Ordered a pair of shoes from this site, they came very quickly and update emails were sent with the deluvery status. The shoes didn't arrive in brand new condition, I contacted customer services and they were super helpful, immediately offering to replace the shoes. It was resolved quickly and I am now a very happy customer. Would have given 5 stars if shoes had been in perfect condition as they are really comfortable and excellent quality workout shoes.

I have been deeling the person called eric(hamyue) he arranged pilgrimage package for me I was not happy with hotel I paid extra £605 for a hotel because I was going with my children I choose near to Makkah he send me confirmation I was agree because hotel was very close and 5* I was going 13 February and he rang me 12 February and said me I upgrade you hotel and giving you better hotel I said I don’t want best I want which is I already choose .He was so upset he was pushing me that you should agree that you are happy to change the hotel I said I don’t want to change he try his best till end than I was flying from Manchester I was litterly cry that why without my permission he change my hotel and also paid a lot of money why I am staying in cheap hotel without me permission he send me new reservation I was crying he said to me I can’t do any thing now it’s happend you can talk to maneger I talk to maneger he also blackmailing me that if you don’t want it go where you want we don’t want your money back we don’t change your hotel tHis company is totally fraud please please do not choose them I will now request saudia defate hajj take certificate back because in the name of Allah they trapping people and do the fraud

My flight was cancelled and the agent tried fobbing me off with a voucher or a date change as the airline does not give refunds. I contacted the airline who informed me this was not true and that the agent should issue me my refund. The agent has now told me 9 months wait time

Sent home from my last Morson contract with a days notice. Since then 2 weeks with no income (no assistance from the government either) Don’t know when I’ll start again. No contact from Morson, no suggestion of alternative work or even a quick phone call saying ‘Hi, how are you doing?’ Very disappointed, expected a little more from you.

They asked me to write a review, for an item I should have received on Wednesday but didn't, then I should have received it today, but I haven't, and both times i have received an email from the logistics company telling me they can't find my fridge that I ordered. Appliance Direct have no idea what's going on and have been very poor with communication. I would just like my fridge delivered or a full refund, but until Appliance Direct and their delivery company learn to communicate properly I fear I will receive neither. Poor show on customer service, I know things go wrong but it shouldn't be the customer who is doing all the chasing yet still completely in the dark. Stay safe all.

I had a great experience with travel force transport.

This was our 2nd time using travelforce for our transfer to an airport. Both times they have been very punctual and polite.very professional. We will use them again.. Their prices are very competetive. Highly recommend.

Like others I checked Glow Green's Trust Pilot reviews and they seemed to be a mix of good and bad. However my experience was excellent. A very reasonable price and good communication throughout including aftercare. The engineer (Tommy Turner) was very thorough, explained every thing and completed a very good installation of my new boiler. Very pleased and happy to recommend Green Glow to others.

