Please be aware of this hosting. Be very careful, and try not to proceed with them. They have intermitent problems integrating emails with GMail, due to their servers marked as bad reputation by Spam classifying servers. For example, if you send and attachment, the email will not be accepted between GMail and the hosting, but the hosting will report these emails as "Successfully Sent". But all emails without attachments are sent successfully as expected. They have this problem in a very intermitent way. Hence, for the normally most important emails (those you send with an attachment) you basically do not have any confidence about they were sent or not.

Awesome experience with them. The only issue is they limit their cPanel email to 2gb per mailbox, but it's a web host not email service so I don't hold that against them. Their support excellent.

Unskilled SEO Web Developers, Poor Communication, Failed Promises and Lies Client ID 418598. I signed up in June of 2021 and paid $1,600. I was told by Will (Sales) that my entire site would be optimized for SEO and Google Core Web Vitals. Services such as Images without Alt Tags would be added, Meta Descriptions optimized for local search, SCHEMA and Structured Data added, Internal Link Building, Fixing Broken Links, etc. Be mindful that my site already had steady growth of organic traffic since the website has been live for several years. The site had over 75 sub pages and over 50 blogs posts. The sales team was aware of the size of the site and insured complete optimization would be done. After signing up, I was given access to the Dashboard where I added all the necessary information GoZoek needed, including Social Media Pages, Access to Google My Business, etc. The Dashboard is nice, but the knowledge of the employees who demo it is lacking. As for Off Site SEO I was told they would update my business details (NAP - Name Address Phone) on multiple directories and where necessary duplicates would be deleted and incorrect data would be changed. I provided documentation to GoZoek with all the listings that already existing. Did they reference this document? No... they published new duplicate listings. Somehow the one listing that did exist with a wrong telephone number became eight listings with the same wrong telephone number. I communicated this issue to GoZoek Team within three days of that issue arising. Now I'm aware that they use a Third Party for Listing Management (Advice Local) but GoZoek sat on the errors for two and a half months before I took matters into my own hands. Once I spoke with Advice Local all but one issue was fixed in 7 days. GoZoek made three landing pages (Under About Section) for Computer Repair and Service, Mac Computer Shop, and PC Computer Shop. Check them out... they're horrid. Even worse they didn't include a Call to Action button on the page to increase conversions until I asked them why that was omitted. *shakes head* Side note, they still don't rank according to their Dashboard. GoZoek cleared all my previous SCHEMA Structured Data and applied the same Local Business SCHEMA on all pages. This change caused traffic to drop 60% from the previous month. I was told by their Team to wait a few months and it would go back up. Guess what... Three months later and it hasn't. Their own dashboard (which links to Google Search Console) shows our site is no longer ranking for the keywords they optimized my site for. I did have one employee try to swindle me into believing traffic was going up but that was because of a blog post about "Why Computer Motherboards Fail", which I wrote and published in May 2021. That blog post gained a lot of traction outside the USA. Thankfully I had Google Analytics Reports prior to working with these guys and am familiar enough with it to show where traffic was coming from. Don't let them full you with Clicks and Impressions either. Even more insult to injury was the GoZoek Team had Manager access to my Google My Business listing which they said they would optimize... The only edit they made was keyword stuffing "Computer Repair" into the Company Name which is a violation of GMB and led to a suspension of that listing. Thankfully after paying $35.00 for Google's Small Business Advisors Support (I highly recommend this program for any small business) and explaining the situation, Google looked into the case and advised me to remove GoZoek access to the GMB Listing and restored the profile. With 60+ reviews on the listing and most of our calls coming from the Google Map Pack this was a big hit in the wallet for the one week it was down. Its 2021/COVID era and they don't do screen sharing. I sent a response to the CEO on my experience and have been told their CEO, Sam R is out of the office "indefinitely" and the best they can do is refund $300.00 to me. So many more complaints to discuss but limited to characters on this review...

Though my wife asked that I not call the company I felt it necessary to at least post a review. (I am still may call) They (Zoek) contacted my wife recently stating they never received payment. Despite my wife stating that we had in fact paid they disputed this and told her it was her job (obligation) to prove payment. When I looked on our accounts for her, we had three charges with transaction dates of 7/12/2021 and posted dates of 7/13/2021 (See Photo). We paid over $2,000 in total. I honestly could not believe that they came back and implied that my wife used their services and did not provide payment, inferring she stole. If they cannot keep track of basic accounting they should not be in business, especially if they are going to make accusations against their customers. It is not the customer's responsibility (obligation) to do their accounting for them. Moreover, they accused my wife who works hard and is not only a mother, full-time employee but is trying to start a business. In any case, they are either lacking in integrity and attempted to be paid twice by denigrating my wife by implying wrongdoing on her part or they honestly do not know how to run their business.

Just about to cancel my remaining two sites with NING. Ning are now a faint shadow of what they were back in 2011/12 when I joined - a dynamic, cando operation that was totally professional. Today they are a broken, tired operation just limping along on past glories and clients subscriptions who are too lazy to change from them to much better, cheaper alternatives. E.G: Their links on the bottom of their site don't even work now - Resource not found! (??) What sort of operation is this. Sayonara Ning. You were once great - but now - broken and dying.

