I bought a $150.00 gift card for my boyfriend for Christmas to go towards his more expensive Mai Jims. When he attempted to use the card it only gave him an error stating the card was locked down due to recent activity. Customer service refused to fix this only ever giving us a brush off. We have yet to get the $150 back after 7 days of calling every day trying to get someone to resolve the problem. Needless to say my Christmas present was ruined.

Placed an order on Friday night for a Prada Sunglasses with a promotional price via PayPal. The order was cancelled on Sunday without any explanation. All it says is "You've Cancelled the Following Items". I definitely did not cancel this order. Then I called on Monday to ask for the explanation. The representative seems do not know anything about the system and told me that my billing address did not match to the billing address. This is definitely BS, as the PayPal never shown the billing address to the seller for the security reason. That's the reason people use PayPal, because they don't want a third party company to see their billing information. Although they realized this issue, they asked me to place a new order in order for them to ship my item with the regular price (the promotional price has expired during the weekend). They can't even honor the price although this is definitely their mistake. Seems a fraud advertisement company. Really horrible experience with Sunglasshut.com. I would definitely suggest customers stay away from them, as you might experience one of the worst customer service.

Amazing specialist HI-FI equipment retailer. I've used Superfi a lot recently to purchase and build a music system for our living room. I've purchased a Pioneer amp, CD player, network/streaming player, KEF R100 speakers and Soundstyle Z2ii stands from Superfi. I've purchased online and in-store and had a great experience each time. They are competitive on prices and will try and offer deals in-store which is great.

Ordered and paid for an item (last one) on Monday, was sent an email saying it was being picked then would be dispatched. Tuesday received email saying that due to a ‘stock discrepancy’ they couldn’t fulfil the order and would be refunded. Waited till today (Thursday) for refund back to bank. Have just checked and apparently the item is in stock. That must have known the item was coming back into stock- could they not have asked if I wanted to delay my order for a couple of days? They’ve also had the cheek to keep me on their mailing list. Like I’m gonna buy anything from them again. Clowns.

around 6 week ago I rang Camelot to tell them I had just played Cashword didn’t win so bought and played. Again to get exactly the same card letters keys and no win,,I could predict the next letter as it was exactly the same,I rang them to be informed there was no chance as they are all computer generated and it never does the same one twice,well I fact it does as it happened again yesterday I’ve contacted them and had no response as of yet,this is disgusting and unfair especially for me a paying customer and whoever else has experienced this

Tilly's in Farmington, Utah is horrible. Manger is not helpful and rude. They didn't include all my order and I live in another state. When I called, they did have the remainder of my order THAT I PAID FOR for but they wouldn't refund my money or send the product in the mail. NEVER will I shop here again. No sales people in the store to help. Majorly disappointment in the service and the lack of concern or help from the manager. The manager wouldn't even get on the phone to talk to me, but instead would talk through a sales person making communication extremely difficult. Do not waste your money here. They didn't even apologize for their error.

I went to tillys in Tucson, AZ in the park place mall today to return swimming shorts that I had got for my son yesterday 04/24/2017. They are to small for him so I just wanted to return them. The girl at the counter who is suppose to be a assistant manager haha what a joke but anyway she was rude right from the start. She asked if I had the reciept and I said yes it's in the bag so she takes them out of the bag and says did you wash them in a rude tone in her voice and I said no and then she was smelling them to see if she could smell laundry soap on them and I said I did not wash them he tried them on and they were to tight so he took them off and i put them back in the bag. I then continued to show her the tags were still attached and then all of a sudden she yells at me and says don't touch me. I was like what!!?? She said you touched me and I said no I didn't. She continued to yell at me and argue with me. My finger brushed her hand when I was trying to show her that the tags were still on the unwashed unworn swim shorts. She then said I will call security on you and I said for what and she said for touching me I said go ahead call them cause we will show them the cameras that I didn't do anything wrong to you. She then told me she will not return the shorts and that i needed to go to a different tillys. I told her she is a very bad employee and how dare her treat people like she did. I then asked to talked to a manager and believe it or not she was a assistant manager. I was shocked and I said I can't believe your a manager. She is like 20 years old. I then walked out of the store very upset and angry at what just happened. I will never shop at tillys ever again!!! Don't go to the park place mall tillys they ****!! Also the customer service **** also!!! They don't get any stars from me!!!

