Very clever and efficient service. I think it links the right experts with the people from around the world to gain insightful knowledge about their pieces of art, treasures or antiques. I was fractionally doubtful at the moment of engaging their services, however all of it was gone very quickly due to their prompt replies, their realistic prognosis on what they can deliver, what is unachievable and the timeline they would deliver the results. I ordered a E2000 router from them on 2/8/11. It is now 2/19/11 and I still don't have the router. I don't think there is any shipping service available which would take that long to get something from the east coast to west coast. The tracking information on their website is not accurate at all. They need to update their website to better inform the customer. I'm never buying anything from them again no matter how cheap it is, it's not worth the trouble.

I purchased a Linksys E2000 refurb router from DD and it was shipped out fast and arrived in about three days. The router was factory refurb'ed by Cisco/Linksys and as sometimes happens it had a radio problem. The B/G 2.4 Ghz radio was very weak and I couldn't get the A band to work at all. I contacted CS through email and got an immediate response. My problem was handled promptly and in three days I had a working unit in my hands. I wish I got this kind of service from all my suppliers. Problems happen, that's just a fact of life. It's how a company responds to a problem that makes the difference and DD really stepped up on this one. I will definitely be doing business with them again as well as recommending to others. I ordered a set of Lee Filters and an adapter ring in late May, knowing perfectly well they were back-ordered at 2Filter (and everywhere else). I instantly received an auto-generated email confirming the order, and a few hours later a personal email confirming the backorder status. I was guessing it might be a 4-6 month wait before I saw my filters. A rep from 2Filter called in mid-August to say they had the filters but not the exact adapter ring I'd ordered. She suggested a substitute, which was fine, and the order was processed. The order was well packed. My only complaint, and it's minor since all has ended well, is that it took 11 days from the time my credit card was charged to receive the order (in Arizona). Also, the 2Filter website indicates that orders are shipped via USPS. In fact, I received mine via UPS. UPS often won't leave packages, so I prefer to know when they're coming. Shipping would have been a non-isssue if 2Filter had notified me of the shipment, and provided a tracking number. In all, I'm happy to have received my order much sooner than I expected. I won't hesitate to order from 2Filter again.

It was easy but the total with the shipping added was a shock. Around $10 for a very lightweight tripod strap is a bit pricey, but not as bad as buying a correct size screw reducer to fit in my 3205 and 3021 then a D bolt in that and then a strap. Probably cheaper by a few bucks. Thanks.

(October 20th, 2004 -- Email sent to Roxio regarding Order ID #200410190820ROX585033:) When Roxio sent me the special invitation to to upgrade my Roxio CD Creator version 5 for $40 for a limited time only, I thought Roxio was offering the latest version, so on Tuesday, 19th of October 2004, I jumped on it before Roxio had a chance to change their minds. So, I'm asking, "If do decide to still get version 7, is it possible to upgrade from this to the new one for another $40. Still considering 7.0 but not for $120 ($40 + $100-$20." Somehow this seems kind of sneaky. Watch what you are upgrading to, before you accept an offer as being a must accept. It looks like Roxio fooled me into upgrading to version 6.2, hoping I will pay another $100 to upgrade next week to version 7.0! (sent to Roxio on 11/8/2004 4:40:09) I've tried out your Roxio Easy CD & DVD Creator 6.2 and have found it is not for me! The Disk Copy does not like my DVD/CD Reader (all music CD's are seen as incompatible blank DVD's in version 6 -- but seen fine by other peice of software, including the EOM version 5, of Roxio) and the Sound Editor really doesn't seem any better that the $7 RIP Vinyl program I already have. The rest of the program is of little use to me, as my program of preference is still Microsoft Media Player versions 9 and 10 for most storing and burning of CDs. And, For RIPping cassettes, I still prefer RIP Vinyl. Is there a process for returning Roxio 6 and getting my money back? I have already uninstalled version 6 off my computer and put version 5 OEM back onto my computer. (November 10th -- Roxio's Response:) Roxio has an unconditional 15-day money back guarantee for all products purchased directly from Roxio via our online store or Inside Sales. Please contact our shipping department at 1-800-518-2432 for a refund if you purchased through one of these two methods. They offer a 15-day return policy, but ignore your emails during the first fifteen days. After 20 days, they will respond your new emails, by letting you know you were eligible for a refund during the first 15 days. TRY IT: Download it one day and email the day after. They'll respond, but they never offered my money back. Instead, they will wait until 20 days and email you that you were entited to a refund during the first 15 days. DON'T BUY FROM ROXIO. THE DON'T HONOR THEIR advertised REFUND POLICY!

