The logo we got from Vivid Logo Design won the office vote, and it is now our official logo! That is definitely an impressive achievement. Well, we all like the logo I got from Vivid Logo Design, but I still had a couple of issues with them. Their communication was not good enough and customer support was not okay in the start but when I complained their Sales Rep, they took me seriously and resolve the issue very next day. I worked directly with the designer. With the cheapest package, I didn’t get to choose my own designer, but I did pay a little extra to get one of the top designers, and I think that was a wise investment. Vivid Logo Design offers a variety of other design services, including web design, t-shirt design, business cards, flyers, and more.

From my experience, I would say that Vox Illustration is a very impressive agency to work with. I run an online fitness centre and have worked with other agencies in the past as I regularly need to get new banners, brochures and webpages designed for seasonal offers. I wanted to get some designs for my new discounted offers, but my previous agency was not able to do an acceptable job. I was short on time so I contacted some agencies including Vox Illustration and their prices and required time seemed like the best possible option so I gave the task to them. I was expecting regular/basic usable designs from them due to the short timespan but to my surprise, their designs were brilliant, far better than all the previous designs I had received from other agencies. Ever since that first experience, I have made these guys my prime go-to for all illustration and design work, and I am still highly satisfied!

Ordered an 8x8 canvas. Asked series of questions like, Blind Shipped? No. Canvas Depth larger? Yes...$8. Next Day shipping...I said yes $15. So total for order was $11.98 + $21 for extra depth and next day shipping. Then it charged me $12.85 for shipping (WTH) and I got it 7 days later. Why did I get charged the $15? It wasn't next day. AND I was charged shipping TWICE...$12.85 for regular shipping. Very unsatisfied...you ripped me off!

I have just purchased the Divepro S26 and it is an excellent dive torch which is extremely bright. It is well built, very sturdy and easy to use. I suggest buying an extra battery as on the highest setting (2600 lumens) you will only get one dive from it. Highly recommended.

I highly not recommend it, it was such a terrible shopping experience. I bought 3 toilets from Venano because each item was $30 less expensive than Home depot. I'm super regretful to save this small amount of money but waste a lot of time with them! and it ruined my whole vacation! In short, super rude, unprofessional delivery with inconsistent delivery policy. Unhelpful, disappearing, unable to do anything customer service. 1. The delivery guy didn't give any update when they came. I was on my vacation and my remodeling contractors were not at my home when they delivered. I asked them to use my smart locker code to drop them in my home, or ask my neighbor to help sign, or wait for my contractors, or just not require signatures, but they insisted that I should sign it. I was in my vacation. how can I get back to sign? And they went back. 2. Then I waited for a week for they re-deliver the toilets. Nothing happened. I called the company, first a lady impatiently rerouted me to the delivery man's number. I told him my contractors will be home in the next two days, would you please delivery the toilets. He just said ok and dropped the line. Contractors waited the whole day, no one came, no update from them. I called them again, and this time they didn't even finish listening to me, and dropped the call. 3. I emailed Venano customer service on 9/23 that I don't need this order anymore. The customer service confirmed with saying “an email regarding the completed refund within the next 24-48 hours.” You also need pay attention if you directly reply to this email your email will go to nowhere. 4. I wanted to have toilets for my new home when I vacation ended, so I bought toilets from home depot, because I’m sure Venano canceled my order. Now funny thing happened, on 9/29, one week after Venano canceled my order, I received an email telling me the toilets were delivered on my drive way. What the heck????? Execuse me??? I have already cancelled my order!!! Why the delivery man this time didn’t get any signitures and just dropped them on my drive way? Are you kidding me? Is this how you do the business? Now I ended up with toilets from Venano and home depot!! 5. on 10/1 I replied to [email protected] saying please pick them up I don’t need them. I never get response from this guy in two weeks, even if I asked for updates in email. Are you trying to wait me to give up? My remodeling schedules are completely messed up. My contractors called my frequently which toilets should we install, from home depot or Venano? Finally I decided to return home depot order, and home depot just picked up in time professionally. 6. What a joke, after two week, on 10/13, this guy sent me an email to schedule return. I thank you, with two weeks unresponding, you win, Venano. This shopping experience totally ruined my vacation, communicating with these people back and forth, and took actions on those toilets, and changing my remodeling plans with my contractors back and forth. Most importantly, the terrible experience made me mad when I should relax myself in my vacation! Stay away from them as you can!!

