Great TV but the Samsung voice options don't always work which is really annoying and the controller is super sensitive so you end up hitting the Netflix button or the prime button and going away from the show you're watching but the picture is gorgeous and it's an easy TV at a good price

I ordered products on 4/27/20 and to date I have not received anything. I did not receive a response as to "where is my order", it has been 3 days since I sent that email and no response. I sent another email today saying if no response will cancel credit card charge. I am beginning to agree that this is a scam. I will be contacting my credit card company today to reverse the charge.

Good price on stock but poor customer service and very slow dispatch Had to wait 3 weeks for lamps to be delivered. Main hire desk person was rude on the phone and in emails. The packaging was full of shredded paper to protect the lamps, but leaves a right old mess when un packing. Could have used bubble wrap or small air bags

Over the last 2 years I have given this company several orders of substantial size (weight) and they have always delivered on time with no damage or shortages to date. The prices have been very good, the product as advertised, and we are very happy to this date. I give them an A+ for these transactions- also to Fed-Ex for the delivery. All shipments include insurance but this has not been a issue so far. Thanks Centrix!!

My daughter came to me with her Christmas list and the #1 item on was a drawing tablet. I went on Ebay and discovered exactly what she was looking for, the Wacom Intuos4 Pen Tablet Medium, for slae by Genesis. Their price was amazing, and shipping cost was exceptional for the size, and they answered every question I had very promptly. I was so pleased it took me no time to pres "Buy Now". My daughter screamed out loud on Christmas morning when she opened it. I got the biggest hug ever from her!!! Since Christmas the tablet has been almost constantly in use. Had an Philips MR16 light bulb warrantied for 6 yrs. Broke after 3 yrs. Contacted their support number twice which had horrible voice quality, we were not able to understand each other. So I email their lighting support twice, no replies to either. Their email also does not allow me to attach the pictures I wanted to send. This isn't a high dollar item @ $20 or so dollars back 3 years ago but would have been nice to get some support on this. I do have other Philips bulbs because I guess they are a pretty big player in this area. However, if/when you buy Philips, ignore any warranty promises made by Philips because you will get the middle finger from them if you ever want to make a claim. Canadian Consumer

I have been ordering from ioproducts for several years now and have always had great experiences. They offer some of the best quality but low price CDR related products. I use them for home and business use. Never had any issues with order delivery or quality - and I have ordered at least 8 times in the past 2-3 years, more going back to at least year 2000.

They have really cheap and functions security DVR recorders that are much better than some of the brand names out there like lorex and I think they are just the same thing. All lorex is overrated cams and a cheap computer, altex sells you the entire package all for a rock bottom price. Easy to install as well but you might need to buy some extra long cables.

I ordered two pairs of speakers. At the same time I ordered a receiver from another company, and a subwoofer and center channel from another company. My orders from the other companies arrived in about 5 business days. I found a note from the ups guy on my door on the 7th business day saying that a signature was required for my delivery. Well, I live in a rural area where I don't really have neighbors and my wife and I work during the day, so I had to call ups to notify them that I would need to pick it up from them since I did not have a way to sign for it. Unfortunately, the ups is 50 miles from my house. I made the trip anyway, only to find that only one pair of speakers was there. I returned home and emailed their customer service immediately. They notified me that it was an accident and they let me know that they would ship it asap and they would even speed up the delivery for me. I requested that the package be sent without a signature required and they respond saying it was not a problem. I then requested a tracking number for about a week, to which I got runaround emails. Finally I got a true response about a week later saying that it just shipped. About 5 business days later I got another note on my door from ups. Again stating a signature was required. So I again had to drive 50 miles to ups and pickup the speakers. October 4th, speakers ordered October 15th, first speakers received October 23rd, second speakers received

Ordered some speakers over 2 months ago. Order went great, shipped on time, but UPS damaged a speaker. Eric was supposed to get replacement piece and have asked several times over last 2 months and I keep getting told it is coming. Well it has not. While he is friendly, the follow through is lacking. Next time I will either buy local or immediately send back anything with even the simplest damage.

I purchased a Epox 4PDA2+ motherboard. The ordering process went smoothly and I received the board promptly. However, the board was defective and I emailed(since I work during service hours)asking if they did advanced RMA and got a prompt response that they did. I then emailed back to state I wished to pursue that avenue. I have yet to get a reply in the past 11 days after sending 6 emails. I have no ideas whether I have a new motherboard coming or if there is even an RMA created for this order. I will update if I ever get an RMA, but there communication is definitely lacking. **Update** I have responded to every support email and tried every suggestion contained in said emails.

