i have been ordering lenses from here for last 2 years without any issues.. 30-40% cheaper than getting lenses through my eye doctor.. My wife also ordered from here and she doesn't notice any difference?? not sure why people say their lenses are not the right fit??

After talking to different reps and explaining how desperate I was to receive the lenses Asap, - as they have been my primary corrective device for 40 years- no one informed me the fedex 2 day option and I've been waiting for 2 + weeks using "expedited" service. My vision with glasses is blurry due to astigmatism and my driving unsafe. Some one should have offered that option after I called repeatedly to find out why they had not arrived in 3 to 4 days. Outrageous. Never again. Poorly run company with inferior customer service.

Grant was fantastic in helping me over the phone to complete my online order accurately! He helped talk me through the features of my Adidas Evil Eye wraps from the adjustable nose pads to the adjustable temples. He was extremely helpful with coordinating my prescription, tinting and mirroring to not distort vision on the finished product. The end product is beautiful and functional. The lenses fell apart before I was able to put them in my eye. This is a health and safety hazard. They were also far too big, and far too thick. I selected the type of contact lenses that daysoft told me were equivalent to the ones I had been wearing previously, but clearly they were wrong. The lenses are of a terrible quality and are an absolute waste of money. Do not buy these.

I placed an order to this company on the 03.06 with delivery in 48 hours. Never received any tracking information for my purchase by them, or ordering number. The only proof I had from my order was my bank statement. Today, the 17.06 I contacted them to know what was the issue and why I was waiting so long for an essential product. They first told me they had no order processed by me, after emailing them my bank statement they finally confirmed my order by saying the delivery had incomplete information. As when I purchase any deliver, I filled out all my information, that now when I checked today was completely blanked for my admiration! They after sent me some tracking records that since the 10.06 the company was trying to delivery, but I was never once informed or contacted by this company. I'm trying to get a refund now, since I've being mistreated by their customer service, and they are making this process really hard as well. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

Bought glasses on line paid for fast delivery took 6 weeks to get them but lenses not correct and frame too small. Returned them with another prescription asked for money back. Tolk could not get refund of whole price but could choose other frame. Only one I could find was right width and depth was much cheaper but arrived broken. Asked for full refund but my emails ignored and no telephone number. Finally contacted my credit card company and after further month received an email and £22 refund and they kept glasses. I gave up and told them to fix frames and return glasses but 2 weeks on no glasses. I now need to claim refund from Barclaycard and am contacting trading standards. Dont go near this Company. They are dishonest

I’ve always been a big fan of this site and the contacts I receive but for some reason this time around the lenses dried out so fast! Within 4 hours of wear (which normally I do at least 8-10) my eyes were dry, tired feeling and red. Other than that I guess the shipping time of almost one and a half weeks was okay. I’m just upset that these didn’t feel like the same quality as my previous pairs.

I get quick service from OptiContacts. Ocassionally, questions take until next business day but a response is made. I usually have to ask for a price match as their pricing seems to get less competitive each time I order. ↵ ↵They have always matched or beat pricing but why be 30% higher in the first place? This must cost customers because most will not ask for a price match (they will just order elsewhere).

I recently took advantage of their birthday sale. I bought the S11050X(C6) frames in burgundy / gold. Placed my order on Sept 13th, and received my package today on the 26th. Usually I use their express shipping, but this time I tried out their standard shipping. It gave me an ETA of 1st of Oct. Which was fine since I was in no rush. But it came earlier, so I was over the moon. Took about 2 weeks. Which is amazing. Well packaged in a silver jiffy bag. The case looks different to the usual oval frosted plastic ones. This one was rectangular and you can slide the glasses out, it came with a cloth bag too. I placed 2 more orders with firmoo, so I'm waiting for them to arrive!! I can't wait. Great quality, affordable pricing, and great customer service always. These burgundy frames look amazing with the gold rim around the frame. I have a whole cupboard of firmoo glasses collected over the years.