I placed my order on December 12th. On December 19th I sent them an email asking about my order status and expected delivery. I was told it might ship by the 24th. No reason or apology was provided. A day later I got a computer generated notice that the wine was "on its way" but was not provided with any further details. At this point, I have no idea if or when this gift order will arrive. It's doubtful that it will arrive before Christmas. Why an order should take 10 days to leave their warehouse is a mystery. They tell you "For your planning, average delivery times from your order date to Texas are approximately 10-12 business days." That is obviously not true. These guys need to get their act together if they want to be a successful company.

I was looking for my son a toddler bed so I looked on Walmart.com on black Friday thinking I would get a deal well I found a great deal on a bed so I purchased this bed I was so excited for my son and show him the picture of his new bed he was so excited I was preparing his room when 3 days later I happened to look at my email they cancel my order due to their stupidity mistake so now I have to look at my son and tell him he is not getting the bed now thanks a lot (HORRIBLE you should be ashamed at yourself I usually do my Christmas shopping there but not again I will not allow you to disappoint me or my child again!

I ordered a 55" TV on Cyber Monday and paid extra to have it shipped by a certain date. I received notification on the date I was supposed to receive the tv that it had just shipped. Contacted Walmart and they said it got shipped late and refunded the extra charge I paid for early delivery. After a week, the tracking notification still said only a label had been printed, but not received yet. Contacted Walmart again. They said the 55" tv was LOST... Then said they would not honor the price and said the only thing they would do was issue a refund. FAMILY CHRISTMAS PRESENT CANCELLED!!! Really a great thing to have to tell your kid!

I reported an issue on my Sky broadband 5 weeks ago (a suspected fault between the local exchange and my apartment) and it hasn't been fixed yet. I am aware that Sky is not responsible for the network but I was expecting them to follow up and urge Openreach to fix it while keeping me informed. I tried to get in touch with Sky but their Facebook customer service is just pointless and I am not allowed to speak to them on the phone because I'm not a key worker. This is not the first time I've had problems with Sky broadband, I had a similar issue with my internet connection before and to be honest, I got fair compensation for it from Sky, however, I'd rather have a stable internet connection than a refund. I am currently very disappointed with the service provided so far, I hope they'll be able to change my mind, otherwise, I will have to change internet provider.

I ordered 12 toilet rolls from CN Direct Biz for £6.99. Wowcher claim these were originally £49.99 which is clearly untrue particularly when they are about a quarter of the size of a standard roll. This was not made clear in the description. This needs reporting to trading standards as this company are trying to profit from shortages at present. I would send these back immediately but do not want to make a 'non essential' trip to the post office at this time. Please beware.

I purchased boots from lastcall.com on four occasions in a one month period. Unfortunately, none of the boots fit. I returned the first two shipments at MY cost as they offered no Smart Label in either shipment. Remember, Amazon and Zappos has a FREE shipment there and back AND credits your account the same day you ship back through UPS. However, in this case I was out $16.68 and $22.47 for the shipments for just trying on their boots!! I later returned the third and fourth shipment that included Smart Labels - why these particular boots had labels included is a mystery. Later, I noticed I was getting a bill from my NM credit card, but thought nothing of it thinking It would be corrected as maybe not all shipments had reached them. The second month cycled through and still no credit on one of the returns. I was left with over a $300.00 bill and have NO boots in my possession. When I called customer service the first rep. stated that was "not our problem". Really? The boots were shipped back to your company and it is not your problem? I called back again and the second rep. stated I should have called and told them right away. How did i know they did not give credit right away? The third rep. I called stated she was appalled by the first two reps. and would issue a gift card as a courtesy through my e-mail. No gift card was issued. I have to file a complaint on the NM credit card which is beyond ridiculous. I have spent countless wasted time on their issue. Did an employee in the Last Call Returns Dept. steal the boots and I am to pay the bill for them? I wonder. I searched through all my UPS and USPS receipts and went back to UPS and the Post Office to make sure I had the correct tracking numbers. I did on ALL returns. Even when I told the reps. I had tracking numbers they did not ask for the numbers. Why? I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH NEIMAN MARCUS OR LAST CALL AGAIN. Please be aware of how they treat customers. It is unheard of in today's market, especially with professional competition that offers free shipping and returns and prompt credit on accounts. For the price this company charges, how do they intend to stay on business with no high prices and no inferior customer service. Neiman Marcus, get in the modern world and start paying attention to your customers, how your reps. treat customers, and update your archaic system!!

