states 'Arrive at the departure terminal in your car and meet our ace representative, who'll conduct a quick check of your car and then TAKE IT TO OUR SECURE CAR PARK FOR YOU.... No long walk or waiting for buses to car parks' when in reality and in their confirmation email, after booking, it then tells you you have to drive into car-park 3 and take a ticket and park on the 3rd level !!! I ordered an Imperial Custom Built Mailbox, Post, etc. through BudgetMailboxes on June 20, 2012. The Imperial Factory was supposed to ship on June 29, but do to a large volume of orders from customer storm damaged mailboxes Imperial did not ship on the 29th. A service representative from BudgetMailboxes named Jayne called me (I did not call them) and told me she would contact Imperial and expedite shipping. She did and my mailbox was shipped the very next day. I received it one day later by pre-paid FedEx. I believe Jayne went Above and Beyond the call of duty in her effort to make me happy. The Imperial custom mailbox is superior in every way and BudgetMailboxes as their dealer, specifically Jayne, was the very best. I will certainly order from them again and I will also recommend them to my friends and relatives. Note: BudgetMailboxes did not ask me to write this review !!

About 20 years ago I purchased a pig mailbox. It took me years to find it. About 5 or so years ago it started falling apart. My husband has been piecing it together and I have been looking for a new one without luck. That is until I found BudgetMailboxes. I can't tell you how happy I was to have found the exact same mailbox!! It was delivered when they said it would be and it looks to be the same quality of the original one! I love it and I'm sure the mailman will be extatic when he sees it.

2020-02-16 I shipped a parcel from SC to PA. The parcel got lost in transit. I was forced to fill up 2 identical search request because the first one have disappeared. Made whole bunch of phone calls received a whole bunch BS emails from USPS. On 2020-06-01 ( 5.5 months went by) USPS informed me that the search had expired. That's all. Kind of strange that a business failed to deliver of what was promised and doesn't want to reimburse. Only wasted many hours communicating with them.

In Sept. of this year (2016) I was to receive a package from Ebay and I got a notification from ebay on my phone saying it was delivered. So I went to check my box (I live in an apt complex) and there was no pkg, so I checked with the apt complex office, but still no pkg. The very next day I called the post office and was told my pkg was delivered but I finally convinced them I did not get it, but the guy I was talking too was a real **** and did not seem to want to help me, so I cussed at him and he hung up on me. I then proceeded down to the post office and asked for that guy, but of course, he was not there so I spoke to another supervisor and told them that the mailman said my pkg was delivered but that it was not in my box or at the complex office. He had me fill out a form of lost mail and said he would try to track it down but I did not hold out much hope. I called Ebay and told them I did not get the pkg and they issued me a refund. Oh, one thing I left out is the post office told us we are on a practice route and we have a different trainee post man, every day. So, I started talking to my neighbors, and all of them were having the same issue with missing mail. So I call back down to the post office and I tell this supervisor this new information. Ok, also, at our apt complex, there are several open old mail boxes with open doors and no lock or door on the front and those mail boxes are not used. So I go to check may mail about 3 days after I called this Supervisor, and I see some mail stuffed in one of those open boxes with no lock or door, and lo and behold, I find my package. I honestly think these trainee postal people are stealing packages and opening them to see what is in them (mine was ripped open just enough to see what was inside). Also, when I went to the post office to complain and talk to the supervisor, I could tell the people working there hated their jobs and were miserable and they just don't care at all.

Javier is absolutely the best! I wanted to ship my furniture from Fort Lauderdale to Paita Peru. I talked, emailed and texted with about 10 different shipping agents and was told a variety of untrue things regarding Peruvian customs/import regulations that complicated matters tremendously. It took about a month of my time to try and get real answers. All I got was Inaccurate information, incompetent, inexperienced. untruthful agents with terrible or non existant communications. Super time consuming, frustrating and stressful! Then I found Javier :-) He knows this business. Javier went above and beyond to find the true answers regarding customs, found the special customs agents to handle the shipment in this small port town. Verified their licensing and validity. He spent a ton of time, probably more than he earned for his commission on the deal and got it straightened out to meet MY needs. Always PROMPT and ACCURATE information by phone and email. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, FORGET THE OTHER COMPANIES, CONTACT JAVIER AND LET HIM TAKE CARE OF THINGS.