I've emailed them several times since ordering this product. I ordered it mid-November to get it before Christmas. I keep getting emails "tell us what you think?" and emailing the support email. Each time I reach out -which has been 11 times at this point. I get a generic response "oh we are looking into this for you." December 2nd I followed up on the status of my order and still have no actual answer to that email. Since then I've taken the time to reach out 10 times to be accommodating. I never received my order and no one is getting back to me. Poor business practice.

Purchased a PNY GeForce4, Ti4200 video card via CompUSA.com internet site the second day of their recent sale (3/15 thru 3/20). The expected shipping time was "usually 48 hours". On the third business day after placing the order, I phoned customer service to check on the status of this order since the order comformation status email hadn't been updated since the origional order was placed. I was told this item was out of stock and discontinued. I'm disappointed that I didn't receive a early notification email from this company regarding this problem. Because of this delay, I was unable to purchase this same item offered by another retailer (Best Buy) at the same sale price within their sale period. I don't think CompUSA ever had sufficent quanities of this item on stock before promoting this sale and only used it to attract potential customers to their site in hopes of selling them something. Very reluctant to do web business with CompUSA ever again without confirming that the product was definitely on hand and ready to be shipped. I suggest you do the same before placing an order with them.

I received confirmation on my order at PlanetRX on OCTOBER 7, 2011.. October 31 I received confirmation that the product was no long available and I would get my money back within one to two pay cycles (what the heck?) Now it is January 30, 2012 and I have STILL NOT RECEIVED A REFUND for paying for a product they did not have! Any idea on how to get it back because now they aren't even responding to my inquiries!

I attempted to order two nicad battery packs for a Sea & Sea YS300 Strobe (Underwater Photography Flash) that were listed on the Helix Website. A couple of days later I received an email stating that the strobes were no longer available and upon contacting Helix to find out why, discovered that they are no longer available from the US Sea & Sea distributor (A search on the Sanyo website for the Cadnica battery pack 6KR-1700SCE reveals that they are no longer listed there either). The person in the underwater photography department (sorry I've forgotten their name) helpfully directed me to contact Dan at Sub Aquatic Camera where I successfully ordered and received two custom built battery packs.

Recently I used Helix Camera for the first time – I have used most of the online retailers and a few regional camera stores with mostly good experiences . I had heard of Helix before but I’m not in their area. I had recently switched camera kits from Canon to Nikon and was picking up equipment for a workshop that I plan to attend later this month during a family vacation. At Helix, I dealt mostly with Roy and he was outstanding throughout. Long story short, I assumed that Helix accepted my Synchrony Sport card but they didn’t actually at the time. Roy conferred with Racquelle and she had Synchrony set the store up so that they could also accept my card and got it done in only a few days. They went above and beyond for my business and gave frequent phone updates. I have my spare body and camera bag now and that makes me feel better prepared for my workshop. Some details worth noting – they shipped the same day as the order was authorized and gave me a discount as well. I’m definitely going to use Helix again. The level of service and personal attention was better than I’ve experienced before. One last thing is that one item I was ordering was a memory card and it was not in stock. I knew that the manufacturer (Sony) had discontinued it and when Roy offered to order it I mentioned that I thought it was discontinued. He checked while I was on the phone and found out that it was in fact discontinued and was able to order the new replacement card. He thanked me for pointing it out and I bring this up because he didn’t make any assumptions or doubt what I was saying – He checked it and thanked me for the info. That’s refreshing in my opinion. Great store – Great team – Great management. Highly recommended and a big THANK YOU!

Memorymedia certainly has a great selection of memory products at reasonable prices; however, in my experience, the advertised prices are not reliable. I was looking at memory prices on pricewatch.com when I came across a reasonable offer for 512 MB of SDRAM for my PC2700-capable motherboard. Memorymedia's ad instructed buyers to mention Pricewatch in order to get the lower price, so when I ordered the RAM via their site, I did. Shipping was pretty fast, but when I received the memory, they still invoiced me the price on their own website and not the one listed on Pricewatch. Consequently, I filed a complaint through Pricewatch, but didn't get any response. Finally, when I got my credit card statement, it turned out that Memorymedia, in addition to ignoring their promises on Pricewatch, had charged an additional $3.10 to my credit card. Where they got that amount from, I have no idea. I have subsequently tried to contact the company multiple times, but it seems that my requests for an explanation of their conduct are being consistently ignored. I will certainly never do business with this company again, and I would not recommend them to anyone else, despite the fact that the amount of my dispute with them is relatively small. Either you're honest or you're not - to me, there's no middle ground.

Have placed an order but it seems like they don't have the act together cause the product has not been sent out eventhough it is now over a week. Try to contact them via web, phone and email. No replies what so ever. I wonder who had posted the comments on this reseller for a good prompt delivery. I am in process of contacting them so, I can see where things are hanging because they had took out my money but the product has not been in transit, that is if they have it the procduct. Hope this review gets on the latest review for this reseller cause I would like to stop future purchasers to think again.