Great service! I placed an order for a pair of high end sunglasses on September 6th, late Friday night. I checked that their shop is closed on weekends so they were shipped around 9th Sept, Monday noon and I received them on 11th Sept. The sunglasses were excellently packaged with all the paraphernalia - case, wipe, manual, authenticity certificate. Further checks and enquiries online bolstered their authenticity. Ordered three pairs of lenses. One was torn in package and the other tore as soon as it touched my finger. Contacted Customer Service and they sent replacement. Waited two more weeks and got the replacement and once again the lens was torn. Contacted customer service again and they replied someone would get back to me by 8 am. No one did so I messaged again and got an automated reply that my info was invalid. I tried several times after with same response. I then went to their website and logged into my account and filled out the for. Of course errored out again twice. It seems this company is declining communication from me without valid reason. I was polite and professional in my comments and it seems I will not get any resolution.

They told me they were going to send me a replacement pair but that was almost 4 months ago and I'm still waiting.!! Since then I have made contact through Whatsapp and several emails but have been now completely ignored.!!! Ordered a pair of contacts, they arrived within a few days, however colour didn’t show in my eyes as I have dark coloured eyes. So I ordered a brighter colour. After not receiving them, I got in contact with the email address online as there is no direct number. Haven’t heard anything back at all. Wasted my money with no contacts. Not impressed.

This is such a waste company with no commitments and sense of responsibility.. no value for some one’s hard earned money and health. I ordered a pair of specs because my doctor asked me to wear specs while working as I was facing issues with my eyesight.. I ordered from Cleardekho, the store keeper told me to collect it tomorrow and pay the complete amount in one go. I payed. Next day when I went to collect the specs, he told me maam its not yet done. Please come tomorrow, it will be ready. I called next day to ask about it. He disconnected my call and blocked my number and my husband’s phone number too. He never told that the store will be closed on Wednesday on the time of ordering. Also, he started ignoring our callls. Is this a kind of sevice, u guys are giving. He gave me commitment that on tuesday, my specs will be ready. But I have no clue what the hell is going on.

Our bulldog, Gumbeaux, decided that my daughter's glasses would make a tasty treat. He ended up breaking the lens. Blue Light Kids absolutely stands by their warranty that if ANYTHING happens to your glasses, they will replace them. When I told them what happened, I had to fill out a small form and send pictures of the glasses. Less than 24 hours later my daughter's new glasses are on the way! So simple! AND this all took place over Thanksgiving! For them to be this on top of it over a holiday is amazing. They are also so friendly! No need to shop anywhere else. ☺️☺️

If you are ordering from the UK you will be charged £25 for delivery and then have to pay 25% cost of your order at your door, which for me was an £85 kick in the metaphorical nuts. Oh and if you don't accept the package, you can't get a refund! So you just accept you have to pay over £100 for the physical delivery of a £270 product.... Great This has severely tainted my experience with Enchroma and their disregard for the end user. Enchroma, please put a rough calculation of what the real cost of delivery will be so your customers can make well informed choices!

I finally figured out what has "killed" my brother's and my Humps lenses - salt water. We are both surfers, constantly around salt water, and occasionally our glasses get wet. My glasses did the same thing my brother's did after they got some ocean water them - mass amounts of "scratching" on the exterior of the lenses. This is actually just the coating of the lens coming off. After this started happening on my second pair of glasses, I tested my salt water theory by going in the ocean the other day and rubbing the outside of the lens with my thumb. The coating comes right off! So while that is the extreme of what you do with your sunnies, I now know why these glasses have not lasted for more than a few months. I don't know if other (especially more expensive) sunglasses have this issue, but I've never seen it happen as fast as it has on Humps sunglasses. I think it's up to the consumer to decide whether or not you want to put your money into something that isn't going to last very long around salt water, as I'm just providing my experience. The customer service team has been great at replacing them quickly just FYI!

