Psychopathic company; (no seriously, PSYCHOPATHIC!!); who go that extra mile to make sure you are culpable under the agreement you 'sign'. Truly theirs a culture of dishonestly which form the spine of the entire company, and they will go to court and blame their sh*t on you - in front of your face! Even the director fraudulently countersigning the agreement, after 18 months,- yet failing to disclose the same. - and maintaining the false narrative, in a court via their 'senior litigation manager' - if any ambiguity remained about their intent. also They withheld the 'audio recording' of the original "contract consideration" with their broker Motormart Limited t/a CarFinance 247 - which evidenced that the agent for CF247 blatantly misrepresented the agreement payment schedule at the start. CF247 would circumvent the S.A.R. in this regard. Also Their broker providing them with a false invoice, claiming the disputed vehicle was purchased from them (CF247), when it was purchased evidently from a fourth party. I since established this.. ahem.. inaccuracy related to the vehicle 'Title'. - when subsequently proved as false, they changed their story, - and on their way crashing down incredibly (tried) to blame the reason for their fraud on me, the customer. - when it was them who contrived the same, during the original Financial Ombudsman Service complaint. Their senior litigation manager also ripping out court document that supported my case, and proved their culpability - stating "this case is for return of our vehicle"; - not a legally recognized mechanism, notably my "counterclaim". Truly this company is waaay to desperate for your money, or you liability; and if you stick up for yourself the mask WILL come off! The FOS were not much help in this regard, either; as they clearly failed in their investigations (AS ABOVE); and were disinterested in the truth or the relevance of the truth, thereafter.

The faulty odometer on our car was replaced 5 years ago and we told them that the car had done 70k miles but when they checked the last MOT they said that there was a discrepancie as it indicated 27k so I explained that I have informed them of the combined mileage with past MOT documents proving that it was 43k when repaired plus the 27k miles since... They said it need sorting with the dvla? Checked Gov.com website, its only illegal if I had tried to sell it as only doing 27k miles! Thought honesty was the best policy? Evans Halshawe had no problem with it and bought it off me...

READ THIS BEFORE USING MOTORWAY Four Weeks ago I listed my car on MOTORWAY; it sold for £16,567 to SASCRON LTD who viewed the car and agreed to pay the SOLD PRICE. Nearly three weeks after ignoring my phone calls and emails SASCRON LTD negated on the deal. I bitterly complained to MOTORWAY who said they could not force the purchase to go through but would relist the car. Next day I received an email from MOTORWAY stating that the car had been sold for £16,116. Before accepting I called MOTORWAY to ask who the bidder was and they said SASCRON LTD. I obviously declined their bid. MOTORWAY then advised me to accept the second highest offer which was £16,111 from THE WRIGHT CAR COMPANY (AKA WRIGHT BROS LTD) which I did. 6 days later without even contacting me, they decided not to purchase the car. I've had to insure and store the car for four weeks whilst two independent dealers have decided not to proceed with the bids that they submitted to MOTORWAY. The WRIGHT CAR COMPANY called me this afternoon to state that MOTORWAY had deleted their bid from their system and that was why they hadn't contacted me. This is disputed by MOTORWAY who said the bid was still valid. So if you sell your car via MOTORWAY be prepared, as the process is not as slick or as quick as the advertising suggests. In fact knowing what I know now, I wish I had accepted the original offer from Cazoo.

I guess you either love these guys or you hate them. My wife finds them incredibly annoying when she hears them on the radio. Myself, I love them. Their accents are not off-putting to me, and I love how they laugh together. What I've learned over time, though, is that the 'straight' answers they provide are actually pretty authoritative. They actually know what they're talking about, based not only on their extensive formal education but also based on their hands-on work with many, many cars. If I personally found anything annoying, it's only their constant self-referencing which gets old. However, it's a part of their "shtick" which we would not want to do without...