Purchased two Thinkpad 600 laptop batteries from this company in May of 2003. When the batteries arrived they were both obviously used. The batteries had dings and scratches and one had a sticker that said "Tested - Low Capacity." The batteries were not marked as used or refurbished in any way on the website (other than the fact these specific batteries were not marked "new" while some other products were) and the company website does not specify that they are selling used parts. As a result, I decided to return the batteries. Update 6/9/2003: I have been in contact with GMI and they offered to replace the batteries with new ones. Apparently there was an error when the order was drop shipped. Stay tuned... Update 7/13/2003: I decided to keep the secondary drive bay battery I purchased because it's performance was acceptable (although not as good as a new battery) and because IBM discontinued that particular battery so a new one might be hard to find. I returned the primary battery, which only got about an hour of runtime, to GMI for a replacement. About a week later, Drake from GMI contacted me to say that they were unable to obtain a new battery from their suppliers and they would refund what I had paid for both batteries even though I had returned only one of them. The representatives from GMI were very friendly and were eager to make things right with my order.

I ordered items from 4 different internet resellers on the same day. Global Micro delivered my order a full 3 days before any other vendor. Global Micro not only had the best prices for the high-end disk drives that I ordered, they also had very resonable shipping and handling charges, and delivered exactly what I ordered- including all the documentation and jumpers I needed. Global Micro has moved to the top of my list for internet purchases.

I purchased a barebones system from these scam artist, after finding them on pricewatch. They charged me to assemble and "TEST" the system (which I thought was a rip-off, but figured I wouldn't have to spend time troubleshooting) and when I received it, only the motherboard was plugged into the power supply. Obviously not tested, the OS wouldn't load. I switched out CD-ROM and tried different CDs with no luck. Finally, they agreed to refund my money, so I mailed it back to them. After 6 calls and 2 letters I have still not received ANY of my purchase cost back.

Very Good Venders, found them thru computer shows, very helpful, I've bought a few items over the past few years from them. I've even had a problem with a DVD player which they helped me on and it seemed like my computer was not powerful enough to use, they took back item without a restock fee, and I promptly used the refund to purchase a case. I've not tried their online/mailorder service, however if its anything like their shows then they are very good.

I look & inspect products at the Apple store in Atlanta, but buy from Club Mac: 4 laptops, 1 desktop, 1 cinema screen, 3 airports, software, laptop batteries, CD burner, external HD, etc over the past 4 years. Good website, repsonsive, knowledgeable staff (has never been pushy), on-time delivery, and great when I needed to return something. Have always had a very positive experience with this vendor and will certainly continue shopping there.

was trying to buy some corsair pc 3200 ram from them for the sale price of $180, contacted them about alternate payment methods. was told i could pay by money order, was then given the run around with alot of BS for the next week which i went along with at which point i was informed the price was raised to 190 dollars. i accepted this because they were letting me pay by a non-standard way, i was also promised this price in the e-mail they sent me. i was given the run around and wait game for the next week and today i was informed that it is no longer onsale at all. the company has given me nothing but bullshit, do not buy from them

They were one of the few websites that stocked a specific monitor i was looking for, and using the price match i saved about $30.00. I ordered it and recieved a call the next day to confirm that i had ordered it, since my shipping address is different than my cc address, which i thought was proper. Although there main shipping is UPS they also let you ship Purolator, which in my case is far better since UPS service really sucks in my area. Recieved the monitor 2 days later and they provided a tracking number. All in all a very smooth and professional transaction.

I ordered XCM 360 FULL CASE *SMOKE BLACK* INC. ALL BLACK WIRELESS CONTROLLER SHELL with their so-called Best Price Guarantee program at a price of $47 (excluding shipping) instead of at the usual price $70 on 5th September 2007. I was tempted of buying item from them because of low shipping cost. The next day i received shipping info stating that typical delivery day is 3-6 days but i dont mind about that because my previous order from consoleshop took only 2 weeks to arrive. 2 weeks has passed, my order hasn't arrive yet. I started to send some email to them to inquire regarding my order. They respond by stating they have courier difficulty. Again, a week passed by, try sending some more email to them, no response from them at all. For nearly 2 months i've been sending email to them in which none of it was responded, i gave up. Now i turn to the ConsoleShop forum and it turns out i wasnt the only one who has the same problem. One of the forum member started to do class lawsuit after gathering a lot of information about the ConsoleShop. Later after that, the forum is closed, and the link to the forum at ConsoleShop site was removed. Out of ordinary, i decided to give out a very bad review regarding their site at one of their item's review, namely the item that i ordered from them, SMOKE BLACK case, by saying ConsoleShop is scam, and by giving out this link. The review does show up at first, few hours later, the review got deleted. DAMN YOU CONSOLESHOP!!! I CONCLUDE THAT CONSOLESHOP IS SCAM!! DONT BUY FROM THEM ANYMORE!!!

