Once you've placed your online order and they've been paid, it's painfully obvious they couldn't care less. Their customer service is terrible. My last order was for 2 simple throttle cables, they charged me for 2 and then just sent one. Now it's my problem to approach them for a refund. A real vendor that cared wouldn't even make a customer have to ask, they would be empathetic to the fact that they charged you for something they didn't deliver and issue a refund. I will find another vendor in the future.

i have recently ordered a pipe for my mini bike. first thing i have noticed is that the welds were too fat to have the bolts fit on them. second the pipe i ordered from the website came very dirty and used! id never believe id ever experience something as crazy as this. i dont even know what to say thats just one big shame from a shop in texas.

I bought an electric trailer tongue lift from T-Motorsports through ebay but didn't install for 3 months. Once installed, it went up and down exactly 4 times before it froze in the upper position and even the hand crank cannot not break it loose. Contacted the company and their curt reply was that it is out of its 2-month warranty and they are not responsible. Complete piece of junk and this shyster company does stand behind their products.

Fitment's site identified the incorrect replacement size for my OEM struts. Three weeks and six emails later I not only don't have the correct struts, but I can't even get someone on their support team to even understand what the problem is with what was sent to me. Poor information on their website. Terrible customer service. No accountability.

Just like my title says, the ordering process was easy. I like how everything is pretty self explanatory on the site and if you do need help that there is someone waiting to use their imagination to help you. Like whaaaa? Customer service is A1. Prices are definitely bang for your buck especially if you're looking for suspension ! I debated on which and what I wanted. But I'm glad I went with my BCs. Can I get a AMEN ! Can't wait for them to get installed !

I purchased some new 22.5" Alcoa wheels and tires for my RV..they arrived, but they forgot to balance them..so they offered to cover the cost to balance them at a local shop..and even an extra $100 for the inconvenience. That was excellent customer service. Then then asked me to send a pic of my rig with the wheels installed, and in return they would send me a "gift card". I sent in the pic, which they began using in their advertising...but did not send the gift card. I messaged them after a month and they said it "must have gotten lost in the mail".. they assured me they send them out monthly, and I would get it then. So I waited another 2 months, and still no gift card.. I emailed them again and they replied "You'll get it when we send them out again. Sorry we only do it every so often." ...total brush off and total disrespect for their customer.

In the market to buy a Leer fiberglass truck cap and went to Frank's. He took my $200 deposit and never ordered the cap. He even gave me an appointment, saying my cap was in. When I showed up, after 6 weeks of waiting, he told me he made a mistake and that he would call Leer and see what the problem is. He told me at least 6 overt lies over the six week wait. I'm going to another dealer and taking this thief to court.

Brembo brake kit for my cr250 - Funny thing is the 9 out of 10 people that are happy with a product never say a thing... Point being i met the owner Boston about 5 years ago when he needed us to vapor blast the carbs they rebuilt. As a Moto X freestyle rider i get what it means to get a proper bike part... They assisted me with parts for a few bikes and recently just got my CR250 some Brembo brakes to flex on the boys! So.. wanted to stop buy n thank peeps thats are actually trying to do something different! keep it 💯 OEM!

I recieved a modified rear shock that was supposed to be "low hours, ready to use" the clevis had an additional hole drilled in it, as if a lowering modification was attempted. The compression adjuster was not stock, and the rebound had the wrong set screw holding it in.The damping was most likely re-shimmed. The spring had chips of paint and was rusted on every turn of the spring. The shock I received looked nothing like what was pictured and it did not fit the description.

This was my first fairing kit I have purchased, and what can I say I am over the moon with it, gives the bike a whole new fresh look from the old fairing. And a massive improvement on the shape. Purchase of the fairing was stress free and easy to use website. They done an excellent job of keeping me up to date with the process of the fairing. Having being sent photos before the kit was sent was just a added bonus. Was gave tracking info which was excellent to follow the progess of the kit on its way. Arrived today and was keen to put them straight on the bike. Wow would be the word, everything just lined up and was very easy to fit. Great attention to detail and the paint is excellent and thick. They provide fake denso relays to eBay sellers, beware. It was a headlight relay. The original identifying information is sanded off and a fake denso sticker is put on "over it" (still very rough all around that). There are many other identifying qualities that make it fake too.

Ordered extensions for a Suzuki GSXR 1000. Was told at time they were on back ordered but would be available within 10 days. We are now 7 weeks out and I still don't have the extensions and it will be at least another week before they even ship, which is what I have been told the last two weeks. It is one excuse after another. Bad materials, computer issues, now we are getting them engraved then we have to package them. When I ask for them to just return my $400 they say that is not an option. Customer service comes off nice to get you hooked then you get pushed off once they have your money. Good Luck!!!