Well, this is efficiency at its best. I am generally a cautions person when it comes to give praises but I won't be shy here. From the quotation to the installation it was all a breeze. Needless to say that when your boiler has given up you are very much hoping that you can get a resolution in the shortest of times. This is exactly the experience I had. I booked my appointment on the Thursday and by the Monday of the following week I had a shiny new boiler set up and running. I would like to draw attention to Paul, the engineer who came to do the work. He was ponctual, courteous and professional. I really felt he knew what he was doing and he delivered above and beyond. Worst Warranty Provider. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR TRAP Bitter Customer Experience. Motor Easy Learn to Value your Customers. To start with my complaint, it is not even about a warranty claim rejection. I would not go this far as that's something I would still consider. My car was absolutely fine. Motor Easy broke my car as part of the preliminary health check. Motor Easy did not handle my car with enough skill and Care and for NO Fault of mine I had to pay 2800£. All I did was to take my car for health check as instructed by Motor Easy, just for this I had to pay 2800£. Are these MotorEasy’s values and principles? Motor Easy sold me a warranty plan for my Car (Registration Number : AV63 HLN). For the warranty to start, motoreasy asked me to take my car to Halfords for a health check. Motor Easy arranged and paid for this health Check. 28 Apr 2022 - I took my car in the morning to Halfords and was asked to leave it for a health check. Halfords did the checks and confirmed the car was absolutely fine and passed the Health check. When I went in the evening to collect my car the car had a Dashboard warning for faulty Airbag and suspension issue on one side of the car. I asked the Halfords manager about the warning light and I was told that when they finished the health checks they couldn't get the car to start so they jump started the car and that caused the warning lights to come up. They said if I wait for sometime they will have this fixed. I waited for another hour however, they were not able to fix the issue. Halfords then told me that there is nothing to worry about and that the car is fine, it's just the warning lights which they will have a BMW expert come in and fix the issue. I waited for them to call, however, I did not receive any call back from them. In the meantime, I had raised complaints with motor easy as well. However, no solution provided I was asked to just visit other garages all of them said only BMW can have this fixed. By this time my MOT was also due and the MOT failed due to an airbag fault. NOTE : For the aforementioned facts mentioned by me, as evidence I have a call recording proving that the car had no issues when it went to Halfords and all while they were doing the Health checks. The fault occurred because of something their engineers did after the health checks were over and they were trying to get the car out. The Call recording is attached. 22 Jun 2022 Motor Easy told me that they will pay for the MOT failure and if I can take it to BMW and get a quote. BMW after a few days gave me a quote of Dashboard airbag fault and Suspension issue. BMW confirmed that the Airbag control unit was totally faulty and the car is not safe for Road use. They also confirmed that the Airbag control Unit failure was and can not be caused due to anything to do with Battery Faults (I have this as evidence on email from BMW). I was without car for more than 3 months at this point and i had shared the estimates with Motor Easy and I did not get any response from them and I wasn't able to keep BMW on hold for the repairs also a motor easy agent over call mentioned that I can take the car to BMW and have it repaired and claim the costs later. However, now I have been told that the airbag unit is not covered in warranty and for Suspension coil they did not approve the repair. Just a point to highlight here is that I have emails from Motor Easy where they told me that they are talking to Halfords to have the cost reclaimed, however, they later as final response came back that the airbag control unit is not covered in warranty. They have given me conflicting statements and I have emails for all this including the audio call recording to prove my case. Please I need a resolution to my case as I am a working class man to support my family and pay mortgages. Cost of 2800£ a month has totally made me financially unstable and that's just the cost to garage I had to dole out additional money as I was left without car.

I sent pictures for 3 different damages on my car assuming it would be treated as 3 separate claims (as they are quite far from each other), ony approved a repair for £150 that barely covers the biggest damage.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Never received my 100$ order and they never refunded me. They say there’s a tracking number but it’s fake. They say they will refund you but they don’t and they cannot provide any billing information to prove that they have refunded you. Then they magically disappear and never respond again.

Ordered some tick medication for our dog. Everything went ok - the product showed up about a week later than we were advised it would, but not a huge deal. What was annoying was the inability to obtain a courier / mail tracker number to see where things were as they were running late. I did leave a message for the seller, but never heard anything back.

I ordered custom sticker sheets. They have a pretty decent sized white border, and was told by customer service that it's due to the shrinkage in the stickers. I understand that, what I don't get is why the other issue I had, which i had pointed out, didn't get addressed and was completely ignored. I provided pictures of the stickers clearly showing unclean cuts on the kiss line. The cuts were either uneven, or unfinished. I wasn't told anything about that part of the issue, just the huge white border was addressed and the unclean, unfinished and uneven cuts were completely ignored. I was told that since this was normal they couldn't address it. These stickers are product that I can't sell at full price like this, so I'm losing money on this. I like the quality otherwise but won't order again.

Very poor communication on shipping of orders. Ordered around $5000 of product and the order estimated ship dates were a full week in discrepancy, hadn't even left their production into UPS until days after the estimated final delivery date. Even then, the orders showed up partially. I still haven't received a portion of the order which was due to arrive on May 8 and it is now May 19, and it still hasn't shown up yet with "1 business day shipping". Product itself seems OK, but shipping timelines/production timelines are a joke, sadly. They hadn't even told me there would be any holdup until I reached out myself. Doubt i'll use this vendor again. Just communicate, that's all. Not too hard.

