I "purchased" a CPU on January 2, 2021 with an advertised 2-3 week shipping estimate. That time came and went, and I haven't heard anything from govgroup. There is no way to contact them through their phone; every option just leads to a voicemail that is unable to take any more messages. I have just put in an email to cancel my order. If I get any sort of legitimate response, I will modify my review accordingly.

I tried 100 rounds of 9mm ammo from Luckygunner, Knoxville Tn. The ammo in question is made by /stelth/ based in Arizona. Every shooter knows ammo prices are quadrupled which adds to the frustration of dud ammo. About a dozen duds out of a 50 round box is unacceptable. Imagine a real self defense situation where you draw your weapon and all it does is click! If you're wondering, I fired 100 rounds of 2 other different brand ammo's this day, flawlessly. The main point is this company's customer service is below terrible. They blamed me and my weapon and instructed me to contact the manufacturer for resolution. I didn't ask for a refund. I want to ALERT the shooting community about this brand of 9mm ammo. Lucky Gunner can't be bothered with things like quality control, satisfied customers and return business

On 5/17/10, I ordered quantity 2 of P#9B-0920 - Replacement for PANASONIC: HHR-P104 (3.6V 830mAh)telephone battery. Now, 4/30/11, almost one year later these batteries will not run my phone. Both died about the same time. My original batteries which came with the phone lasted 5 years. These are low grade batteries and will not buy again from Battery Depot.

Had to put together a new computer, a proper workhorse and gaming rig, to keep up with all the things I throw at it. Not knowing exactly what parts to pick, I contacted the store, and they did an absolutely amazing job of informing me, and putting together the parts for the perfect computer for me. They listened to all my requests and demands, and made sure to fulfill this order perfectly. This, and the many times I talked to them before, about new orders or the occassional issue, such as broken hardware, and the great service they always offered, has shown me what a great company this is!

I have made numerous orders from Strong Supplement Shop over the last year and decided to write a review commending them for their excellent customer service. The phone-based Pro Support is no doubt their strongest feature, and being able to call and talk to an expert on supplements any time of day is huge. I have never once not had them pick up within two rings, and every time I have spoken with them they have been courteous, professional, and helpful. I recently had confusion over an order and had to get it refunded and it was a somewhat complicated situation but the manager, Joe, walked me through every step via email and got everything resolved. I give them 5 stars in every capacity.

sorry if it is a let down, but I reserve 5 stars for truly outstanding service. I called in to be sure the item was in stock and they referred me back to order online. That is not exceptional service in my opinion. when you have a customer on the phone or in the store, complete the transaction or risk losing their business altogether.

Incredibly rude customer service. They spam you with generic SEO tips on email. When I asked to be removed from the list or get actual tips tailored to the site they canceled my account. They sent multiple rude condescending emails. Treating me as though asking to not be spammed meant I didn't comprehend working with an SEO firm. I've had my agency for nine years and worked with many other firms and agencies. This is amongst THE WORST I've ever seen a firm allow their employees to treat customers.

They have cornered the market (I believe) on selling comic single issues. I cannot find anywhere else with that has such an up to date, varied stock that ships to the UK other than ones that only deal in digital comics.

Don't buy from them, they will take payment, your items will never turn up. Their customer services is terrible, they don't have a clue where your order is or what you've ordered or if you've paid for it. They are clueless. Avoid them, even if it means paying a little it more elsewhere.

I had a very quick and easy experience when purchasing 3 moldings for repairing my ceiling. I have not at this time put them up, but plan to in the near future. I forsee no problems in doing so. They are just as described on the store's web page, but even so, they are a bit taller then I perceived, which becomes an advantage for the purpose I have intended them.

The tiles arrived at our Michigan residence within a few days of ordering them and were easy to install. We were a little worried about the border tiles when we cut them but they look good. Installation was very simple and the tiles for the canned lighting were easy to cut with a sissor. A delivery person remarked how nice the ceiling looked and we agree. We've only had them for a couple weeks but are happy so far!! I ordered online which was a snap!!

I called to ask questions about the product and the man I talked to told me I need two filters to filter perfume. When I ordered online and put the item in the cart it gave me the option for the additional filter which was the same filter that came with the product. So I have the incorrect filters. He also told me that the Techno filter would fit in the Sporta. He seemed as if I was bothering him. I called again after receiving my order to get information about the mask and a woman answered the call. She told me the filters are not interchangeable for those two mask and she seemed bothered by my call also. The customer service is HORRIBLE! Both of the people I spoke with displayed POOR people skills. I will not recommend this company to anyone! This was a horrible experience for me.

I ordered 2 axles one for the other they said didn’t pass there qa and sent me another this part doesn’t fit as it was wrong I’ve emailed them 4 times no response don’t use these guys they’re fine good until u want to return something then no answer .....lies no calls no voice mail there response is generic response yes it was out of the 30’days but the first axle I ordered on the site was the right one and you guys redid this order because it didn’t pass your qa and then sent me the wrong axle so whatever I will never use the service again your customer service sucks for everyone reading this use car-parts.com automotix sucks

I have been using Corte Clean for years to clean the veranda made of Trex on my house. This product removes the barbecue grease and oil, rust from the cast iron bench, in addition to the mold. Not only does it work on the decking, but on the vinyl siding and cedar roof shingles to clean mold. I put it on in the spring and fall, especially the fall on the north side of the house. The rain and snow rinses it. It makes these items look like new.

I own several pairs of Corso Como shoes and I'm truly in love in each and every one of them. The design, quality, style and comfort - are superb! This was my first time purchasing a pair from Corso Como website. Along the way, I had few questions regarding my purchase and the customer service was amazing! The pair I purchased is gorgeous! I just needed to size up half a size and the customer service was absolutely the best! Now I can't wait for my wedges to arrive so I can wear them until the very end of this warm season! Thank you Corso Como! Update: I just received the new pairs in which I sized up 1/2 a size. They fit perfectly! And so comfortable! Love them!

Called the delivery company on the 31st to see where my order was and they confirmed that it had only been dispatched on the 30th! I paid for express delivery. I ordered two knives for a little over 50 dollars, which made me eligible for free shipping. I paid 10 dollars to have a 1 pound package delivered too late. RAWR

I found the Opinel-usa experience to be great aside from one thing. The prices and turn around time on orders is excellent. However, the website layout and interface could use an update. Opinel makes wonderfully simple, well-built knives and it would be great if the Opinel-usa website reflected this craft and simplicity. As it stands, the website is clunky and cluttered.

We purchased a dress, shirt, and collar for $137.60 on on 1/16/15, which we paid via credit card. The company contacted us telling us that it would be two months before they could ship the item. We accepted those terms. On 4/14/15, after we contacted the company several times, we were told the they would ship the product "after the May day holiday." On 5/11/15 we contacted them again and were told that they could no longer deliver the product: "Sorry,we just contacted to the seller again ,they just told us they haven't got the cloth to make the items and they will not on sale recently ,could you change to other items or accept a refund ?" At this point we accepted the refund request, but they would not refund to our credit card: "Given that this order is more than 3 months ,we can't refund to your card directly." We had to provide them with our bank account information, something I was not at all comfortable with, but gave them the account information. Since then, we have been told 4 times that they will refund the money "ASAP," but they have not. They have stolen our money and drug this out for almost a year. I have no recourse, and at this point I don't expect to see my money again.

I have nothing bad to say about the users (buyers/sellers), most of them (9/10) are really nice and professional. The company (Tradera) on the other hand.....OMG! Once the buyers have paid it can take months to get your money and Tradera with lie right in your face about the reasons, they have no shame. It's is definitely not the same company as 10 years ago. Beware, they do not hesitate in sending you false invoices and hoping you will pay due to scare tactics. -------------------------------- Swedish -------------------------------- Handla/sälj inte här längre, det är inte längre samma företag som tidigare. Människorna som säljer/köper där är OK eller till och med bra men Tradera som företag har en helt annat mentalitet nu. De skickar bluff-fakturor och betalar ibland inte ut pengarna som man sålt för. Jag kommer aldrig använda tradera igen. De är idag likgiltiga med Nigeria-breven för mig.

Having ordered late on friday night, paying for ONE DAY delivery, 24 hour tracked and not receiving the item until 3 days later is a rip off, especially when I had already qualified for free standard delivery. Thier customer service was appalling, I was made to feel stupid that I hadnt read in between the lines by the other option of "guaranteed sunday delivery". I was basically told by "Lydia" to go shop elsewhere in future if I want more reliable service. Absolute joke.

Free international shipping to Israel (starts over 30 pounds), quick shipping - usually it came in less than 3 weeks, which is awesome for Israel. Discreet package, which is comforting. Really great choice of items. And very helpful reviews. Also they have very helpful video and text instructions on different types of items, I found a lot of new information for myself. Great sales all the time. Amazing gifts - I got vibrator worth 39 pounds for free! And it is an amazing Rabbit, I am really happy with it! I ordered 2 items from armsunlimited.com located in Henderson, NV. After receiving an email from them saying it was shipped on 2-13-2022, the tracking numbers have never updated as of today 2-23-2022. The USPS website says both have shipping label created but not received by USPS. I emailed sales department and received a reply from Agnes saying, the Post Office takes a couple of days to update after receiving the item. I emailed back and said it had already been 7 days since the “shipping” day. No response to that email. That was 3 days ago. Today, 2-23-2022, I tried calling the company’s phone number listed on the website and a recording said it was out of service. What? I then emailed sales a third time saying I wanted confirmation that it had been shipped or I was going to dispute the charges with my CC company. I also said I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. After looking on the BBB’s website, I saw there were over 40 complaints for shipping issues and refunds for non-receipt of items. I also called the 866 number that was listed as their company’s other contact point and it was a phony number that went to a promotional scam. As I was writing my complaint on the BBB website I received a phone call from the number that was “out of service”. I was told by someone named Sarah that she had seen my email and personally checked with the warehouse to ensure my order had been shipped. When I asked her about the phone number, she laughed it off saying they were having “problems” with there phone system. She then gave me the same tracking info I already had and said it was the post office’s fault not armsunilimited.com. I told her that if the USPS had gotten the package they would have updated it in the last 10 days. I informed her I would give the tracking number until midnight tonight to update. If it did not, then I was going to dispute the charges. Sarah then tells me if the items show up and I refuse delivery they would charge me a 15% restocking fee. I haven’t even received the items yet, they aren’t in the tracking system and she’s already talking about an outlandish restocking fee of something that doesn’t exist. I have ordered from this company before in December of 2021 and didn’t have any problems. Now Agnes and Sarah claimed they were short handed due to the corona virus. How is that even relevant to the conversation? Now not 30 minutes ago I received an advertisement email from them for one of the exact items I ordered for 30 dollars less and it’s in stock ready to ship. You can’t make this stuff up. I will never do business with this customer service last company again and word of mouth or internet is where you get new customers. If you are thinking of buying from this company, check out the BBB’s website. By the way, they are not a BBB accredited company. I wish I had done my due diligence before doing business with this company.

I ordered a Magpul D60 mag for AR 15. Price was good, shipped same day. Only issue was USPS. Took longer than expected to arrive. I live in Oregon and ordered out of Nevada. Not sure why it went to New Mexico. Again USPS issue. No Arms Unlimited Issues.

Ran the 1" carbide lennox blade for the 1st time yesterday. Only difference between it and the resaw king is the size was more accurate to the tension gauge on the bandsaw (no one uses this but interesting when I set the tension as usual, the gauge was actually on the 1" line), and the price! $60 cheaper than the resaw king!

Insight repeatedly fail to honour a two year warranty for a failed product. 1) "The warranty is one year, not two. Prove to us that it's two" (it's on their website and the website of the manufacturer as two) 2) Repeated delays in contact 3) "You need to raise a ticket with the manufacturer, not us" (No, we don't. We did do it, but the manufacturer quite rightly said that we should go to the people we brought the product from, i.e. Insight). Still waiting for a resolution over a month after hardware failure.

I'm based on the other side of the world, Australia, yet from start to end I felt like I dealt with a trusted dealer down my own street. Pre-sales advice was helpful and responsive. The unit was packed well and arrived quickly with tracking. The seller's website contains useful PDF tutorials for the device I purchased, a high end speech recognition microphone, FlexyMike DE Cardioid Andrea Pure Audio MA Combo, which I accessed to set up my unit when it arrived. The seller kindly included an Android adapter. I offered to write this review, and proactively sought out the seller's advice as to where to leave it.

I had a very positive experience using Greentoe! They offered me a great deal on a new Samsung Q80 65" TV. I will definitely recommend this service to my friends and family! I heard about Greentoe through my brother who recently purchased a new LG OLED B9 65" TV using their service. He got a great deal and shared his experience with me. At first I was skeptical of the process, but decided to give it a try since he received his new TV without any issues. I started by submitting a couple offers on TV's that I had my eye on and was contacted by a Greentoe rep via email. I went back and forth with them a few times while also trying to see if they would price match (or beat) another retailer on Ebay. They informed me of the risks associated with purchasing "grey market" TV's and clarified that all TV's sold via Greentoe will come from authorized retailers and include the full manufacturer warranty. After a couple emails and counter offers, I accepted the offer. The next day, I received an email stating my TV had been shipped (complete with shipping details such as PO#, shipping company name, and tracking number). Delivery took about a week as the TV was shipped across the country via freight. The shipping company called me in advance to set up a delivery date and time, and they delivered the TV within the time window we agreed upon. I later confirmed my TV was sold through an authorized Samsung retailer just as Greentoe promised! Everything went smoothly and I'm very happy with my TV purchase through Greentoe!

I have a Fuji XT2 and wanted to get another lens, 56mm f/1.2. Online prices are 899.99, i.e. $900. Greentoe says save 10% to 40% in their advertising. The best counter offer to my $851 was $879, an about 2.5% savings, plus the hassle of multiple rounds of bidding. Bottom line, If you know what you want, and it something that does get discounted, you might get a deal (seems like TV sets fall into this category) but Fuji lens are not in this category.

Ordered late Monday and received the scope on Thursday!!! Great shipping time. One issue...the webyshops.com web site states "Lifetime Burris Warranty" but the documentation received with the scope only provides a one year warranty...the Lifetime Warranty was the major reason for purchasing this item from webyshops.com versus other competitive web sites. I hope that I do not have any problems with this scope, but if I do, then I fully expect either webyshops.com to uphold their end of the bargin. If not, I'll be forced to contact Burris for further discussion.

I have never had such wonderful customer service in all of my years of shopping either online and in a store. I purchased a pair of shoes that got stuck in customs and exceeded their delivery date. I emailed Robert from customer service and he answered me back within 2 hours assuring me they'd arrive safely that week. About 2 weeks later, I had inquired about having the option to order another pair of shoes in black instead of the child-size white. Robert emailed me back and spoke with production, and actually alerted me that he had changed the option on the website so I could order them in the color I wanted. If you ever have any problems, email Robert from customer service- HE IS WONDERFUL!!

I recently purchased a Hypertherm 45XP plasma cutter from IOC's ebay store and also a consumables kit for it as well. The price was consistant with the lowest price I could find and the communication was excellent as well. A lot of money for me to spend over the internets but happy to say the item was delivered quickly and in great shape. Also, I noticed that the device had only been manufactured just about 1 month prior so truly brand new which was nice - not some old unit sitting around for 2 years or so. I had a very good experience from IOC and I also just love the machine - amazing quality and performance from this 45XP. Everything great !!

