I enjoy the discogs community and have found many good sellers on there. But what you need to realize as a seller or buyer is that YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. Also that this site has pimped the knowledge and man power of a good-natured collector and seller community for their own gain. Customer service is horrendous. Seller service is as bad or worse. Takes days to repsond. I have had my discogs payments held by discogs (and still being held!) for over two months. I have sent every form they have asked for, some multiple times. They closed the problem as solved when it wasn't. I give them official bank statements, they want other statements. ENDLESS! TWO MONTHS PLUS and the complaint is STILL ONGOING, NO RESOLUTION. Most frustrating experience of any site I have ever dealt with. I am actively looking to take my store and sales elsewhere. I will still buy from the good sellers I found (who are all independent and have nothing to do whatsoever with "discogs" really is), DIscogs a site that lives off the service of others, they provide next to nothing themselves.

i submitted a new record that wasn't on the site... i guess i did something wrong: AUTOMATIC BAN FROM CONTRIBUTING TO THE SITE! Alright, so since I couldn't even attempt to fix my errors I turn to the forums to seek help... some people tell me what I did wrong (I posted the entire submission in CAPS basically) So some people there fixed the submission for me... but for complaining about being banned for one submission is was then BANNED FROM THE FORUMS! A month later after doing nothing but selling records everyday, I had a 100% buyer and seller rating, I awaken to my account just being banned! I contact """"support""""" which is always the same person named Diognes the Fox, who gives the same copy and paste response to everything, every time I ask for any specific reason I was just banned out of the blue, he tells me "Due to multiple violations of our Terms of Service and marketplace guidelines, including multiple cases of abusive behavior and harassment, management has determined that your account will be permanently banned from Discogs.com. This is our right under the Terms of Service. This decision is final -- the account and any linked accounts will remain permanently banned." This is the only thing he ever says!!!!!!!!!! Meanwhile in reality, I now can't get to any of my pending orders, none of my tracking numbers for records i put in the mail, none of my corespondents with buyers, nothing! OK, so I know that the CEO of Discogs is Kevin Lewandowski... and the phone number to their office is (503) 597-6340... so I suggest anyone in my position simply take to bombarding them with phone calls until you get the answer's you deserve.... I'm going to start calling multiple times a day.... leaving multiple messages.... and I'll be reading all your reviews of their company and I'll begin relaying these messages directly to the CEO if I need to.

Cheap prices on cds you wouldn't be able to find in stores, with fast delivery (ordered late on a Friday, received both cds Tuesday afternoon by USPS). Very prompt with email notifications. Great company.

I bought an MP3 album online this morning and the download was not available after the order completed. It has been over 12 hours and still not available. No answer to the email I sent this morning to the customer service. Not sure what happened here. All good reviews mentioning about the fast customer service... not buying here again. UPDATE: The store contacted me this morning with an apology. Apparently they made a change to the site and the download functionality was affected. I was able to download my album. I am upgrading them from 1 star

Used to be wonderful, professional, diligent, honest, easy to navigate. Now slathered in ads (some dangerous, like the *rollover* POS that just now launched a fake alarm pop-up and completely froze Firefox -- wtf?). Even worse, the site is now full of *altered versions* of older reviews...in other words, the truth has been replaced with marketing hype. For shame, Stephen Thomas Erlewine...you used to be beautiful, man!

Great place! The music reviews are well-balanced and thorough. The links to "similar music styles" have led me to new discoveries that compelled me to go out and investigate on my own. While I find the site a little more complex to navigate now, as compared to several years ago, I still rely on it for tips about what albums are a group's best, and which ones to avoid. Best review site around.

One of those visually pathetic sites that hope to gain by "stylish" dark design and darker still attitude. To break in thru to membership registration is an ordeal of fighting the "not a robot" guard who apparently tests your stamina by re-sending you back. When finally one is in he/she discovers having been cheated for the sake of "beefy" membership boast whereas he/she is no different from outsider. This applies to album reviewing as all your "drafts" are rejected offhand and serve a raw matter to be further credited to the moderator/editor. The "disciple fresher" is only entitled to studying a volume of the moderator "rules" and FAQ with no hope to ever pass the exam and graduate. About same hard treatment to the visitor, information hunter. The moderator here is hugely biased and imposes his "opinions" but, ooops, zero artist's background, so you address elsewhere. When and if you manage the cheeky navigation, you are likely to trip on the small brown lettering on the black background (or vice versa). Tripping is sin and rule violation here so you get banned for good. They call it metal attitude.

