I've been using Cheap Digitizing for a few years now and I highly recommend them for your digitizing needs. They are very professional and do a great job. A couple of jobs I had digitized had to be edited more than once and they did it without any extra cost. Sometimes I'm not sure of the best way for a design to be digitized so I leave notes in the digitizer's box explaining what I'm going to be sewing the design on and they take care of it. Also, the process of uploading a design for digitizing is very easy to navigate.

I seldom share 5 stars with a vendor, because I seldom have enough interaction to know that much. But the proprietors of Chez Pluie have gone above and beyond helpful. They have a beautiful, high-end inventory and, even better and quite rare these days, they actually know about and understand that inventory of antiques. Additionally, they are helpfully communicative, return correspondence very quickly, know how to pack fragile things expertly, and ship immediately. So far, I've painted two rooms with Colorhouse and two with another "low" VOC national brand. The two rooms painted with the other brand will be repainted with Colorhouse because I honestly love the velvety texture of CH eggshell over any other paint brand. One coat of Colorhouse covers, two coats get into the nooks and crannies of the orange peel texture on our walls. Clean up is easy, a little hot water, a touch of soap and it's done. The smell is mild, more like an afterthought, and the colors are rich and have a depth you don't get with other paints. My biggest issue with Colorhouse? Choosing a color. Besides the regular palettes, then the seasonal palettes, if you go to the right Colorhouse dealer they can color match almost any other color. So when I hit the Paint Bar at EcoHouse in Berkeley, I feel like a little kid with a pocketful of change in a candy store. No worries, the right dealer will have no VOC tints to give you the perfect color.

We recently bought a new house, and had to paint 3 rooms before we moved in. The rooms are completely transformed, and the colors are beautiful! The paint covers extremely well, and didn't splater! Love the paint, and can't wait to paint the rest of the house!

Our house is 400 years old, the shower room is a very awkward space. Therefore the shower screen/enclosure was always going to be a problem, due to lines not being straight and wooden beams compromising any flat wall or ceiling space. After contacting 3 companies, Andrew (CGS) immediately filled me with confidence. The laser's he used to determine the measurements, design and support structure for the screen assured me that I was working with someone that understood glass, glazing and old buildings. The service was quick and informed, Andrew and his team of fitters were friendly, professional and pragmatic. The outcome; a faultless fit and an outstanding design for our new shower screen. It should be noted that I live in a village some 50 miles outside of London, this was never an obstacle for the team.

Waiting 6 weeks on a product. Sent 2 emails. No reply. When I raised a refund case in PayPal - surprise surprise! Got an email back straight away. A rather sarcastic one saying that I WOULD have been first in line. Simon Crook also said he'd replied to my past email. I asked for a screen grab. This is when it got silly. He sent me a screen grab of a reply to my original email - but it was clearly UNSENT! It still had the cursor in the text! To add insult to injury, the exact same item is next day delivery on Amazon!

In the past month, I've rented from CSI three times. The second and third rentals went perfectly smoothly. The first was a fine business transaction, however, the Zacuto rig that was provided was either in desperate need of repair, or was just a piece of junk (either could be the case, but I suspect the former). The handheld grips could not be locked, and would become loose during normal operation. The tightening levers didn't ratchet, and couldn't be tightened beyond a certain point which was insufficient. And the screws which held the entire assembly together were either some strange size which was neither metric nor standard, or were stripped beyond usefulness. It was difficult to operate with grips which would suddenly become loose, sending the camera lurching around on my shoulder. Usually I prefer to have an AC do checkout on all gear to make sure it operates, but this wasn't that kind of job, so in some ways, this is on our producers. Still, it would be good to know that y'all are testing out the builds to make sure the gear works.

I have persisted as a customer of Whitewall for approximately the last 4 years, however I can no longer tolerate their inconsistent results and recent lack of transparency and full disclosure in terms of their promotions. Throughout the years I have often been frustrated with what could only be described as frequent lack of attention to detail within whitewall. Ready to hang prints at times arrived damaged during transport which in my opinion was largely a result of the poor packaging technique used by Whitewall (of course I still acknowledge the role that the often un-caring attitude of many transport companies plays in this). On other occasions prints would also arrive with flaws or blemishes in the print it self or in the framing / mounting process yet these would still come adorned with Whitewalls large 'quality assurance' certificate stuck to the rear side of the product. I persisted as a customer of whitewall for two main reasons: Firstly, they always replaced these damaged or blemished items at no cost to me as the customer (which is expected but not always a given in my experience with printers). The problem with this high frequency of re-prints is the major delays in supplying customers with the images they had paid for within a timely manner and on one occasion resulted in me missing the entry deadline for a photo competition due to having to wait for a replacement print to arrive. Secondly, whitewall often provided free freight promotions which made some of their product prices quite competitive. After many recent unsuccessful attempts to apply one of these free freight promotional codes to my last order, I contacted whitewall to determine the reason for this not applying and they told me they no longer offer free freight to international orders despite not disclosing this on their promotional flyers / email notifications, or anywhere for that matter. This has been the final straw for me regarding whitewall and I feel I can no longer persist with this printing company despite my liking of a number of their products.

