I ordered a custom cake topper from wowminime a few weeks back and the package arrived this past monday. I checked the package to see if there was any damage before opening and there wasn't so I continued to open the package. After unwrapping the package I noticed a chunk of my hair from the cake topper was not attached, the color I requested was incorrect and the hair style I requested wasn't correct either. In the beginning phases of ordering they were very accommodating , answering all my questions and concerns. Now that I have recieved my cake topper it is as if they are done with them. I emailed them my concerns and pictures as proof and was told to just use super glue to glue the hair back onto the topper and was told the color that was painted on the doll was a royal blue Even though it is not. Even though their were other things wrong with the cake topper I was willing to overlook the flaws because they were so accomidating at first. I am very disappointed in my purchase and don't recommend this company to anyone wanting something special for their wedding day.

My fiancé and I ordered a custom cake topper from wowminime and although the company was fairly accommodating during the process (changes, suggestions etc) when we got the dolls they were packed in a box that was slightly too small for them and they arrived broken and we were charged 30$ delivery. (Also noticed it arrived from Japan NOT the UK like it's listed on their site). When we contacted the company with our concerns and multiple photographs they asked us to try gluing it back together (we paid 240$ for something special for our wedding... gluing it together was NOT the answer we were looking for). I asked for a refund and they offered around 25$. I said no then they offered 50. I said no again and they gave us back 60$ and that was all they were willing to do. Needless to say were pretty disappointed with the cracks and glue all over our cake topper and will need to get another one which is disappointing considering the amount of money we spent on this one!!

I had a bad experience with a competitor of CV Linens. I order table cloths, etc. for a party on 04/02/2016 over a week ago. When it became obvious that the competitor was going to leave me high and dry, I placed the order with CV Linens. I placed the order yesterday afternoon. I immediately received an email confirming receipt of the order. Shortly after, I received an email notifying me that my order had already shipped. We found out our wedding venue did not provide linens, so we needed to find some and FAST. I found CV Linens and I am SO glad I did! We ordered ivory linens and plum organza squares for the reception tables. Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect for the price I paid (it wasn't much). I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the products I received, the speed at which they arrived, and the customer service we received. When one of the sizes had a slightly different shade of ivory, they contacted me immediately to make sure the color variation was okay. I can't say enough about this company. If you need linens, this is the place to go! ***highly recommended***

I placed a rather large order, and 2 weeks later I had recieved no shipping notification. Emailed to ask what was going on and I was told that since I ordered it with a different label that each label would add an additional $5.00 to each record... which would increase my overall order by like 3000%. Nowhere does it say this on their website, and they chose to just ignore my order for 2 weeks until I reached out to them. My deadline for these are quickly approaching, and I assume i wont be recieveing them. They dont respond to emails or andswer the phone numbers listed. I would not use this company if i were you.

This was my first order with an online Indian clothing store & I was quite nervous about what could go wrong. I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered 2 Nakkashi lehenga choli. The store doesn't seem to offer stitching service, which is fine because it's better to have the lehenga skirt altered & choli blouse made by a local tailor so the fit will be right. I sew so I know how difficult it can be to get the fit right even when given correct body measurements. I ordered on a Friday (London time) & package was sent the following Tuesday. I would have received the package on the Thursday, but there was miscommunication about the delivery address. Haya called me long-distance (via WhatAapp) the following Monday & gave me the tracking number & courier (UK Mail) contact number. The package was delivered the following day. All in all it took just over a week from India to UK. I was also expecting to have to pay import taxes, but I wasn't charged any for my total purchase of just over £200. I would definitely order from Haya Creations again if I find another outfit I like. BTW, the items seem like original Nakkashi lehenga choli, not copies. The blouse is unstitched, but has shaped embellishment where shown in the designs - eg neckline, sleeves, hems. The lehenga is partly stitched - ie one seam left open so your tailor can sew this up to fit you. While the trim & lehenga stitching are not perfect, they don't affect how the outfits look, so I'd say the photos are fairly accurate. And given the affordable price I think it's good value for money. I would definitely buy Nakkashi designs again if I find one I like. Please note that because of the shaped embellishment, these will only fit a limited range of sizes even when you have your tailor make them up for you.

I'm not one to write many reviews - but I feel I must warn folks - first of all it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive from date ordered. When it arrived, the belt was broken- the quality.,. What quality? / really! The fabric was so so thin it was almost see through- and cheap. The size- wow! I ordered medium- and I tell you, it would fit the average 2, not 6-8. The price - nearly 40- was way off what it cost to make it! This dress was not only made in China, it literally was shipped from China with Chinese letters/characters and shop address on label. I'm hoping they take it back- I don't need to spend another $40 to send it back... Please do your self a favor and skip this one-I’m so disappointed about the company houseofbrides.com and turn to another website of vandres ses.com which turns to be a right choice.