Today, 24 August 2019, I tried to return a dress that did not fit that I ordered online. I returned the dress to Neiman Marcus LastCall's brick & mortar store. The sales lady called Neiman Marcus LastCall's online customer service to get my refund and was told that I couldn't return it because it was after 30 days. The sales lady responded that the item is well within the 30 days and I should receive my refund. Neiman Marcus LastCall.com refused to refund me for the dress and said "no, we'll only give her a gift card". The sales lady kept apologizing saying "I'm sorry they won't give you your money back; you've done nothing wrong". Neiman Marcus LastCall.com is dead to me. I will never spend my money there again.

I signed up for the 7 day trial and cancelled before the 4th day. So i wouldn't be charged. I received a $30 charge today causing my card to hit the red. It also charged me 3 over draft fees because i was in the process of fueling up at my local gas station. I need that fee returned to my card asap. Please contact me via email or on my cell phone.

I received my treadmill last November and it has preformed flawlessly since. Keep pivot points lubed to prevent any squeals or groans. Easy lift. Good fan and speakers. The 10% incline and 10mph speed are more than enough for anyone less than the most serious runners. Being a value priced treadmill that shouldn't be the goal here. This is the perfect treadmill foe getting and staying in shape! !

Ordered FIFA 20 on the 28th of September, on there website it states item will be delivered in 1-3 days. I've sent emails out in which I haven't had a reply back from them til now. I've had to call them today (10th October) and they gave me some stupid response about their policy stating they can't do anything until after 14 working days in which then they can refund/replacement. DO NOT ORDER from these man from the qways ends. Lady on the phone had the audacity to tell me 'we don't play games'... Dutty gyal kmt.

First, I was told that the free lenses promotion was going to last up to a certain date by a sales representative. Then Gaffos created a new sales promotion and terminated the free lense promotion prior to the date I was given. Fortunately, the Gaffo representative that I spoke with was able to get me approved for the free lense promotion if I placed my order that day. I placed my order through the free lense promotion. However, I received a subsequent telephone call within which I was informed that the frames that I had selected were mistakenly described as being eligible for prescription lenses. In other words, I was offered an opportunity to select other frames. However, I was so disappointed that I chose not to place another order. I had searched long and hard for frames that I liked and was so disappointed that I just could not go through that effort again.

Purchased a Whirlpool USA F/Freezer £900 in 2009. It was replaced after 1 week and then repaired again and still malfunctions. Not a good purchase. The bottom shelf then fell of the door and the lid of a storage compartment cracked. The quality is very poor. I contacted Laskys and asked for an inspection. The emails I received from them treated me like an idiot it was the the typical response from amateur customer service reps. I complained to the dept head and she was rude and very unprofessional. I was told that the items were subject to fair wear and tear and weren´t covered under the 12mth warranty and that was that and basically clear off. They are hiding all of their responsibilities in the terms and conditions small print. Do not buy anything from them even if they appear cheaper the guarantee is useless. My local Trading standards are now pursuing the matter. Laskys Customer service reps are unprofessional and ill mannered and I´m surprised that the owners COMET haven´t sorted them out. For the past ten years I've ordered calendars (in the form of a spiral bound booklet) from Docucopies. This is a family photo calendar, a small order of about forty copies that my mother sends out as Christmas gifts. Despite our best efforts, we always seem to be late getting the order placed, but Docucopies has always gotten the job done for us... On time, every-time! The customer service staff has been great to help - any time it is needed. They know what needs to be done and always make sure that the order is correct and our calendar is arranged properly. I know this is a small order for Docucopies, but they always make me feel like I'm the most important customer they have. Thanks Docucopies! For making this little project a success for us - every year.

