AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! I have been paying for my son to have flying lessons for over a year, my son has not flown at all but the money is still being taken by these cowboys. There is always excuses, no instructors, no aircraft, bad weather or blaming other random issues. The owner is very rude man who isnt interested. Terrible service. Placed an order 9 days ago and it says 2-3 days delivery on their website but still no delivery. They keep saying it is a third party supplier but don't provide any information, tracking numbers etc. Avoid this company Update. Wrong item eventually supplied. Was then told I would need to pack up a sack truck which is not easy and get it collected. I would then get a refund and I would need to order the item again. Absolute joke. Shocking customer service from this company. One of the worst experiences I have had for a long time.

I can only thank MCC for their amazing and prompt service!! I had ordered chilled semen from Holland to inseminate one of my mares. DHL managed to "misplace" the parcel and then refuse to deliver it even though they were on a before 12pm slot supposedly. In despair, my husband googled couriers in the vicinity of the airport and spoke with Nick who was super helpful. Within an hour of agreeing to collect the parcel, they were at the airport and traveling up to North Wales with the very precious cargo that would have been useless to me by Monday (It being Friday when it should have been delivered)! They were my knights in shining armor that day and I will use them in the future for sure and recommend them to anyone.

I chose Allen & Young for removals and storage somewhat at random after a website search. I can happily say that I was very glad that I did. Kelvin and his colleagues, apart from being very nice guys, were very professional and considerate. There care for our property and it's contents were immediately noticeable and continued throughout the packing, removals and detailed inventory. I have used this companies services for other smaller jobs and would do so again without even contemplating looking elsewhere. It is good to know that there are companies that you can rely on in this day and age.

The chaps moving us in and out of store were helpful and efficient. However the head office experience was not so good. I frequently had to phone to find out information and importantly the timing, type, size & registration of the van for our final move into Cheltenham was completely wrong! I was told it would be one full size van and on the strength of this I paid for a parking permit. In fact two vans turned up without vehicle registrations that I was given only 2 days beforehand. Also I was told they would be there from 10am to 12 noon. I arrived at the property at 9am to prepare and they were waiting on the doorstep - okay it was good they were not late but it thorugh me as I was expecting to have an hour to sort things out. I did complain about this to my move coordinator the nest day - she said she would explore whey this happened, but to be honest by then it was irrelevant. Fortunately we did not have a problem with traffic wardens on that day.

Moving can be a stressful time, but Bournes Moves really helped me get through it. Though I was only moving a short distance I had a lot of possessions, many of which needed special attention. My team were personable and extremely hard working at all times. Very satisfied customer.

Do not use Usgobuy, EVER!! They took my money, failed to purchase the product, failed to follow up on my order for 2 weeks, until I chased them up, and then they gave a refund becasue their system did not even purchase the product. Complete waste of time! If you want PROOF that they are dodgy, ***their purchase payment was NOT ACCEPTED BY WALMART!!*** So much for black friday bargains. ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME AND SALES IMPORTANT NOTE: When they "refund" an order, it DOES NOT go back to your payment type (card paypal etc), it goes to your "ACCOUNT" on their website. You have to then manually "withdraw" the money to get it back. VERY DODGY. Also, you can only delete your account by contacting support. I am also now starting to get new spam messages (as one other reviewer pointed out) - I suspect they have sent me details on to other parties. DO NOT DEAL WITH USGOBUY EVER!!!!

Well where do I start. Booked a half pallet , the items filled just over a quarter pallet so small and light. Collected from me on the Wednesday heading to Cornwall, cost £97.46. Previous shipments have cost £50-55 average. The following Monday I receive an email from the company saying the "roads in Cornwall are too narrow for the truck", well yes it is Cornwall after all. Is this the first delivery they have ever made to the west country? They state they will charge me a further £25 plus VAT to redeliver with a smaller vehicle. I object to this and the representative states "re-schedule the delivery with the recipient and I will sort the extra charge". I do so, the pallet is delivered and I look at my card statement and they have taken a further £36. Clearly Pallet2ship believe that 20% vat is not enough!!! I make that calculation £30 inc vat. The point is this, disbelieve what they say both verbally and in writing. There are certainly more competent transparent and trustworthy shipping companies out there. Summary, £136 to ship a small light pallet 300 miles, daylight robbery! Never again. TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS READING THIS PLEASE BE ASSURED THAT EVERYTHING IN THIS REVUE IS FACTUALLY 100% ACCURATE AND NOT EXAGGERATED IN ANY WAY.