I have Roxio 6. Seduced by Roxio's emailed barrage of how great version 7 is I ordered it. However, it turns out that version 7 is not backward compatible with version 6. During installation of 7 one is advised to leave version 6 installed "to avoid problems in reading media recorded on version 6. There is no mention of this problem in the manual (which is so cheap you will need a magnifying glass to read the tiny faint print) and one doesn't find out about it until you've broken the software seal and tried to instal it. I emailed them asking if it was imperative to leave version 6 installed and in reply received one of their canned "knowledge base" replies. I had researched and read it previously and it did not address the issue. I emailed them again asking them to please just answer my question. I still want for the courtesy of a reply. I am switching to Nero and I am sending Roxio 7 back. Of course there's no mention of RMA's etc on their site so I'll dispute the charge with my credit card company on the basis that Roxio did not disclose the problem up front. Userisme.

Two days after placing the order on Amazon, Cambridgeworld marked the order as shipped and the tracking shows USPS is waiting for the package. It's been two weeks. TWO WEEKS. It still hasn't gotten to USPS, which means the item wasn't in stock like they said, they didn't pack it up for shipment, and didn't put it in the delivery to the post office. What's the scam here? Does Amazon pay out when it's marked as shipped? I'm finding bad reviews calling out Cambridgeworld for shady practices as far back as 2003! How are they still in business? Why did Amazon approve them to sell in the Amazon store? I'm extremely disappointed in Amazon. In the past twenty or so years, I have never had a serious issue with any purchase from Amazon until now. I put in a request to cancel the order. There's a two day waiting period to give the company a chance to respond. I've heard nothing yet, and I'm guessing I'll have to escalate the issue to Amazon. Do NOT buy from this company. As someone else said, you might as well throw your money in the toilet.

I ordered a Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II lens on 9 May. On 11 May I received an e-mail asking me to call "Steve." No explanation, just a request to call. I called and was patched through to someone who never identified themselves. I was asked what model camera I use, upon providing that information I was told: "I do not have any demo Canon 50mm lenses for that model in stock. I can sell you a new one for $20 more." There are multiple things wrong with this. One, a Canon 50mm lens will fit on any Canon camera made after 1987 so computability would not be a problem. Two, nowhere on the site does it say that the lens was supposed to be a demo lens. Here is the entire text of the page: "This is the lightest EF lens of all at a mere 130g. Compact and high-performance, standard lens. Its Gaussian optics provide sharp delineation from near to far focusing distances. The color balance is excellent for a standard lens." The customer service individual, who may or may not have been "Steve" then told me that the lens I had selected was the Mark I and not the current Mark II. Another lie. The Mark I weighs 190g (due to a metal lens mount) while the Mark II weighs 130g (plastic lens mount). Notice that the description for the item says 130g. I explained to "Steve" that the lens must be a Mark II since the description said it 130g however he persisted that it was not the case and the only way I could get what I had really ordered was to pay an additional $20. I told him to cancel my order. In short, avoid this company. This incident reeks of dishonest business practices.

When I called, Chris was knowledgeable/professional. So I ordered a charger and 2 batteries. I received my order in record time, before the prediction date. Initially I had a problem with the new battery inasmuch as I tried to charge it with the initial Nikon camera charger, which did not work. So I used the new charger I purchased from Pictureline and voila, battery was charged and camera is working perfectly. So I am ready to take pictures of my granddaughter thanks to Pictureline. Thanks again.

I ordered a Sigma 105 f1.4 for my Nikon. Gave the make and model to the sales manager. He told me he would order it in which would take 3 days and it would then ship out. I got an email a few days later which was frustrating enough and the lens he had ordered me was for a CANON, not my NIKON. I called immediately and he assured me this was just a typo and the NIKON version would be shipping out that night and I would receive a tracking number that same day. A few days go by and still no email or updates or tracking. I called again and a new employee tells me in fact they did order the wrong lens and they had to order in the correct Nikon version with no time frame on when it would arrive and ship out. The customer service on the phone was rude and no apologies were made to me. I will never be buying from this joke of a store again.