I purchased the VR Headset and controller pack of 4 and was told they work with iPhone 4s. I went out and bought 2 iPhone 4s for my children and they are unable to have the operating system version required to operate the cardboard app that is required to use the product. I tried with my iPhone 6 and the experience is dreadful. I asked for a refund one business day after buying them and I was told to "F*off" by the owners who spoke to me on the phone and told me they 'don't do refunds' and 'go ahead and try QCAT with your complaint, 3 others before you have all lost". Ordered a Armband for my Android smart phone, and the order was quickly dispatched. 10 days after I had still not received the package, so wrote them - they said the package was insured, but I had to wait until 21 days after dispatch. They had a great price on my Dailies, < $30 a box. I ordered 8 of them and when I got to the final page the other shoe dropped - $100+ "handling fee". Ok, I was pretty much expecting this. Even after that it was still a fairly low price so I placed the order. The confirmation email gave an estimated arrival time of 9 - 13 days out. After 9 days the order status still said "in fulfillment". I contacted them via their online chat facility. I was told they were out of stock and that it would be 4 weeks from the time of my order before they would ship. I cancelled my order. I am going to be without contacts pretty soon. It sure would have been nice to know that these were on backorder so I wouldn't have wasted 9 days. As to the response from Lens.com below... I rechecked my order and the processing fee was indeed $38.81. My apologies for misstating that. However, I stand by my review. The concept of a "processing fee" is on its own a deceptive pricing tactic. And I don't know this from personal experience, but from reading other glowing Lens.com reviews I understand that fee is not returned in the event a customer has a problem and requests a refund. After cancelling my order I placed the same order with a competitor on Sunday evening 1/26. Since I am running low on lenses I contacted them via their web chat facilities on Monday morning 1/27 and inquired as to the expected delivery date. I was informed "They need to be ordered from the manufacturer. That takes 1-2 business days to receive. We ship the same day we get them in." On 1/29 I received shipment notification with an expected delivery date of 1/31. How is it that it takes Lens.com a stated 4 weeks to fulfill an out-of-stock order when this company can acquire and deliver out-of-stock product within 5 days? And I say a "stated 4 weeks" because again from reading other reviews I see that slipping delivery schedules are common. I saw the Lens.com call come in. I didn't answer because it came from an 800 number which is almost always spam. After listening to the voice mail I debated returning the call. Not because I had a renewed interest in doing business with Lens.com, I was just morbidly curious as to why they would bother to call an individual unsatisfied customer. Read your reviews! They are all unsatisfied! Oh sure, I see an occasional positive review but those are so 180 degrees from most reviews I can only surmise that they are posted by Lens.com or agents of the company. This outfit has obvious systemic problems that can't be remedied by addressing each unsatisfied customer individually. Slow delivery, exorbitant "processing fees", unfulfilled rebates, etc. The goal should be to satisfy your customer in the first place, not to call and assuage them after you p1ss them off.

I highly recommend that people should NOT order from this company. I have found them to be fraudulent, unfair, and just plain thieves. I ordered contacts and never received them and they refuse to refund my money until I return the contacts. How can I return something I never received? I work very hard for my money, live paycheck to paycheck like most people. To have a company charge you for a product, plus an astronomical service fee, plus tax, PLUS expensive shipping fee, and then never deliver the product and refuse a refund. I was on the phone for over half an hour and spoke to 3 different people and received 3 different stories. They took my money and didn't deliver and refuse to give me a refund.

