Avoid this store at all cost. I have never been so embarrassed I went into the store with wife and kids to look at getting fish and rock and power head for my marine setup I chose some ocean rock and look at it under the blue light as it had a crystal effect on it to see what it look like to be told don't be stupid it contaminate our tank I wasn't even putting it in the water then told he was not serving me as my kids were with my wife and touching the water fountain display outside. Will never spend any money in this or any other Maidenhead head aquatics I will also make sure none of my family and friends will either. The store can thank Craig for this fantastic customer service.???????????????

All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I have been in several times and I have always had first class service. I have purchased fish and plants which are healthy. The fish are active and give a lot of pleasure. The plants don't last quite so long and not because they are unhealthy but they are nibbled by the fish. Not so easy to find ones they won't eat!

Sold me a TYR race suit in the Black Friday promotion. Took the money. I was informed when I had to ring them to see why I had not received tracking info that it was OUT OF STOCK. "But it isn't. I can still purchase on the site" I said. "Oh I mean OUT OF STOCK at the price you paid" WHAT!!?? It's a con and they should not be able to miss sell and miss lead people like this. Ordered several items for myself and my daugher - all of which were of good quality. However the shorts I purchased ran in the wash and ruined several other items (despite no washing instructions to say that they should be washed separately). I wrote a review to warn of the issue and within an hour Saltrock contacted and requested photographs of the damaged items. They refunded the shorts and compensated for the damaged items. Really impressed with the service and would order again,

Very professional team and very pro active. Once initial paperwork had been completed I placed my boat with them on the Friday and on Monday received a phone call to say they had received a deposit for the boat. Really feel let down. Never had this service before. First time of ordering livestock, so I wanted some crabs and some snails. I ordered and for somereason it linked straight to my paypal account and gave me no choice so I had to get them to change the payment. I also ordered some frags. The deliver arrived with seconds to spare on its 12 noon deadline. I was one snail short. One of the frags which was a free one was very bashed about and not happy, but the water the frags came in stank, and I mean stank. It was bad. I drip fed, and changed the water to mine before putting them in. Two frags dead the next morning, second one has now gone and my crabs have moved the entire third one which is somewhere in the tank. I contacted charterhouse, was first of all accused of not paying, then offered a refund and next time I order you can have the extra snail. No not really good enough, found a very similar frag at same cost but they would not send that one. Will never buy livestock again from them, so I have lost out. Never had a problem when I brought a top up system and the pump failed, it seems that with the livestock it is a very different service which is a total shame.

Guys loved the look and feel of the ALX-single haven’t had much of a chance to use it yet as we are in lockdown here in Melbourne, but super happy with it and is super bright, great amount of light Goodman glove is awesome love the design, could use an attachment point at the back of the glove to clip off a swivel bolt snap as my torch’s have all these on them, for storing away etc. just little extra peace of mind under water knowing thing aren’t going to fall away. But besides that absolutely love it can’t wait to get it wet..

I have just purchased the Divepro S26 and it is an excellent dive torch which is extremely bright. It is well built, very sturdy and easy to use. I suggest buying an extra battery as on the highest setting (2600 lumens) you will only get one dive from it. Highly recommended.

I used to be able to view the lake maps free on the app on my phone. Then it said I had to pay a one time fee. I paid it and then 2 years later it wants me to buy the yearly subscription for 21 bucks. Will not let me view lakes without purchase. Stupid. On top of that. My lowrance has a navionics card in it and it is not very detailed and some well known lakes around me are not even mapped. Pathetic. Buddy has lakemaster and lakemaster has the map no problem.

I bought a navionics card at a reseller in October and here in March my plotter told me that the subscription needed to be renewed. I wrote navionics customer service and they resolved the issue instantly and guided me through the process of getting my card up and running again. Nice to experience a company that takes ownership of it’s products and don’t push you as a customer back to the reseller.

I participated in the Nordic walking for Parkinson’s CPD course recently. The course content was very interesting and I felt that it was three hours very well spent. The delivery was excellent and there were plenty of opportunities for participants to ask questions. It was also good to meet the course leader and other instructors ‘virtually’. I know that we’re all looking forward to seeing people properly again after Covid, but hope that some zoom courses would still be on offer for those of us who live a long way from the centres. I purchased The Huub Mystery Wetsuit back in May 2020 which arrived within a few weeks. I got an Archimedes III 3:5. It was a good fit, but very difficult to get on, but was easier after a few uses. It is good in the water and is buoyant while still being warm. However, within about 5 uses (maybe a month's use) holes started appearing under the armpits which let in significant amounts of water. The material just fell apart and is now effectively useless. I followed the guides with how to look after a wetsuit and as this was an expensive suit I was extremely careful with it. My brother bought the same mystery deal and got a slightly cheaper model but had exactly the same problems. Updated 12June 21. Huub contacted me to replace the damaged suit. To be fair the customer service was really good and the issue was dealt with promptly. The new suit is excellent and from experience, these huub suits seem the fastest ive tried.