Twice now have I gone to this place to have my camera serviced. The gentlemen that looked at my camera said that it would take about 10 days to get repaired, they called me this morning on the 5th day informing me that they've finished and its ready to come home. Flopped out of bed and came right over, again I was very pleased with the repairs and the price was quite reasonable! They're always very polite, funny and helpful but more importantly, I trust them! Thanks guys! :)

Bad quality product. Ordered a table lamp in gold from Lime Lace which upon arrival was a different shade of gold. Looked like it was a cheap spray paint job. When discussed with their contact I asked if they would cover the cost for the return postage as the website image did not match and was advised that they would look at the lamp upon return. Despite the obvious difference in colour they refused to refund the postage costs of £20. Please do not buy from this company. Their attitude on a small lamp is ‘what do you expect - it’s only £65!!

I bought a statue of Pinocchio a few months ago, I was very satisfied with it. The statue, the packaging, everything was of a good quality. So I bought a second item, sakura kozou and what a disappointment! For 80 euros, I received a simple quality plastic toy painted in a very primary way and different from what was shown on the photos on the site (photoshop are you there?). The packaging was very simple, a plastic bag closed with a cardboard strip. I can imagine the author wanted it to look like the toys sold in Japan BUT it is not the same price range! In short, I would probably no longer order this kind of item on the internet. Nothing beats seeing what you're buying for real, especially when those who take the photos manage to make them more beautiful ...

I Bought the keep me in your heart by matt bailey from them. It came in one thin box that look beat up I'm surprised a company would send a $250 piece of art overseas like this most other companies double box their art pieces. I opened it up to find the art box ok but the figure was damaged on the whole right side. I have contacted mighty jaxx about it. I sent pictures and now waiting on a reply but it's been ten days now. Unprofessional. Never again!

I ordered my first Nightfox product this Christmas for my 9 year old son who is infatuated with military-style equipment. The price was unbeatable for the 119V considering the capabilities offered by the unit, which blew away both of our expectations. Unfortunately, he accidentally dropped the unit the first day he wore them, breaking the head mount. I contacted Nightfox customer care and inquired about whether or not they sold replacement head bands. Customer care offered to send me a replacement band FOR FREE after asking several questions about what part actually broke. That kind of customer service is virtually unheard of these days anymore, so Nightfox has officially found a customer for life. Many sincere thanks to representative Charles for the help!

Their Quark stabilizer is launched as if it can be used for kitesurfing but the quark can not stand to get in water. Therefore, it is not okay for them to advertise that it can be used for kitesurfing and even sell mounts for kitesurfing. I have had two Quark and both have been broken by being exposed to water :-(

I have purchase 3 posters from Allosters. I have been satisfied with each purchase. They were beautifully framed, and arrived within a timely fashion. I had made a mistake with one of the purchases. I was given a full refund and was told to keep the purchase. I was then able to apply the refunded money to the poster that I had originally intended to purchase. The customer could not have been more accommodating. I have read some of the negative reviews, but it has not been my experience. I ordered three posters from movies I loved. the posters that arrived were not movie posters but, very poor reproductions on matte paper from a third-party printer. this, I'm pretty sure, is illegal. AND, the reproductions, which they do not tell you are poor reproductions, are of such low quality that they look like they were printed on a desktop office printer. I'm not sure how they can get away with this.

Since most stores outside of Texas aren't required to collect Texas sales tax, and sales tax payment is self informed on out of state purchases, a brick and mortar store in Dallas starts out at a disadvantage. There's a reason they are able to stay in business anyway :) The only sales people I have only dealt with are Eugene, his father, and his mother. All have been knowledgable, helpful, and very pleasant. I have purchased three high end Nikons here and personally find the reassurance of a knowledgable staff and a local operation to be worth paying a bit more than what I could do mail-order. It's also my preference to actually handle something I'm interested in purchasing rather than relying solely on internet reviews and forum opinions. It's nice to be able to take a demo camera or lens out in front of the store and make a few test photographs. The store stock is exceptionally deep for a brick and mortar store and even some fairly exotic items are immediately available from stock. If your only goal is to locate the very lowest price this may not be your best buy. If you would like to have more customer service and the advantage of dealing with live human beings, I suggest you drop buy and browse.

