We did some searches and found this site that had all of the info and tools we needed to find and research cars. We're considering a purchase but this site doesn't sell any cars but rather provides the tools and services to find a car. We were very pleased with the info, reviews, photos, and specs we received from automotive.com.

So, automotive.com is a decent site for researching just about everything related to vehicles (new cars, used cars, insurance, etc.) I used the site as a starting point in my quest to buy a new Hyundai Sonata. After all, from what I read the price of gas is going up to $5 a gallon this summer and this car gets 35 mpg. Anyway, the information that I found on automotive.com was spot on regarding price and I even filled out the form to receive a few quotes and was somewhat satisfied with the response. I also used the insurance section to try and figure out if a brand new car was going to cost me an arm and a leg in terms of insurance. However, I couldn’t find that much information. There was a lot of information about insurance in general but nothing specific to my area or the car I wanted to buy. I could have entered my contact info to have someone get in touch with me but I wanted answers right on the spot. At the end of the day, I ended up buying the Sonata. I suppose I was able to use the info regarding price that I got from automotive.com to my advantage. All in all I would recommend automotive.com for doing research on new cars but the insurance section leaves a lot to be desired. -Heather

From the very first contact with Matt from Voldi I felt comfortable I would get the right car for my daughter. I told Matt what we were after & left it with him. He came back with a better spec'd car & a much better colour than my daughter had requested. Car was fully serviced & valeted when we collected it & even got a bottle of bubbly for my daughter. Matt even honoured the warranty when we had a small issue with the aircon. Matt has years of experience in the car sales business so can negotiate what's required etc. I have no problem highly recommend Matt to find you the right car. Thanks again for a hassle free great car buying experience

Communication has been presumptuous. Booked my car in for a service and was arranged a loan car over a 2 day period. Booking the car in took 10 mins and loan car was ready....so far great! Come back on day two after receiving a call in the late afternoon of the day before saying everything was good for my 9.30am pickup. I arrive at 9.20 and by 10am after paying for the service I am told my car has developed a glitch and will be another hour! I ask for my loan car Back that was booked out for two days to be told it is now no longer available!! No other car available, no other options but to wait. So much for 15 minute appointments to minimise contact. When asked why I was called and told all was ok when the car obviously wasn’t I was told ‘in 99% of cases it’s fine’ that really helped and made me understand my frustration and annoyance were obviously silly on my part. You can do better.....you charge to do better......do better Jaguar!

Shocking customer service, went to see a £12,500 car that we were told by the salesman Stuart that he was happy to show us the car in its present condition (dirty, bodywork scratches, interior scruffy and dirty) as by the time we were due to pick up the car it would be in showroom condition. He said Peter Vardy had a 2 meter rule that any bodywork damage that you could see from 2 meters away would be repaired also the alloy wheels if they had any damage would be refurbished. We received a phone call on 24th September 2019 that the car was ready to be collected and on arrival at the arranged time had to wait almost 2 Hours but eventually the car was presented to us, It was dirty had dirty water running down the inside of the door channels, seats were dirty, sun visors were disgustingly dirty and none of the repairs had been done, then we noticed more damage internally it looked like a bear had been kept in the back of it for 2 years all the plastic panelling was damaged extensively. At this point we refused to accept the car and told the handover girl that we wanted to cancel the sale and just get our money back. Now we have been passed from pillar to post and have our phone calls ignored with the usual "someone will call you back" and never does in a effort to receive our money back. SHOCKING SERVICE and would never recommend this company to anyone because it might just happen to them!!!!!!!

We purchased a car from here about 3 months ago. On the drive home the clutch went out. Then I took it to a subaru dealership and they said it needed a new computer (another grand) and that the gage cluster/abs/check engine lights (dummy lights) had been tampered with and didn't work. Now come to find out that the engine is blown and has only been running on 3 cylinders. So basically they sold me a lemon that didn't have lights to warn me of all of these problems and I bought it as is. I am in the process of working with an attorney because the guys at the dealership are telling me that there is nothing they can do and I owe over $20,000 on a car that is likely to break down at any moment and has spend most of the time in the past 3 months that I have had it in the shop. I think this business is ran very unprofessionally and by crooks. I would not advise anyone to buy a vehicle from here. Hopefully they get put out of business for breaking federal law.

I was nervous about buying a car on my own for the first time. I'd been to several car garages but didn't feel confident with the service or cars I looked at. I then went to affordablecars4u. They called me up after a valuation on my car. When I told them it was to low they said come in and we will get you a better deal. When I got there I was passed off to a salesman who told me he couldn't get me that price because it didn't have AMG wheels on it (it wasn't an AMG car) you see it didn't have any scratches or marks on it that they could use to drive the price down so they use anything they can. He then told me I couldn't sell it because it's the 1.6L and everyone wants the 2.0L.

Drove over an hour and fourty five minutes to north fourty truck stop only to be stood up. If this company hires people like this I can only imagine how bad they are screwing people on cars. Do not take your car for a re-gas to Glyn Hopkins of Milton Keynes. They ripped me off by replacing parts that didn’t need replacing. I had taken my Nissan Juke to Glyn Hopkins as the air conditioning was not working and I presumed it needed a top up. The car was re-gassed and when I picked the car up after 2 hours the same day the air-conditioning was not working. After reporting this to Glyn Hopkins I was informed that the condenser was in poor condition and 1 fin was broken and that it needs to be replaced. There was no mention of any leaks from condenser. I took the car back for the condenser to be replaced and paid the invoice. They were going to charge me £491.90 but after complaining about the £75 top up I had paid for they charged me £327.00 which I paid under protest. I had asked them to keep the condenser for me to inspect. After 2 days the air-conditioning was not working again and when I took the car back, I was told that the compressor and hoses needed to be replaced. I said to the service representative that if the condenser was not leaking (it was in poor condition) it should not have been replaced and I should not have been charged for it. They ignored my comments. I took my car in to the garage and the compressor and pipes were replaced and under protest I paid a further £489.59. I was handed the condenser that they said had been replaced and I informed them that this is not the condenser from my car. I showed them the photographs that were taken when the part was on the car and asked them why they are trying to tell me this was replaced on my car. The condenser that I was given was in reasonable condition but had a leak in the bottom left hand corner. I am also of the opinion that the compressor was not leaking and that the leak was possibly from a pipe as I was not given the compressor for me to get checked independently by a motor engineer. I was told that the compressor will be sent to Nissan as they made a goodwill contribution towards the cost of the item. I am still waiting for Glyn Hopkin complaints team to get back to me.

I was kept up to date with developments regularly and replacement vehicle was delivered within 2 hours of my car being sent for repairs. The team worked around my time schedule and I was not inconvenienced at all! The service was exceptionally good .

I have just sold my beautiful R8 Convertible to SellCarco.uk, and I can honestly say that I have never experienced such a pleasant and happy transaction. Dan and Amy were really nice people who made the whole experience really easy and relaxed. I spoke with a couple of people at SellCar.co.uk before the actual sale day, and they were equally polite and decent, calling back at the time agreed and sending emails in a timely manner. There was no renegotiation or quibbling on price, I was paid exactly what I had been offered when I first enquired. I cannot recommend these guys enough, I have sold my previous cars to companies such as Aston Martin, Bentley and Mercedes and I can honestly say that dealing with SellCar.co.uk was a better experience. Today at 11:58 AM I just bought the BMW X5 40e from Irvine BMW. We had one of the best experience in car buying in a very, very long time. I have visited 3 other dealerships and this one seems to be way better customer service than the others (Mckenna BMW is horrible). We were lucky to have Brandon Kim as our sales representative (internet fleet manager). He was very patient, friendly, helpful, accommodating, funny, hassle-free and authentic. They gave us a great deal on the car and made my buying experience very pleasant throughout the whole process and it was also quick and easy. Customer care sadly appears to have disappeared on signing the purchase agreement....The professional and knowledgeable salesperson has been replaced with a series of standard anonymous emails from their email address, mostly unrelated to the car purchase and box ticking. Purchased a new Skoda Fabia and traded in my old car (Also a Fabia). The whole process was flawless from start to finish. The salesman was professional, knowledgble and easy to deal with. Marshall's kept us well communicated at every stage and did exactly as promised. Despite informing CnA I'm having issues with the brand new bike I brought from this dealership they told me their is nothing wrong with the bike. I've had a few experienced riders have a go and they all say there is a problem. And they had the bike back to see what was wrong they used it for about 60 miles and still said "nothing wrong" i made a phone call to some other dealerships and just from me explaining on the phone what is wrong they believe they can fix it. So I'll never be taking my bike back thier for repair or service ever again.