I wrote to them: I received my 20 Thujas the other day. When I opened the box, the newspaper was not wet and the soil in the pots were dry and soil had spilled everywhere. I gave them water and planted them. I've noticed the ends of the top of the Thujas are discolored now. I would like to know what the resiliency of Dry-Rotted Thuja's are? I would have expected better care with the shipment. What is your guarantee policy if any of these Thuja's do not survive? They wrote: Can you take a picture so we can assess them? Did you take a picture of the box when you opened the shipment? I responded back with a picture of one the discolored thuja's. They never responded. Never again with this company and hopefully my experience will prevent other buyers on choosing them.

I included the phone number of the recipient on my order thinking they would use it if no one was home at delivery on Friday. Flowers were left on the doorstep and the neighbor ended up picking them up and taking them home. Because they were left outside for so long the flowers were wilted when my daughter received them on Saturday. For the cost of $59.95- not a good value.

If you are looking for a good host, with excellent support and all at reasonable prices then Hostingsource is the way to go. Great pricing. I am already planning on upgrading my subscription. As far as I have seen my site has 99.9% uptime. I use it for a light duty personal webpage and would use this decent web host for future web projects. Online support always available, very helpful, kind and above all quick!

Purchased Goji earphones (a brand part-owned by Dixons) from Dixons Travel Gatwick airport. Sadly, turned out to be faulty (loose connection) when I opened them up on the plane. After holiday, politely emailed customer services expecting quick resolution (see Dixons fake promise about 'Easy Return' below!). Instead, was faced with aggressive, rude customer service reps. EVENTUALLY... After an email chain where customer service pumped out copy-and-paste replies designed to 'dead end' customers into giving up, was told to 'return item to Gatwick airport' and they MAY "consider" (!) a replacement. WOW, so generous of you! What, so you want me to fly back to Gatwick airport just to return some headphones?! Er, no. Clearly unfair – and NOT what they say on their website (See fake Our Promise section entitled "Easy Returns"!). Offered to post them, was told 'No, because we can't verify your purchase because we don't have access to retail computer system – online online'. Told them I already verified the purchase in the very first (polite) email I sent! The rep - an aggressive, rude woman called Katum – simply ignored what I was saying. IN THE END... I asked for the name and address of the correct DSG entity so that I could take them to the small claims court in the UK (CCBC). Katum told me, "We are all the way in South Africa, there is no address we can give you." I said that was totally unfair and clearly not the way Dixons would want to treat customers with a complaint. After five further minutes on hold, I was again told "We cannot give you any address". ESSENTIALLY... the point of Dixons customer service is to frustrate customers with excuses such as 'no access to systems' and 'We are all the way in South Africa, so you need to fly back to Gatwick Airport to return a pair of headphones'. To expect people who buy from Dixons Travel Gatwick to return there in the event of a fault is clearly ludicrous and unfair! Dixons Travel, I look forward to seeing you in the small claims court. THIS IS THE GARBAGE DIXONS TRAVEL PUBLISH ON THEIR WEBSITE: "If your product develops a fault during the remaining guarantee period we’ll provide a prompt and professional resolution." – Sorry, but you need to REMOVE THAT CLAIM unless you're willing to at least try and live up to it!

I really love the instructors Steve Eulberg and Jim Deeming for learning beginner, and some of the artists are good for furthering your skills. I think it is good that you can talk to a live teacher if you are having trouble. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to play the guitar. Very affordable.