He was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgable. My camera arrived exactly as promised. I ordered this battery in July thru Amazon. What I received was not what I ordered. I ordered a Bushnell Pro 1M GPS battery. What I received was a Energizer 3v CR123A lithium battery loose in the shipping envelope. No paperwork, no packaging. It seemed to take a charge the 1st time but when I tried again this week - nothing. I'm guessing what I got was what someone else returned as defective. Totally worthless! I had to put my old battery back in.

I purchased three Panasonic KX-TGA510M handsets recently. When I received the order, one handset was missing the battery cover. I called immediately and the woman told me to call Panasonic directly and get it from them and if they would not give it to me then to call them back again (BUT she told me to call on Mon because they were closing). I thought this was a little odd but did so. Panasonic told me that I had to go through Apple Electronics to get the part. I called on the next Mon. and was told they would send one out. Have not received the part and when I try calling they put me on hold for 25 min. I have also tried emailing them. NOT WHAT I CALL GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The rings open and close easily and the binders have a plastic cover that allows you to insert descriptions of what the binder contains; either on the front or back or on the side. I have been ordering from Blick for a few years. When they made a mistake in my order they quickly showed their true colors as a company. Their "customer care" deptartment is nonexistent, unhelpful, and actually rude. So, the result is losing a customer, poor reviews, and spreading their poor business practice across the artist community by word of mouth. Very unfortunate that they made the choice to treat their cutomers in this manner when we have so many other online stores to choose from.

I've shopped at MisterArt.com a total of three times over the past year spending a total of $769.74. All three of the orders arrived well packaged and very quickly. Two of the three orders were perfect, exactly what I ordered. Only the most recent order was there any issues and that issue is so minor but does need to be fixed. My most recent order was for 135 items, 110 different products with 135 items all together due to duplicates. I was pleased to find that nearly the entire order was correct BUT one $0.73 plastic bottle was missing its spout and the cap that goes on the spout--I ordered eight of this particular item and the other seven came with the spouts and caps in place. I would think that the person packing the order would've noticed the missing spout and cap but they're human so things do happen. I sent an email to what I thought was their customer service email but since I got no answer (something they're normally very fast at) I copied and pasted the email into the web form on their actual site. I am confident that they will make things right because they really are good and quick at what they do. So other than the missing pieces, the order was perfect. Considering how many unique items there were in the order, a great feat! I would not hesitate to recommend MisterArt to family, friends and fellow resellerrating readers. I will update this review when the missing pieces problem is resolved. ----- Mar 6, 2010 Very early this morning I received a reply to my original email and they are going to be sending a new $0.73 bottle to replace the missing pieces on the other one. This is the kind of very fast service and fine customer service that makes buying from MisterArt a pleasure. I'll be renewing my VIP Membership with them straight away. BTW the VIP Membership is only $25.00 a year and it is well worth the price because it reduces their already low prices to the lowest price that your going to find for almost any of the artist supplies that they sell.

Recently, I bought a preowned computer from DV Warehouse, This is not the first time that I have made purchases with them. Several years ago, one of my MACs that I bought elsewhere years before went on the blink. I bought another exact copy of the same computer from DV Warehouse and a few parts. Both computers that date back to 2002 are still functioning perfectly in 2013. My recent purchase from DV had an OS 10.6.8 operating system and for $19.99 I was able to upgrade it to mountain lion! I bought this computer for 2/3 what it would have cost any place else and there is no computer that I would rather have! DV Warehouse has always shipped promptly and stood behind and replaced any products that I have had problems with (which did happen once), and they promptly sent me a replacement without any complaint. I trust DV Warehouse much more than (in my opinion) the money hungry Apple stores.

