Very cheap hosting on their cloud platform. Customer service is terrible and rented, dedicated servers have uptime issues, but the cloud VPS is a very stable product. Payments protip: Load several months/years of credit onto your account by overpaying an invoice via SEPA transfer to their IBAN account (list your account number, ask their customer support for more info). This will prevent you from running into payment issues if you have issues with your card payment as they'll just take money out of your "balance".

The hair lasted only one month. RELLY SHED, TANGELED and over priced. The package was old and hair package opened before I RECEIVED IT. THEY TOOK 47.00 EXTRA OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND DID NOT PROVIDE A EXPLANATION. NO RECEIPT EAMIL, NOTHING. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, NEVER PUCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN AND WILL ADVISE OTHERS NOT TO PURCHASE FROM THEM ON M;Y SITES, FACEBOOK, ETC.QUALITY OF HAIR WAS NOT PRESENT. I HAD TO ORDER FROM FEEL BEAUTY, A LOCAL SHOP TO REPLACE THE HAIR! MY HAIR WAS SAVED AND I COULD GO TO WORK, BAD EXPEREINCE

Avoid this company at all cost. They sold me an extension for magento 2. Their website claimed excellent customer service. I bought magedelight one step checkout. Installed it, ran into difficulties, so opened a ticket. It took a full day for them to reply, with a question. Then another, and so it went. Only to find out that this extension is only built for the Luma theme and requires 5 hours work at 35usd to get it to work in another theme. The product description didn't say this. Ive bought hundreds of extensions over the years, and never had this issue. So reluctantly i asked for a refund. They hid behind their terms and conditions and refused So money lost, lesson learned. Customer service, Awful. Product price extremely expensive if you have a theme. Use again? Never in a million years.

We had been looking for a multi-vendor Magento 2 marketplace module since long. Upon a good research and after consulting a few Magento experts, we bought it from you. Turns out that it works very well on our store. With your extension on board, we have saved a ton of money that might have rather spent on transforming our store to a marketplace. What’s more interesting is the add-ons you offer. There’s an add-on for our every need. So, scaling the marketplace becomes much easier with that. Am looking forward to buy a few more marketplace add-ons..

I paid 25$ for a 3 moths for VPS server on linux(Ram 256 MB Space: 16 GB)- The prise is higher than over VPS on a markets, but I paid. God that was a mistake. Server start lagging few times and when I ask a support to help me with guides, they just ask to wait.. I waited two days and they not respond. I decided to change OC from UBUNTU on Debian as it take less power. And I got error.*(they have an option to change it on website) I put ticket and after two days, no respond. Then I put cancelation on my order and no respond on that. Then I catch online support on next days and start asking them, that I want refund. And they said they will refund if they can't fix something. I start telling that in EU Regulation I should get refund if I didn't like service *within 14 day minimum* They ignored that. In their policy nothing says about refund. I start quarrel with them and past 2 days more. I still have no Debian on VPS. I got only reds tickets, where says that order in cancelation and errors with system, as I changed OC on Debian but it's Ubuntu in same time. So, No refund, No respond, and No working VPS server. I don't know how return my money.... I worked with over companies and never happen this situation, but this monovm.com definitely scammers

I apologize for my English!) A couple of months ago, I ordered a dedicated server, I was given the wrong tariff, which was changed for 2 weeks. The server lagged, and then stopped connecting. I had very important files, unfortunately I did not think of making a backup. As a result, I lost more than $ 500, because I did not complete the work on time. Who will compensate me for this loss? The server is down for more than 8 hours. Support constantly asks one and the same thing twice, simply pulls time. Answer long. Online consultant does not perform any function, send write tickets! Opshins happen, but judging by the reviews, in this company sh*t happens regularly.

Support via chat can be challenging and both parties can be easily mislead depending on how a sentence is structured and the level of knowledge pertaining to the problem. I found the constant willingness to assist their customers until he/she is satisfied a key trait in almost all CrazyDomain online support staff. It is not easy but your polite service is much appreciated, keep up the good work.

I have purchased the Email Server + Domain from CrazyDomains. It is provided at an excellent price as a cPanel instance is included in the cost. Attempting to manage this myself (adding subdomains and redirecting IP addresses) has proved difficult as how the configuration works is not explained at all. However, the support is excellent and always willing to talk you through the solutions and methods for correctly maintaining your server.

Pickaweb Is The Worst Hosting Company! I joined Pickaweb after having done extensive research, trying to find a better hosting company that has Wordpress expertise and provides better tech support than we experienced previously. Everything, including reviews here and elsewhere suggested that they are the one! Really?! Their sales team were quick in responding and saying all the right things before I committed myself, but after sales it has become a different story! They claim that they: *Provide 24/7 support: Beware that this is just to do with server related support and NOT general tech support. For tech support they are only responsive during UK working hours, and when they are available they either provide very poor service or could leave you in a worse position than you were before you contacted them (e.g. One of their staff members had tampered with our htaccess file WITHOUT PERMISSION which had resulted in our website broken and inaccessible for many hours! When I queried this, they denied any wrong doing and tried to blame it on our staff, then said that they do not know how to rectify the issue and asked me to contact my website developer. After hours of investigation I found through the log files that in fact it was them who had caused the issues. When I confronted them and provided the evidence, they said "Sorry for the inconvenience", a phrase you hear too often from them! *Phone Support: None whatsoever! They take you through an automated message asking you to use their Live Chat option and then hang-up! *Free and smooth migration within hours: It took them over 10 frustrating days to complete our website's migration! *WordPress expertise: None! Just to quote their senior staff: "please note that our techs are not specialized in website development or cms like Wordpress Joomla etc" *UK based company: Not entirely! Their servers may be in the UK, but their support team are all over the world, mainly in Philippines/India. So when you see the names like Antony popping up on their chatline box, just be aware that this may not necessarily be a person from the UK. I have to say that I find this somewhat insincere as the photos that are shown for their support team do not match the ethnicity of the speaker! Why not use the speaker's own photo or none? *99.99% Uptime: Not true at all! There have been countless hours of downtime during the working hours in the UK since we joined Pickaweb; not to count the times when a server component has needed attention. This is not acceptable, especially for running a business. *Unlimited numerous functions: There is no mention of file usage limits in their marketing pitch. Their Starter package has 250,000 file usage limit, which could be adequate for some I suppose. I filed a complaint after numerous attempts in asking for their complaint procedure and eventually they informed me that it has to go through their support team! A claimed senior member got back to me with evasive and non-committal gumpf and as I insisted on them providing genuine answers, they closed my ticket unresolved, even though professionally speaking it is customers' right to determine when to close their query upon having received a satisfactory response! I am truly baffled as to how they have such glowing reviews here and on other review platforms! I do not not trust Pickaweb with anything, and that is not a great position to be in. My advice? BE VERY VERY CAREFUL and do not base your decision on reviews you read, mine included!

I can only say my experience has been entirely positive form the outset. Good advice given in procurement of my domain name, A slick procurement and setup process, great hosting, email and fabulous support when I have needed it. Have been with Pickaweb since March 2014 with no major issues or outages. Keep up the great work folks.

i had to write 3 mails to them where i ask them to cancel my plan and all i got to hear is " someone will get back to you shortly." after 6 days i finally got an answer, but i had to pay the first month, because i was " too late" .. I canceled the plan on day 30... Never going back to " fast" webhost.. i am so tired of waiting.

After 3 months of enduring piss-poor inept support, I have decided to cancel the service I have been paying for but not receiving. Advise not doing business with this company.