Charged me restocking fee when their website was at fault - I bought a $75 (+ shipping) gas cap from roaringtoyz. I bought it online and when I got it, it didn't fit even though the pathway I took on the website indicated it would fit. I was told that I should have gone through another route on the website, but how was I to know that? They're charging me a 15% restocking fee. I bought the product in good faith and it was their error not mine that led to the problem. I think this is a bad way to do business and do not recommend doing business with roaringtoyz.

i have ordered from this site twice. the first time went well. however the second time i am encountering problems... i ordered an expensive bike part and payed extra to have it shipped 1 day fed ex ground.. they sent me a confirmation, i waited all day for fed ex guy who never showed... it said it was supposed to arrive yesterday "by end of day" so i wasted a whole day waiting for the fed ex truck that never showed up.. and here it is the next day and i looked up the tracking number and it says "shipping label created" but fed ex doesnt have my package yet, and to contact the shipper... so i called the number pervided for the site, and it is right in the middle of business hours too. and the first 2 times i called i got put on hold and then hung up on... im on hold again as i type this, i was on hold 5 minutes then someone picked up the line but didnt say anything but i could hear people talking, i said ":hello" and boom, gotr put back on hold... i have now been on hold for 25 minutes and counting.....

MUCH easier to work with than the OEM hard lines, which require a lift to fish them over the back axle of the car. If you're doing this on jack stands save yourself time, headache and curse words by getting THIS KIT! They are a little long, so you're gonna have to trim a bit - no big deal.

Had oil change done at Reading branch. It was still dirty and dark after they changed the oil. It would seem that they did not empty all of the dirty oil out. The oil does not look much different than before the oil change. It should look like a light transtudent colour when new oil is replaced. Would not recommend them for any oil changes. I paid £54.75 which is cheap for an oil change so I guess you get what you pay for. I asked for a refund but they denied any wrong doing and was not prepared to refund me and we're very rude when I challenged them over this.and vertually put the phone down on me.

I purchased the Unitronic Stage 2 Tune for my 2013 VW Beetle Convertible 2L Turbo Gen 3. I have loaded the Stage 1 tune. Will go to stage 2 next drag racing season. I had a glitch on the initial attempt to load the tune. Communication on the provided link was easy. They loaded a new stock tune that was compatible. Loaded the stock tune, using a battery charger as recommended, then loaded the Stage 1 tune. The result is INCREDIBLE!! The process was easy. Off track times improved by over a second and broke my previous speed from 88 to 93.6 mph. Stage 1 tune with 92 octane in itself is incredible. I'm sure, I can better the 16 sec 93.6 mph run on the track. May just stay at the Stage 1 tune!! It's that good. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I was sent the wrong harness for the Mirrors I purchased. They will work just fine after I modify that the harness that they sent me. Customer service has NO automotive experience at all and is of no help. Customers are not allowed to speak with technicians at all. I take them 1 to 3 days to discover if what you are telling them is true. Know ahead of time that you will need to modify anything that you purchase from them. I was finally told that their guarantees are not on all parts. Avoid!

Part promised 6/10/20 given shpg date of 6/5 sent email 6/8 and now advised new shpg date of 6/10. Anthony of csc advised will not expedite and out of their control. Not dependable at all. Their site has high ratings but unable to submit a review. Wonder how they got those ratings. BEWARE

I purchased Rockville's touch-screen DVD headrests (with earphones) new last year through Walmart.com and had them professionally installed in my Acura. I've had to swap them out 4 times within the past 10 months as they continually malfunction and stop working. Every-time one of them breaks, Rockville makes me remove the entire system (remotes, wires, headrests, etc), pack it all up, mail it back (at my expense) and wait weeks for the replacement. One time they simply repacked my devices and mailed them back to me without even repairing/replacing them so I re-installed the system, realized it was still broken and then had to uninstall and mail it back to them again (at my expense). Their products are worthless junk. One headrest suddenly stopped working again today so I will soon be on my 5th system. They may as well be paper-weights. Don't waste your time or your money on these cheaply made pieces of garbage. A great concept poorly designed and executed.

This review is about the RVSS4A pneumatic lift assisted speaker stand that has had a redesign of the leg adjustment collar and the speaker height adjustment mechanism. Aside from all of the legs, braces and the vertical poles this is virtually a complete redesign. Rockville claims a "Hassle Free" warranty! The Magnuson - Moss warranty act of 1975 (Still law) says any variation of "Satisfaction Guaranteed" is, by that phrase alone, what is guaranteed and nothing else! "Hassle Free" under this law implies what makes the customer happy is all that matters! That is very open ended but true nonetheless! I began back on Nov. 8, 2017, though I can not find my first contact, offering to pay for the replacement parts and was told they didnt have them at the time and would let me know when they had them! I have a dIsc jockey business. This made my set up time more difficult. I was willing to be patient. When I originally thought it was the fault of a want to be helpful client the part was broken from over tightening. Until the second stand failed the same way. I am a professional electrician as well as a DJ and understand snug is enough! Now I felt I was being ignored so I attempted a second contact (11/13/2017) with no response! I was still willing to pay for the parts! On Feb 26, 2018 I became a little more aggressive and sent them their first notification about the Magnuson - Moss Warranty Act In the hope they would comply with my wishes. It had come to my attention they had redesigned the stand completely! I now know this was a design flaw and changed my request from just parts to replacement stands. They keep insisting they will warranty the stands as they are. This is where this is a hassle! I have to find some kind off boxes to put the stands in. Pack them in such a way that they will not become more damaged! The stands are anything but physically easy to find boxes for. They will pay for the shipping. That does not make this in any way hassle free! They will fix them with the old style parts that will merely be in trouble in a few months! Hassle free would be I get all of required shipping materials and a set of new design stands with an apology! Yes, I will pack them for shipping. Still not hassle free but acceptable! This is in the hands of the New Hampshire State Attorney General!