I've been checking out Encyclopaedia Metallum for years and it's still great even though it has not changed a bit. Perhaps that's a good thing because there's nothing wrong with it and there is no need to "modernise" it in any way. It does exactly what it intends to do and there is really nothing to compare it to. You can find information about the most obscure bands out there and find some unknown gems from your country.

We had great seats, tree rows back on first balcony. The acoustics were great and the big screen made it like he was singing right to you. Lee Ann Womack was a terrific opener and can still sing those crazy high notes! Loved that she sang " I hope you dance". Alan was awesome. I be seen him before but the usually very shy and quiet singer really worked the crowd and sang for 2 hours! His voice is still strong and unwavering and he sang most of his best. So, so glad we went. Worth every penny and then some.

I highly recommend this to customers because of its convenience and affordable.I have many experiences of buying tickets in different companies but this company has different way on how to treat their customers, very accommodating staffs with friendly entertainment. I applied for a credit card for Chevrin Gas ststions I received a card and started using it Paid my bill in full on time 3 monthlater I was told that they are canceling my card not because of my credit but as a business reason I guess I did not use it enough or????? what a way toattract new customers

Finally! A great website that is geared toward young women with substantive articles, great illustrations and fantastic writing. The puiblishers of Refinery29 absolutely know what makes the younger woman tick, and are constantaly updating with worthwhile articles that have the potential to benefit its demographic tremendously. I can't say enough positive things about Refinery29m and highly recommend it to all younger women....and older women as well. It's a fantastic publication, and is a reliable source of information.

FAILED FUEL PUMP CAUSES INJECTION PUMP TO FAIL. ROCKAUTO’S POLICIES WON’T ALLOW WARRANTY CREDIT AND WON’T COVER DAMAGE COSTS. GOODBYE ROCKAUTO On January 25, 2018 I bought a Rockauto lift pump for my 2001 RAM diesel. I replaced my existing lift pump even though it was working fine because I knew how important the lift pump was for protecting the injection pump. Slightly over one year later their lift pump failed, also taking out my injection pump. The lift pump had been professionally installed. The lift pump cost me $145 (and $130 for installation) but the rebuilt injection pump cost me over $2000. I contacted Rockauto, telling them that their part was responsible for the injection pump failure and they should pay for its repairs. I basically got a form email back telling me where to file a warranty claim on the lift pump. THEN, later, I found out that since it had been a year my only warranty option was for a replacement pump; no cash, no credit, no nada! I have bought four parts from Rockauto - and two of them have been defective (the other was a brake caliper). I was pretty grumpy after paying TWICE for the installation of the brake caliper but I am beyond angry at the huge costs to repair damage from their failed lift pump – which they will only replace, not giving credit. The most upsetting part of this, however, is the impersonal, unsympathetic way they responded to my situation! I see no reason to purchase anything from them again. Those shops that offer 24 month NAPA parts and labor warranties are looking very, very good!

I paid for express shipping for my part to be in Today. Except it's telling me my package will arrive by Monday and there's no way that I can change this or cancel the order because it's claiming as already shipped. Why did I pay extra for nothing?

Up until then I was only finding sources that required a contract fee for assistance.I applaud Constellation for providing this free service to potential customers. I was going to sign up as a business owner but the sales person did not seem friendly. I told them I would wait 2 weeks until I get my business started and that I would contact them when I am ready but his response was "We are going to move on and find another company in your area to work with."... Uh, what kind of response is that???

I ordered $50k in modular platform components online. shortly after placing the order, I called the branch and main office to make sure the order was being processed. I check again 22 days later. The website says the items are available for pickup, so I call to arrange for pickup of my order at the branch. Guess what......the items had not even moved from the manufacturer. NOTHING had happened in 22 days. No phone call or email notifications - NOTHING! So what is the point of having an online system that obviously does not work?

There is one reason I am rating LiveAuctioneers a 4. That is because a large number of otherwise great auctions choose NOT to assist their buyers with shipping. I am infuriated with one shipper in particular, from Va. Whereas most shippers will charge you a flat $10 or $20 for sending you your item(s), this one UPS tried to charge me $99 to send me a dozen miniatures! I only spent $20 for them! (I have the address of the place to report these gougers, when I have time.) I was fortunate to find another shipper willing to do the job far more reasonably. If I have a bad experience with an auction house, and getting my purchase home, I won't deal with them again. Does this really matter to these sellers? IT Should!! Auction houses must affiliate themselves with a suitable shipper, or hire a few people and do it themselves. I will browse here in the future, but whether or not I buy depends on how easy the auction house makes it for me to get my purchase home.

Had a couple issues with bid execution early on but no problem the last few years. Just wish there was a way to block auctions that sell obvious fakes. So annoying when they flood my saved search alerts.

I like True Value in our area, at least. The help is excellent, the products for a hardware store are top of the line. Costs a bit more than Home Depot, but quality of goods is superior. I like Home Depot as well, but rate them with 3.5 stars because they deduct a percentage of each sale when you return items and too many of their items are less than quality. True Value, however, accepts returns at full value. Both stores offer 10% discount for veterans, which I appreciate. Edit: since writing the above this store has changed hands or managers. The original and exceptional help is gone, the place is way too loud with background music that isn't calming music and the service is not as good as before. I drop them from a five star to a three.

I have shopped True Value when I am in a bind and they are close but that is very rare because they are much more expensive then say Lowe's or Home Depot. Plus they done have a very large selections of product. I don't recommend then at all unless you are in dire need for something and it is a common item.

A little over a month ago, I noticed that my existing kitchen cabinets were becoming frayed and I began to strongly consider replacing them. After speaking with the customer service representatives at Kitchen Cabinet Kings, they were able to get a sense of my style and we were able to make both a financially sound and visually appealing decision. I purchased the Thompson White cabinet set and it arrived in great condition. While I was concerned about the long estimated delivery date, I spoke with a customer service representative named Jessica, who reassured me that the timeline was an estimate, and the cabinets came earlier.

Especially if your purchase order gets 'mislaid' and they claim it has been dispatched when even their own website says it hasn't even been dispatched. In the process of court action to recover money paid - try someone better - you can't get much worse than this lot.

I'm a seller on Catawiki (artist/painter) and I wonder how it is possible for me to be denied absolutely all the artworks for 2 months now, by a single expert. I started selling my paintings in February and I think I had a very good start, with wonderful feedback from customers. Later, when this expert started repetitively refusing all my submitted paintings, I started to approach other styles and topics, taking into account that standard feedback that is sent when an object is rejected by this platform. The biggest dilemma I had was when 3 works already accepted, were eventually denied: - Lot NO. 56682881 - which was not paid by the winner of that auction (March 18th) and should have automatically entered the next appropriate auction. Please note that the 'Re-auction unpaid objects' option (which provides that "Any unpaid objects will automatically be added to the next applicable auction"), has been active since I made this account. - Lot NO. 57585007 and Lot NO. 57529275 (Closed in April 18th) - which I initially submitted with the price reserve, then, for as they did not reach this reserve, I submitted them again without a price reserve and they were rejected by the same expert, who had initially accepted them. I was informed by the site that these objects will no longer go through the evaluation process, following them to enter the next appropriate auction, as well as the Lot NO. 56682881. Therefore, I thought that maybe it was an error, so I added these 3 works again and left a message for each, for the expert who was to receive them (same "expert"). In 30 minutes I received the classic email with the standard text for rejected items ...