Purchased a PNY GeForce4, Ti4200 video card via CompUSA.com internet site the second day of their recent sale (3/15 thru 3/20). The expected shipping time was "usually 48 hours". On the third business day after placing the order, I phoned customer service to check on the status of this order since the order comformation status email hadn't been updated since the origional order was placed. I was told this item was out of stock and discontinued. I'm disappointed that I didn't receive a early notification email from this company regarding this problem. Because of this delay, I was unable to purchase this same item offered by another retailer (Best Buy) at the same sale price within their sale period. I don't think CompUSA ever had sufficent quanities of this item on stock before promoting this sale and only used it to attract potential customers to their site in hopes of selling them something. Very reluctant to do web business with CompUSA ever again without confirming that the product was definitely on hand and ready to be shipped. I suggest you do the same before placing an order with them.

I placed an order in April of this year for a IOGear wireless keyboard and mouse combo. It came quickly and after plugging it in I noticed that the mouse did not appear to charge when placed in the recharger, as the green light did not come on. So I placed called GlobalComputer, and spoke to my rep, Stephen Baughn. He told me I could order another one, and after it arrived that he'd give me a RMA# and I could return my defective unit, and keep the new one. I did this a few days later. My first order info (defective): A225-7078 2.4GHz Wireless Multimedia Keyboard/Mouse Combo 4/24/2008 P9688577 My second order info (good one): A225-7078 2.4GHz Wireless Multimedia Keyboard/Mouse Combo 4/24/2008 W3114935 Once I got the new one in the second order above (that I still have, and love it) the GlobalComputer told me that he'd issue a RMA#, as he boss would have to approve it so I could return it. Well I kept waiting and waiting. I spoke to Stephen several times over the next few weeks about this and he kept telling me he was still waiting on his boss to approve, but had yet to do so. Now weeks has turned into months, as it is now mid Sept, almost 5 months later. I still have this keyboard here in a box ready to be picked up by UPS and returned for a refund or credit. I don't need an exchange as I already have 2 of these same keyboards now and that's all I need. You see I bought another one of these same IOGear keyboards back in March '08 too. I do NOT blame the GlobalComputer.com rep for this, as I spoke to him again 2 weeks ago and he told me that his now "new boss" told him to tell me that it was now "too late" for me to return this item as it had been too long (4 1/2 month), as it was past the timeframe for returns. ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!! Let me say that you have a great employee rep, Stephen Bauhgn, as after hearing that I was now not going to be able to return my keyboard or get any credit, he told me that he'd personally help me out with a credit towards whatever I wanted at Global, as he didn't think that it was right the way I had been treated by his boss or whomever dropped the ball on my RMA. WOW, that's impressive!!! So, I'm emailing now to let you know that your sales rep Stephen Baughn should be commended highly for his efforts and offer to me. His representation of Global Computer is superb. Kudos! Now, I have yet to do anything with this keyboard and it is still sitting here in a box. I'll just move forward. Thanks very much, Greg

Bought an AMP from them, received it - never opened it - needed to return it. I returned following instructions (UPS ground, Insured). Communication was good via email until this company received the product. Once the received the product they issued only a partial refund ($410 purchase price, fund of only $333). They will not return phone calls or emails to explain why I was only give a partial refund. I followed all their instructions and sent them back an unopened product. Not at anytime did they ever mention a "restocking fee" so I don't know why this has happened, as I said they refuse communication now. By returning this product I am out $119 dollars. I would have just kept the product if they would have disclosed this to me. I was ripped off.

Ordered an e-text online and spent $50 to receive an "Access code". I followed the instructions to access my online book only to discover that I can't get access (even with the code) unless I receive an email invite from my professor. My professor has no "access invite" for the course. There was NO MENTION of this anywhere or I would not have made the purchase. Prior to learning this information, I had to open the package to enter the code (only to find out I can't use it). I am now not being issued a refund because "I opened it". That's $50 that I was just ripped off for by textbooks.com and now I have to pay to order the book again. DO NOT PURCHASE THROUGH TEXTBOOKS.COM. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF.