Delivery said 2-3 days, it came the next day when i was not home. I was told the delivery could be left at the door or could be taken back and i would be charged even more (already paid $75 in shipping.) Delivery was left and when i arrived the next day it was gone. Essentially i threw away $150 dollars.

Thank you so much for the delivery of the car. Company contacts were found on the Internet. They called. My car was loaded onto a passing car carrier, waiting only a day for it, they picked it up right on the highway. no problems with transportation. Very satisfied. Reasonable price, the car delivered on time, safe and sound. We watched how others were unloaded, as well as others, I had not seen such a careful attitude to other people's property for a long time. Having recently booked in advance a return ticket from Heathrow Airport to Tiverton parkway at a cost of nearly £60, I was then refused travel as the information I had was not deemed valid as it was not an ' E ticket ' inspire of proof it had been paid for by way of demonstrating bank statements etc, I then had to purchase A NEW TICKET that was unable to sustain the duration of travel needed.... Suffering from severe anxiety as well as other mental health issues, I feel that the customer services and advice I was given / received was beyond compare! I have never felt so humiliated, ignored and degraded EVER before. Just HORRENDOUS... I am utterly disgusted and with seriously have to consider if I will ever use Great Western Railway services again... As far as being a ' cost effective and environmentally ethical alternative to cars, busses or flying to London... '. Forget it! :( :( :( 1/10. Angry and upset beyond words!!! I will be seeking compensation!! / Refund!!!

The car parks may be free unless you contravene ONE of the signs in the car park which states that customers & disabled people in bays will have a parking charge if overlap the marked bays. The charge is an extortinate £100. There is a reduced amount of £60 if paid within 14 days but if you appeal to the ombudsman you loose this cocession.

Trip from Atlantic City Area to Phila with need for approximately 6 hrs parking. Approximate time from 2:30pm to 8:30 pm. Paid Spot hero in advance. When I got there I drove up a one way narrow ramp to the 2d floor and scanned my code bar only to have it rejected as "Invalid" No explanation as to why it was invalid.Repeated the effort several times Still no explanation. I concluded I was in the wrong garage. No way to turn around or back out, with another car in back of me. I called Spot Hero only to be told that I was 4 minutes early and would have to get a regular ticket. Finally an attendant came and I told him I was not moving until my my entry became valid. He took the time to change the tape in the machine and I finally got in. This was absurd !! I have used many other parking garages/apps and never had this kind of problem. This was my first and last time as a Spot Hero customer, whose only concern is in forcing customers to over estimate the time of entry so they can squeeze more money for unused time. I was out of the garage by 8:15, less than the 6hrs. Their customer services **** !!!

Not just bad, appallingly bad. If there were a no star option I would have ticked that, most was down to hopeless Parcelforce but as Parcelmonkey use them it's their problem. I'm now persueing a compensation claim and have demanded my money back. After sales seems to be run from India and there is no hurry to help with every question getting an off the shelf reply, 28 calls,4 promises of delivery and 8 of call backs all lies. Avoid! Stop press! 5 days later and now this shower are hiding behind technicalities to deny me a refund! So their contract to deliver in 48hrs is it seems not worth a jot..in their eyes at least. A small claims court ( which is undoubtedly where this has to go) will I suspect disagree. Parcel monkey/Parcel force after sales = fob off and excuses nothing more, empty words and straight lies from beginning to sorry end, I would rather walk to collect a parcel than contemplate using these con artists again.

I wouldn't advise anyone to waste their money. I signed up for a month to try it. The main company I wanted to check on, they couldn't find more than a couple shipments. Another company I checked on, they told me when a shipment came in but the name of where the shipment came from wasn't listed. They didn't have that information. When I closed my account, they billed me for another month telling me that it wasn't closed properly. My advice is, save your money.