I, STUPIDLY, ordered from this site, $104.41/€73.09/£57, they took my cash immedietly, and did not give me a tracking number, but i thought since i did order on a saturday, i would have to wait till monday t get it, 4pm monday still no tracking order, so i emailed them, about 30 mins later i got an email stating that i would receive my goods in 3-6 business days and my delivery had been upgraded to UPS instead of express mail, i found this a bit fishy considering i live in the UK and it would take much more than 6 days for my order to arrive, i then emailed them stating i either wanted an immediate delivery of the tracking number, and if they couldnt provide one to give me a full refund since they have clearly not shipped my order. At the moment i am waiting for a reply, and if they provide me with some bullshit answer, i am gonna get serious, my uncle is a lawyer, which is good for me coz then i can take this company down so hard they wont know what hit them, but if i am wrong and they provide me with a refund or even, *small chance* a tracking number then i will come back and report my findings, but im giving them till 4pm July 1st 2008 to get back to me with a reply, i will then threaten them with my lawyer, and believe me, nobody will hear of this company anymore, if there is one thing i cant stand, its those F*CKING scam artists, anyway, wish me luck. UPDATED: (1/7/08) Well, i seem to have scared them, they have provided me with a UPS tracking order, and according to UPS my package is on its way to be shipped across to the UK from France as i write this, so, if all goes well, i should have my package in 2 or 3 days, again, i will update this once i have my package, but i certainly wont be ordering from these guys again. UPDATED: (2/7/08) well, i got my stuff today and everything was fine, in fact im impressed, my parcel travelled from France to Scotland in just 1 night, but the only problem is, i dont know whether its coz they are like that intentionaly or its because i threatened them with court action, i mean, they may in fact try their hardest to do things as they should, but i will never know, my best bet is if you wanna test this company out, buy something cheap to start with and see if they provide good service, im gonna try ordering an xbox 360 controller shell but get it shipped to my friends address, but this time i wont bug them with emails, i'll just wait this time, then, this way i'll find out what they are really like, because you never know, maybe they have changed. Anyway, they certainly arent a scam company, maybe just really unoganized or something, or maybe most people on here have been the unlucky ones, try this company at your own risk, and good luck, i hope you get the same service i did.

I purchases a asus T100TA IPS tablet in December 2016. Stopped working by the middle of February. I thought it was the charger, so i bought a new charger without success. Phoned REFURB for less in late MAy. says Warranty was for 3 months, Im stuck with it. Walmart.com refuses to return calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY REFUSE TO HELPAND IT APPEARS THEY ARE NOT REFURBISHING IN A WAY THAT GETS IT PAST 91 DAYS. rip-off

On Thursday 30 January, 2003 I placed an order (order #16) from Nerdsupply Inc. for the following items: 1. Qty 1, Corsair 512MB PC2700 DDR333 NON-EEC RAM 2. Qty 1, AMD ATHLON XP2000+ processor in retail box 3. Qty 2, Western digital 80 gig hard drive (model # WD800JB) 4. Qty 1, Soyo KT400 Dragon Ultra Black motherboard Late in the evening on February 3, 2002, I contacted Nerdsupply as to why my order status was still “processing payment” while PayPal had confirmed that the payment had been accepted the evening of the 30th. In a response received by email, I was told that the hard drives I had ordered were backordered and would be coming in on the 4th. I was also informed that the shipping on this order would be upgraded to FedEx 2nd day to account for the delay. In an email message dated 2/5, I was informed that the tracking number for this order was 150222210022663. I checked the FedEx tracking information on the FedEx website, and found that this package was not shipped 2nd day like promised, but rather by ground. After being promised 2nd day shipping, I immediately inquired why the order was shipped by ground. I was told that it was a mix-up with the shipping company, and Nerdsupply could have the package recalled and shipped by 2nd day. However, I was informed that this recall would take 2-3 business days. As a result, the overall shipping time would not have been decreased, so the order was left alone. On 2/10, I received the order. When I opened the box, I found that the motherboard and processor were as ordered. The memory was not what I ordered, but was a slightly better version. I presumed that this was just a simple substitution due to an out of stock or discontinued item. However, there was only one hard drive in the package, and it was the lower quality model WD800BB, rather than WD800JB as I had ordered. I then contacted Nerdsupply by email to arrange for a return of the incorrect drive, and shipment of the correct ones. Their initial response was to offer me a credit of the price difference between the drive I received, and the two drives I had ordered. I then replied that Nerdsupply had two options: take the drive back at their expense since the error was their fault and either refund the $220 I had paid for the drives, or ship me the correct drives FedEx overnight. I felt that the overnight shipping was a fair request given the initial mix-up with shipping, and then the incorrect order. Nerdsupply then replied that the best shipping for the replacement drives they could do was 3-Day Select, as the upgraded memory was compensation for the initial delay. To me, this statement makes it appear as though He never had any intention of truly following through on their promise to ship 2nd day. I rejected this offer to ship the replacement drives by 3-Day Select, and stated that I would be returning the drives at their expense, and that I was to be credited the $220 I had paid for these drives. I was informed that they just needed the address and phone number at to arrange a time at which the incorrect drive could picked up. This information was provided to Nerdsupply on 2/10. On 2/14, I received an email stating that FedEx would be picking up the drive on 2/17. FedEx did not pick up the drive on this date. On 2/17, after several apparent attempts by Nerdsupply to resolve this situation, I filed a complaint with the BBB and PayPal. Only after payment for the order was stopped did I get a timely response to any inquiries. FedEx finally picked up the drive on 2/24, and I will see if I get credit when they receive the drive. Refund was granted 3/3.