I recently bought a textbook from TextbookRush and I am satisfied with the product because it arrived in the mail in great condition. When I made the transaction online, I paid $61.47 by card. When I received it in the mail about a week later, the printed receipt that came attached to it said that the price was $21.99. Apparently, in the middle of the delivery process, the shipping dropped so I received a book replacement from another seller. I was not contacted about this at all, so I contacted TextbookRush via email and live chat. I was told the same thing both times. I was asking them if I was going to receive a refund because I didn't receive the book from the seller that sold it for $61.47. TextbookRush did a good job and getting back to me quickly, but they have not yet answered my question. It is not the seller's fault, the fault falls on TextbookRush. They failed to contact me about my order when the order changed. Not buying expensive textbooks from them anymore.

This is a complaint for borders.com, not their store: I placed on order on Dec 16th for intended Christmas gifts using a coupon from Bill Me Later. Not only were these items to ship with in 24 hrs I was "Guaranteed delivery by Christmas"! Well fast forward to now to almost 6 weeks later and they never came! I would say "shipped" but according to the copy-and-paste emails I get - it could have shipped or is being prepared to ship. Oh and they were pre-orders (released in March 2010 of course). I had also called Borders and they said it would be cancelled and the next day the pending charge was removed from account. However according to Borders emails this is not over and the items are still coming “within 24hrs” (for two weeks now). So when that day happens don’t get behind me in line because at this point my time to drive to the store, stand in line and not get my $5.00 back for shipping is ludicrous. They should be ashamed that in this day and age they inconvenience their customers with an easily fixable glitch in their on-line order system.

I ordered two books on august 17 and it said it shipped them on the 18th which is good, but only one arrived and it is now september 11th which is about a month later. they said it would take two weeks maximum, which i don't care waiting. But shipping two my house usually takes between 3 days to a week.

Razer products are truly made from superior quality parts. The warranties are easy to claim online and the support from the company if you have an issue is incredible. I had an issue with their chroma software and my products not connecting to my pc properly, and my support team was very patient with me while I tried to figure out how to fix it on my end. Definitely am a Razer customer for life.

I got a $55 quote to buy my old PC from Power-On. It was in perfect working condition and looked great. When Power-On received it, they sent me a pic with a small ding on the case - I doubt it was there when I sent it to them, but I guess it could have happened during shipping. Still, even in the pic it was hardly noticeable. They told me that, due to the ding, the PC was WORTHLESS. I'm guessing they scam people to give them their old PCs for free, then re-sell the parts. So, buying from them is probably ok, but if you ship them your PC, expect that they won't give you anything for it. Apple should prevent Power-On from advertising on their sites!!!

Prompt service, easy to use and mail the items, and received quoted price in a form of an Apple gift certificate within two weeks. I had originally ordered this equipment on 5-30-03. I had ordered a Super Micro X5DA8 ISP Computer System from this company. I finally received it on 6-23-03. The Cabinet was crooked, the wheels did not work and all the company could tell me, is to try and fix it myself. I will never order another thing from this company for as long as I live. They do not speak English very well, cannot understand them, no matter how hard I try. The system has never worked and I have been on the phone several hours, long distance speaking and reprogramming the system and it still does not work. I cannot see how any one has had any good luck with this company. I am very angry about this, I spent too much time and money for a system that has never worked and will never work. Their Software doesn't even work. Now I have to find a new company and start over again. AGAIN, I WILL NEVER WORK WITH ASA COMPUTERS EVER!

Bad experience - ordered two, 2GB chips for iMac 5.1. They delivered promptly. One of the chips would not boot up in either of my machines. The other would allow the computers to boot up but then I had disc corruption, ended up having to do a full reinstall/restore. I reinstalled the original memory from both machines and had no problem after that. I sent both chips back but was refused a refund. Ramjet said I had damaged the chips by using tools to remove them. When I asked how you do actually remove a defective chip from your iMac the manager told me that he uses needle nose pliers. Basically folks, you are never in a good position if you have to remove the chips and return an order because Ramjet is going to assume the chips were perfect when you got them and that you damaged them - causing the problem. I lost $70.00.

It's been years since I upgraded my 1.1 Mac Pro. Your website helped me quickly find exactly what I wanted. I got a call saying the hard drive I ordered was not in stock, but got a substitution that seems to be fine and got it all in a couple of days. The experience was perfect.

One of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had. Ordered a gift for my son's birthday which is tomorrow 1st November. As the item is still not here I have just called them to chase and was advised it isn't expected to be delivered before end of November!!? I have ordered well in advance, paid increased delivery cost, just to make sure it arrives on time, and all I got was rude, unprofessional, not even apologetic attitude from their customer service saying that's it, nothing they can do. What a shocking service. I won't just voice my opinion here. I will make sure as many people as possible are aware and avoid becoming customer to this company. Absolute joke!