Was so thrilled to order from this gorgeous Australian website and actually have the items come in exactly as pictured and in great quality materials! I ordered two sets- and have already ordered a third because I have never received as many compliments as I did wearing one of their signature sets to a formal ball at my Uni! Their pieces are both classically feminine and fashion forward. My only note is that the skirts on the sets do fit small at least compared to Canadian /US sizing so I would ere on the side of caution when picking a skirt size! Otherwise-these outfits could not be better- so get shopping :)! PS. Did I mention worldwide free shipping?!

Please avoid dressafford. I initiated a return and have had no response since. I have sent several emails and called the number which tells me to put in a number and then each time it disconnects. The dresses are vaguely like the photos with careless and poor attention to detail. Fabric pieces are sized large then made for smaller sizes. huge seams for illusion sleeves and still too big. No way to wear these at an event. I'm uncertain whether I could even sell these to anyone and feel good about it. The grossly uneven applique work can't even be repaired because it was attached with what I believe to be fabric glue.

I bought a wedding dress and they said shipping was not at all impacted by the virus. I was supposed to get the dress over a week ago at the latest. The representative I have talked to is rude and isn't very helpful and said supposedly it was sitting at a shipping carrier. I now have almost no time until my wedding and no dress!!! This place has left me depressed and frustrated! Never ever ever purchase a dress from here!

I bought a dress and it was beautiful. They contacted me via text and email and I talked to real live people. You can send in custom measurements and they will make it exactly to fit you. However, on the website it says that you can choose a color and a fabric and everything else. I ordered satin material and I received a cheap cotton. I specifically asked the representative if I could return the dress if I do not like it. They told me yes. Four weeks later my dress arrives. I go to try it on and it fits almost perfect. The straps that go up over my shoulders are too big and I specifically asked for a 6" plunging neckline from my collarbone down. I put the dress on and the neckline goes all the way to the top of my belly button. Since the straps were too big almost my entire chest was exposed! There were loose strings on the embroidery that were just sticking out! I contacted the store via email and text and ask about the steps to complete a return/refund. The representative was very sassy with me and completely went back on her word about returning the dress if it wasn't right for me. THE ONLY REASON I BOUGHT A DRESS ONLINE WAS BECAUSE THEY SAID I COULD RETURN IT IF IT WASN'T RIGHT FOR ME! Now they're telling me how it's unfair to them because they paid for the fabric and the workers. I PAID OVER $200 FOR THIS DRESS AND I KNOW THAT THAT PAID FOR THE FABRIC AND PART OF THE WORKERS WAGE TOO. I do not trust this company and it is a scam. Definitely do not buy prom dresses here or really anything from this company.

Okay so- I ordered this gown because it was modest and simple enough for the event I needed it for. I am wearing it for my reception as one of the top state officers in my organization, and am THRILLED with this gown! I wear gowns all the time and this one is fairly high quality, pretty, with good material, and fits exactly how I thought it would. Im 5'7 with a 36D 135 lbs and the 6 is absolutely perfect. I will absolutely wear this gown more than once! It does smell a little odd, and is a little wrinkly, but that's just to be expected.Thanks Ombreprom

Pfff believe me, searching for a diamond seemed to be a full time job to me: a real quest. Kind of overlooked this detail when I got the idea of proposing to my girlfiend in my head. After a long time of looking to find the perfect diamond, I found just that at Jans company and on top of that it was set in a ring (that I choose of course) that very same day! My girlfriend and I are engaged now (she seems almost more in love with the ring than with me, so not sure if that is such a good thing) and we are planning to return to Ajediam in May to get some wedding bands! I had a hard time this Christmas thinking of an appropriate gift for my neighbor who just lost her husband. I ordered with this company because of their shipping date that kept showing up, but vanished after I paid. No shipping posted on the receipt. I did order knowing I only had two weeks until my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. And I looked on quite a few sites, and this website had the easiest and cutest choices for what I wanted. I ordered 215 personalized wine glasses and 215 personalized coffee mugs. Shipping date promised was posted as as I was entering in my payment info, but after I hit submit, there was no longer a shipping date, but trusted the date they had given earlier. So I was super excited that this was going to happen!!! Until my mom asked when the cups and glasses were coming, so I thought I would email them. Well, I emailed them on a Friday, they got back to me on a Monday, and told me I should be receiving my order in another 6 weeks!!!!!!! What?!?!?!??! I don't need these cups in 6 weeks, I need them in 1 week, and what happened to the promised shipping date?!?! Panic officially set in. My poor parents wanting to give party favors at their 50th wedding anniversary are no longer going to be able to thanks to this scamming company. My recommendation for them is to not trick people with the promised shipping date. And if you can only get an order done is to call, then don't trick people into thinking they can just order online and think they will get a finished product in a timely fashion. Needless to say, I called on Monday, got a voicemail, and just got a returned call three days later by the same lady that I have been back and forth via email. On a positive note, I ordered from another company and they were able to do a 24 hour rush order, but it cost me $1000 extra dollars in shipping! So don't trust cheapfavorshop's promised shipping date when you order, and you probably should call after you place your order and hope you get to speak to a person within a few days to confirm your order, and hope you get your finished product in time! Or maybe just don't use them at all, and have peace of mind using a local company in your town. Peace.