On March 17th of this year, I purchased an IBM Microdrive from an ebay auction by Nerdsupply. I used the Buy It Now option and paid with PayPal immediately. I sent an email to the seller thanking them and expressing my anticipation of the product. Although they did not respond, they left me a positive Feedback, so I assumed all was well. After a week had gone by I began contacting them to see when I could expect the product. After a couple weeks had gone by and still no response, I began to worry. I checked their website to get phone numbers and tried calling. None of the 4 listed phone numbers get me through to anyone - they just ring with no answer and no way to leave a message. After 3 weeks I filed a Customer Complaint Form with PayPal. Now I'm into my 4th week with no product, $185 out of my pocket, and NO RESPONSE from anyone at Nerdsupply!

my first purchase so far so good, about 90 dollar worth and i say worth every penny and then some. :) They have what I am looking for, cheap, quality, and something that works. There is no vendor that has everything you need, some shop at only one places which is not very productive. but if it does you lots of good, keep shopping until you are out of funds hehe, they deserve your business for being good honest merchant while other shady merchant sell junk and that's something we all like to avoid like (compgeeks.com), computer-show.com, package2you. just to name a few...anyway I would spend all my money here before I go anywhere else. Why spend less on used, refurbish when you can buy new for less that works great out of the box.

I have been doped to I ordered a computer.Sent the 364.00 for the down and processsing fees. Since my order. I have been unable to get any of my questions by phone and emails answered. I have been lied to and spoken to unprofessionally and hung up on. Llambros Ballas has gotten beligerent with me, how dare he since he got his money and I got no computer. As a business owner my self, If I were to treat my customers the way AIPCS does I would be out of business and be in jail.I have done some research and contacted TECH TV who did an articale about AIPCS and their computers also I have sent email to PC Toys and contacted the NEW YORK ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE and THE FERDERAL TRADE COMMISION. Also I have sent in a consumer conplaint to DATELINE NBC.Here is their email complaint address: [email protected] If all of us who are victoms of AIPCS email Dateline about AIPCS we my put them and Llambros Ballas out of business and in jail, which hopefully like you is my ultimate goal. It has been a year now. And I'm disappointed to say that I am one of those that also got scammed and never got justice. Lambros Ballas is a man that I, like you all have gotten very aquainted with. I'm a college student with little funds as it was who needed a pc for school. I found their website AIPCS.com and tried to get financing which I was approved for. I talked to the finance dept. (Lambros) which sent me my paperwork which I promptly signed and mailed back. 2 wks later, still no computer and I called L.B. and he told me, "well, you didn't send your downpayment to us". There were no instructions to send a downpayment in the forms he sent but I went ahead and sent another letter with a check for $209 ($150/dp and $59 ship). Another 2 wks later - no response no computer. The online status never changed from pending. A few months pass by, and after numerous phone calls and runarounds and excuses, I finally got ahold of someone who told me that I should fax them a letter in writing to cancel my order so they can refund me. This is Sept 2003. I faxed it in. Waited and waited. Nothing. Called back many times and got hung up on, busy signals, "Lambros is not in today", power outage, etc. Finally got a hold of someone who told me that refunds are handled by "a third party not AIPCS" and they don't take care of that. Ok, so now I'm really lost in the shuffle. By February 2004, I actually had a glimmer of hope. I open my mailbox and low and behold, a certified letter from AIPCS. (No check however). There was a claim form for a refund in there and it ALMOST looked like they were gonna make things right. Boy was I wrong, because it is now July 2004 and despite sending the claim form in (probably the 3rd I've sent) still never got anything to this day. I have contacted BBB and Dateline. So far, I've lost hope and I hope someday, Lambros Ballas will get his for conning people out of their livelihood. (I had explained to him previously that I was a student and had spent everything I had on the downpayment for the computer). I placed an order for a Nikon Coolpix 4500 Digital Camera. I used my credit card and ordered online. When they called the next day to verify my order they tried to sell me items that I did not want. So I did not purchase any additional items. Later, they then emailed me and said that their credit card processing was down to pay with Paypal. I could not do this so they canceled my order. When I emailed and asked for email confirmation that my order had been canceled. I never heard from them.

