Very professional team and very pro active. Once initial paperwork had been completed I placed my boat with them on the Friday and on Monday received a phone call to say they had received a deposit for the boat. They explained everything every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them highly.

About 1 month ago ordered eye bolts 5/8 by 8" ,never checked price my bad,however was charged $38. For each one when I called to check with jamestown the calltaker said maybe we charged me for a box however she said with out any apology that yes they are $38 ea ,then it took over 2 weeks to get the stuff ;I have been dealing with them for 20+years and a their service has been getting worse ; now after my last encounter I would never order from them again Avoid this place

I was looking for a pair of oil seals for my '96 Nissan DS50, and many vendors claimed to have it in stock, but would then switch it to backorder once I made the order. When I found them on F25, I e-mailed to confirm that they truly had it in stock, which they verified before I placed my order. Although it took a little bit of time for the order to reach me from overseas, F25 has an amazing system where a customer service rep will frequently communicate with you about the status and shipment of your order. If I ever had a question, I would get a prompt reply. All this communication happened through an e-mail interface, so no clumsy logging in and waiting days to hear back. All instant. Great experience!

I ordered a trim pump from asap in December 2019, a month later a second hand unit turned up covered in oil with a cracked oil tank. Unimpressed I asked for a replacement. They said it was their suppliers fault despite the box containing a packing slip from asap. The sales team are evasive at best and am still waiting for a replacement or even a delivery date for a replacement. Very poor!

I found a hat (Gill Cap) that I loved while boating through Maine in 2019... I lost that hat recently and went on the net looking for a replacement. I found newer models (I liked the older one better) and ordered a few extra... I was going boating and assumed they would be delivered while I was away... They came the morning I was leaving and I was able to take them with me... I love the hats, thank you.

Je ne pense pas utiliser de nouveau le site Gill Marine pour effectuer des achats : - Le retour des articles est aux frais du client (soit) - le retour s'effectue en Angleterre, donc coute cher quand on achète depuis la France comme moi. - Que ce soit pour un échange ou un retour, il faut payer. Je trouve que ce n'est pas très commerçant et surtout cela n'incite pas à effectuer un échange : si la nouvelle taille ne va toujours, il faudra payer un deuxième retour. Résultat : même si j'aime le produit, je me le fais rembourser pour ne pas risquer un deuxième retour et la vente est annulée pour eux. Tout le monde y perd. - Il est proposé sur le site un service de retour à un tarif soi-disant compétitif ... qui s'avère plus cher que d'utiliser un colissimo directement depuis le site de la Poste. Je trouve ce dernier point assez scandaleux, trompeur et anti-commerçant encore une fois. J'aime bien les produits Gill, mais là, l'expérience d'achat est trop mauvaise et est rédhibitoire pour moi à l'avenir.

Good discount on goods, Slow delivery( when I first started shopping with Gill 10 years ago the delivery system was first class you kept your costumers in formed at all times until it arrived) never more than 3 days, I know it might be a little difficult at the moment due to the Virus, but this as been happening for at least the last 3 years. I used to quote to other suppliers of how good your delivery was.

Did cruise from Migennes to Tannay in mid September 2019. Le Boat delivered in all respects - a well appointed boat, good instruction and friendly and helpful service. They also offered support on the way, should we have needed it, but it wasn't necessary. The boat didn't miss a beat and we were delighted with it. Well done!

Ordered 4 bikes, one flat tyre day one, rang for replacement and no interest in replacing. Whole week with family having one person staying on boat and not able to join in rides to wineries etc. stuffed our holiday. Boat steering leaking, clean up top deck and in Saloon and of course steering not the best. Inverter not working so could only power up cameras and computer on shore power. Information books not up to date, poorly compiled, not good enough.

Door de koppige houding van een der medewerkers was de sfeer voor vertrek al gelijk verziekt, mijn echtgenote was jarig en we hadden een vroeg vertrek geboekt gezien we plannen hadden in Cahors die we dus niet meer op tijd konden waarmaken.Door die man zijn we pas veel later kunnen vertrekken ondanks de extra betaling.Na 10 jaar als klant is dit voor mij moeilijk te verteren en bezinnen we ons om in september en volgend jaar elders te boeken.

Der Sevice war gut, das Boot war alt und nicht ganz sauber, wieso man es ohne Führerschein fahren darf, ist mir schleierhaft. Mit über 20 Jahren Bootsrerfahrung und eigenem Boot war es möglich, bei Starkwind ohne Bug- und Heckstrahlruder das Boot in die Schleusen zu navigieren .

Wir haben auf der Horizont 12 /5 wunderbare Tage auf der mecklenburgischen Seenplatte verbracht. Ein äußerst großzügig geschnittenes boot mit tollem rundumblick aus Küche Wohnbereich und natürlich auf der Fly Bridge die einen alten Bootsfahrer überaus glücklich macht.

Worst experience! The boat was way beyond the expected condition. Everything was dirty and the AC didn’t work. Realized too late that the battery didn’t work either, all our food for the one week trip went to the trash. Spent the worst night without AC or electricity. Next day after they “fixed it” (AC still didn’t work) the boat thrust stopped working. We asked for a refund but it turns out it’s our fault because two days was not enough for them to fix their boat and they expected us to spent another with small kids without AC. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone
