I have used Indian Mail Box 2 times so far and my experience has been more than amazing and incredible !!! The people working there are exceptional, they always answer to my Whatsapp messages within 5 minutes and give solutions immediately. Their service is super super fast and for my last order yesterday they even sent one of their employees personally to go and buy my products to the city the products were located. By doing this, they saved me 1 week of delays!!! I offered to give them a money bonus, but they did not accept it and told me that customer satisfaction is what matters to them and not the extra money. I highly recommend this service to everyone to use to buy everything !!! 7 star service, not just 5 , thanks a lot guys !!!

We had hazardous goods delivered to yesterday by Links Courier. After unsatisfactorily phoning 4 other companies, Links Courier picked up the goods within the hour and delivered as promised- in excellent turn around time. The driver was courteous and had his Adr licence We will be using this company from now on.

I took at least 30 minutes sending the links of the stuff I want to send to Brazil. It said that in max 24 hours somebody would contact me but is more then a week and nothing. I called the 3 different phone numbers on their website and none of then answered or retuned the call. They voice mail sound like somebody's personal cell so I'm not even sure this coming still exist.

Employees are ripping off pertinent information on the parcel and the acting as.if though it is a missing parcel. when you follow up with customer service they will go as far as call you ou a liar even though they know it is your parcel. The customer service department opetates on templates and try to show concern when bad reviews are left and then will take a spiteful, sit down approach to locating and properly securing your parcel! Avoid at all cost unless you want to re live the nightmare that i am currently living!

Awful service! Avoid it! Parcel not delivered because i refused to pay a service fee to ups of 80 euros for a return of goods without any commercial value (value 0 eur). Just to make a declaration that the goods have no value and are not taxable... forward2me asked me to pay for the return fees and to pay also to send again the parcel... just ridiculous... [EDIT] their reply: "Hi, Just like the customs charges we cannot control what admin charges UPS apply. But fact remains you rejected the shipment. This was your deisoison as you were unhappy paying the courier admin fees, therefore we are not going to issue any refund. Kind regards Chris" So if you are not happy with paying 80 EUR of service fees for goods without commercial value and being robbed by UPS, it means if you refuse to pay something which is not due, it is your fault... And forward2me won't assist you, on the contrary, they will punish you for refusing to be stolen.

I've been using planet express for over a year now. Customer service is wonderful and peices are very competitive! Out of over 50 packages mailed to me through PE only one got damaged and it was the fault of the mail company not PE. PE Worked very hard on the dispute for me and I got all my insurance money back with no issues! I highly recommend this service! 9 times out of 10 it's cheaper sending it to PE to me then it is to directly ship to me.

Client Gear4Music Re Order numberw3391770 invoice wver77d. Today I waited for DPD to pick up my parcel as I was home. They never showed up . I received a text asking to reschedule the pick up-totally useless waste of my time .This is typical for this company (DPD)and I ask why does a great company like yours use these carriers to deliver your goods and tarnish your reputation. I know have to (because you do not offer postal lables) have to walk to my nearest DPD drop off in the cold. Totally unexceptable. Regards

worst experience ever, got my parcel delivered not when it was scheduled, i had to re-arrange work. got the parcel totally wracked , box was falling apart. The feedback i got from them - they are not responsible if fragile articles were included in the package. According to them it was all fine. Absolutely ruthless customer service

I have been using EXPOST for over 3 years now since moving to France in November 2015. I have been very pleased with EXPOST in both forwarding any post but also the ability to use EXPOST as a postal address in the UK. EXPOST are easy to communicate with and are very responsive and quick. No hesitation in recommending EXPOST.