I placed an order for an advertised "BRAND NEW" Nikon Coolpix990 with Nikon 1 yr warranty at cameraforless.com and after 13 days, emailed to see if it was shipped. The camera got sent the next day and arrived 4 days later. The box arrived containing a Coolpix camera, but it WAS NOT NEW. There was dirt on the camera, AC adapter, USB cable, and the CDs were scratched. They included a camera case for 'free' but it has no strap, and the strap that came with the camera is ripped. The English manual is dirty and has penmarks, and the cover is ripped off. While the camera works and the price was good, the Nikon 1 yr warranty is not valid because it is not a new camera. Other (one-star) reviewers of the company have had similar experience. If you are expecting a new camera, don't be shocked when a slightly battered camera appears. They may have good prices and include extra things but the only BRAND NEW thing in our shipment were the batteries and lens cover.

I placed my order on Sep 11th. They charged my credit card on the 13th. As of this date, they have not responded to any of my e-mail for a shipping status or a refund, and of course, they have no phone number to call. Doing business with them was clearly a mistake and it makes me nervous about shopping with any small or little known business on the web. My recommendation would be to shop elsewhere.

The new bios chip worked great, and I'm going to let local computer dealers and friends know to get replacement bios chips from Biosman. Why; the chip had the latest bios update, Biosman takes regular bank debit cards, (most other bios replacement companies don't), and the service was very fast. (I got the bios chip from Biosman after only 3 business days from order date)

Ordered a replacement BIOS + extractor for a bad flash I did one night. Very speedy and prompt service. They also answered a few questions I asked through e-mail in a timely manner. Their website is very informative, helpful, and has accurate and easy-to-follow instructions on what you need to do before you order a replacement BIOS chip. Ordered items arrived and work as expected. Overall, great shopping experience and I would gladly shop there again.

Lies, Lies & More Lies... First they told me the Olympus Stylus 400 digital camera was in stock ~ so I placed the order. They asked me if I was interested in accessories ~ I said, "No"... Four hours later, they call to tell me the camera isn't in stock, and that it take a few days before they'll receive it. Oh yeah ~ and another sales pitch... I figured ~ what the heck, a few more days won't kill me. Then, after mulling over the situation for an hour, I called back to complain about being lied to, and I wanted to cancel the order... OMG ~ how do these people stay in business, being so rude?! I couldn't even get a word in edgewise... If I had been told the camera wasn't in stock in the first place, and it could be back-ordered, I might have still done business with them. But after being treated like a low-life, just because I complained, I don't think so! And after reading some of these reviews, I feel like I dodged a bullet...

I was taken in by Sysbuilder's extremely inexpensive systems and bought a machine I intended to use in my work as an animator. My mistake. The machine ran like a spaceheater and died within a week. I decided that I would rather return the system than risk running something unstable that would potentially eat my files and die in the middle of a job. In order to avoid their 19% restocking fee on everything I decided to buy some of the parts of the system. It's been nearly a month and a half since my initial order and I've been on the phone with them nearly every day trying to get my refund - they shipped me the wrong parts, which I will have to pay to return to them and I've heard "we'll do it tomorrow" more times than I care to say. With my phonebill, shipping, restocking, and other fees I'm looking at flushing nearly $400 dollars down the toilet for my mistake of ordering with this company - and that's assuming I EVER get the refund for the parts I returned. Don't do it - pay a little more and go somewhere with customer service.

Everything went well with this order until I tryed to hook up my 5.1 surround sound speakers....as I ordered this card (Creative Labs Sound Blaster Live! Digital 5.1 Sound Card). Funny thing was there was no way to hook them up . So I called Sysbuilder thinking they had installed the wrong card. What they told me blew me away...they said their order site must of had a typo, I said sir the entire description is not a typo, and my invoice clearly says DIGITAL 5.1, and the very next line of the invoice is for a set of 5.1 speakers. At that point Ian Richards was talking very fast. He even went so far as to tell me I should have called them to see if it was a typo. In the end he would not make it right. What they instaled was a sound blaster pci card...bottom shelf stuff. At this point I'm not sure if I should tear the system down and see if any other parts are wrong. LOOK OUT people the prices sound good but I guess the saying goes If it sounds to good to be true............. Rod.

I called this company to verify that the product in question was in stock and would be able to ship that day, overnight delivery, for delivery the next day. They assured me in every way that we would indeed have the product the next day, and not only did that not happen, they refused to refund any portion of the payment I made for the trouble that the delayed shipment caused.

On Thursday morning, I ordered a motherboard that was listed as being in stock. I received a confirmation email, and my credit card was charged. I checked online order status daily, with no change, until the following Wednesday, when I received an email from Jane. She wrote that the item was discontinued and not in stock, and asked if I wanted to cancel the order. I said yes, and later I received an email with a confirmation that my order was cancelled. Overall, the process was painless, but the out of stock item should not have been listed as being in stock.