I paid for their anti virus software. I ran it. I then checked and saw that it had indicated issues but did not CLEAR them! I tried to contact them but couldn't. I left two messages on their FORUM in the ANTIVIRUS section and got two emails telling me to read the fine print at the bottom! WTF use is that? I bought this software to protect my laptop and to rid it of any viruses, malware and trojans! I expected that it would do that! I did not expect that I would be forced to become a programming specialist! I did not expect that I had to read volumes of information. What I expected was that I could plug this software in WHICH I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR and that it would remove any threats. So far, I still have a TROJAN or TWO and these people won't help me! So I suggest you not buy them. I am going back to NORTON because of the lack of customer support and the stupid emails telling me to read the f'ing fine print!

I bought 160 pound draytek 2762vac modem/router from them (supposed to be a good brand), mind that I live in Greece, the router stopped synchronizing to the wan all of a sudden after a couple of months, I returned it and asked for a replacement, they told me that they wouldnt replace it but fix it, I was kinda infuriated by that because I did not trust their "repair guy" and wanted an trustworthy and they seemed to finally agree to replace it via the returning it to the company... because it took so long for them to repair it (back and forth asking for the status of the RMA) I decided to buy a replacement router locally, then after some time they told me that they fixed it!! I was dissapointed and told them that I spoke with the manager lady (cant recall her name ) and that she told me that she will replace it then after a few back and forth phone calls she agreed to return me the money and I told her that I would like to get an other more expensive draytek model (which was at the time out of stock) obviously by adding the extra cost from my side and told her that it doesnt matter I would wait (since I already have bought a replacement locally) I also gave them a list of potential modem/routers by draytek that I would be interested in (and for some reason all were out of stock despite being a mix of brand new a 1 to 2yo product SKUs) and told them to mail me if something gets in stock and dont worry if it takes some time, anyway after a month with 0 communication I found my old draytek (NOT a replacement unit) in my mail box and I was just dissapointed (I would give 3 stars if it had been only that) but the icing on the cake was (partially my fault for not testing it out because I didnt consider them to be that incompetent or scammers and also mainly because I already had a bought a replacement locally and did not need it) that once I tried it out (wanted to install it in warehouse which did not have internet access untill then) it just did NOT WORK, so they didnt fix it BUT THEY MADE IT WORSE (because when I sent it to them for RMA it just couldnt synchronize, probably some fault on the modem side but was perfectly working as a router and the USBs worked an everything else) now I cant even log in (obviously tried to reset it and to flash the firmware etc I am technicall and know my networking I tried even to ssh into it which worked but couldnt retrieve the logs) once I log into the router it just doesnt load the page(well only some HTML links which dont work such as "HOME" but anything else is grayed out and it has no leftside menu as it should), then the router crushes and then it shows me the login page again.... Not doing what you promised is one thing, but returning the item in an even faultier condition is just a scam! Mind that there couldnt possibly be the postage carrier's fault cause it was safe in its original box which didnt appear to have any external damage also the router is in perfect cosmetic condition... just shame on you 150 pounds wasted.... Thank god for brexit... (love you guys in england and the country in general but as far as customer service goes here in the EU we have 2 year warranties and if something especially small devices turn out to be faulty especially in the first months we get a brand new item back no questions asked! I bought it from them only because they were like 30 pounds cheaper including postage compared to buying it locally but I why they are cheaper and regret doing business with them, they seem big that's why I kinda trusted to buy from them but they are either a fake outlet that pretends to be big and is actually a small brick and mortar store or they just dont care about servicing small time customers... but they gladly accept their payment .... shame on you! )

I have used this company over a number of years to supply Wifi and network equipment. They consistently have the best prices for equipment and always have plenty of stock. They have been very helpful on the odd occasion they have been out of stock. If I had one minor criticism, I have had a couple occasions over the last few years where dispatch has been a bit slow but it has not put me off using them and usually there is no issue. Overall, I would recommend this company and I will continue to use them whenever I need Wifi/network equipment.

