I placed an order at paper mart for 50 plain white boxes on January 16,2015. On January 24,2015 . I received 50 plain gold boxes . I understand that mistakes occur, however the customer services in resolving this mistake was poor . I resolved to return the wrong boxes and purchase the correct boxes locally. I will not use this company again.

I placed an order for my wedding a few weeks ago and both products had issued. One was the wrong product and the other was damaged. I emailed them and they wrote back to me once saying I need to provide them with the product #, which I did. Haven't heard from them since. I've emailed, used contact form and tried the live help at least 10 times and nothing. I just wanted the correct and undamaged items. They have the WORSE customer service I've ever dealt with. Never ordering from again, and I suggest others don't either if they actually want the items they ordered and a company that is easy to deal with.

My review is not based on something I bought, but something that I tried to buy until I realised the shipping costs of 85 DDK for about 1000 pieces of silk paper. I thought it was a mistake and contacted the company. The communication with the sales person said that that was their price. I suggested that they should find some better shipping deals. They wrote that the regularly looked at that. Perhaps they should find someone who can make deals for the company :-D When looking at shipping cost for the same product at other pages, the shipping for the same type/amount of product up is like this: Grafical: 69 DKK Jakodan: 49 DKK Ensig: 47 DKK The end of the story is that I did my purchase elsewhere.

I bought cartons from this shop for a few times in the past, therefore, I trusted this shop and decided to buy 200 cartons. However, I was shocked when I received cartons. The quality of these cartons is different from the past. The cartons are thinner and softer and not good packed. I wrote email to this company to tell the truth. And I also sent the different quality cartons to this company according their requirement. Their answer is: "the material came from another supplier of raw materials, it is still meet the standard. " This is really Irresponsible. Now I can not use these cartons for international sending.

Had a slight communication problem and my box was delayed by one day. I’ve just managed to get my package ready for collection inside ten minutes before the next delivery company arrived,which was cutting it very fine, otherwise it would have been one star. Communication needs to improve if I am to use again.

Pakible has a great model on a market that needs some updating, and I believe they are leading the pack here. My first experience with Pakible was with the launch program. While it took a little bit for them to work out the "kinks" in their model, it was well worth the wait. I use the boxes for our products and always receive complements from my customers. I will be placing another order shortly with Pakible and suggest you take a hard look at them. You won't be disappointed.

They lied about the printing location. We ordered the products with them worth $1000s. They said they make the products in the USA and they labeled "Made in USA" on our products too. But when the products were shipped to us, they were from Pakistan. Which means we cannot sell the products because it will be counterfeit "Made in USA". Our company cannot and will not sell counterfeit "Made in USA" products. Which means we lost thousands of dollars because of the lie they told us. They also said they are an expert of packaging boxes and printing cards. They could not even draw a die cut templates and they could not print the products the way we paid to be done. Which mean we cannot sell these products, they became worthless papers. They said they will try to resolve the problems but it has been 3 weeks that we have not heard from them. We are very disappointed but we don't want anyone to experience like we did. At this point, we are in a legal procedure to make everything fair.

I ordered 2 simple things; 42 in TV box and 10 m bubble wrap and paid £7.95 for next day express delivery as it was urgent. However, it was hugely disappointing in all the aspects for a number of reasons. Firstly, the bubble wrap was not delivered although delivery note mentioned that and secondly an out-of-proportion TV box was sent; a box that was more than 160 cm in length diagonally. Of course, the box that big cannot be used as there would be too much room around the TV box and for exactly the same reasons, we did not order 52 in TV box but a 42 in TV box on the website. I have contacted their customer service desk a number of times and every time I am told, "I've transferred your details to the Accounts departments and somebody will contact you or you will receive an email today confirming the refund". I am wondering when that day will come. So far, I have called them 7 times and emailed them 4 times and all that I have received are "hollow promises" and a credit notes of £2.00 and £6.70 Ticket No. PB01528992 If any responsible and accountable official of this company is reading my comments then I would request him/her to address the issue immediately. My next course of action will be to share my experience about this company at Trust Pilot and other review websites. I will also raise a dispute with my credit card company AMEX. Following this, I will complaint to the consumer ombudsmen and explore other possible avenues so that other innocent people do not feel ripped off like me. Note: 1. I might update the review later depending on how my inconvenience is addressed by the company. 2. I have tried twice to post my review on their website but not sure why it still does not appear. It makes me wonder if they pick and chose which reviews appear on their website.