I needed Krill for my cholesterol and found that they had one of the lowest prices. Source Naturals website listed them as one of many web sellers so I researched them and made the purchase. I purchased three bottles and because my total was in a certain range, I received a free bottle of vitamins from a list of free when you purchase x amount. The shipping was very reasonable as it was coming all the way to the west coast from the east coast, it's 6 bucks for orders under 100 bucks and free after that. They sent me emails to keep me updated and I could track my order from there website. I saw on Monday the 22nd that my order had been placed on WAIT, with a probable ship date of the 24th. Their site says that they do not keep tons of stock on hand because of freshness issues, which i was glad to see, I wanted my Krill fresh. The package shipped on the 24th and I got it on Saturday morning of the 27th. I truthfully wasn't expecting to see it until around the 30th, and I wouldn't have been upset it it had been that long, but it was nice to get it as soon as I did. One final thing is they take Paypal. I am very pleased with the service and products. Gotta luv the name..

Still waiting on two of the four items purchased (CC was charged for the full amount!) in late May. Initial shipment did not address the two missing items in any way (notice of back order). Requested additional information from the company and was told the items would be shipped when they were available...no ETA!!!! It's now almost July and I'm still waiting for this company to get their you-know-what together. This is not the first time I've had issues with SmartBomb...I am officially NOT ordering from them again (vitacost.com is far, far better).

My partner & I placed an order on 3/14/08, after using lubery.com for several years. Our credit card was charged on 3/17/08 by a company titled JS Holdings, LLC in Texas but no product was shipped. As others have noted, the website is down & the 866/432-4022 # is disconnected. I just emailed Mr Stapleton at [email protected] for a refund. If it doesn't show, I'll be disputing it with our bank & filing a complaint with the BBB in Texas, not to mention contacting the CA & TX regulatory agencies where his RE licenses are held.

I have purchased product in the past from Ira Wood as have family and friends based on my recommendation. Not anymore. My friends and family have now been warned about this company. Years ago, you could actually speak with a person if customer service was required . These days, Ira Wood seems to prefer handling everything via email. I guess that it is a lot easier to turn down a customer when you don't actually engage with them as a human being. As a result, I became extremely frustrated with the process. I am not totally blameless in this, and Ira Wood knew from the start that I was partially at fault because I told them so. I did not read their return policy letting me know that toilet seats are not returnable, and then, I ended up choosing the wrong size toilet seat for my Duravit toilet. It took MONTHS for me to receive it and, once I did, I realized that I had ordered the wrong length seat while removing it from the box. I needed an elongated seat and accidentally ordered a standard seat instead. I went on to their site to look for the proper size only to realize that Ira Wood does not adequately describe their Duravit seats in order to pick out the correct one. Hence, why I made my error. I then spoke with a Duravit representative who also had a hard time telling me which seat went with my Starck 3 toilet. After finally receiving the proper model number from her, I then emailed Ira Wood asking if I could exchange it for the proper one. I never received a personal email from anyone at Ira Wood or a phone call to discuss my situation. The few emails I received were automated, and then, while waiting for status on my case, they closed my case without any notification and/or explanation. I had to go on to their site to see that my case had been closed. When I emailed requesting that my case be reopened, I later received an automated email telling me of their no return policy for toilet seats. Still no personal contact. I used to be in sales. Customer service is key to any good business. If someone had called to discuss this with me, I would have been o.k. with all of this. I may not have been able to return the seat (over $100.00) but at least I would have felt that I mattered. By the way, there are a number of other online retailers that will take back new and unused toilet seats with much shorter lead times and interactions with real live people.

It's been over 5 weeks since my credit card has been charged and my orders have not been fulfilled. The Sales team provides good service, they can match a price and are quite responsive. Though, the matching price process takes a day to get the prices approved. Once my orders were placed and the charges billed, I have been trying to follow up on the status of my orders. I called and left multiple voicemails. Every time I call, my questions are routed to this person KATHY and for over a week she has not called me back! Irawoods offers good prices but you have to consider huge huge huge delays in shipping. If you have contractors lined up for your project, most likely you will not have your products on time. On top of that, I would say that I was faced with a very disappointed customer service when I was following up on the status of my order. The shipping provider they use for the curb delivery never called to schedule delivery, they just showed up on my door steps. I was lucky that I was at home that day. Overall very poor experience and I would definitely shop somewhere else next time. WATCH OUT and try shopping somewhere else!

I recently bought a Pioneer plasma TV from Satellite and Sound of Tempe, AZ. They are one of the authorized online vendors for Pioneer plasmas, and the TV was priced quite attractively. Dave Getz is one of the most professional mail order vendors I had the pleasure of dealing with. He promptly and clearly answered all my questions prior to the sale and never pressured me into buying anything. He also provided tracking info and packaging/inspection/delivery tips which turned out to be very useful. The TV was delivered via motor freight in a very timely fashion (five days from order to delivery). I'm a completely satisfied customer and I'd recommend them without reservation.

I shopped all the Pioneer Authorized Internet Dealers and ended up ordering from Doug at Satellite and Sound. He was extremely straight forward about what he had in stock, when it would ship, and what I could expect. He explained every part of the process in detail and I was very confident ordering from him. I received the invoice and tracking information via email as promised. I placed the order mid-day Friday, the order shipped from the warehouse that evening and arrived clear across the country on Monday. The 5060HD was delivered in perfect condition Tuesday afternoon by Seko Worldwide. I couldn't have asked for a better deal or a smoother transaction. HIGHLY recommended!