Used these guys to transport my grandfathers furniture to his new home abroad. They explained everything I needed to do to package the items on pallets and gave me a very good price. I was able to take advantage of their 5% discount offer. The service I used allowed me to track the pallets and remain up to date with the delivery. A saviour at my time of need.

The ordering process is well organized and efficient. Eurosender has done a good job at the front end of the process. What I'm not pleased about is Eurosender not communicating the tracking number to its clients in a timely manner. I've had this issue with both of my recent shipments. On both occasions I've had to reach out to Eurosender to request this information. On my latest shipment even though the shipment went out this morning i.e. over 9 hours ago I still don't have a tracking number and am waiting for a response from support on this issue. I don't understand why Eurosender doesn't arrange with courier partners to have them print this information on the receipt that is delivered when package is picked up. Clearly the courier knows the tracking number so if the information is no provided sooner (which it should) why not at least share it through that document. I'm otherwise pleased with the service.

Très mauvais service. La personne qui est venue chercher mes cartons a d'abord refusé de m'aider à les porter puis est partie sans mes cartons... j'ai dû recommander pour le lendemain. Puis a la reception j'ai attendu mes cartons chaque jour sans savoir où ils étaient (le suivi n'était pas mis à jour) pour qu'ils arrivent au final avec une semaine de retard!

Most of the costly items were broken or damaged. 3% of total value paid to them for insurance but they took the money and not insured. Lot promises given but they were cheating. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! As others have stated on Google reviews, these people are scammers and they are not based in the UK. If you ask to attend their office or do a virtual call they will say no, that's because they probably are based in Pakistan but have numbers linked to US and UK phone lines and they use fake names which is quite obvious. Anyway, I was smart enough to handle all funds through PayPal for buyer protection as I had a feeling they couldn't be trusted. They tried to keep all of my money even though I didn't want to go ahead with the printing job. I realised they were very incompetent.

I have used self storage before and came across this storage option, which is an amazing idea. Basically they drop off empty boxes, well sturdy plastic crates and collect my filled crates for FREE, incidentally not having to buy any boxes at all, then just request your crates back when your storage need is finished. They do have an option to store a number of other small household items and accessories but I didn't use that part of the service. I had to change my dates at short notice and Scott was really helpful and nothing seemed to be a problem. I would, and often do, highly recommend them as an alternative, much more flexible storage option than any other I have used before

We paid the vendor $20 shipping to Stackry and we paid $41.33 to ship to Canada vis Stackry for a total of $61.33. We saved $6.67 and had to spend time entering information on your website. This was my first experience. I found the people (Veronica, Gwen and Ryan) who I spoke with very friendly, professional and helpful. My only complaint is about the consolidation email. It lacked directions for me to go to my account dashboard to finalize shipping. My package sat in your warehouse for another 2 days before it was shipped. Luckily I did not incur any storage fees. But overall I would use your service again. Thank you.

Firstly, no one used the name USSelfStorage.com. Secondly, I learned on 4/22/2020, I had two separate employees from Extra Storage calling for two separate storage lockers. The advertised rates found online for one locker was $79 and free rental in the second month. Thirdly, advertised rates found online for a second locker was $100 for first month had increased to $215 on the day we were going to close the deal. Going to file review on yelp. If you don't have an ATM card i.e. VISA, Mastercharge etc, you cannot use checking info i.e. routing number, etc. and Extra Storage is unable to process your reservation.