I arrived at the Hyattsville location at 8am 7/17/20. I located my truck with the code that I see in my phone. I checked; it was ready. But when I was about to get in, I was harshly stopped by a U-Haul employee saying that they prepared it for someone else. I show him my reservation and the matching vehicle code on it; he said does NOT matter and made me do the check-in again manually, on-site, without a face covering. This alone caused my very precious 30mins from my move-in window. I finally picked up the truck arrived my move-out address only to realize the utility doll I ordered is not in the truck! Meanwhile, I am having sms arguments with the move helpers (MoverHelper) as they want to change the time from 9am to 11:30am. After some argumentation, I had to agree to that as I had no other option. So, I carried everything on my back alone and manually with no utility tools! Move-out supposed to be done by 10am but I could only complete it by 11am. Then, I had to go to the U-Haul store again to get the utility doll because it is actually a must for the move-in to a 12 floor building (move-out was from a single family house). It was 11:45am when I arrived at the move-in address. And again, the move helpers want to change it to 1pm this time. My move-in reservation ends at 12pm/noon. We ended up treating each other in sms!!! Because of all this complications, I was under a huge stress and rushing around, scratched the front top of the truck to the wall of the loading deck. Thankfully we bought the SafeMove in insurance, right? Wrong! I completed the move-in with my 10y old daughter and pregnant wife (lucky, the move-in scheduled after us was late too, so I could use the deck till 1pm). Then I took the truck back to the U-Haul store to only hear that the insurance they sold me does not cover the over-head damage. None-sense, it says it covers accidental damage which is exactly what happened. Then they say; except collusions with over-head objects. I had not energy left in me to argue with them; just I do not accept the responsibility; you do you! Came home; checked the website; found the bullsh*t exception statement only 8 clicks away from where I bough the insurance. Later they send my $1169 bill, none-sense! I will not pay anything and I am ready to defend myself at court if necessary!

I made a reservation 2 weeks before my out-of-state move. When I made the reservation, the lady over the phone told me someone would call me the next day to schedule my truck pick up. I waited, no call. I called back a few days later, and man over the phone told me that they generally call to schedule a pick-up 3-4 days before the move. I waited, no call. I called two or three days before my move, and the man over the phone told me that they generally call to schedule the pick up THE EVENING BEFORE THE DAY OF THE MOVE! Fine. I waited. No call. Well, on the DAY of my move, I called their main office and was told to go to this location to pick up my truck. I got there at 10:00 am, and they told me they had no truck available!!! I am moving across the country, and I don't have a truck to load my stuff into on the day of my move! If a U-Haul customer service representative wants to confirm this, they can just review the phone logs associated with my account. I look FORWARD to hearing from them.

Having sent many thousands of parcels over the years through them, I have stopped using them due to their asking for additional payments AFTER parcels have been delivered! A lot of the parcels I sent through them were for UK deliveries by Hermes, along with non-UK deliveries by other couriers. From 2017, I started receiving demands for extra payment for some Hermes UK deliveries, on the ground of under-declared measurements or weights of the parcels. Typically, no specifics would be provided as to how the under-declarations were arrived at, but just the amount to be paid, along with an administration charge. I sell only HP print cartridges on eBay, the measurements and weights of all my items can easily be verified by identifying the product sold per the eBay listing, and the specification shown on the HP web site. When this happened, I simply provided them with the said information, and they would waive the charges demanded claiming it was a goodwill gesture to a very loyal customer. I have hence NEVER paid even one of such! Yet, such demands have become more frequent in 2019. Having to provide the details to counter their demands were time consuming and very annoying. I have therefore decided to switch ALL the Hermes UK deliveries from October 2019 to eBay, and to Hermes directly as well. Eight months and hundreds of parcels later, there was NOT A SINGLE DEMAND of under-declared measurements/weight from either eBay or Hermes. In the meantime, I kept using parcel2go.com for my UK non-Hermes as well as foreign deliveries, until yet another demand for a Fedex delivery to Australia in March was received in April, weeks AFTER tracking showed the parcel was delivered. Up till then, I had never doubted parcel2go.com, and thought it was simply Hermes’ mistake for all the previous demands. Using the tracking number, I phoned Fedex, and was told by their customer service agent had there been an issue with the measurements/weight being underdeclared, the delivery would have been withheld until the underpayment was made! I then started looking up online to see if other people had similar experience, and found to my amazement the numerous complaints about this practice by parcel2go.com. Google 'Parcel2go Extra Payment' to see for yourself! When I challenged parcel2go.com to come up with the calculations of how the additional payments was arrived at, they wrote back to ask me to provide information to prove that my parcel was correctly declared, or have the recipient to send a photo showing the actual size of the parcel, despite it having been delivered weeks ago! As I was furious by their having abused my trust in them over the years, I insisted that this time, THEY would have to come up with the proofs to support their claim. Two months have since passed, and they have still not replied so I think I have given them enough time, even under this pandemic situation, to come clean on this. DO NOT add funds to their prepay account as the amount of any such claims would be frozen until settled.