I'm in Australia and I ordered an Xserve G5 power supply on 16 June 2015. I specified the fastest shipping, and it arrived on 22 June 2015 in good order. It was packaged in a well-padded manner and worked when it was installed. I'm very happy with the product and service. I was also impressed by the DVWarehouse website which provides much more product information, and in particular product compatibility information, than other vendors. This is one of the main reasons I chose DVWarehouse. The only issue was that their order form forced me to ship to the credit card billing address. That was a PO box and the order was then held up because their shipping carrier doesn't deliver to PO boxes. So I had to phone them to sort it out and supply another address. They were very helpful and efficient about this and my order was not significantly delayed because of it. This should sort this problem out though.

I had the misfortune of having a dust devil blow over my tripod here in Arizona and my beloved Sony VX2100 suffered some damage. I was heartbroken with the thoughts of sending it off to some stranger and spent quite a bit of time searching the Internet for possibilities. The more that I read about Video One, the more convinced I was to give them a try. I shipped my camera along with a note detailing the issues I had found and just a couple of days later a very nice technician by the name of Sheryl called me to make sure she understood my concerns correctly. She said she would call back the next day after she had the opportunity to thoroughly look the camera over. Just as promised, she called the next day and offered several options for repair and different pricings with no high pressure to sell additional services. What a pleasant way to do business. We discussed these and decided upon the best course of action. A couple of days later, I received an email saying the camera had been shipped via UPS and would arrive soon. I can't say how pleased I was to get the camera back in pristine condition and at a price that was far less than I had initially expected. I have recommended Video One to a couple of my friends who are as fussy as I am and know they will not be disappointed.

I ordered two frames from Send-a-Frame's website. One arrived in perfect condition and ready to hang, but the other arrived without a hanging kit. When they finally sent me a hanging kit and I removed the protective covering from the plexiglass in order to hang the second frame, I realized the plexiglass had been damaged in the process of packing or shipping it. However, since I did not notice the damage within the 14-day window for returns/exchanges/etc. because I was waiting for them to send me a hanging kit, they would not do anything to help me. I finally offered to pay for them to ship me a new piece of plexiglass, but I did not get a reply from the customer service department, which only works through e-mail and not by phone. I sent them several messages, including photos of the damaged item, waited several weeks for replies, and then ended up buying glass from a local framing shop. I will never order anything from Send-a-Frame again.

We recently purchased a 4350N Laserjet printer from 360 Technologies. Overall we had a good experience purchasing from this company. When I called them to get a quote a salesperson actually answered the phone! I loved that. The sales representative was knowledgable and was able to help me decide between two printers. They had me fill out a credit card authorization form which I actually liked for my own records. The only negative thing was their country hold music (but they are in Texas!) Good price, good printer and I will call them again.

I ordered the 16" rain cover which is designed to fit the Canon 100-400mm lens. The cover fits the lens when it is fully extended with the 1.4x tele extender attached. The camera body opening is large enough that you can mount the lens on a tripod and still cover it (FotoSharp has a new model that has an opening for the tripod mount). I haven't used it in the rain yet but I put my arm inside it and turned on a faucet over it and it is truely waterproof. It weighs just a little over 1 ounce and is very compact. It costs $24 while competing products cost $50-70 or more. Excellent product and great customer service.

This is without a doubt the WORST online retailer I've dealt with and I shop online frequently so I know what to expect from a reliable retailer. I placed the order on 12/06/06 (my credit card was charged over $400.00 the same day)...after receiving NO shipping confirmation a week later I emailed them on 12/14 to inquire as to when my order would be shipped and later that day received an email stating "I’m sorry, but the item you have ordered is sold out and on back order.It will ship as soon as it comes in. Thank you. We appreciate your business!" The following day (12/15/06) I receive the following email: An order from Markins came in late today. The M10L is included with this shipment. Your ballhead should ship tomorrow, Monday at the latest. Well I was very happy to hear this since this was a Christmas present. Long story short I did NOT receive the order in time for Christmas so I emailed on 12/26 to find out the shipping status on my order....no response....emailed again on 12/27/06 requesting they CANCEL the order and credit my credit card....NO RESPONSE. BAD experience and would warn everyone to purchase elsewhere unless you don't mind paying up front for items you may not receive for weeks. They state on their website they are fast & friendly, shipping daily....what a misleading statement. Every other online retailer I've dealt with states when an item is out-of-stock so you can make the choice BEFORE ordering if you want to wait for it and I have NEVER been charged for items UNTIL they are shipped. Nikonians did NOT state the items I ordered were out-of-stock and I don't know if I would have ever heard from them if I hadn't emailed them a week after placing the order to see if the items had shipped. Pretty shoddy way to do business...charge customers for items you don't have in stock & never inform the customer they are on backorder....lie about when items will be shipped and then ignore emails.