Authorized Toyota dealers are useless after the 6-year warranty period expires. When I reached there, I was told that I was supposed to drop-off the car between 8-10am in the morning. I recheck my confirmation email, and there was no indication of 8-10am drop-off time. I showed the confirmation email to their staff which clearly read 12noon, but they argued that they are not hiding anything and that their system had a drop-off time between 8-10 am booked for my car. I was very surprised that the confirmation email I had said 12noon time, and the booking time they had was between 8-10am! They said, they may still be able to could accommodate me today. However, I will have to leave the car overnight if the MOT fails, because it would be illegal for me to drive the car on the road with a failed MOT. They also said, in some cases, when the card parts have to be imported from Japan, it can take a couple of days! I asked them if they were to keep my car, would they provide a replacement car. They said, no, as they are fully booked out. I then requested for another day for an appointment, and they gave me a date before my MOT is due to expires. I asked for an earlier day, and they said that would be fine. When I asked if they will send me a confirmation email, they said please check your email and phone number on our records, and we will send a confirmation email. The confirmation never arrived! I sent an email to the local Toyota head office, but they didn't care to respond either. I feel that Toyota does not care about the customers who own Toyota older than 5-years old. I felt it is pointless to use an authorized Toyota center, which is anyways overpriced.

I wrote here before but no answer from hedin bill I bought two cars from hedin bil Uppsala they was 2 Mercedes ML350 Bklass first I speak with a man through net then mobil we decides that I can travel Sunday and every thing was ok but when I was in my way he call me and told me that I can't take the car but they will pay the money for the ticket and he was sorry but after they lie and they didnt pay anything second the Mercedes Bklass have alot problems and that kind of problems we can't see them if we don't drive and even they sent papper that no one had signed when we tried to speak with them so no one want to answer they lie and they sail a car's with a lot of problems but they don't want do anything about it so to who I should speak or should i go to police for that problem???

Got an online quote on Wednesday, booked a visit for Thursday. Dwayne turned up. Lovely bloke, friendly and helpful. Did the checks and test drive, came back, rang the office and then offered me 36% (yes, thirty-six percent!) of the original online quote! I never expected I would get the full quote price, the car is low mileage, 1 owner, in very good condition, with a new exhaust but with a couple of small dents in the door from shopping trolleys. I expected the price to get knocked down and blame the dents, but to offer 36% of the quote price was outrageous. Even had the nerve to blame the corona virus! The original quote was give on the day they shut the schools and there was 24 hour rolling news coverage of the corona virus - was quite insulting to think that they thought I would believe such a story. I even took time off work for this - a total waste of my time and effort.

was offered £9090.00 for my car accepted the offer within the 7 days and now told the offer is only £5030.00 WAT This company is profiteering because of corona virus. all i can say is stay away from this company. I originally went just down the road to a more well known dealer but upon arriving the salesman made me feel like I was just another commission check. I went on to the next one and all they did was bash the competition. I went on to Auto Action and they were great. Showed me around the lot and actually explained things to me. The salesman, Jason, always called me by name and was very patient with me. All of the guys are great and I couldn't feel more welcome. They asked me mire than once if I needed anything, a drink, food, or even a comfortable couch when I joked about being tired. I can see myself staying with them and purchasing another vehicle from them down the road.

I have bought 2 cars from auto action now and haven't had any problems with my credit and getting the car I wanted. If I have a service issue I know im covered with their 12 month 15,000 mile warranty which is really nice. Peter, Ana, and associates at auto mall auction.com have ghosted us completely after purchasing a car off THEIR website as “Runs and Drives” with “Dents and Scratches”. Really? 2 feet of the fuel line is missing. Literally when you turn the key forward, fuel profusely pours out of the fuel lines from the pump in the tank. How does it “run and drive” when the engine doesn’t start? Not to mention the danger it presents to my family, myself, and the environment. Our body guy in Northern Minnesota said “worst frame he’s ever seen on a vehicle 17 years old”. Probably pretty accurate seeing the rear cross member of the frame is gone. Why didn’t you advertise the vehicle as such? Other vehicles on your site clearly state undercarriage issues. Does a 100% rotten frame not qualify? You can also see where at one time it was a “Parts Only” vehicle on the windshield. Which is intentional deception of a consumer product. A few things we’ve learned. Your State Attorney General’s Office is always there to assist. We feel like victims of fraud and the law takes note to that.

When the pickup person came, he looked under the car to see an aftermarket catalytic converter. He then called his boss who said they would offer me 100.00 less than agreed price on internet! Said that price was if the cat was OEM! I settled with them for $50.00 less than agreed price. Will never use again. Will not recommend.