My credentials: I am a retired English teacher and amateur art-historian with a particular interest in 19h and early 20th century paintings. During the past 4 years I have bought three paintings (among others) from Catawiki which I have recently discovered to be probable fakes. I have researched 38 other, similarly suspect paintings which have been sold on Catawiki by just three “Top Pro” sellers. I have sent this info to Catawiki. OK. Here’s the Quiz: Q. How could an artist who died in 1944 paint and sign the portrait of a person who was born in 1959? The artist in question is Riccardo Galli who died in Barzio (Italy) in 1944. The sitter in his portrait is Adriana Ozores who was born in Madrid (Spain) 1959. Adriana Ozores is a famous actress who is well-known for her role as Dona Teresa in the Spanish TV series Gran Hotel which ran from 2011 to 2013. She is alive and well. Impossible! I hear you shout. The artist died before the sitter was born. He couldn’t possibly have painted her portrait! I agree with you. It is mathematically, chronologically, rationally impossible. But we are wrong it seems! Let me prove this to you in two easy steps. 1. Do a YAHOO web search*** for Catawiki Lot no. 55480551. Ritratto di Donna by Riccardo Galli (1869-1944) (Simply click or copy& paste the above in the Yahoo search box.) The first result to come up is the portrait, signed Riccardo Galli. 2. Do a Yahoo Images search for Adriana Azores Dona Teresa (click or copy& paste the above.) The first image result is a publicity photograph of Senora Ozores in period costume on the set during filming of the series Gran Hotel (2011-2013). Compare the portrait (from the late19th or early20th century) and the photograph of the portrait’s sitter (from the 21st century). They are identical in every way. Did the artist Riccardo Galli come back from the dead at some time between 2011 and 2013 to paint the actress? Now let’s get serious for a moment. We are not talking here about an amusing resemblance. The women in both images not only wear the same costume and earrings and are seen in the same setting; the two women in the portrait and the photo have the same jawline, the same heavy eyelids, the same nose, the same hairstyle, (even the same curl of hair at the neck) the same rather haughty facial expression, the same tilt of the head! It is the same woman in both images. This portrait, described above and sold on the Catawiki.com website, is yet another painting copied from an internet image in the public domain bearing a false signature. I wrote to Catawiki on 31st January 2022 warning them that this portrait was a fake and imploring them to withdraw it from the auction of 5th February 2022. They did not reply. The painting was sold for €508.00 (excluding buyer’s fees, transport costs and sellers’ fees). In the replies to my several emails illustrating 38 other probable examples of fraudulent paintings, no mention was made of this particular portrait. Catawiki’s published replies to my reviews talk of “how seriously they take claims of inauthenticity”, how they “will investigate these claims thoroughly” and how they “follow a policy of zero tolerance in these matters”. On the contrary Catawiki Customer Care, in non-public emails to me, maintain that paintings copied from images in the public domain and given false signatures do not constitute fraudulent practice. They quoted one of their experts who suggested that some isolated mistakes were of course possible, babbling along the lines of the proverb by Cicero: ‘It’s only human to make mistakes,”. (Cicero’s proverb continues: “...to persist in a mistake is idiotic.”) Catawiki’s persistent mistake is to claim that they “provide a safe and secure experience for bidders” while neglecting to make the necessary checks on items for sale or, worse still, possibly turning a blind eye to obvious scams. The unfortunate buyers of these fraudulent copies must be traced and reimbursed. The perpetrators of this wide-scale scam must be brought to justice. Yahoo search***. I have recently seen that every reference to this particular “Riccardo Galli” painting which was previously available on the Google search engine has been taken down. The Catawiki seller has replaced the Google image for this lot number with a different portrait. A curious action to say the least. Images of our Galli/Ozores portrait are still available on the Yahoo search engine; I do not know for how long. Stephen Barley. Rome.

I was sent a request for info first week of February for a order I was expecting. When I called to say where are my cabinets the last week of March, I was told I never responded to the February email. I told the representative could a follow up email be sent or a phone call to request the information as I had already paid my credit card for the cabinets. I think with a pending paid order, more follow up could be made. Thc

As a contractor one thing I don’t need is a vendor that doesn’t deliver what they promise. I have done several kitchen and baths with Bestonline and have NEVER been disappointed. On one occasion a cabinet had a small crack in the face but they did a fast replacement. That’s service. Quick shipments and great pricing also makes dealing with them a no brained.

This site is a site that I have just started to use. The merchandise is somewhat legit.... I won several bids , one was a pair of bangles (costume jewelry at best). There must be a middleman of the better term is pitch bidder who drives up the price. The bangles were not worth the bidding price of $5.00 plus $10.00 shipping and handling which was outrageous!!! It takes anywhere from 5 to 6 days to get what you won, considering this is first class postage. I am looking half-heartedly on getting the watches that I won, ( they are suppose to be from police property and others)... All materials are shipped from Industry, California; if this is a police auction why.... What is Luxury Line Wholesale? Why are their products on this site.... If any other person has used this site and found it be legit . Respond

RUN. - Won a bunch of items for cheap, they claim they can't package items together so some has free shipping, some is payed. They packaged MOST of my items together then charged my credit card a couple grand in shipping fees. - When I enquire about it, they LOCK ME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT and claim they now need to talk to me to verify who I am. They have a photo of my passport and credit card. I made them aware, BEFORE spending six grand, I am going to be living at the hospital starting today for at least a week, now MELANIE in the VP department is basically blackmailing my account until I can get ahold of them - THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE PEOPLE ANSWERING PHONES. Just a phone line to a voicemail box to nowhere. They can return emails but not calls, they are giving me the run around, meanwhile I am in the hospital.

I lived in Manhattan and stored with them for a year. I needed a full-service storage company and they claim to be one. I had the worst time trying to get my things and when I did my beautiful six drawer dresser was completely destroyed and I never received my desk back. In fact my desk just went missing for some reason. They never atoned for any of this I could not be more disappointed. Horrible business practice they are robbing people.