My name is Earl Whipple and I sent in two Giorgio Amani Rx frames for spring hinges, new nose piece, and an arm repair. Sent them in on June 8, 2011 any a phone conversation w/ Christine in their lab on June20th and was given an estimate of 30 days - 2 week back log on their work and 2 weeks to perform the actual work. In mid-July I followed up and after several phone calls I got through and was told my glasses were being worked on, should be completed in about ten days, and shipped. In August I began leaving more voicemail and emails - first once a week then later twice a week. On August 15th I received a message from a woman saying a conversation was needed to finish the job. Since that date I have left messages almost every day explaining I was returning THEIR call.. nothing. I call the Christine the lab tech's cell number, the main number, and the customer inquiry email address. I type this for others to be aware - I just filed a report with the Upstate New York Better Business Bureau at" Better Business Bureau, Inc. After several failed attempts to send the correct replacement temple parts for my vintage aviator frames, Mr. Cornell promised to mail me a refund. He claimed he could not reverse the credit to my card and tried to place blame on me saying I objected to him sending the required "nub" or "knuckle" part which makes no sense since I was desperate to get the correct parts. Lots of promises followed by excuses, and dragging out repairs. Buyer beware on this business.

I've made a few orders from clearly, the first order I got an excellent deal buy one get one free so I got 2 pairs of really nice glasses for a total of $63 dollars and they came days after I ordered. My last order 2 days after placing it the glasses we're here, they have the quickest service 2 days is all I've had to wait when I go in person anywhere else it takes at least 2 weeks and I've waited a month for glasses so I'm very happy I don't have to wait when I order from clearly. Not to mention the prices are way less I just had a pair of lenses made for old frames and paid $130 just for basic lenses, times I've had new glasses with lenses I've paid $450 but at clearly I can spend less than $100 for a complete pair of glasses and if they have a sale even less, and get faster service I really like being able to skip the whole thing of going in to a store and overpay and wait weeks, the glasses I've gotten at clearly have all been great quality. Highly recommend

I have been with 4 Sight Opticians, Central Arcade, Wolverhampton for a number of years and they have been unbelievably helpful with all of my prescriptions for glasses and contact lenses. I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Mr Ross and his team at Laser Vision Scotland. I had cataract surgery (both eyes) in December but, as Mr Ross identified an underlying condition during my initial consultation, it was not straightforward surgery and did have its risks. However, Mr Ross took everything into account, made the appropriate adjustments and thanks to him (his skill,knowledge, experience, understanding, professionalism) and his team, the outcome has been unbelievably successful. Because of the underlying condition I had a couple of wobbles - before the first op and between the two ops - but each time he listened patiently, outlined my options and gave his honest opinion but at no time did he pressurise me into doing something I wasn't sure about or comfortable with. I had and have absolute faith in him and knew to trust his judgement - my faith and trust were most definitely not misplaced. Pauline was also fabulous; post-op I was so desperate to do everything right for my recovery that it was a case of "20 questions" which Pauline answered patiently and with great understanding. Everyone on the team at Spire from Fiona, the staff nurse who did my pre-op prep and discharge, to John who walked me into surgery, to the members of Mr Ross' team in the operating theatre, to Julie in reception, to the ladies who prepared my post-op sandwich and tea was fab ! And everyone was always so very friendly, so kind and helpful. My only mistake was not to have the first cataract removed when it was identified. I waited and then discovered I'd two :(

I cannot thank Jonathan, Ash and Sarah enough. It really is a life changing procedure. I didn't have the quickest recovery but they were patient and understanding and I now have perfect vision. Compared to the experience I had received from two high street companies, who were focused on the money, rather than care, I cannot recommend them enough. They looked after me from start to finish. Knowledgable, professional but exceptionally personable and caring. Thank you all and keep doing what you're doing as you are brilliant!

Microeye lens is the best color contacts company out there. They offer a highly permeable colored contacts that offer comfort during extended wear. This is great for me because I look for cosmetic contacts with prescription. this means I need to wear them all the time all day and so comfort is very important to me. I love that I don't have to sacrifice one for the other. I love that I don't have to sacrifice one for the other.. I can have cosmetic contacts with prescription and high comfort all in one. I purchased the Seattle brown contacts that give my dark eyes just enough vibrance. I love micro eye lenses !