I reached out to the GBLogo Design to have a logo designed. I quite honestly did not know what it was that I wanted for my logo. Zoltan at 365 Astronomy has always been as helpful as possible in all my dealing with them, during the Covid 19 period it was near impossible to find companies with physical stock there was plenty of companies showing in stock but they must rely on drop ship from manufacturers. I had ordered a tripod from one supplier, a telescope from elsewhere chased them after a week to be told they didn't actually have stock placed order with Zoltan @ 365 Astronomy and they arrived next day, highly recommended. I have since bought a ZWO ASI Air Pro from him and yet again delivered as promised and I've seen posts online from other waiting weeks even months for delivery

Avoid, avoid. I rang this company to purchase a focuser. I asked if they did next day delivery and was told they do if it is in stock, he said he would check. Item was in stock, i asked again twice if i would definitely get the item next day, he said yes, i would, it never arrived. I rang again and asked why it hadn't been delivered and was brusquely told by the same guy "i don't deal with deliveries, just emails" and was passed onto the owner who gave no excuse. When it did arrive the next day it didn't fit, apparantly this is common and they sell adapters. It would have been good practice to have asked what scope it was for to advise that i may need an adapter. Sadly it seems these don't follow good practice or live up to their promises. Go elsewhere is my advice.

Upon receiving this item I looked on the back of package to discover a 2014 date which means that it is already expired because copper foil is expired after six months so I wanted to return it through the mail only to find out that I would again have to pay shipping. I was looking for brand design experts to design logo and packaging for my family owned business of hot pepper sauce. I contacted welogodesigner team to enquire about their services. They helped me to understand the whole process, discussed project goals, budget etc. After filling out their detailed brief, they presented me a set of identities with creative mock-ups and ideas behind each design. The showroom is one of a kind, the displays are part of fully built houses so you really get a sense of how your kitchen would look and feel. The design team are also really helpful and full of knowledge, we felt at ease throughout the whole process. I am revising my original 1 star review because someone from Heartful Diamonds contacted me after being made aware of this review, in an attempt to resolve the issues I had. They were willing to do whatever necessary to make things right. I had already ordered more drills and eventually a new kit from a different company so Heartful refunded the purchase price of one of my kits. We didn't address the second kit that I had problems with but they did make it clear that they were willing to fix any problems I had, so I have let it go. From this experience, I would recommend that people ask for a supervisor to handle any issues that are not satisfactorily handled by customer service. Original Review: Horrible customer service. They made absolutely NO ATTEMPT to help me resolve an issue. I asked for a few packets of different color drills because the pink drills were too bright, making the skin tones on my custom kit look clownish and I wasn't happy with the blue tones in the shadows of a beige cat that I also ordered. They were more interested in defending their product rather than addressing my issue. All they kept saying was that they printed the pictures as they were submitted. So in other words, their idea of resolving my problem was to tell me it was my fault so tough luck. They never even addressed my request of sending packets of different color drills for me to try to fix the problem. It would have been nice if they would have at least told me that I could buy some replacement drills, which I have since learned is possible. I would recommend NOT spending your money on this company.

I was introduced to Diamond Painting about a year ago. I became nuts about it. Now I recently decided to experience custom diamond painting. After ordering my first one from a company that I will not give the name, I was very desapointed as the people on the picture ended up having their skin and face color orange like a pumpkin . I was afraid to order another one but decided to give custom diamond painting another chance but this time I ordered from Heartful Diamonds. The result was way different. It is beautiful. The picture was well done on the canevas and the colors very realistic. I highly recommend Heartful diamonds for all your diamond paintings and even more for the custom ones. J. Got in contact and they said that they will send me the missing diamonds. They sent me the wrong item 4 times!!! Always replying that they are sorry and asking me to me patient. Purchased 2 shirts from these guys @ $20 each. The quality of the shirts was literally junk. Checked online and these are less than $2 shirts. The feel was scratchy and uncomfortable. They offered no prepaid postage for returns, so had to pay to ship and they insisted on registered post. I received no acknowledgement and no response to multiple queries. This is the worst in-line sales organization I have ever dealt with. Do not do business with this company.

Bad customer service and weird experience. Bought something and my order was cancelled right away, because it was supposedly out of stock. I was quite surprised to see it on the site the next day for the full price and still in stock. Tried to reach them, but no answer. No way to treat your customer.

I bought a bed set here and I have to say the quality was really good and outstanding design quality on the bed set. Aty sells some pretty cool designs though the delivery time was quiet a bit longer then I was told but because it came in perfect condition I'll most definently buy something here another time.

Oh wow we are absolutely blown away by how beautiful our canvas is. We lost our 15 year old Labrador Ben very recently and it was the hardest goodbye but I spotted this site and even though we are from UK we had to order this and I have to say the communication from these guys was brilliant and there were many emails to get the photo just right . Thank you very much for your patience with us whilst we decided on what was best for this very special item. We now can have our special canvas hung for all to see. I order the " The Moment you left me" canvas for my wife when our 17 year old Dachshund Daisy passed away. I just got it 3 days ago and when my wife saw it she cried so much and said it was so beautiful. The product was more than I expected. Wonderfully put together and the picture is so real of our Daisy. We both love it and have it hanging so we can see it all the time. Keep up the great work on all your products. A big thanks to everybody there. highly recommend this product to anybody and I have spread the word here already. Thanks again.

I didn’t find the experience of buying from you a positive one. I waited almost a month for my canvas. I had to follow up so many times to ask what was going on. I had to give the same information over and over again. When the canvas finally arrived it had a small mark on it. I dont think I will order from Canvas and more again.

The company clearly explains the shipping process and what to expect. However, they expect you to write a review within a week of receiving the product. If you want to earn a coupon you have to leave a review withing 2 weeks of getting your painting. And the review has to have a picture. I had to leave a review with an incomplete picture because I was not finished. But I really wanted that 30% coupon to purchase a more expensive painting. Maybe I had more time to leave the review to get the coupon but I could not tell because there was not expiration date. But I received 3 emails between receiving my painting 2/10 & 2/27. Update: it is not clear that the coupon does not expire. 2 weeks later and I don’t see my review on their website. Explains why there aren’t more reviews, especially neutral or critical, yet they aggressively ask for them.

I really like the products on offer and I thought the price was good. However I was a little bit disappointed with the print quality of the image upon arrival. Both the prints I bought were black and white photographs and so the quality of the black is quite important in images overall effect, and it was just a bit underwhelming.

I recently recieved a Canvas Wall Art picture from dwallart. What I received and what is shown on their web site are completely different. On the website the art looks smooth and clear but what I received is the complete opposite. It took 2 months to actually receive the product. Also, they would not accept the return. The company is based in china so beware. They make the art work look beautiful on their website but believe me it's not. Check dwallart on the BBB website.

Communications are tough - we were told 5 to 6 weeks to receive our order, (which I thought was long, we've had much quicker from other suppliers) but we wanted a specific 5 set canvas. we were told after 6 weeks we would receive in up to 6 business days. We are now 4 weeks later and now being told, after trying to cancel, that it will be '5 to 12' business days and it has been despatched. If I'd realised they were coming from China, I would not have ordered. Still waiting.

These sable brushes are great, only used about 4 times but find that the hold water and paint much better than anything else I have tried, please bear in mind I’m fairly new to water colour painting, but I understand this type of brush (sable) last a very long time.