Absolutely terrible. I placed an order on June 12 for an August 1st event. They confirmed the order, proof, etc. When the first shipping deadline came around, I followed up where they were and why I hadn't received the shipping email like they state will be sent in the order confirmation email. In my follow up, they confirmed they would still be here in time "per the production timeline". I found out yesterday, JULY 30TH, they have yet to go to production. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

They deserve zero stars. I placed an order with them March 3rd, today is March 26th and I still haven’t received my order. According to their website, orders ship out in 3 to 5 days. I assume this is business days and waited patiently for my order. I allowed extra shipping time just in case. I’d never received any indicator that my order had been shipped so on March 18th, I sent them an email to follow up with my order. These people had the unmitigated gall to tell me they can see my order but the system had not placed it for some reason or some other nonsense. Then they told me the order would go out but still gave me no definitive timeframe. I got really angry after a couple more days of foolish emails back-and-forth with them offering no real solution or delivery estimate date. I have a business and their malfeasance delayed my production. I ended up having to purchase generic boxes from Staples to ship my customer’s orders out. This company has the worst customer service and don’t deliver on their promises. Don’t get you business stuck in a lurch like I did, find another box supplier. These people are the worst.

Moving throws so many challenges, the changes are overwhelming. This process was refreshingly simple. Does exactly what they say it will do. For exactly how much they say it'll cost you. Very thorough and awesome services available. The USPS should be ashamed! I tried changing my address almost a year ago but I don't keep credit cards! So now that I've just heard of 1stopmove, its FINALLY done! Thank you much!

DPD is a scam! I was moving overseas in January and flew to Edinburgh just to pack up my stuff from my flat. DPD local took 3 boxes of literally everything that I own and I was later told that because of Brexit, it couldn't have been delivered but they picked it up anyways. After this, my parcels got lost and I have been begging them for months to find them. Two of the boxes came back but the third remained lost. Now, in May, they told me the third box had been found but since the parcel was damaged, it got "disposed of", after me writing to them every week for 6 months!!! Now they never answer my emails and I still haven't received any money from my claim. They also made me prove the value of whatever I was sending, even though they had collected the insurance money beforehand without mentioning this "proof of value" requirement anywhere obvious. This box contained personal things that meant a lot to me that I couldn't bring on a plane. DPD kept lying to me about what was going on with my parcel and that they will reach out to me but they never did! I also submitted a 100 page PDF with invoices for most of my things that I had purchased online but they returned it saying they need more supporting evidence. I had to reach out to support again via the live chat to have that changed. They keep telling me to be patient and that the claim will take time because "it's high value", yet they threw my stuff in the bin (or so they say), for whatever reason, knowing full-well that I am looking for it. It actually never left Scotland. I've used them before and my parcel arrived broken with half the stuff missing and they didn't even allow me to make a claim. Avoid at all costs!

Awful. This is a joke of a company. I am normally understanding of some failures and mistakes. I have never been so disappointed by a courier to this extent. I have lost all faith in their ability to deliver. They do not know yet, but they have lost a very big customer. Firstly they are hiding in a false shadow of being DPD. DPD local are owned by DPD. When you have a problem and you accidentally dial the customer care (which they provide) you will not get anything except be redirected to DPD local. DPD local only deal with everything online. So good luck speaking to a human. When you speak to someone on their online chat be prepared to be taunted. They lost my package and where impossible to get hold of, this was picked up by the driver and was lost within 24 hours of them picking up. It took 2 weeks for them to launch a search. They are not regulated by anything or anyone e.g. POSTRS, so their word is the last one, so good luck. DO NOT USE! I wish I could give them 0 points.

Not very reliable at times when you need them. The ride can be bumpy or annoying at times especially if your tired and want to take a nap during your ride. But each bus has WI-FI built in it which can ease your boredom. The only thing this company is missing is USB ports for chargers. If USB ports were put on buses, it would help a lot of people with their daily life's.

I asked if he (paul) had some 5th wheel jacks in stock the answer was "YES they are in stock" this was 6-9-14. I explained to him that he was a little more expensive then other places but since he had them in stock I'll order them. 3 days later the order is still pending shipping when asked why it was because they were on back order when asked what happen to the parts in stock when I oirder them I got the excuse of "we must of sold them before your order was processed" Date of when to expect the order to be shipped 7-7-14. I request to cancel my order and Stella said " I'll have to ask my management" no response. I had my credit card company reject the payment on 6-25-14 got some other brand jacks before 7-4... Now on 7-19 I get an email stating the parts have been shipped (7-20 is a sunday) so 7-21 i told paul not to ship because I won't pay for something that was misrepresented his response was this is a special order item please refer to or return policy which states no refund.. I called fedex and found that fedex hasn't even picked up the order yet on monday afternoon. bottom line Race Mart will lie to you about the what they have in stock!!! They will lie to you about inquiring a refund!!! and they will lie to about when they do ship something. ps trying to be coy the changed the order number yes paul you got caught