I bought several things in an order at octilus.dk and received, among other things, the two identical mobile phone pouches I had ordered. It turned out that the bags was not working, when the mobile phones continued to fall out of them, the bag could not be closed, and in one of the pouches, the pocket for credit cards did not work. I contacted octilus per. email in Danish and found out that I had to write them in English, as their business apparently is in Spain. I explained my situation and wrote, that I wanted some other products. After several e-mails, where they eventually sought photos of errors and a description of it, I answered with ten photos and a description. It was May 24, 2015, ie almost six weeks ago and I have not heard from them since. I have subsequently written to them three times, but I do not expect to hear from them again and now I have two products that I can not use! It is simply too poorly and tacky !! I would not recommend this company to anyone !!

I started the process online and once I received my offers I stopped the process until I had some time to look everything over before moving forward. I received calls from two different support people asking if I was having trouble with my application, I replied that I was waiting until the weekend to review everything. They both said to give them a call if I had any questions or needed any assistance. So the next weekend I looked over my app and could not find it online so I called and a very nice lady helped me retrieve my application. She then helped me get everything I needed sent online so Prosper could make a decision. Once they had all the information they needed it was only about 3 min wait before I received my acceptance notice. At that time she explained how the funding process worked and gave me an approximate date (3 to 5 working days) I should receive the funds in my bank. I received the funds 3 days later in my bank account. Couldn't be happier with my experience.

I have been waiting for a refund of more than £200 for goods that were returned and received by this company on 29 August 2017. They don't respond to emails and rarely answer the phone and when they do answer calls, they lie about refunds. I have waited 2 months and still haven't received a refund, so I have incurred interest charges for a refund that should have been processed at least 6 weeks ago. I will now have to pursue a claim under the Consumer Credit Act through my credit card provider. I am very angry. There are plenty of reliable internet retailers, but Slapiton definitely is not one of them. Avoid this company

Bad experience today with Shopatron as the service provider for a Canadian retailer, Home Hardware. The retailer's website is not synced with the Shopatron website, so IDs and passwords are not maintained. Talk about confusion! I now know enough to go durectly to the Shopatron website to get order status. I'm unable to see my account or orders via the retailer site at all. Amazingky, the order went through, but Shopatron's support of the retailer is severely lacking.

Emailed customer support for 4 days running before I got an answer. apparently they couldn't just track my order through the booking reference (?) and asked for all details I gave them. Emailed it numerous times before I got a reply asking for the exact house number last week(I'd given a house name and postcode still not enough apparently). I emailed a reply and asked that the order be cancelled and my card refunded. I've now sent it numerous times and still no answer, refund or flowers. What a joke...but an expensive one at £25 for a twig.... Not value for money. Don't waste your time or money...was told by fineflora that the poorly looking twig was normal quality for a natural product. Save your money. Go to a garden centre!!!! I’ve ordered from here for years and usually it’s been fine, but this year they sent me the wrong lenses. I messaged them and I never got a response. After a few days, I didn’t want to bet they’d make it right so I made a new order for the pair I wanted with expedited (2-day) shipping. This was 8 days ago and today I have nothing. An “order processed” email came 4 days after I ordered but with no tracking number. Basically, if something goes wrong, you’re probably not going to be able to get ahold of anyone. It’s a small company that probably gets 90% of its business the same time each year, so not really a shocker. Up to you if you want to take your chances.

My experience with this company was OK for several years but it's gone down hill. -4 stars for receiving subscriptions 3-4 months after sign up, swapping to a totally different magazine without notification, in the past they never returned the follow up call as promised when I had an issue (said within 3 days) and now I see they completely eliminated their customer service line. How can you solve issues via email? This is BAD!

