Everyone’s reviews here all have to deal with shipping times. I, too waiting almost a month a half to receive them. I understand covid-19 has wreaked havoc on everyone and shipping has been affected greatly. This however, could have been avoided if the company included information on their website that the product was coming from China and not the US. They are very misleading because they use an address in FL. My review is not based on shipping but the product itself. Upon receiving the product, I noticed that aside from the plastic bag packaging it arrived in, it did not have instructions, labeling, or branding. The bands were placed in a vinyl stowaway bag that you can use to store them. The bands varied in color and thickness but nothing else was included explaining the resistance. During my first workout after receiving the bands (received them the day prior), on my third exercise, the green resistance band snapped only to find out a zip tie was the mechanism it uses to fasten itself to the metal clip that you can attach to the handle. A zip tie?!? I couldn’t believe I spent $40 on a poorly made workout band designed with zip ties. Again, this was the first workout I had with these bands. I was disappointed and immediately contacted the company. Two days later, they offered only replacements and no refunds. Who wants a replacement of a product knowing that the replacement will also be secured using zip ties?!? Not only are the poorly made, this product could be dangerous- zip ties comes loose, people can be injured. I wish this forum has the ability to post pictures. The customer service were responsive by email. This met my expectations. However, the poor quality of the build (zip ties, smh) and not stating on their website that the product was coming China are reasons why I would suggest staying away from this company.

I’m very new to all this. Been playing for several years, pretty much solo. I’m in a clan but don’t never fireteams. While I actually didn’t talk to anyone at the Outlet, someone texted me about when the Flawless would start and when it ended. My character wasn’t modified and I received seasonal levels and all the loot. High recommend.. I’ll try this again!

The hair lasted only one month. RELLY SHED, TANGELED and over priced. The package was old and hair package opened before I RECEIVED IT. THEY TOOK 47.00 EXTRA OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND DID NOT PROVIDE A EXPLANATION. NO RECEIPT EAMIL, NOTHING. Both my dogs are using the recently purchased bully bed - easy in and out without struggling to get up and out from the extra fluff the other dog beds provide. My 15 yo female has severe arthritis and loves chilling out nearby the french door while my younger 6 yo male uses it frequently to chill out, chew a bone and sleep Highly recommend this bed over some of the other costly orthopedic dog beds

In the past I have bought every type of bed to keep my gentle giant off the hard floor and kept comfortable. I have spent hundreds and hundreds all for nothing UNTIL I bought h a bully bed!!! He is 165 lbs and he hasn't come close to the floor. Amazing well made bed that was well worth the money! He is happy and so am I.

This bank is the worst bank in the UK. They claim to be a business bank. They aren't ! Starling turned a routine business to business wire transfer and created a nightmare . They refused to credit the customer or return the funds to sender even under recall notice. Their lack of consideration and efforts to resolve any questions or issues only accentuated their distain for customers , violation of uk bank regulations( failure to give written notice ) and underscored their rank amateurism and unprofessionalism in dealing with international business . Their inaction lead to tarnished reputations for non performance and hundreds of thousands of dollars in penalties and legal costs because the company's couldn't complete their contractural obligation . Do not use this bank. Run Away.

The app is trully amazing! You can handle all your downloads for Netflix in just a couple of seconds and sit back and relax while it downloads all for you. The steps are very simple: You download the program at their wonderful website. You can download the videos in Full HD and enjoy them anytime. The download speed is very fast and you don’t need to wait. You just put your Netflix credentials, add the links and you’re ready to go. It has got a wonderful option where you can select your desired language and the bitrate. For English it has also the audio-descripted for persons who need it. The interface is very friendly. It is very simple and well-designed for avoid problems. Also when you start a download it has a got a progress bar with the percentage which allows you to understand how many minutes do you need to wait. When it finish it generates a mini screenshot of the episode and you can click play for watch it. I’m sure all people will be satisfied with this great product. Absolute JOKE of a company. Ordered item from sports direct and never recieved it. Received an email fron hermes saying it had bern delivered and signed for. Then recieved 5 emails saying it was still to be delivered. Of course it never arrived. Trying to get in touch with this company is nigh on impossible. I will never order from a company that uses hermes as their couriers.