Bought xnspy but it didn't work. I am busy with ticket number 7 now and each time they ask for screen shots and close the ticket so you have submit a new ticket. Now the 10 days have passed and they refuse to refund. Don't waste your money you only get a program that don't work, an incompetent support and a lot of money down the drain.

They don't really offer a 10-day refund. At least not in my case. This is day 10 for me and I have requested a refund 5x due to the service being unable to pull the promised data and locking the monitored user's Apple account. They completely ignore my requests for a refund and every time just refer me to support articles or tell me to try again.

I have gotten around 10 boxes or so and at first it was minor issues like missing garlic or missing recipe cards, etc. Small issues but nothing major that I couldn't work around. When I reached out to customer service about missing ingredients I never got a response. (This was long before COVID-19). Starting in March my boxes started being delayed by a few days. I understand as they sent out an email regarding possible delays due to Covid-19 however it is inconvenient because I buy these meals because it makes meal planning for the week easier. It really defeats the purpose for me when I don't know when my meals will arrive. The latest box I got was 5 days late. I was missing a meal entirely, the ravioli was split open and unusable, the eggplant and tomatoes were rotten, and the yogurt and whole grain mustard exploded all over the box. The only salvageable items were the meat and a few other miscellaneous items. I tried calling customer service immediately and it said they weren't taking calls and I'd need to reach through the website or app. I sent an email detailing all my issues and letting them know I wanted my money back and to cancel my subscription. The next day I got an automated email telling me my account had been discontinued. I never received a response or a refund and the concerns I had were not even addressed. I use several meal delivery services (Home Chef, Hello Fresh, and Blue Apron) and they are all a thousand times better. Issues arise and that is understandable. Forgotten ingredients, delayed deliveries, damaged product can happen with any of the companies. However with Marley Spoon it happens EVERY DELIVERY and what makes it worse is their customer service couldn't care less.

Very upset. Received a box with one strip of tape -on one side, so the box was opened. All the proteins were thawed, everything was sweating. Cant eat any of this for food safety concerns. What a waste.

Medical examinations were conveniently local and performed in a very professional manner. Was excited to put a new stereo in my 2020 Tacoma. Put in my information and loved how everything was recommended for what was needed for the install. Shipping was very fast since I am on Guam. Got my products in 4 days. Got everything out of the box and started to connect all the wires and when it came the time to plug in everything the new stereo did not turn on. Took about 2-3 hours for the wiring and what not. Come to find out that my vehicle was not listed on the steering wheel interface that was needed for my install. The pins on my factory harness did not match the pins that came with the wiring harness. All in all please be sure that what harness are recommended for vehicles actually work cause in the end I was not able to complete my install and still do not have my new radio working. For my first experience using Crutchfield it was not the best.

Nothing to complain. may be one thing to complain: I ordered a 9U wall mount rack and it came with NO hardware to mount to the wall. I now have to figure out the hardware to mount it.

In fact, I was shopping, put some stuff in my cart for an order but waited a day. In that 24-hour time period 2 of the items in my cart had gone out of stock. Be patient, be understanding, and more important be realistic about your expectations during these times.

This is our second Valiant boiler and was recommended and supplied by a Valiant authorised installer. After significant building works had been completed the original boiler was inadequate so we upgraded and have been really impressed with the new and more modern product. As careful as I try to be, this site poses as the airline name with "esky" added in URL. After making my first of 4 reservations, I realized I was on the wrong site. I immediately called to cancel (within 30 seconds of making the reservation). The very accented and difficult to understand rep said it was within the 48 hour grace period and processed the cancellation. I was relieved and about to hang up when he informed me that, "oh wait, I forgot to mention that there will be a $33 cancellation fee." I said, "I went to the wrong site and made this 30 seconds ago." He said there was nothing he could do about it. My card was charged immediately but no confirmation emails for either the reservation or the cancellation ever arrived. I did see the refund posted the next day, but now the cancellation fee was $46. I plan to dispute this with my credit card company as soon as the charge is fully processed. The site is deceiving with the name of the airline as part of the URL. This seems to be a company outside the U.S. that acts as a broker making reservations for all airlines and adding a fee to do it. Why would anyone want to do that when you can go directly to the airline, avoid the fee and the deception and make your own reservation? Very bad mistake on my part. I will be even more vigilant in the future with online purchasing of any kind. The scammers are getting too good at this. We need to be smart too.