STAY CLEAR!!! I paid to ship a birthing tub from Massachusetts to my home in Iowa. It was delivered on July6, 2017. The packaging was clearly torn and the side was damaged/cracked. A leaking tub is of no use! I had purchased the shipping insurance and was told it would cover anything that might happen during shipping. They refuse to repair the damage and will not even return my calls. The shipping agent, Calvin, did the best he could to resolve this issue. It is Freightquote and their insurance carrier, Roanoke, which refuse to honor the insurance policy, after I sent all the documentation requested. Please beware!!

They are also dishonest advising us to lie about value and contents of shipment, or I would not receive it. I would not lie, it passed customs anyway so they now say their trucker absconded with it ( this is what they say happen). I have this info recorded and have turn over to our attorney. The are cooked and dishonest. This is the very last email Carol lin sent to me. They have cut off all communications. "Dear Brian, Sorry for the late reply, because we are still checking the trucker for your air shipment, please see the below for the latest status & we will keep you post. Thank you! From Freightquote "Hey Carol, So I just got off the phone with Russ at Dallas dispatch. Unfortunately, he confirmed to me that the freight is missing. In addition, the driver never assigned a PRO number to the load, so there is no way of tracking it. He told me they are running dock checks at this time, and he is to give me a call with further updates. Our logistics team here at Freightquote has been informed of this issue as well, so we have plenty of eyes on this situation. The minute that I receive a further update, I will notify you first thing. Thanks, NICK DEBRODIE" Account Executive

I had a bad experience with FreightCenter.com and the contracted delivery service, ABF. I'm not a corporate client so these comments regard a retail shipment. Freight Center quoted me a shipping price up front, which I paid. The delivery arrived via ground; although the item (a ~$2,300 bathroom vanity purchased on eBay from a secondary seller) arrived on time, it was damaged badly during shipment. Damages were north of $500 to repair. I filed a claim; ABF reimbursed me $31. Six weeks later, ABF automatically billed my credit card on file a second time for an amount that was 50% more than the original amount quoted. Mind you, the first payment transaction had already been completed six weeks prior, and the shipping service had already been completed. I received no advance notice that ABF was revising the original quote and billing me a second time for an amount equal to half of the first payment. ABF claimed that an auditor had found a discrepancy in the total shipping weight, which necessitated them charging my card for an additional payment. I reported this as fraud to my credit card servicer; however, I've been informed that I agreed to the terms and conditions in the fine print, up front. I consider this predatory and unethical, and I won't do business with either of these companies again. If you work with these folks, I recommend a dose of caution.

Dont use them. Period. I'm a business owner and ship approx $200-250K per year in combined shipping (parcel, crates, ltl, etc) and have shipped with multiple shippers over the years and these guys are the worst. Stay away. My scales are certified every 30 days and dead accurate. We always add a few extra pounds to each BOL just to cover bases but we constantly got these double weight overcharges and they take the money out of your account first, then you have to fight for months to get it back even if you have all the proof. What broke our relationship was a shipment of 2 custom hand made tables worth $12,500 for my client and over the course of a month, lost it. It was only going 300 miles.Its a 2 day delivery tops. I even paid an additional $500 for another truck through them to go pick it up and drive it to my now extremely upset client and they kept that money as well. Took weeks to get a return phone call or email and then it was "well, just wait for our decision in 120 days". Some of the reps are friendly but its the infrastructure and lack of accountability that makes this company a huge liability for shipping. From one small business owner to another, dont. There are lots of other options.

The drivers never showed up . They said the driver will come the next day. Same story... When I called they said driver is coming from Birmingham to London... They are a bunch of liars.. don't ever go with them..

Paid for an airport pickup...no one showed ..did not find driver with name board..even after walking around for over an hour and a half. Ended up paying for another taxi. Which was cheaper to take me to the hotel. Contacted Rideways and all I got was nothing but excuses..no refund...they took the driver's side of the story.. since he claims he was there...but no one could find him ... wouldn't recommend them to anyone...they can keep the money..which they said they wouldn't refund. Would NEVER use them again!!!!

I booked a rideways car service to take me from the airport in Gran Canaria to my hotel. I was flying from Miami, USA with a connection in Madrid. I moved in today. Place looks great, but I have a few notes for SpareFoot: 1. There was no truck available, even though it said so on my reservation (that's only for the larger spaces) 2. I had to pay an extra $15 for the key to the space, I recommend it be mentioned beforehand; 3. it was the 2nd floor, my reservation said the first (which I would have preferred) Just a matter of streamlining the communication between SpareFoot and the actual storage facility!