I bought an Arquímedes 3.5, expensive and good wetsuit, at least Omar told me that. Omar is Huub seller in Spain. Since the first day I put It on, It started to tear everywhere!!! I phoned and wrote Omar many messages without response. Never more! I swim twenty years ago, Orca , Kynay, Sailfish. With Huub and Omar I was really scammed. He comunicates via WhatsApp. I was really disappointed and angry of course. Huub can be a good brand that is why I wanted to prove It. My personal experience was simply awful.

I submitted a post two days ago on their site, at this time they haven't posted my feedback. I'm seeing their nine 5 stars along with one 4 star feedback. My feedback is for the purchased of their 3/2mm X-Span Hood to go with my X-Span Jacket. When I placed my phone order I told them my head size was large and my neck was medium. He replied, we just go by the head size. The hood fits my head but is loose around my neck. Not sure why their website has a chart for head and neck. Later I did seen similarly issues via Amazon's feedback about the neck being loose on the X-Span hoods.

About 1 month ago ordered eye bolts 5/8 by 8" ,never checked price my bad,however was charged $38. For each one when I called to check with jamestown the calltaker said maybe we charged me for a box however she said with out any apology that yes they are $38 ea ,then it took over 2 weeks to get the stuff ;I have been dealing with them for 20+years and a their service has been getting worse ; now after my last encounter I would never order from them again Avoid this place

I ordered a Nixon Shutter on a Friday night and when they got in the office on Monday I got a phone call telling me that the shutter I ordered was on back order and they gave me a 5% discount for my next order! They were very helpful and nice. I've been a member for 3 years until now... YMCA takes on too many students for lessons & then puts a sign up saying bad luck bucko if you want to do laps between these times. No warning when signing up just a $150 fee if you try to exit contract. Members lockers have been continually breaking down since joining. It was good when they made allowance for lap swimmers No allowance for individual paying customers. No off peak rates. Unfortunately it seems they make more money from student classes

I my son was last evaluated in oct18. That time the instructor said he need only 2 classes to improve but now its more than 5months. They have forced to choose a fresh no exp instructor whom when i asked do you know what to work on my son she said she has no idea. I didnt like the attitude of instructor who doesnt know what to work on. I have asked for instructors change so instead of doing that ,they are asking me to change time.Why should we change time?Casey race and aquatic centre changed a instructor who is unexperienced, we didnt choose her,you should change her time. I was looking for a pair of oil seals for my '96 Nissan DS50, and many vendors claimed to have it in stock, but would then switch it to backorder once I made the order. When I found them on F25, I e-mailed to confirm that they truly had it in stock, which they verified before I placed my order. Although it took a little bit of time for the order to reach me from overseas, F25 has an amazing system where a customer service rep will frequently communicate with you about the status and shipment of your order. If I ever had a question, I would get a prompt reply. All this communication happened through an e-mail interface, so no clumsy logging in and waiting days to hear back. All instant. I ordered a trim pump from asap in December 2019, a month later a second hand unit turned up covered in oil with a cracked oil tank. Unimpressed I asked for a replacement. They said it was their suppliers fault despite the box containing a packing slip from asap. The sales team are evasive at best and am still waiting for a replacement or even a delivery date for a replacement. Very poor!

Je ne pense pas utiliser de nouveau le site Gill Marine pour effectuer des achats : - Le retour des articles est aux frais du client (soit) - le retour s'effectue en Angleterre, donc coute cher quand on achète depuis la France comme moi. - Que ce soit pour un échange ou un retour, il faut payer. Je trouve que ce n'est pas très commerçant et surtout cela n'incite pas à effectuer un échange : si la nouvelle taille ne va toujours, il faudra payer un deuxième retour. Résultat : même si j'aime le produit, je me le fais rembourser pour ne pas risquer un deuxième retour et la vente est annulée pour eux. Tout le monde y perd. - Il est proposé sur le site un service de retour à un tarif soi-disant compétitif ... qui s'avère plus cher que d'utiliser un colissimo directement depuis le site de la Poste. Je trouve ce dernier point assez scandaleux, trompeur et anti-commerçant encore une fois. J'aime bien les produits Gill, mais là, l'expérience d'achat est trop mauvaise et est rédhibitoire pour moi à l'avenir.

I spoke to them on the phone twice,& both times I 2as given reassurance about the prompt delivery of my daughter's SUP backpack.I had been concerned about it arriving on time for her birthday after reading a few reviews saying there was a long delay.True to their word,the backpack was packaged that day and sent by courier and arrived a few days later..well packed and just what my daughter wanted.Many thanks for such professional and personal service.DEFINITELY highly recommended and will no do7bt be shopping there again.