Customer service through Ikonick is good. Very difficult to reach anyone my phone, but they are very responsive by email. The artwork that I received met my expectations. However, packaging is poor, and there is not enough protection around the product to protect it during shipment. Upon receiving my replacement, the frame was once again chipped. I decided not to contact customer service again, since it was not completely cracked and broken like the first shipment. The artwork looks great hanging in my son's room.

I got the text message sent it to my phone for the discount clicked on the link from the text I got with the discount codes that took me too the IKONICK Website where I then followed the steps to purchase a painting which was my first purchase from you guys ever and when I tried typing in the code to get my 15% off it would not work and I tried about five times honestly I am very annoyed about this because I deserve that 15% off and I followed everything I did it was my first purchase with you

I discovered Interior Icons on a search looking to find companies that did excellent versions of classic furniture. I had seen cheap knock offs but wanted something better. We found the coffee table we loved at a price that we feel was a bargain at $499 which compared to the Knoll version at $1900. It was easy to order, the follow up communication was great, and the table with glass top was sent to us in perfect condition. I highly recommend this company and will purchase with them again. This kind of service is a lost art.

Discovered this fab little home retailer on Instagram, such a great find. So many beautiful pieces to choose from. I purchased fab Christmas baubles & hanging decorations, it’s never too early to shop Christmas Decor. Checkout was easy with immediate confirmation of my order. I purchased two large pots online after following the Instagram page for quite a while. They arrived well packaged but with no outer "Fragile" warning, unfortunately one pot was smashed to bits. I took photos and emailed to let them know what had happened with no reply. I found another email address and DM'd through Instagram but had no response. Desperate, I decided to comment directly on one of their Insta posts which finally gained a response. Apparently all the emails are down and the DM wasn't seen?! I sent the photos again and offered to go to the shop to collect the replacement in person as I am visiting family near the shop soon. No response or any further contact but I did receive a replacement a few days later. On the whole a pretty poor experience, the customer service is virtually non existent, I'm not sure if it's a case of being overwhelmed or just couldn't give a toss but I wouldn't recommend buying from this company unless you can visit in person.

NO customer communication whatsoever! Ordered a diamond art kit on the 7th Nov - 2020 and it is STIlL listed as Order Placed - and it’s now the 25th Nov?! Have emailed at least 3 times regarding when they plan on sending the item and could they please let me know. Tough luck if you wanted something in time for Xmas as, obviously, it’s not going to happen! (I didn’t, as the item is/was for me, but they didn’t know that) Only one payment option as well - Bank card - So good luck getting a refund!! ALL places should have PayPal these days, so that should have told me all I needed to know! ☹️ I obviously hope to get this item still, but am pretty sure both it and my money are history

Though they advertise shipping within 24 hours, I waited 6 days and nothing had shipped. I asked for a refund. I then received an email that said"another customer to refund and add to the scammer list". Clearly the email was not intended for me and I'm not the first customer they've had to refund. I was told when I asked where my refund was, that "seeing you ran a business for 20 years you should know this could take weeks" Yes I ran a business for 20 years and no, a debit refund does not take weeks. I've seen videos of product arriving full of black mold. Terrible company

I'd been searching for a Nikkor 200-400mm for sometime and finally came upon one at 17th Street on their website. I'd never order from them before and as this was a very expensive purchase at $5200.00 I read the ratings and gave them a call to verify that they did indeed have this (exact)lens in stock. I placed the order online, paid for 2nd day delivery and was extremely surprised to have it delivered the very next morning all the way to Utah. I guess UPS gets some of my appreciation as well. Unlike the phone response I've had with other photo stores in back east I was very happy with the friendly support I received at 17th Street. If you need it and they have it, buy it with confidence. My only regret is that I had not done business with them sooner...and the fact that now I have to figure out how to pay for this lens. Thanks Dov! (sp?)