As with most garages there is the worry of pushy salesmen and upselling of products yet here they give you the keys and leave you to it such an easy relaxed buying experience. CRIMINAL OFFENCE I bought a VW GOLF in August 2018 by this bunch of thieves online, by its CARSUPERMARKET website. I've signed the purchase for a car with 25965 miles. I wanted to buy a car with around 25000 a mileage, I trusted their words and I ordered the VW Golf online without seeing it before the purchase as they stated that the car was in mint condition. When I did my MOT in August 2019 I realised, checking the previous MOT done by CARSUPERMARKET, There was a discrepancy of 4000 miles (29629 miles instead of 25965), After the MOT the engineer pointed out as - an advisory note - for the front and rear shock absorbers having limited damping effect/light misting of oil. This is quite weird since I have used the car very carefully and I only drive along the M1andt the alloy wheel, on the left front tire was slightly damaged. (Keep in mind that I rose from the beginning this issue, about the alloy wheel, but they didn't solve the issue). I now think that the car had been driven improperly before they sold it to me. Obviously, I asked for a full check and the 4 shock absorbers replacement (at a VW official dealer) that at this point (with the expenses at their charge). Without any answer and with an unacceptable behaviour ( done by a poor manager named John Brocklehurst), I'll sue the company in court and I reported the Police and the DVLA authority the matter. Bought my current car over the phone after looking at a couple of cars online first. Mark Harraway was my advisor who dealt with the process from the start until point of delivery. Mark had all the time and patience in the world as I changed my mind on a few things and cars during the process. Nothing was too much trouble, felt very assured and comfortable that Mark was taking care of everything for me. Fantastic service and couldn't have had a better customer experience!! I was in the market for a 16 ft enclosed aluminum trailer and was seriously considering a used one in Salt Lake City until I discovered a new one for sale at Castle Country RV in Helper, UT. So I had originally given them 5 on Google. I was able to drive away that night. In the car I wanted. Well when I was showing my husband pictures from the lot he noticed a small dent in the bumper. I called the next day and said hey neither me or the salesman noticed it can we just pull the dent out. I was told no. I said well that isn't cool. You can see the picture is on your lot. I got the I will check with the manager response....and a day later another no. When I received a response on the Google review it said we are like family. BS! My family would have pulled the dent just based on principle. Now it just says to me eastern motors your job is our check...while I appreciate that I have my car....way to lose referrals and a return customer. Oh and I wonder how long it will take to call about my tags. Title has been here for a week.

After being in this place ALL day, from about 12:45/1p- 8p and a 45 minute drive to Hyattsville of course I bought the dang car! But, it's idling high, the transmission feels like it's slipping, the breaks are squeaking... and the salesman charges $1000 over the carfax estimated value, which I didn't realize until after the fact, they didn't even want to negotiate the price and I find out you bought it at auction and it's been in 2 accidents! Then, because I didn't want to buy the service plan, the salesman says he can't offer the discount he gave me on the other 2 plans. I didn't know he even gave me a discount, and why would I want to purchase a service plan for a 2016 vehicle, that's suspect. The salesman and the finance officer put on one hell of a show with their good cop bad cop routine fit for Saturday night live. I had to beg him to give me the numbers before driving to pick the car up, which I DID NOT want to do. I mean, I had to be quite rude about it since he was hell bent on sending me there before I even decided if I was going to buy it. Then when the paperwork comes back I find out that I'm first on the loan. I was supposed to be the CO-signer. Would I recommend Eastern Motors? I would not recommend, but, I would mention they sell cars for those who want to take the chance, and I'd let the buyer know they can get the same experience, even better, at any dealership. Your job is not your credit and they didn't do anything that the dealer before them didn't do. I have serious buyers remorse and now know exactly what questions to ask in the future. My advise is yes, good customer service is always great, but it is expected from a person who gets sales based incentives. Have some integrity and sell a decent car for what it's worth. CarMax has a no haggle policy but, at least I can trust that I'm getting a fare deal.

I bought a Tesla Model S from Saxton4x4. I was assured by the dealership, through their advert, verbally by the Salesperson and the fact that they specialise in 4x4 cars, that it was the dual motor 85D 4-wheel version. When I took delivery it transpired that it was the basic 2-wheel 85 version. The difference between the versions is £5000. The dealership have yet to give me a satisfactory resolution to my complaint.

I submitted a request about a dodge caravan- but the salesman- Jessie- that called me back wasn't at all knowledgeable about the van, and had never seen it on the lot.....I asked how much rust it had...and he didn't know, another Q was the condition of the transmission? and again he didn't know. I asked about financing and he didn't know what banks or credit unions were used. I also asked him if the van had a car fax, and again he didn't know.