Their system is a bit old fashion relative to more modern retailers (this is not a bad thing but I had to use the phone to place the order and receive updates; they always found the order promptly and responded very politely but naturally this is a method that would not scale. I have no complaints. Item was well packed and shipped fed ex without extra charge. I do wish the web presence was a bit more modern (for example lenses could not be ordered via the web for this item)

I was searching for a Sigma APO 50-150mm F2.8 EX DC OS HSM Lens for Canon online but it was very hard to find because it's now a discontinued product by Sigma. I also wanted to buy one that was new and under factory warranty. I searched one by one through Sigma's Authorized Dealer list checking each stores' website. I found 3 dealers that showed it was in stock but Camera Land NY had it for the lowest price of the 3. I placed my order with Camera Land NY but then they told me it was on back order but not to worry because they lens would be arriving soon from Sigma to their store. 2 days later I got my tracking number that they had shipped it and in 3 days from that time I received my new Sigma lens. All in all despite the back order from the time I placed my order to the time I received my lens was just one week so I am very pleased with their service and commitment to deliver me my product.

I was skeptical at first as there was no review for this site, but I took the plunge. I purchased a pink hard leather camera case for the Canon SD800IS. This case has a magnetic clasp and an extra battery pouch and a leather loop with a caribeaner (sp?)(also, no belt loop). I made my purchase on the evening of the 27th and it got to me on the 3rd. No problems. I opened it up and I saw that it was the exact thing in the picture. I noticed that there was some left over adhesive on the edge side where the seam is. From past experience, I understand how this can happen and decided to just remove the adhesive myself (didn't have time yet to do it though). Also, battery pouch on the back has a snap clasp and the flap going to the clasp was slightly offcenter(by about 1/4"). Even with these flaws, the case is very well made for a chinese product. I was also hesitant to buy it as the website does not include the dimensions for the inside of the case or the outside. I was extremely relieved when I slipped the camera into the case. IT FIT PERFECTLY! My Girlfriend LOVES IT! I purchased it with an LCD screen protector(only 1) and it works great even in sunlight. I believe I got a good value. I would buy from this company again. If you are looking for a great looking, slim, hard or semi hard leather case for a canon point and shoot, this site would be my first recommendation for you. I would also dissuade you from buying a case on ebay, if you want the case to fit perfectly. I did buy from a place on ebay and it didn't fit right, even though they said it was for my camera. Based on my experience, if they say it fits for a certain camera model, then it will. Cutecamcase, if you're reading this: Good Job! Also, this company will send you emails as: Eaglecool.com Also, they will itemize your invoice and it's kind of confusing. They put their own item number, but absolutely no description of what it is. When you do a search of the item number on their site, it doesn't come up with anything. Perhaps they will fix this in the future? Also, they use paypal, so it's very safe. Also, they don't have a phone number, but I'm not really interested in talking with anyone and if you're like me, then that issue is moot.

Placed an order for a 5DSR and battery pack (not inexpensive) last Monday. My credit card was authorised immediately. And yet four days later (Friday) my order status was still at 'payment review'. It wasn't processed until the Friday afternoon (yesterday). Now I have to wait another three working days for plodding Australia Post to deliver the goods. All this when Canon promise delivery within 5 working days. What makes matters worse is that the Canon Customer Service is a global call centre (with poor language skills) that isn't even part of Canon's Australian eStore. The customer service people could not tell me any more than I could read on the order webpage for myself. They were neither informed nor empowered; a waste of my time and Canon's salary money. My thoughts are that 'payment review' is a euphemism for 'too bad sucker, you'll have to wait because we're all at Bondi Beach enjoying a cold one (beer)'. The real tragedy is that Canon make great cameras to die for ... but the company will eventually fail due to zero customer care and impoverished customer service. I mean. just look at the review boards; only the sock puppets have anything good to say, I think.