CBW provides us with our custom shipment boxes for eBay. The branding costs at their competitors would have made it fiscally impossible for us. We were able to customize our branding and box sizes at an affordable price for a start up. The turn around time was about a week with CBW. Other retailers provides with estimates counting in weeks and months. We will definitely be placing follow up orders for new products we plan on introducing.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! As others have stated on Google reviews, these people are scammers and they are not based in the UK. If you ask to attend their office or do a virtual call they will say no, that's because they probably are based in Pakistan but have numbers linked to US and UK phone lines and they use fake names which is quite obvious. Anyway, I was smart enough to handle all funds through PayPal for buyer protection as I had a feeling they couldn't be trusted. They tried to keep all of my money even though I didn't want to go ahead with the printing job. I realised they were very incompetent.

Absolutely terrible. I placed an order on June 12 for an August 1st event. They confirmed the order, proof, etc. When the first shipping deadline came around, I followed up where they were and why I hadn't received the shipping email like they state will be sent in the order confirmation email. In my follow up, they confirmed they would still be here in time "per the production timeline". I found out yesterday, JULY 30TH, they have yet to go to production. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

They deserve zero stars. I placed an order with them March 3rd, today is March 26th and I still haven’t received my order. According to their website, orders ship out in 3 to 5 days. I assume this is business days and waited patiently for my order. I allowed extra shipping time just in case. I’d never received any indicator that my order had been shipped so on March 18th, I sent them an email to follow up with my order. These people had the unmitigated gall to tell me they can see my order but the system had not placed it for some reason or some other nonsense. Then they told me the order would go out but still gave me no definitive timeframe. I got really angry after a couple more days of foolish emails back-and-forth with them offering no real solution or delivery estimate date. I have a business and their malfeasance delayed my production. I ended up having to purchase generic boxes from Staples to ship my customer’s orders out. This company has the worst customer service and don’t deliver on their promises. Don’t get you business stuck in a lurch like I did, find another box supplier. These people are the worst.

PUT OFF BY HORRENDOUS AMOUNT OF PLASTIC PACKAGING I ordered a few glass jars and they came wrapped in a HORRENDOUS AMOUNT OF PLASTIC BUBBLE WRAP, which totally PUT ME OFF. Ampulla argued that it is Airspeed recyclable plastic, but I did a thorough research and the Airspeed plastic bubble wrap is in the category of normal plastic carrier bags which for example Tesco uses, and those plastic bags can ONLY be recycled at carrier bag collection point at the larger stores, and ONLY if a particular store has that facility. I wanted to recycle the Airspeed bubble wrap and so I had to travel to 3 stores because the first 2 did not have the facility. If, for example, all supermarkets are trying to reduce the use of the plastic carrier bags and other plastic packaging , WHY IS AMPULLA INCREASING THE USE OF PLASTIC BY FILLING UP THEIR BOXES WITH USELESS PLASTIC BUBBLE WRAPS?

However, I did have to help them out recently, as they sent me the same catalog twice, whereas, I'd just have preferred a free ream of paper instead, so that fewer trees would be sacrificed.

Horrible shipping service; delivery Monday 02/25 and the driver already called that they will deliver but complained it is too heavy, asked me, if someone can help him unload the products! I end up not getting my products. Then someone called the next day promised to deliver before 5:00 pm, they by noon they left a voicemail they can't do the delivery again. I didn't go to work Monday waiting for the delivery. Basically asked my friend to cancel appointment today to accept the shipment. What a waste of my time! End up cancelling my order and I hope they will credit my money as promised for 2 days. The rest of the department maybe great but shipping/delivery is still the most essential last part of the business.