I am very unhappy that my order for an HP Touchpad 32gb was cancelled even though their website showed it was in stock. I did not order another Touchpad in anticipation of receiving this one and now it's too late to buy one since they are no longer available. It took several days until I was finally notified. I don't know why a company like this does not use real time inventory tracking. I am not the only person this happened to. Check out the online forums.

I received confirmation on my order at PlanetRX on OCTOBER 7, 2011.. October 31 I received confirmation that the product was no long available and I would get my money back within one to two pay cycles (what the heck?) Now it is January 30, 2012 and I have STILL NOT RECEIVED A REFUND for paying for a product they did not have! Any idea on how to get it back because now they aren't even responding to my inquiries!

Found out about these guys from some friends online. Their price beat the dealer and Bikebandit.com by almost %50 in some cases. Yeah they don't have the schematics online, but that's what the dealer is for. Ordered some washers and a stripe for my bike on a Sunday and had the order by the end of the week and shipping was only $8. Needless to say, I'll be ordering the rest of my motorcycle parts through them (about $700 more to go)

Trye'd to order plastics for a raptor 700 at the price of $145.12 with shipping coming out to $17.60 no big deal right until my husband calls to see if he can add something to his order and they say there gonna charge $100 for shipping well thats not what the invoice said then she outs us on hold and comes back with oh its $170.60 just for shipping just the plastics then she got very rude on the phone and ended up hanging up on us bad business if you ask me and not up front with customers. Very disappointed in their way of handing things.

The best customer service I've had in quite some time. I preordered a laptop that is in very high demand and backordered. Ken kept me updated every step of the way and when he finally got the laptop in stock, he shipped that day, for free. Best of all? I was not asked to write a review, I chose to because of how great Gentech is. You can always tell when a company is sketchy. If they have to ask for reviews, something's up and there's nothing up with Gentech.

I bought a Z2 headset for the PC from EB games in Australia for 99 which was apparently discounted. I was quite happy with the product, nifty, sounded great, HQ mic, long cable, many adjustable settings and so on. 3 months down the track the mic stopped responding so I contacted www.turtlebeachau.com or QVS in regards to my product and quickly got a response after only submitting the problem and reciept. The response was that i would be sent a new controller cable at no cost and wallah though a bit slow of 7 days i recieved a new controller set and the mic now works. Thanks TB, Damien

I ordered the Turtle Beach Ear Force HPA like another reviewer here who rated this company 0. He did so because he wanted to return headphones that were uncomfortable. These headphones come out-of-the-box at the tightest setting(they actually cut off circulation to the ears!), but the bars are bendable to any position you want. They're extremely comfortable now, probably my favorite headband design to date. He did know notice that the headband was adjustable and rated this company down for not letting him return a product THAT WAS NOT DEFECTIVE. I got a product that /was/ defective, rattling in the left earcan and the bass wasn't working. I told them, and got a reply within 2 hours with an RMA. I sent it over for repair, got it back in 5 business days. I also made a status query at night to this company, got a reply by 10am the next day. Polite and quick. The user rated the company's service down for a misconception on the quality of the product. This site's about the service not the products, and I felt the service was impeccable!

A great place I discovered while doing a search for electronics on google and bought a few items from them . I’ve been very happy with there service real honest people they will not cheat you I bought an item and was wrong so they replaced it to the correct item and there was a big price deferent so Jim just told them to swap at the same price . None of the other sellers even the big retailers would have done that. I first shop them and if they carry the item I buy it there even if it is cheaper elsewhere since they stand behind there sale answer questions real great people to deal with . Like many people reviewing this retailer before me, I placed an order before Thanksgiving and never received my merchandise. MotherNature promptly charged my card and that was the end of any activity on their part. I requested several times for them to cancel my order, and also tried calling but never could get a human on the phone. I finally had to call my credit card and have the charge for this order reversed. I've ordered from them in the past without any problems. I definitely will not be ordering from them again.