For the last 6 years, they are continually lying and thieving the products. 2016 I watched the driver get out the car with only a "missed delivery" card, without attempting the delivery after the 3rd day of not even trying to buzz the door, it was only from myself shouting at them to get the parcel that I received it. Today, 14th August 2020, I sat and waited at my office desk, knowing what Hermes are like, they were already 15 minutes passed the window, but at 8:14, they claimed they delivered my package, not one person came to the door, but a screenshot of the GPS apparently exonerates the driver of any wrong doing. They never left the car, I've had 4 deliveries tonight, and only Hermes would consider recruiting liars and potentially parcel thieves. I strongly ask anyone here to please find any other delivery supplier, as Hermes will only reflect badly on yourselves.

Don't use these cowboys - had platinum cover with them and wouldn't replace a window switch!!, because they don't class it as mechanical, even though it brings the window down. I was sold this cover with a new car purchase, so if your doing the same don't take the cover out - shop around for a company thats helpful. not a typical insurance business that takes your money and runs

purchased a mattress via the online shop. received a double instead of the king-size which i ordered. returned wrong mattress via post office and a replacement is on its way Monday although i sent it back with proof of post on the previous Thursday. A little disappointed considering they posted the wrong one and thought they would have made an attempt to post out to me immediately and not have to wait a further 4 days before shipping.

Was sent a Silentnight Eco Comfort Miracoil Mattress as an "upgraded" replacement for mattress that sagged after only 20 months. It's been rotated every week, but after only 19 days this mattress is also sagging. Response from warranty dept " 1st impressions are as though the mattress has been sat on extensively". It's not been,but Silentnight would appear to believe 19 days is a long period of time. After several emails was offered another "upgraded" replacement,checked reviews to find if anyone had similar problems with this one sagging and they had. So my options are--- like for like replacement-another "upgraded" replacement -both would mean taking the risk of having to go through all this again-or the £48.00 I payed for delivery . I would advise anyone to think very carefully before buying a mattress from Silentnight.

I order a pair of Hickies, the no tie shoelaces, a few months back. They arrived promptly, were easy to use, and fun to wear. Unfortunately, after playing sports in them, a few of the elastics snapped. I wrote to the company to inquire about replacements and the company was more than helpful! They stood behind their product and they did so with a smile, offering a free replacement pack at any value, in addition to a discount on my next pair. I have yet to receive my new ones but I have a feeling I'll be ordering them again.

I recently got a full sleeve jersey and a long inseam shorts. These products are awesome! I really enjoy this shirt because of the weight of the material. It moves easy meaning it does not get caught up on your body, backpack, neck brace, etc. IT fits very well and is comfortable without being to tight. As far as shorts go they are my favorite to date. I am taller so the option of the longer inseam has been awesome for my to cover my knee pads riding downhill and jumps. The do not catch up at all on my pads while I am peddling. Also the adjustable Velcro straps have been great to adjust to my waist and eliminate the need for a belt. The material is light and breathable as well as being durable.

The combination of 3 layer technology, with a moisture whipping bottom layer to keep the rider warm, and dry, along with 20k waterproofing makes for nothing short of a perfect set of customizable rider inspired gear. Personally I love NWT3K because the product backs itself up so well. Fully functional, fully comfortable, durable, and ready for the extremes. I have yet to see any other company with the diversity and results that come anywhere near NWT3K.

The driver was late for pickup-the limo had not been cleaned from the previous client as the interior smelled of heavy smoke upon entering and empty bottles/used glassware were present. The driver was on time for the return trip and the limo interior had been tidied up although the trip was longer than expected due to a "wrong turn-early exit" resulting in touring through a "not so upscale" part of town. The driver was courteous.

driver (Michael) met us at the airport as scheduled. He was courteous and helpful. Only issue was that he was not sure how much was the fare and whether we needed to sign a credit slip. When I checked on-line afterwards my Amex card had already been charged. I also signed a manual slip that he gave me to sign, so I hope I will not be charged twice!

Great products, absolutely terrible customer service, awful IT behind their online shop. Customer fulfillment and service one of the worst examples in the market. Always fob you off with "phone us" so there's nothing in writing. A lousy way to work with customers. I try to buy via other retailers so there is some protection when things go wrong, never buy direct from them.

I've purchased Craghoppers products for years. Unfurnished in recent times, the quality their products had gone downhill. I purchased the Bishorn parka, which could have been a great item but is let down by technical issues such as sleeves riding up and not being long enough. The Apollo hooded top started piling after two wears. When this is coupled with terrible customer service and appalling logistics, they've really started to let themselves down. Once great, now going the same way as other companies, cheap and cutting corners.