I purchased a Miller Tig Welder for my husband for Christmas. The welder was approximately $2,000 and the customer service during the purchase was great. I had no idea what to buy and I was trying to surprise my husband. They walked me through all the options. My husband used the welder for the first time today, March 1st. He would have used it sooner but we have had issues with our local supplier being out of gas. Within seconds the welder popped and stopped working. My husband contacted Welding Supplies from IOC today to let them know that we were sold a defective product. Their response was it has been more than 14 days so you have to take it in for a repair. I will not repair a welder that we have never used. The welder needs to be replaced immediately with a new one. I will continue to write reviews on every forum in addition to opening a BBB case. We are not satisfied with a repair. Stand behind the products you sell. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Online Furniture Ordering system - nice and easy. this company kept up to date on the back order for the furniture we ordered (5 pieces) about 3 weeks ago. I am informed by the phone, my order arrives last week, I am surprised my order has arrived in Wellington so quick during this very special time, Alert level 3 in Auckland. No problems at all so they took it to the room we want upstairs. Very good service, we love our new furniture. Thanks The furniture itself is very good quality. I've suffered from depression, anxiety and PTSD as well as severe back pain for many years now meaning I've had to take 400mg tramadol every day. I decided to try CbD oil given all the hype about it recently and to say I was amazed and blown away is an understatement. I bought 100mg of vape oil and decided to stopped all my other medication for a few days while I tried it out. From me first taking it, I stayed to feel much chirpier and was able to get out the house for the first time in months. Day two I had no pain in the morning as I usually would and felt much better in the morning than I had for years. However by the afternoon I was starting to feel withdrawal symptoms from stopping the tramadol so suddenly but decided to stick with it as I wanted to fully appreciate the benefits. Day three I woke up after having the best sleep is has for years. While I had mild pain, a few puffs of the CBD oil soon got rid of that. I would only have enough oil to see the rest of the day out so decided that evening I would take tramadol before bed again but certainly noted a significant improvement in my mood and was able to go about my day much better than usual and for the first time without tramadol. I finished the bottle mid afternoon and took my usual doze of tramadol later that evening. I slept well that evening but woke up in the usual pain the next day and as I continued tramadol that day I was back to only being able to take the edge off the pain. The withdrawal symptoms subsided that day as did my misery and pain. I'll be buying more when I get paid next only for me, due to my extreme pain and other symptoms, I'll need something stronger than the 100mg to help out last longer. I'll also need to gradually stop the tramadol rather than go cold turkey and suffer withdrawal. I highly recommend this to anyone suffering pain, insomnia or depression like symptoms.

Terrible swindle and waste of 18 minutes. NOWHERE do they imply that it will cost to see the end result of you 18 minutes of hard brain work. Then they ask for your name and email address to see results, however they then take you to another page asking for a $15 payment to see results. Tl;dr E-Mail harvesting company that wastes your time and attempts to swindle $15 out of you.

I've been using Irazoo off and on for several years. The site has always been fairly average to me but it was trustworthy and has always paid. However, recent prizes have been delayed for well past the 30 day maximum wait time. Yet they keep sending out codes and carrying on as though nothing is wrong. They want us to go to their site and earn them money by completing offers but don't seem very concerned about paying out these days. When I contacted them about the delayed prizes they used stalling tactics. They did respond but I have yet to receive my overdue prizes. I am not alone in this. I have contacted some of my referrals and they also have the same issues with pending redemption's and no real help from support. I currently would not recommend this site and have stopped using it until issues are resolved. I will suggest to my referrals they may wish to do the same. I do want to mention that they sent a recent email about new management a week or two ago. Even if something happened within the company keeping users happy and paying them their earnings should be a priority. The support I have received tells me they feel differently.

I'd suggest you try GrabPoints.com - it's the same concept but they have 2-3 promo codes daily, many videos, offers for people outsied US, you can use their app on your phone as well. I bought an orange reflective safety raincoat from ISC Online more than one year ago, and I was treated well as a customer. I received many positive remarks from coworkers about the raincoat and it was eventually stolen, which is another effective but awkward indicator of it's value. When I bought an identical raincoat to replace the stolen one, the price had actually come down. I am very happy with ISC Online, and thank you. There is nowhere to get these safety raincoats locally that I am aware of.