I was very surprised when Paul Fink called me asking about the trim level of my truck to locate vehicle specific part and also informed me that my Bully Dog GT gas tuner (that was ordered this morning) will be shipped on Monday. This is an example of going beyond customer expectations. Keep up the great work guys! ***UPDATE*** 9/26/2011 My Bully Dog GT gas tuner was scheduled to be shipped on the 19th but the shipping slip stated that my item shipped on the 20th and I recieved it on the 21st, other than that there were no issues with Race Mart or the shipping company (UPS). I did call several times and 9 out of 10 times I spoke with Paul Fink, he was very helpful getting me any and all information I requested about my shipment. This is a great seller and I will be doing business with them in the future. Once again.... Keep up the great work guys!

First time I had to wait for 40 minutes for them to answer the phone. Second time I waited for one hour and 33 minutes and eventually I had to put the phone down. I chose option 5 to get in touch with Stansted airport. So don't use the Stanstead airpot or baggage point there. Its real nightmare.

As an introduction, Luggage Point take around 5 minutes to attempt to remove reviews from websites but don’t bother responding to complaints after more than a week. Anyway, here’s what you can expect from them. I’m trying hard not to make jokes that they see as being slanderous. Precious petals: This is a staggeringly bad company with awful customer service. The owners of the airport should be ashamed to have anything to do with them. To explain, if you lose something in Glasgow Airport the airport no longer have a lost property service - instead they have (presumably been paid) to farm the 'service' out to this outfit (who, in the slim chance your property is found and correctly entered into their 'system', will charge you through the nose to return your own property to you. What a world we live in). I left my jacket in one of the bars after security in Glasgow Airport. I realised as soon as I got on the plane, around 15 minutes after leaving it and called the number repeatedly. No answer. I then emailed them. 24 hours later there was no reply. I then called them and the phone was answered by somebody who could hardly be bothered talking to me - giving the impression he wasn't even listening to my description of the jacket. "Aye, naw, there's nothing like that here. But it can take days for it to get here. Aye, I'd call the bar if I were you. I mean, I don't know if it'll even turn up here 'ken". When I called the bar the woman said they had no record of lost property at the bar and didn't seem to have a clue where it went if it was handed in. She thought it went to "a shop" in Glasgow. Called the lost property number again and - no surprise - there was no answer (the person clearly having had enough having answered it once that day). Handily they have a database online with all the items that have been found (although lord knows how accurate it is when there seem to be no system in place to log items). The only problem is that when you try to claim an item it logs it and emails the company with your request. And guess what? The company completely ignores your request. So, was my jacket found? I still have no idea. If it was I’m not sure it would even be worth the amount these geezers would charge me, even if they would answer a phone or an email. It really is an example of how horrid the world is now. Hang your head in shame Glasgow Airport. My advice? You'd have more chance of getting your items back if you chucked them off a cliff than you would if you left them in any airport covered by Luggage Point.

After using this company for 2 years, I recently sent 13 parcels all correctly labelled and numbered.. only 9 parcels arrived to the receiver; after 2 weeks they have done nothing to find the other parcels; do not respond to emails, and have not contacted me to arrange the insurance I paid them to pay for the missing 4 boxes . . . [name removed] seems to be employed by both Realtime Express and Hunter Express? The fact that they don't list the insurance payment amount on the invoice is DODGY in itself . . . Do not use either of these companies as they are both incompetent.

We've used Kent twice now in the past year. The first time was great everything went without a problem (WA - QLD). This last time (QLD - WA) however we incurred damaged to our adjustable bed base, a broken guitar and lost items (which we are unable to claim for as we didn't find out they were missing until after their 2 week time frame). Dealing with Kent regarding the insurance process which is still unresolved and ongoing almost 3-4 month since our move has been an absolute nightmare. They refuse to take responsibility and ownership for our damaged items and refuse to pay out what our items are worth and the value they we specifically insurered for. They are trying to get me to accept their pathetic offer of $1799 for a bed base worth $4999. Do not use Kent. If you have any lost or damaged items they will do everything their power to weasel out of paying and not taking any responsibility. Avoid at all costs, not worth the headache.