I'm a return customer already and have every intention to keep buying from Paint Plot in the future solely because as a customer I am treated as an individual, not a number. The prices are very affordable for the quality of product and shipping has always been reasonable. Not to mention there is always a discount code for 5% or free shipping etc, they practically give these away! I've bought these for all of my friends as gifts this year so I can show them how great Paint Plot is too! I love this product and I love the team at Paint Plot

I ordered two PBN from Paint Plot, Collecting Moons & Hummingbird. I purchased 'Collecting Moons' as my daughter loves moons. However, the actual PBN is not the same as the picture used to advertise it. It's way less detailed, and very simple. I could have worked with this, and included my own touch to make it look more detailed, however two of the main colours provided are exactly the same (#9 & #22). Making the 'sea' even more bland and boring. I asked support@paintplot to check their colours, maybe I got the wrong one. They insist I am wrong and that the colours are correct. One of their support people on messenger suggested something I might try to resurrect this boring PBN, which is to blend my own colour to ensure there is actually a difference between the two main dark sea colours. Don't buy this PBN, unless you want an expensive, simple, lifeless, experience of doing a PBN.

I have used RRS products extensively for the last 10 years. Their products are excellent. The online sales communication is spotty and on my most recent order was poor. I also had an absolutely horrible experience where their CFO accused me of using a fraudulent card. Just downright rude, arrogant and unprofessional. No apology given. Their member login facility was also not working properly. They have just lost a customer.

I recently placed two separate orders with Really Right Stuff (two different days). On both orders, within an hour of placing my online order I received an email informing me that my order had already been shipped. Fast shipping, fast delivery, great service. The products are of the highest quality. Pricy - but well designed, finely machined, attractive, and excellent quality. I will be buying from them again.

Yes, they will design a web design but the files they provide you with are minimal. Poor customer service and it takes 24H for a revision and if you have a few revision you will not get your web design back for a while. Find another place

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SOCK AND KEY. Ordered amiibo cards in april for a birthday gift. They sent an email 1 month later in May stating a delay in shipping. I emailed back the following month in June asking for order update. They emailed back saying it had shipped but they were waiting for tracking details. No emails since. My own fault for not looking for reviews further but it seems you are unable to leave any on their website/facebook/instagram And anywhere you are able to they appear to delete your comments. Their website should be taken down and reported.

Ordered two custom sized black satin frames through ArtToFrame.com PROS: (1) Both custom frames properly sized and mats cut to requested dimensions (2) Sturdy shipping box and frames safely secured inside PROBLEMS: (1) Plastic plexiglass scratched on one frame despite having peel off protection layer (2) Jagged and split edges indicate both plexiglass sheets were cut with improper saw blade (3) Cheap corrugated cardboard rear backing used on both frames (4) Tacky plastic veneer used on larger frame instead of satin black paint finish (5) Sawdust particles present inside frames clings to plexiglass surfaces (6) Flimsy metal bend tabs used to secure rear backing into frame ASSESSMENT: I attempted to mount artwork into the smaller frame, but patience was exceeded as problems compounded during setup. Scratching on the plexiglass was discovered after removing peel off protection, followed by sawdust particles clinging to the interior plexiglass surface. Both issues can only be the result of carelessness in the workshop. Some of these problems could have been easily prevented with a more careful assembly line process, but there's no way to compensate for cost cutting on materials. It's a total mystery why the larger frame has a cheap plastic veneer while the smaller frame has a nice painted black finish. This alone renders it unusable without some DIY modification. The high cost of returning a large box makes a refund prohibitive also. BOTTOM LINE: ArtToFrames delivers unreliable quality for custom frames. Find another source.

I ordered 2 10x10 black frames. I was not sure what to expect with the price being so low but I was blown away when I got my items. They are sturdy well built frames. The glass was intact and the packaging was great! I will buy all of my frames from them from now on!

I ordered a Tokina 11-16 f2.8 lens on 10/9. This was the only place that had this lens in stock for a resonable price. B&H Photo had this lens on back order along will all other legit sites. All other stores that had this in stock were overpriced by $100. The lens was shipped on 10/12 and was delivered on 10/15. The lens was a USA model, brand new in the box....Perfect!