So, automotive.com is a decent site for researching just about everything related to vehicles (new cars, used cars, insurance, etc.) I used the site as a starting point in my quest to buy a new Hyundai Sonata. After all, from what I read the price of gas is going up to $5 a gallon this summer and this car gets 35 mpg. Anyway, the information that I found on automotive.com was spot on regarding price and I even filled out the form to receive a few quotes and was somewhat satisfied with the response. I also used the insurance section to try and figure out if a brand new car was going to cost me an arm and a leg in terms of insurance. However, I couldn’t find that much information. There was a lot of information about insurance in general but nothing specific to my area or the car I wanted to buy. I could have entered my contact info to have someone get in touch with me but I wanted answers right on the spot. At the end of the day, I ended up buying the Sonata. I suppose I was able to use the info regarding price that I got from automotive.com to my advantage. All in all I would recommend automotive.com for doing research on new cars but the insurance section leaves a lot to be desired. -Heather

From the very first contact with Matt from Voldi I felt comfortable I would get the right car for my daughter. I told Matt what we were after & left it with him. He came back with a better spec'd car & a much better colour than my daughter had requested. Car was fully serviced & valeted when we collected it & even got a bottle of bubbly for my daughter. Matt even honoured the warranty when we had a small issue with the aircon. Matt has years of experience in the car sales business so can negotiate what's required etc. I have no problem highly recommend Matt to find you the right car. My recent experiences with car servicing were subpar. I had to bring my car in twice within as many weeks due to recurrent problems with the engine light coming on despite servicing. A loaner car was unavailable the 1st time I brought in my car. The 2nd time I took my car in (for the same problem), the loaner vehicle trunk/latch was not working and the loaner car had a musty, unpleasant odor.

Communication has been presumptuous. Booked my car in for a service and was arranged a loan car over a 2 day period. Booking the car in took 10 mins and loan car was ready....so far great! Come back on day two after receiving a call in the late afternoon of the day before saying everything was good for my 9.30am pickup. I arrive at 9.20 and by 10am after paying for the service I am told my car has developed a glitch and will be another hour! I ask for my loan car Back that was booked out for two days to be told it is now no longer available!! No other car available, no other options but to wait. So much for 15 minute appointments to minimise contact. When asked why I was called and told all was ok when the car obviously wasn’t I was told ‘in 99% of cases it’s fine’ that really helped and made me understand my frustration and annoyance were obviously silly on my part. You can do better.....you charge to do better......do better Jaguar!

Shocking customer service, went to see a £12,500 car that we were told by the salesman Stuart that he was happy to show us the car in its present condition (dirty, bodywork scratches, interior scruffy and dirty) as by the time we were due to pick up the car it would be in showroom condition. He said Peter Vardy had a 2 meter rule that any bodywork damage that you could see from 2 meters away would be repaired also the alloy wheels if they had any damage would be refurbished. We received a phone call on 24th September 2019 that the car was ready to be collected and on arrival at the arranged time had to wait almost 2 Hours but eventually the car was presented to us, It was dirty had dirty water running down the inside of the door channels, seats were dirty, sun visors were disgustingly dirty and none of the repairs had been done, then we noticed more damage internally it looked like a bear had been kept in the back of it for 2 years all the plastic panelling was damaged extensively. At this point we refused to accept the car and told the handover girl that we wanted to cancel the sale and just get our money back. Now we have been passed from pillar to post and have our phone calls ignored with the usual "someone will call you back" and never does in a effort to receive our money back. SHOCKING SERVICE and would never recommend this company to anyone because it might just happen to them!!!!!!!

We purchased a car from here about 3 months ago. On the drive home the clutch went out. Then I took it to a subaru dealership and they said it needed a new computer (another grand) and that the gage cluster/abs/check engine lights (dummy lights) had been tampered with and didn't work. Now come to find out that the engine is blown and has only been running on 3 cylinders. So basically they sold me a lemon that didn't have lights to warn me of all of these problems and I bought it as is. I am in the process of working with an attorney because the guys at the dealership are telling me that there is nothing they can do and I owe over $20,000 on a car that is likely to break down at any moment and has spend most of the time in the past 3 months that I have had it in the shop. I think this business is ran very unprofessionally and by crooks. I would not advise anyone to buy a vehicle from here. Hopefully they get put out of business for breaking federal law.