Then I emailed back to say that I needed It and if it wasn't available soon, to cancel my order. I got an email back saying that it shipped and so I asked For a tracking number and was then told that it's still Backorder! Of course I felt lied to and cancelled my order! I ask for a refund because my credit card was already Charged before I got my shipment. Now I'm told that I'll 'hopefully' get a 'cheque' in the mail soon! I ordered and they took the money from the account and they never send the item. I checked the status of the shipping and it was stated as shipped. Now are over 2 weeks and I sent e-mails and nobody called me back. I called the 800 number and always in only answering machine. DO NOT BUY, THIS IS A SCAM.

I ordered an LG Cell phone battery from this retailer because they offered a good price; too good! I received a confirmation email saying the item had been shipped with 5-7 delivery. Seventeen days later the battery has still too arrive. Company will not respond to emails and phoning always gets same response; "please try later". Since the purchase date I have had four fraudulent charges on the credit card I used for this purchase; could be a co-incidence of course but still had to cancel that card! I do not recommend this vendor and suggest you do not give them your credit card number if you do want to go ahead.

I pre-ordered Garmin Nuvi 770. I was told by Garmin that Nuvi 770 would be available in late Nov. or Early Dec. When I asked eMarin Supplies the product would be available in Late Dec. I tried to cancel the order then the email came and let me know that the 770 had arrived today. My point here is I was very satisfied with quick responses I got from eMarine Supplies. And they were frank about what they had and what they didn't have. No amount was charged to my credit card. I think it is a pretty reliable shopping site.

I use the site to host my personal domain, personal pages and database back-ends (php and mySQL). I haven't had any problems with them for the last 5 years (but haven't actually needed customer support yet). The site is fairly fast and hasn't had availability issues. It includes drag-and-drop design and admin interfaces (which I don't use) and a centralized account management system. While I can't vouch for their ability to meet small business needs, it's been great for personal pages.

4 months after grabcart charged my card i have still not received my order. They will not answer calls and refuse to answer emails regarding the order. This is a SCAM company. Be weary. If you do not receive your order on time, please know that you may never receive it and will have to take it up with your bank which will take several months! It seems they work with unbeatablesale.com who keeps referring me back to grab cart (who will not respond to calls or emails). Scam company!!! Stay away!!!

They operate out of PO box in Montana and it is difficult to contact them. There are several complaints with the BBC on them. They operate under several different names.

Ordered a book on Dec. 14th. They sent a phony email out 2 days letter saying it had shipped. Can you believe they do that ??? It had not shipped at all. They refuse to respond to emails, they ignore their own customer support web page, accept no phone calls. Absolute worst customer service ever. Had to initiate a Charge back from my credit card company to get a refund. Don't get burnt by these sucm bags; stay well clear of them!

I sent in a paypal payment on 2/18/2008 and today is 2/27/2008. I have not heard any feedback on the shipping status or anything. They do not answer their phones or respond to email. Its been 9 days and nothing. Hopefully I will get some update soon. ***Update*** Its now March 4th, 2008 and I have yet to hear a word from them. I filed a Paypal dispute as well. Stay far far away from this company. If you need some shutter hardware just goto Amazon.com and search for it there. This place is awful. In my 10 years on online purchases this is the first time the company didnt even care enough about their customer to even respond much less fullfill the order after taking an instant PayPal payment.

these people are scammers......they sell you an extended warranty and you never see the paperwork........when you try to call their customer service their phones are down with a message to try again tomorrow......when i did get through after trying three days in a row i was told they would put the warranty in the mail and i would receive in about a week......still waiting (23MR08).....two hundred dollars for a runaround.......don't let it happen to you.......

I bought a Sharp LC-52D92U and finally received it on 12/18/2007 via FedEx. I originally ordered the TV on 12/2/2007 with an expected 12-24 hour timeframe for shipping. Needless to say, this was not met. After placing an order, the purchaser is required to contact gobuydigital to "confirm the transaction". This confirmation entails trying to sell you extended warranties, HDMI cables, and other high profit margin items. I expected that, but it gets worse. It took me many calls to customer service to get this TV shipped. Average wait time was 45 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. Each time, I was told a different story about my order and where the TV actually was located. I tried to cancel my order, and was told that there would be a 10% charge for cancellation. It was not until I called Visa and had them start a chargeback that the TV was finally shipped. Once shipped, of course, FedEx got it to me quickly. The product sold is not the product pictured on the website. The website is misleading since it shows a stand on the TV that is not included in the price. They charged an additional $99 for the stand. As well, they included a 6% "pro-rated" fee that they claim was insurance for FedEx. I called FedEx and they said that they had nothing to do with it and that gobuydigital.com was misrepresenting FedEx. The website also states that the TV is a new TV. However, the manual was missing the warranty page. Looking carefully, I could see where it had been removed. A call to Sharp informed me that this is what is done with refurbished TV's. However, at that time, Sharp could not confirm that it was refurbished. I am handing the matter over to an attorney in New York that specializes in fraud.