This card installed fine - since I already had an ATI 5770 in my HTPC the drivers were already there and updated. It isn't a particularly fast card, but it is certainly functional. In fact, for half of its current price it would be a good value. To this end, Diamond often tries to lure you in with rebates to address this disparity, but be forewarned... Diamond WILL NOT honor your rebate. I have been submitting rebates for years with no trouble whatsoever. However, Diamond (after taking FAR longer than the supposed 8-12 weeks they state in their own fine print I might add) saw fit to deny my rebate because I submitted a printed invoice instead of a packing list (which I didn't receive). WHAT!?! That is rediculous. Whenever you buy something online, THAT is what you are most likely to get. Obviously, this is merely a ploy for Diamond. They'll use whatever technicality they can to avoid honoring their committments to you - the paying customer. So, I would humbly advise that - if you are looking for a tuner - stay away from this one. There are better deals than this for its full current asking price. If you DO decide to purchase this, don't count on the rebate. UPDATE: 7/23/11 After contacting Diamond, we were able to work the situation out. I wanted to post this to let other people having rebate issues know that contacting Diamond is worth a try. I know from reading other reviews around the net, that others have not been as fortunate (if they tried at all), but it does work. Again, thanks to Odette at Diamond Multimedia for working with me on this.

I purchased a HD6570 video card from Microcenter on 6/29/12. The card had a rebate, I sent for the rebate form provided by Microcenter with the UPC and receipt. I did not hear from them until 11/16/12 when I got a postcard stating they received my rebate late. I guess this is a new kind of thievery, they can just blame the U.S Postal service.

I had a less than favorable experience recently. This was my first time ordering and I am unlikely to ever order again. I ran across the website while looking for supplies and the prices looked great. I placed my order, got a confirmation and 1.5 weeks later nothing was here and no shipment notification had been sent. So I send an e-mail asking if I could get an update on the order...absolutely no response after 2 more days. I end up receiving the shipment the next day so I am happy and let it go. I open the box and one of the things I ordered was missing. So I give them a call, got sent to voicemail and left a message. I also sent them an e-mail for good measure. Another day goes by with no response so I have to call and leave another message with the company. I finally get a call back saying it was out of stock and it will be shipped the next day. No apology whats-so-ever from the person I spoke to about not responding to me or telling me the part was out of stock. The trend from the rest of the reviews I have read of this business seems to be that they fail to notify customers of out of stock items and customer service is horrible...which is the same exact problem I had. I wouldn't recommend shopping here.

I had two significant problems with my order to Electronix Express. The most annoying one was that they just left out things that weren't in stock. There was no indication when I ordered that some of the items weren't available, and they were listed with no comment in the order confirmation email. But they weren't in the box and no explanation was given as to why. I've ordered a lot of stuff online and this is the first place I've come across that doesn't give you a chance to change or cancel your order if things you want aren't in stock. To be fair, It was just little stuff, and some of it was on clearance. The thing is, though, those were the things I really wanted and was paying $8 to have shipped. Here's what their customer service had to say when I complained about this: "The missing items on your order are cancelled out due to their non availability. The order is deemed to be shipped complete and closed." The other problem I had was that, for a place called "Express," they're awfully slow. My order didn't ship until a week after I put it in. In fact, I don't think it was a coincidence that it shipped the day after I sent them an email wondering where my stuff was. Seems like a pretty poor way to run a business--I recommend you steer clear of them.

Car kit and desktop cradle were brand new, USB data kit was obviously well used. Sent e-mail, and left voice messages asking to be contacted regarding receiving a used item instead of the new item I paid for, no response whatsoever.

I would agree with the other comments as of 2001 having been a customer for years, but I just completed another domain transfer with NetSol and can tell you this company has really started listening and getting their act together. Their VIP line answers the phone in 10 seconds, and they've made a lot of changes to the site to finally make things easy. Plus now I'm getting American Airlines miles for every domain name. There are cheapo companies out there but frankly I'm not interested in taking chances with my domain name. Glad to see NetSol/Verisign is listening to custoemrs! Keep it up!

i have been in the rma process with these guys for 5 months now, i spent 2 months trying to get a rma number from these people.... 3 months "and counting" trying to get a response after i sent the card! I have been trying to get a response from these people for almost 3 months to find out my status, i have still heard nothing. Buyers beware, better cross your fingers and hope that you never have to rma through them.

just like these guys i have also suffered the wrath of leadteks complacency, the nightmare began one year after i had purchase a 6800GT TDH, when my card crashed, i went to leadteks website for support. what i found was NOTHING!!! i had to go to google and find the number off a forum which had simalar problems. then when i called, i was greeted by JOHN's answering machine at 10AM!!! again, i tried calling and finally after 5 messages, i get a reply. the rma started and i though that the worst was over. only to find that it was jsut the begining. long story short... it took 3 RMA and still not a single working video card. i thought it was my motherboard because the bios didn't load. but after buying a new videocard from another company. my computer was running normally again. i never got my warrenty honored and i will buy form them again. side note. the most frusating thing about them is that the customer service was hard to get a hold of. the company is really smaller than you would think. and john said that he would personally check out the card before he send it to me. and what do you know DEAD ON ARRIVIAL. never even got my money back or anything for that matter except a dead video card.