I am, have been, a great fan of Toyota automobiles. I decided to buy a Lexus MX 350 thinking that was the best Toyota offered. I bought the expensive add-ons, especially the safety features, including the pre-collision system (PCS), Intelligent Clearance Sonar (ICS) and the many other features connected to the ICS. December 5 2018 I had a rear end fender bender with a car in front of me. This is an accident any driver can relate to. A car in front and you are stopped at the end of an off ramp waiting to merge to the right into an empty lane. The car in front begins to merge into the empty lane, you check to your left to see the lane is still empty, so you begin to merge, only to see the car in front stopped for no real reason. Your first response is to avoid a collision by hitting the brake and turning away from the stopped car. Too late, a finder bender occurs. The right front fender of the Lexus hit the left rear finder of the Honda. The impact was directly on the Lexus right front sensor. No alarm, no pre-collision activation. Clearly, a situation when the slow speed collision should have been avoided with the safety features. When I expressed my concern to Lexus Customer Assistance center, they asked for a lot of information and turned the case (#1812052891) to an independent investigation agency. Three weeks later I get the car repaired at more than $8000.00. Lexus repairs are extremely costly. January 31 2019, I receive a letter explaining why Lexus has no accountability in this event. They stated ". that there was brake input and steering input leading to up to the incident," DUD!!!! How do you try to avoid an accident? Well, those two reasons as well as 10 pages of other disclaimers are found in the 775-page Lexus manual. Essentially they have identified any possible reason why their safety features may not work. Potential buyers should carefully read pages 281 -290 in the 2018 Lexus RX 350 350L manual. Shortly after, I receive a recall notice that identifies a problem with the ICS and that I need to take the car to the dealer to have that fixed free of charge. The $8000.00 + repair bill included $188.32 for the repair of the ICS. No refund offered. Facts: 1. This slow speed rear end collision should have been avoided with the functioning ICS and PCS. 2. The recalled ICS is an important part of the functionality of the PCS. 3. Lexus/ Toyota advertizes their systems avoiding similar accidents with their safety features. 4. Lexus/Toyota has offered no accountability or apology for the safety malfunction. I want to know, when does Lexus/Toyota step forward and accept responsibility for vehicles not functioning as advertized and sold?

Lexus makes the best cars. They are safe and they don't break down. My only complaint is that their cars have become increasingly expensive to fix. Toyota should consider making them cheaper to fix but easier to customize and upgrade. That way people who want all the bells and whistles can pay for that whereas the rest of us can just enjoy the car without the exorbitant maintenance fees. However, I am still a Lexus fan.

I don’t think they even deserve a star. Don’t waste your money on this warranty underwritten by motorway direct plc . I’m not sure how they get away with this day light robbery . They do everything they can to avoid paying out . My situation with timiming chain on a BMW X5 was luckily and unlucky as I’m still having to pay over £1000 to reapir . This was caught early on and I was advised by several garages including BMW the time chain needed replacing. I rang up motorway direct and intially they wanted me to take it for another dygnosis even though I provided one from BMW . Anyways long story cut short because the car has not failed / broken down they said it will not be covered. In other words they wanted the chain to snap before they will do anything about it. Had the chain snapped this would have cost 10 x more to repair. they are refusing to pay now just imagine what they would have said if it had snapped . They would be looking for another loop hole to getting out paying . Bottom line is , do not buy this warranty . I will be taking this to the Financial ombudsman and encourage others to do the same . It’s no coincidence there are more negative reviews than positive. if they are deemed to be ripping off customers then FCA will investigate them too . Which could result in the company making changes in the way they handle claims and actually pay up and not look for loopholes .

In keeping with a lot of the comments here this is should be avoided at all costs Their ‘wear and tear’ exclusion policy is so extensive it is very difficult to see how they will pay for any mechanical failure on cars older than 5 yrs. my recently purchased 5yo BMW developed synchronous (!) faults in the turbo, flywheel and a clutch bearing after just a few months and somehow none of it was covered. They make you go to one of their providers, and then refuse to pay for any of it after 2 weeks of diagnostics. I commute 80 miles a day to get to work, and struggled for three weeks. Total cost of repair was £1800. Insult to injury is that the telephone number they provide costs about £10 per call, and they never update you, so naturally you call in every day to find out what’s happening. Nice £90 phone bill just now. It is badged as AA warranty but it has nothing to do with AA; I purchased this for piece of mind as I was entering a 4 year HP. The whole thing is a con from start to finish. Don’t be missold this terrible product!!! There are better cheaper ones that actually cover you as you expect. First time I’ve done one of these reviews, such is the frustration and disappointment

They called me up after a valuation on my car. When I told them it was to low they said come in and we will get you a better deal. When I got there I was passed off to a salesman who told me he couldn't get me that price because it didn't have AMG wheels on it (it wasn't an AMG car) you see it didn't have any scratches or marks on it that they could use to drive the price down so they use anything they can. He then told me I couldn't sell it because it's the 1.6L and everyone wants the 2.0L.