I have been in a nightmare situation with this company. We only got to the stage where they practiced on 10 sample photos for me. They tried about 4 times to retouch 10 images to my style and they were SO off that I decided I was not interested in having them retouch the entire wedding. I asked them for a refund about 6 times, they said they will not give a refund but continue to try to edit the images until I am satisfied. I am obviously not going to be satisfied with their work after all of the attempts and communication we have tried. They continue to drag out this process and are doing everything possible not to give me a refund even though no significant work has been done.

I got my groomsmen gifts from The Man Registry, and had a groomsman inform me 6 months after I gave the gifts out that his was defective. When I called customer service, they didn't hesitate to send a new one free of charge. It was so refreshing to have them immediately understand my situation and resolve it so promptly. My husband and I were married on October 10th, 2016! We did have a small ceremony but it was exactly what we wanted! Our special day couldn't have been so special without the help of Angel's View Wedding Chapel staff! All of the staff especially Fleshia, were absolutely wonderful and caring! Everytime I contacted Fleshia she helped answer my questions and did everything possible to make our special day even more amazing! She helped make reservations for our cabins and everything! We stayed at Black Bear Ridge Resort and Trappers Ridge Resort; which i highly reccommend! I had my hair and make-up done at the salon and I was very impressed! The photogapher Ashley was very patient and understanding! I think she did an exceptional job to make sure we received all the pictures we wanted and more! Although, I am extremely grateful that my Grandmother was able to attend my Wedding here at Angel's View; she was very sick and only made it six days past my Wedding Day. I couldn't be happier with how understanding the staff was throughout the ceremony and through the photography phase with my Grandmother in a wheelchair. The memories that were made on that day of October 10th 2016 will be forever cherished and Pigeon Forge will always hold a special place in my heart!!!

Absolutely terrible experince! Ordered favors for my grandmas 90th birthday. They were supposed to email a copy of them to check for errors and didnt. When I recieved the product, there were two dates printed on the front, one of which was not the date of her birthday. Asked for a new batch several times and never heard back from them. After the party finally recieved an email saying they were out of town and they would send me a refund. Two months later and several more emails, NO REFUND!!! Ordered favor tags for my daughter's baby shower. The promised "date of delivery" came and I still hadn't received my order. I emailed and called and no response. After leaving multiple messages via email and phone, I received an empty envelope from the company and an email asking how my experience was. Again I responded and never heard back and never received a refund. Luckily, I was able to find a seller who was able to send me replacement favor tags just days before the event. Don't take a chance with FavorsToday! They remove any negative comments from their website.

As a birthday gift for a friend, I made a "donation" through the site and purchased a gift card to be sent to my friend. The card was never received so I sent an email to changingthepresent.org. The email is only actually a comment form, there is no actual contact info listed. No response from them. I sent a total of 6 emails. No response. I called the number listed on my credit card, it's disconnected. I had to call my bank and have the charge removed and block any future charges. I'm not sure what's going on with changing the present...I always heard good reviews before. But now I very much question if they're legit. Beware.

My fiance and I wanted our guests to donate to charities instead of giving us wedding presents. Changingthepresent.org popped up at the top of internet searches for a clearinghouse where we could donate to different charities. It all seemed legitimate but we should have dug deeper - we were just happy with the website layout and how appealing it seemed: our guests could choose to donate to "buy a goat" for Heifer International, etc. Unfortunately, a guest reported back to us that although her $50 donation had been deducted from her credit card, the charity she donated to had received only $5. Two other donations she'd made went completely missing. I immediately advised our guests to contact their credit cards to recall their donations. I tried to contact the website but the phone number listed - 212.972.2368 - was disconnected, and no one has responded to several emails sent by me and my donors. If the organization is no longer in service, the site should be removed. Instead, the site is still up and giving visitors the impression that we can donate to charities through them. My experience with the website has show that this is not the case.

On menorah.com I had found a menorah advertised as "packed in velvet box". Since I was purchasing a gift, I called to make sure that velvet box was indeed a nice gift box. I had to leave a message and someone named David called me back couple of hours later. He said that although the box was not velvet at this time (they change, he said), he assured me that it is a very nice box. So I purchased it over the phone with this David. When I received the package, "nice" gift box was all ripped on the edges. I called the website number 1-800-533-3203 right away and left a message politely stating that since I paid $78.84 (including shipping) for this menorah ripped gift box was unacceptable. NOBODY CALLED ME BACK. I left one message every day for FOUR (4) DAYS – NO REPLY. VERY DISSAPOINTING, AGGRAVATING and UPSETTING, even more so because these people sell religious items. I did not expect this.