Staff was professional, prices are affordable, and I saved time and money because I did not need to rent a car for the day--or lug my heavy items up and down my 3rd floor walk-up! Have already told my friends about MakeSpace!

A poorly designed website with a lot of good gluten and celiac information - Celiac.com is a bad looking site. It's hard to find things, it doesn't look pretty, and there are too many ads. BUT, it does have a lot of really good information for people with Celiac Disease and they have a lot of information on gluten free foods. It also has a very good and active forum. One of my favorite articles is on gluten free alcohols

I am so lucky to have found this site because I was so sick from what turned out to be celiac disease, and their info and forum helped me get diagnosed. I am not sure why the review here was bad. The site looks different now so maybe update the picture?

I sent (1) Fathers Day AAron Judge card and (1) Mothers Day card to be graded. They sent back (2) graded cards both with the title of Mothers Day. Simple typo mistake. No not with these guys , It's been 3 weeks and they still can't figure it out. Sent front and back scan of card but still nothing. One look at original order as compared to what they sent back and they should be able to figure it out.

I ordered a bronze package and when I asked about the submission form and I was a little confused I was told this Bronze package has a free grading for a 10 day turn around service, however since we suspended the 10 day service we suggest to hold it off until our 10 day service is back. Submission under this package is valid for 1 year. On the other hand, we have a non-guaranteed turn around service which would take 9 10 minimum to complete. $10 per card. You also have other options to choose from, 5 day service at $30 per card and 2 day at $40 per card. After paying 117 for this service and now not available they still will not refund my money.

Very clever and efficient service. I think it links the right experts with the people from around the world to gain insightful knowledge about their pieces of art, treasures or antiques. I was fractionally doubtful at the moment of engaging their services, however all of it was gone very quickly due to their prompt replies, their realistic prognosis on what they can deliver, what is unachievable and the timeline they would deliver the results. My dreams about my object were cleared. Thank you very much from New Zealand.

I guess you either love these guys or you hate them. My wife finds them incredibly annoying when she hears them on the radio. Myself, I love them. Their accents are not off-putting to me, and I love how they laugh together. What I've learned over time, though, is that the 'straight' answers they provide are actually pretty authoritative. They actually know what they're talking about, based not only on their extensive formal education but also based on their hands-on work with many, many cars. If I personally found anything annoying, it's only their constant self-referencing which gets old. However, it's a part of their "shtick" which we would not want to do without...

Their forum is very helpful. People there really love to talk about cars and are very willing to share info. The two brothers who do the radio show are goofy but honest as the day is long, and entertaining and helpful

As useless a chocolate teapot : Over the last two days (19th & 20th Sept. 2020) I have had nothing but bad service at the B&Q Cardiff stores at Culverhouse Cross and Cardiff Gate respectively. As a non tradesman on my visit to both stores I asked for assistance in buying some electrical products. Each time I was told by staff members that they only stack shelves and have no knowledge of the products, which was a real great help (not ! ) to me. On the last trip I was told by a staff member that I could speak to someone who works in the electrical isle. Great I thought, only to find he stated the same statement ! And I had waited 10 minutes for him to come and give me useless information ! On the items I did take a chance on I made my way to the check out to find they apparently didn't have bar codes on so I couldn't purchase them ! I waited about 15 minutes at the checkout for a store member to find the replacement items with the bar codes on. He didn't return so now I was totally fed up and left the store with no purchases. Structure Is king! WWA really helped me understand many different aspects of the markets however for me personally my new appreciation for market structure has been key ! Alex did an amazing job in the bootcamp and on calls after really breaking down how the structure of the markets work on all timeframes. Before WWA I’ll admit I didn’t really understand how to use this key aspect of the market to the maximum, I’ve been really enjoying learning and putting it into practise!

To be honest I was initially frustrated as I believed that paying for this course would give me all the tools to instantly make profits and trade well; I didn’t want to ‘study’ the markets history after having a course. Good format. Easy to connect. Easy to get in and out of the reading materials and tests. Good value. But, many of the courses were overly detailed, and some of the discussion was awfully deep for a real estate professional. Even with 25 years of experience, I have been taught that detailed tax questions and detailed legal issues are best left to professionals in those fields. Even specific building code regulations and discussions about types of bankruptcies, while interesting, seem like they went too far. Details on which bill said what in such matters as Civil Rights, Foreclosure regulations and specific building codes, while interesting, should not have been included in the tests (in my opinion).