Do not take your car for a re-gas to Glyn Hopkins of Milton Keynes. They ripped me off by replacing parts that didn’t need replacing. I had taken my Nissan Juke to Glyn Hopkins as the air conditioning was not working and I presumed it needed a top up. The car was re-gassed and when I picked the car up after 2 hours the same day the air-conditioning was not working. After reporting this to Glyn Hopkins I was informed that the condenser was in poor condition and 1 fin was broken and that it needs to be replaced. There was no mention of any leaks from condenser. I took the car back for the condenser to be replaced and paid the invoice. They were going to charge me £491.90 but after complaining about the £75 top up I had paid for they charged me £327.00 which I paid under protest. I had asked them to keep the condenser for me to inspect. After 2 days the air-conditioning was not working again and when I took the car back, I was told that the compressor and hoses needed to be replaced. I said to the service representative that if the condenser was not leaking (it was in poor condition) it should not have been replaced and I should not have been charged for it. They ignored my comments. I took my car in to the garage and the compressor and pipes were replaced and under protest I paid a further £489.59. I was handed the condenser that they said had been replaced and I informed them that this is not the condenser from my car. I showed them the photographs that were taken when the part was on the car and asked them why they are trying to tell me this was replaced on my car. The condenser that I was given was in reasonable condition but had a leak in the bottom left hand corner. I am also of the opinion that the compressor was not leaking and that the leak was possibly from a pipe as I was not given the compressor for me to get checked independently by a motor engineer. I was told that the compressor will be sent to Nissan as they made a goodwill contribution towards the cost of the item. I am still waiting for Glyn Hopkin complaints team to get back to me.

DO NOT trust Lex Autolease with your hard earned money! Got a brand new Jaguar XF through my small business on contract hire from Lex Autolease. Paid for it in full, on time every month over a 3 year term; only actually had the car a few months of those 3 years as it went in and out of garage 15 times! The dealership couldn’t fix the dangerous steering fault and Lex did NOTHING to help. They just kept taking my money. Terrible customer service, poor car quality. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Lex happily accept the rejection of VW warranty claim, they win either way. Either VW pay or I do ! Lex customer service are arrogant and useless. Wish I had leased from any company rather than lex. Applied for a car loan on Monday, gave them 100% correct information. Only communication was if I called them. Even when they said they would call back, they didn't. They being a person called [name removed]. Finally hear back that we are approved but no one from approved car loans Brisbane could give us a straight answer on how to proceed next, signing papers, picking up the car, etc. Then they turn around and say they need supporting documentation in the form of a rates bill with a name on it. We had told them on the first day of applying (Monday) that we don't have one. So now we have to wait till tomorrow morning and we might not be approved anymore. Every step of the way I had told them we need a car asap for business and if they don't think we have a chance to be brutally honest as we'd grab a cheaper car elsewhere by the afternoon. Complete waste of time. Several stuff ups were made on their side with no apology and we are now out of pocket, without a car and have a business still on hold.

I have just sold my beautiful R8 Convertible to SellCarco.uk, and I can honestly say that I have never experienced such a pleasant and happy transaction. Dan and Amy were really nice people who made the whole experience really easy and relaxed. I spoke with a couple of people at SellCar.co.uk before the actual sale day, and they were equally polite and decent, calling back at the time agreed and sending emails in a timely manner. There was no renegotiation or quibbling on price, I was paid exactly what I had been offered when I first enquired. I cannot recommend these guys enough, I have sold my previous cars to companies such as Aston Martin, Bentley and Mercedes and I can honestly say that dealing with SellCar.co.uk was a better experience. Appealing service at Great Yarmouth branch. Very rude and didn’t deliver what they promised on main service. They lied and cheated, the manner was aggressive and unprofessional. Been going there for 5 yrs but the 6th year service is the worst service. Avoid this branch like a plague. The thurlow nunn values are a joke, they are not caring, respectful,professional and definitely not putting the customer first. Gary Osborn regional manager states that customer satisfaction is a priority... I very much doubt that statement