Very good service - plenty of feedback on liftup times as well as drop off etc. 10/10 on communications! I had some really challenging time constraints and it all wroked out thanks to the communications. Moreover, I booked the move only 6 days in advance so all in all well above expectation!! I move from Melbourne to Sydney and engaged Transcorp to take our 2 bedroom house load up there based on the specific verbal confirmation they had given me that they were not brokers, ie. that they did not engage subcontractors to move my goods - they had their own trucks and staff. Turns out that's not the case, and it's in the fine print once the contract arrived that they can engage subcontractors, which they did. My furniture was scratched and damaged, the ceiling of the bedroom they moved out of was scratched with the end of the bed, boxes were loaded sideways or on an angle (photos available), boxes were dropped as they were loaded, the furniture wasn't stacked properly and was all over the place in the truck (photos available). Also because Transcorp and their subcontractor miscommunicated on the arrival time, my furniture was moved to another truck - and again packed like it had just been thrown in. Just be aware that Transcorp can engage subcontractors, so it would be the same as using a broker which would often be less expensive, with the same bad results.

After approx 10 interstate and 3 international moves we finally decided to downsize and build a smaller property just up the road from our then house. Contracted Rogue Wolf to do the removals - pick up, store for 5 days, deliver - all in the same suburb in which they are based. They pack very quickly but it's only when you go to unpack that you find out how - haphazard, fragiles thrown into boxes with no protection, boxes incorrectly labelled or labelled with someone else's name - basically a complete shambles Poor packing, expensive, did not pick up empty boxes despite request to do so

Recently relocated from Brisbane to Bundaberg and had the easiest of moves ive ever encounterd as a result of the fantastic service and professional attitude of Advance Australia Removals. Not one bit of damage or even a scratch. Everything is wrapped up patiently, they even wrapped up my fire bucket. Great people to deal with from the booking, right through to the conclusion. Will always use them from now on and couldn't recommend them more highly.

The first move was Sydney to Port Macquarie (4 bedroom house) followed by our second move from a villa to a high rise apartment within Port Macquarie. Charged us $465 to move a lounge, fridge, washing machine, 2 single and 1 queen beds and a small filing cabinet just two blocks it took them a fraction over 1 hour. They were late arriving! We were quoted far less over the phone but then informed there are minimums in an email quote, there were no $ amounts on the quote which we didn't receive until last minute on the day of the move. These people are scammers and very aggressive, best avoided.

I'm in the process of moving some furniture interstate with a much more reputable and professional removalist, which has made me recall using ART Removals & Storage some 2.5 years ago. All I can stress is this: the removalist and storage industry is highly competitive and operates with low profit margins; if a removalist's quote comes in more expensive, then they will almost certainly provide superior service. Conversely, a cheaper quote implies an inferior service, which ART Removals & Storage proved to be. Ultimately, you shouldn't just concern yourself with price when it comes to moving furniture. In summary, ART Removals & Storage were slow in responding to correspondence, added a series of costs throughout the process rather than confirm these upfront, their removalists unprofessional in appearance and approach, treated my goods with little care, arrived at my new place with a series of damaged goods and then showed very little sympathy when querying the damage and following up insurance. Yes, ART Removals & Storage will probably be cheaper than their competitors but the inevitable damage to your goods will nullify any cost savings. The fact that their website hasn't changed in 2.5 years also speaks volumes. Do yourself a favour and use anyone but ART Removals & Storage!

I had the huge task of moving equivalent to 3 bed house from Brisbane to 3 hours west. My decision to arrange a removalist was well worth every cent to leave it all to Sam and his boys. The quality of care taken, from packing to placement in my new house was all taken care off for me. Good old fashioned service with a smile is a rare experience these days. Thankyou to Irini in the office for keeping me posted on all the details and answering all my questions. If your needing a removal big or small I recommend highly getting a quote from these guys. I have used this company twice in moving the contents of a 2 bedroom unit and very large tool collection. Because of the cheap rate I wasn't expecting miracles like the person in a previous review moving a $25k grand piano. What a pompous cheapskate. Any way my job was done courtieasly and reasonably efficiently . I had some scratches on my toolbox and bed head. But it was a difficult move and the 2 guys handled it pretty well .