I purchased the Home Theater Direct 12 discrete channel amplifier (MA-1235) back in 2008 to power a 10 speaker, whole house stereo system in 5 rooms. It's been a WONDERFUL piece of equipment and performed flawlessly until a recent lightning storm which caused 3 of the 12 channels to stop working. Since I was only powering 10 speakers, I could have continued to operate with just 10 channels but not 9. I requested a return order from HTD and received instructions to return it to them. After they received it, they determined that the main board was fried, AND THAT THEY WOULD FIX IT FOR FREE!! This company has my everlasting support as they fixed it OUT OF WARRANTY for FREE. Don't think twice in buying from this company. They're products are tops and they stand behind what they sell. Rich in Atlanta

Just before my PC went down a week ago I left a message with, I believe, Award, asking if BIOS upgrades were available for my motherboard. When my email came back up today I found a message from eSupport.com asking me to call them. I got a very slick salesman who proceeded to sell me a $69.95 BIOS upgrade. As I continued to go through my messages I found three more from him, and two more from another eSupport.com salesman offering an upgrade for $24. This made me suspicious, so I did a Google search and found the messages here, which don't say kind things about the company. I then called eSupport to talk to the salesman again and question why the diference in price. He promptly transferred me to tech support, which didn't answer. I called again, and insisted on talking to a manager to cancel my order. After a fair amount of runaround I was connected with someone who told me I wasn't doing the right thing by submitting and cancelling an order so quickly, and told me he could "see through the telephone" that I was the kind of guy who did this all the time. Not the kind of people I want to do business with! Kevin

I purchased 2 CDS-930L cameras. One of them never worked properly with their web site. So far I have invested 4 hours with Dlink and it still does not work. Now I am having problems even getting to talk to a person to return the camera. It was purchsed directly from D-Link and so far I have been on hold for 20 minutes and all I get is a recording. NEVER buy one of their products unless you plan on throwing away if it does not work,

I purchased a $1K laptop from them. It was poorly constructed; one of the end pieces was attached crooked and you could see the inside of the computer through the gap! Unbelievably shoddy workmanship. When I contacted customer service, they were quite rude. Apparently, my options are 1) I can return it and 2) I can return it and buy another one (And that will take ANOTHER 3-6 weeks). Wow - thanks for the help! [Don't bother asking for a supervisor, the same lady got back on the phone with me claiming she was a supervisor. I guess they think only idiots would buy their product in the first place.] NEVER AGAIN

I brought the Toshiba C655-S5193 laptop recently. In a months laptop hard drive failed and I have to spend another $30 bucks to ship the laptop to Toshiba even though the laptop is covered under warranty and the support website clearly say i don't have to. I called customer service multiple time and no one could answer why is this and there is no escalation process either. I small piece of advice for anyone looking to buy a neither buy this Laptop nor buy Toshibha unless you have a lot of money. I have posted this review on Toshibha and they removed it. Check HP/DELL or LENOVO Laptops. Thanks AJ

I got informed that I got in the program on Friday really late and had orientation at my law school on Monday..Panic mode activated! Law School bookstore closed for the weekend so I ordered 3 books from eCampus with Next-day Shipping on a Friday. Cost of books +$60 dollars for the shipping. Got the first book on Tuesday evening - Already got yelled at by the professor. I understand, it happens with online shopping - you come across dishonest vendors all the time. I deserved it! When did not get the other two books by Wednesday, went and bought them through the Law School bookstore. Got the second book delivered on Thursday. Got the third book delivered TWO WEEKS LATER!! Tried contacting eCampus. No response. Contacted PayPal, no help. eCampus is a fraud. Don't buy or rent books from them.

This is such a crappy, over priced and inefficient service. My course started on January 14th so I ordered the textbook that same day... it's a rental for over $40 for the semester ( rip off)... it has taken 2 weeks to come! I'm still waiting for the book! One week to put it in a. Box and one week to deliver it... horrible. I have had to spend 2 and half hours to go to a University library and come back to do my homework...thanks ecampus