Hi, I have just brought a SPEEDMASTER from jack Lilly Romford only one issue that was from Hinckley The depot my bike was about 5 weeks late.But they did put things right for me thank you for that . But the staff at Romford were great and allways helpful and keeped me up to date with the delay on the bike and when I went to the showroom I was always made welcome with a cuppa of something. But the man with the plan was Steve he was helpful and was professional even when I was giving him a hard time. So big pat on the back for him for him. I will always deal with steve he gets the job done and a thank you to all the staff at the show room.

Land Rover Doncaster: George in sales is great. Always try’s to help and overcome challenges or issues presented by his colleagues within the hierarchy and other departments. By definition he is restricted in doing so and therefore as a customer I feel massively let down by the management, not George. My new car was damaged and dirty on handover. Sonny and George looked after me in response to this on the day however, which I appreciated. Faults have taken 6 months to rectify although this was complicated by damage also done to the car by Royal Mail and communication with Doncaster and the Land Rover approved Bodyshop in Chesterfield to get both sets of damage rectified. I have been without my car for 6 weeks from January to February waiting on works to be done and redone. This should have been 1 week. Three of those weeks my car was sat in Doncaster as they had not processed a warranty claim. Chris the sales manager lied to me and told me a warranty claim had been rejected and they couldn’t help. At this point, 2 and a half weeks in to the second time I was without my car, they had not even submitted the warranty claim. My car was left unlocked for at least 6 hours in their side car park, so accessible to the public on a Saturday! I raised a complaint 2 weeks ago via email for the Head of Business to respond to along with filling in the JCT600 website form twice. Numerous chase calls and no response. During those 6 weeks George had organised a car for me to have but I didn’t want another car for that long, I wanted my own and it should not take 6 weeks for work to be completed and rectified as was the latter issue. The car is now as it should have been the day I picked it up. Works that I wasn’t happy with have been re-done. The bodyshop are not therefore blameless at all in all of this either. I now feel more aggrieved by the sales manager lying to me, my car being left unlocked and the lack of a response or investigation by the Head of Business. Whilst George is a good guy, the list of errors and general non-interested attitude of the management would definitely put me off buying another car from them.

Despite informing CnA I'm having issues with the brand new bike I brought from this dealership they told me their is nothing wrong with the bike. I've had a few experienced riders have a go and they all say there is a problem. And they had the bike back to see what was wrong they used it for about 60 miles and still said "nothing wrong" i made a phone call to some other dealerships and just from me explaining on the phone what is wrong they believe they can fix it. So I'll never be taking my bike back thier for repair or service ever again.

I was needing a spare tyre for my Renault Laguna. I advertised on the website "1stchoice.co.uk" A website that specialises in hosting the sales of recycled vehicle parts, what I was needing, being sure to input the size I was needing clearly as 225/45R17. Renparts answered my advert with offering Wheel (Spare) Current wheel 225/45R17 for £73.50. What they sent me was a space saver, numbered 135/80R17, clearly not what I was looking for. And at a price you may expect to pay for a recycled proper wheel, not a recycled space saver. I contacted them, they tried to tell me this was what I had ordered, but after I made clear it was not they agreed to have it collected and issue a refund. They didn't issue a refund I never heard from them until I chased it up. They claimed to have sent a courier, but I didn't see one. They then said that if I wanted a refund I would need to return the space saver. I paid £14.40 to have it returned to them and received a refund. But it meant I had to pay £14.40 for their mistake. I had offered tto dispose of the space saver for them but they demanded it be returned if I wanted a refund. I have written to Trading Standards about them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I was sold parts that were incomplete and incorrect. I spoke on the telephone to a member of staff (dom) who said they understood what I needed and I even gave serial numbers and part numbers. Clearly informed that I needed complete parts (I have proof to show this is what I asked for) Incomplete parts arrived missing important brackets and mounts and not one but two incorrect radios. When I asked for the missing part I was given an attitude and told they would collect everything the next day. This was impossible as I was away and not had time to repack. Still they ignored me and are refusing to accept return for the wrong parts. I’m £145 out of pocket and have now gone through my bank to recover funds. Absolute joke of a company and immature staff who ignore you. Please feel free to ask for the proofs I have screenshots and pictures as well as emails.