Walsall Store Visited today (25/10/2019) during my lunch break to collect an on line order so was pushed for time. Tried on & kept 3 of the items but wanted to exchange the 4th for another design. Both female assistants (especially the blonde one) on the till were unprofessional and unhelpful saying the exchange could not be done unless I paid a further £3.60 for an item of the same price, which should have had 20% off. They then offered me my 10% bonus off instead but but then said that couldn't be done either. The manager was called and completed the transaction without any delay even though the blonde assistant kept saying you won't be able to do it!. Unprofessional, rude staff. They could do with some customer service training. Manager was the opposite so, thank you to him. He was calm, professional & treated me with respect

I have nothing bad to say about the users (buyers/sellers), most of them (9/10) are really nice and professional. The company (Tradera) on the other hand.....OMG! Once the buyers have paid it can take months to get your money and Tradera with lie right in your face about the reasons, they have no shame. It's is definitely not the same company as 10 years ago. Beware, they do not hesitate in sending you false invoices and hoping you will pay due to scare tactics. -------------------------------- Swedish -------------------------------- Handla/sälj inte här längre, det är inte längre samma företag som tidigare. Människorna som säljer/köper där är OK eller till och med bra men Tradera som företag har en helt annat mentalitet nu. De skickar bluff-fakturor och betalar ibland inte ut pengarna som man sålt för. Having found a great deal online, I ordered my item... The item hadn't arrived after a few days and the 'schedule your delivery' button did not work on the automated tracking email. After getting stuck in a phone loop multiple times and after much Googling I found a number for the correct depot. If you've ever tried contacting Northampton Geodis you'll understand how tricky this is. They were very pleasant and helpful and advised when the parcel would arrive. So I waited 2 days at home for it (after the second day being told there had been an accident). Being that I work, and couldn't waste another day, Geodis recommended I pick a designated day that week, which I did... HOWEVER... Update (1 day later - 3 working days late): Have just had a David Lynch moment and received a notification saying that my parcel has been signed for, by 'myself' however I have not been home all day (this was not my 'new' designated delivery day). I will not be happy if this has been left with a neighbour as it clearly states to check the item thoroughly. Very stressful experience thus far. Update (later that evening) Well... Not to worry, it wasn't responsibly left with a neighbour as I just got home to find my £750+ digital piano hanging out, on my doorstep (in South East London) in the drizzle, in full view of any Tom, Brian or Harry, with the name of the product on full display and the box battered like a good piece of Weymouth cod. After unpacking the piano, everything seems to be ok, however it does sound a bit like soggy bagpipes, hopefully this will resolve itself as it dries out. A lesson learned. Buying stuff from Woodbrass.com is ok, however good communication, customer service and peace of mind are not included in the price. The courier company that Woodbrass.com use (GEODIS) are TERRIBLE. If you hope to be able to contact customer services, give up now. If you want your goods dropped on your doorstep for all to see, whatever the weather, go for it. Bonne chance.

To add to the excessively long wait for my purchase and the exceptionally useless customer service I also had to pay over £5.00 in call charges for the privilege of speaking to them about issues of their making as they use a high-cost per minute (0845) service number. On balance, any of their apparent purchase deals are outweighed by long delivery times and the worryingly poor customer service. They are also not in the UK.

Well they reside in the UK and I live in the US and their shipping info is ver confusing. I went through the check out and the website said my order would be delivered in 5-8 business days. Well, on the 8th business day, and it hadn't arrived, I emailed them and got no response. So on their website they have an option to track your order so I put the info in and it tells me it was dispatched and that it would arrive in 8-12 business days, totally opposite from when I checked out. So, I waited until the 12th day and still nothing, there number online doesn't work, so I emailed them waiting to get a reply. I have emailed them 3 separate times hopefully I get a response. They were quick to bill us, they actually billed us twice, I don't know if that was their fault or our bank because the second bill went back into our account. When I emailed them about that all of a sudden the money was back in our account and they emailed me back on that but not to where my contacts are. So I don't know how it is if you like in the UK or anywhere else, but if you live in the US I wouldn't order from them, it doesn't arrive when they say it will, and then they ignore you. I'm starting to think maybe I got scammed, and I really wanted those contacts.