I've been using Design Pickle for a couple of years now on their Annual subscription to help me build out my Merch by Amazon and KDP accounts and have been really pleased with the service so far. - You get to build up a relationship with your designer so over time they understand your style/requirements better - For a little extra sub every month you get access to Getty Images stock library to use as source content for your designs, which is freakin awesome! - The level of designs that I have received have been top notch most of the time - The whole team speaks great English - If you have a problem then the customer service team are there for you and actively want to help you and improve their service! I ordered 5 books from the RA sale and unfortunately, it was, if I recall correctly, the Friday before the Covid 19 'Lock-down' on the Monday so could not be processed. However, the RA staff were very helpful and I have now received the books (which are excellent value for money). I had recently attempted to order paint from Homebase and after over a month of waiting for it to be delivered and with minimal response from their customer service team despite several emails and Facebook messages (Infact I received no reply to my emails) I finally got my refund and immediately used it to purchase from Tikkurila instead and may I say that it has been the complete opposite to my Homebase experience. When I emailed enquiring about my order, I received a response within the day and was assured that my delivery would be fast tracked as I had been kept waiting (a mere 8 days, which is no delay at all in comparison to Homebase) so I would like to say thank you Dave! I will most certainly be purchasing from Tikkurila again!

I ordered a custom mural for a time-sensitive/ holiday-connected promotion for a client in America. Unfortunately DHL mixed up the address (Wallsauce confirmed several times that they had the right address) and delivered the mural to another state. I told Wallsauce customer service about the problem and that this was a time sensitive matter and that I had ordered from them due to their promise of a 3 to 5 day turnaround, and that I no longer needed the mural (*FREE Shipping* in 3 to 5 Business Days). I ordered on November 10. I needed it by the 19 November - plenty of time for their promised delivery. Long story, and may emails and phone calls later, during which time I was asked to please have patience whilst the matter was investigated - for almost 2 weeks I may add - the mural was delivered on December 3. (I now realize the patience was to give them enough time to find it and deliver it as to be covered per their own customer service "rules"). I was out of my office to deny delivery and the receptionist of the business adjacent to mine signed for it. I asked Wallsauce to refund me for this custom mural and to please take it back as the fault was not mine. I was told that it was delivered and according to the Wallsauce conditions, I would not be granted a refund (after a bit they offered a 10% discount, which I felt quite offended by and refused). After all of this I gave up and opened the package. Needless to say, the resolution of the photo was quite bad. Behind the lovely words and politeness of the customer service ladies, there was fundamentally zero customer service and an inferior product.

It would have been five stars, as the picture and frame were great, and the delivery speedy; but the picture had been put in at 90 degrees to the hanger (it's a square frame). Normally I'd have sent it back, but it was a gift for a birthday and there was no time, so I ended up moving the hanging screws myself. It would have taken five seconds to check this, guys. No excuses.

Worst online experience ever. I purchased a rug on the 30/12/19 and was advised the rug would be dispatched within 10 days. After 3 weeks I contacted the staff at the showroom location in Victoria as I had not heard anything. They advised that all rug purchases are now handled by their warehouse in QLD and to take it up with them. 5 weeks later (31/02/20) and I am still waiting with no response after numerous attempts to contact them and find out what is going on. Disgraceful service. Do not bother purchasing a rug from these guys.

On 3/12/21, I paid Snappr for 2 hours of photography service, to be completed on 4/17/21. However, the day before the shoot, the photographer said she was busy on 4/17/21, and provided one hour of photography service on the next day, on 4/18/21. On 4/26/21, I received the photos from the Snappr Photographer. I was not happy with the qualities of the photos and followed up with the Photographer on 4/26/21, 4/27/21, and 6/25/21 and did not receive any resolution from the Snappr Photographer. On 7/16/21, the Snappr photographer sent me some photos via email. However, upon close examination, the photos looked the same as the original photos and there was not any re-editing done to them. Due to dissatisfaction with the quality of the photos from the 4/18/21 photoshoot, for which I did not receive a resolution, and the lack of response from the Snappr photographer, I would not want to use Snappr again. Also, I paid for 2 hours of photography service that was scheduled to take place on 4/17/21, but received only one hour of service. I requested a refund for the unused hour and was denied by Snappr. I suggest you hire a photographer somewhere else unless you are looking for a really bad experience that you won’t forget for a long time.

I found Cemblance through a request for a logo on Bark, after reading through various reviews I decided to go ahead with the generous package they had offered me, Adeel and his team didn't disappoint. After a brief phonecall and filling out the survey they had sent to me they quickly got to work. By the following day I had received various logo designs (more then was actually stated) all very different. I whittled it down to 2 to develop and then again upon the next review decided on the one that had stood out from the begining. The first week the communication was not what I thought it would be, a few misunderstandings with the changes I wanted made, but I was reassured this was due to a heavy work load they had on (this is the only reason is a great rather then excellent) The following week was very prompt communication back and forth thus hitting the brief and am very happy with the outcome. Overall a great experience and Adeel himself goes above and beyond to get you the end product you desire