Authorized Toyota dealers are useless after the 6-year warranty period expires. Currie Motors Isleworth; Ph: 0208568 4343; Email: [email protected]; Address: 207-209, Worton Road, Isleworth, Middlesex, TW7 6DS I booked an appointment at this service centre for 12noon for the 6th-year service for my car. When I reached there, I was told that I was supposed to drop-off the car between 8-10am in the morning. I recheck my confirmation email, and there was no indication of 8-10am drop-off time. I showed the confirmation email to their staff which clearly read 12noon, but they argued that they are not hiding anything and that their system had a drop-off time between 8-10 am booked for my car. I was very surprised that the confirmation email I had said 12noon time, and the booking time they had was between 8-10am! They said, they may still be able to could accommodate me today. However, I will have to leave the car overnight if the MOT fails, because it would be illegal for me to drive the car on the road with a failed MOT. They also said, in some cases, when the card parts have to be imported from Japan, it can take a couple of days! I asked them if they were to keep my car, would they provide a replacement car. They said, no, as they are fully booked out. I then requested for another day for an appointment, and they gave me a date before my MOT is due to expires. I asked for an earlier day, and they said that would be fine. When I asked if they will send me a confirmation email, they said please check your email and phone number on our records, and we will send a confirmation email. The confirmation never arrived! I sent an email to the local Toyota head office, but they didn't care to respond either. I feel that Toyota does not care about the customers who own Toyota older than 5-years old. I felt it is pointless to use an authorized Toyota center, which is anyways overpriced.

I own a 2018 Nissan Murano Platinum model. Generally the car is great, but I have one small irritating complaint. The Driver's Information Screen, directly in front of the Driver, fades away in strong sunlight, but is fine and legible in the garage or at night. The local Service Dept. instructed me to fix this problem by placing a piece of tape over the light sensor on the top of the dashboard, and not to use the Auto headlight setting. My car now thinks it is night all the time. Anybody else have any ideas?

I purchased a car through ebay that they inspected and had maintained for the last 50k miles for $5200. I drove 500 miles to pick it up and came home trusting that it was in good condition. Took it to my local dealer for state inspection it didn't pass and needed over $3000 of repairs to get it to pass and a non functional sunroof that cost $1500 to repair. They were completely non responsive. Not disclosing known repairs is completely unethical and fraudulent. If you must buy from here, make sure you take the car to a third party for inspection prior to purchase, but I would simply recommend staying away from this pack of liars.

Once again, we received excellent service from Lazydays Tampa - we can't say enough good things about the Service Manager Doug Earle and the awesome, really knowledgeable technician Travis! (And our service advisor Greg is always great too!!). We had a problem with our main awning not retracting properly and decided to try to get it repaired near our home, since we're three hours away from Lazydays. We went to a local RV repair company in Stuart, FL and got erroneous findings, with them telling us our fabric had caught in the motor (not true) and that the innards of the awning mechanism were destroyed (not true) and that we needed a complete new awning for about $1500 + shipping! Lazydays service (Travis) fixed the problem with a simple adjustment! We are always treated very well at Lazydays, find the staff completely professional and very proficient, and always enjoy the Crown Club during service time (including the nice greeting we always get from Precious at the Crown Club front entrance)! Thanks again Lazydays staff, for always taking care of us!!

We were very happy with the price.....which was exactly 1K more than we were offered by the local VW dealer. The exchange was stress free and conducted professionally. However, the car was not picked up for about a week...the only negative in an otherwise very satisfactory experience with these guys.

I have used State Roads inspection 3 or 4 times now. Their reports are extremely detailed which always have assisted me in making a purchase with confidence. Their report have also saved me from buying a heavily repaired car with full service history, which was a repairable write off from a hail storm with a fake service history. I am a returning customer and I will continue to use State Roads' services, their inspection is worth every dollar and also a great negotiation tool against not-so-honest car dealers