Don't fall for it. These guys exist for one purpose, to gain access to you funds and try to pry as much as they can from it. In my personal experience, they are downright offensive. Zero customer service. Oh, they'll respond to your email, but only enough to ask for money. Don't expect any real correspondence. The price they quoted was not honored, the flight was never actually booked, and they've refused so much as proper communication much less any chance of an honest accounting. The very definition of a con.

Total stitch up with the failed warranty system, The Burleigh store wanted an extra $60 to replace my failed 4mth old "Keen"shoes because they were purchased on sale for $180 and the RRP is $240. Product is not accurately described on their website. They do not fit properly. Purchased a hat that should be for a child not an adult. When returning they charge 40% of the cost of the hat for a return label. I emailed and they told me nothing they could do. Terrible service. A complete ripoff. Stay away.

Got the usual "additional service charges may apply" message. A few dollars is no big deal as I'd already paid extrafor shipping. Received a message that items had been delivered to shipping company. Then I got this: Hereby I'd like to inform you that the email my colleague wrote to you wasn't correct. We have informed you before that DHL contacted us about the delivery of your order. The duties have not been paid yet. DHL will not return the package to sender if the duties are not being paid. We will not pay for the duties. It has been informed during the purchasing process that the duties are not included in the shipping costs. If the payment will not be fulfilled DHL will destroy your package. And you will not receive a refund. So please reconsider the payment. Please contact DHL about it.

I’ve had no problems at all. The card has been perfect, as has the app. My only comment though is that now FairFX is becoming Equals and we’ve been encouraged to get the new cards, the FairFX cards should be automatically closed down in my opinion. I now have a new Equals card and still an active FairFX card with about 3€ on that I won’t use again

On the last two occasions we did receive the item we won at auction. 1.0 We paid for an item but never received it. We called the auction house twice. They said they would call back - never did. 2.0 May 17th 2020 we won another item that won’t allow is to pay online - we had 48hours to pay but they are uncontactable - phone rings out...no online payment system or email contact.

The quality of all of the clothing I have gotten from Electro threads is amazing. Also, if you ever have to email customer service they have always responded quickly and had quick solutions to my issues.

The towel turned out really good! My only complaint is the amount of time it took to ship and then once it was shipped it didn't move from Miami for 4 business days. It took me reaching out and then it all the sudden started to travel. There were also some white spots on the towel that looked like they didn't take the color as well as the rest.

Loved the mug so much. Best Mothers day present ever! So much better than just a photo mug you can create elsewhere. Delivery also really quick, less than a week which is pretty cool for a custom mug.

I joined Monzo after doing some research to find the best way of spending money abroad. My old bank would charge me extra fees for using my card, using ATMs and then even give me their own exchange rate which was far poorer than the actual one from Visa/Mastercard. Monzo is a far better alternative as they don’t charge these fees and give you the actual exchange rate i.e. the one you find on Google. The app feels very slick and user friendly, which makes it easy to keep an eye on and manage the money you have coming in and going out. I’ve actually now started using it as my main bank and way of spending in the UK too. The customer service has also been excellent, I received a quick and helpful response after contacting them first with a question. It was also a nice bonus to get a free £5 put into my account for signing up first using a friend’s referral link. The worst and MOST USELESS bank I have ever had the displeasure of using. My troubles have been going o for over 2 months. Someone gained access to my account and set up direct debits. I believe 8 payments have left my account without authorisation by me. For last 2 months I have contacted Monzo via the in app chat, telephone conversations and email over 20 times in total. I have spent over 8 hours in these conversations. I have been trying to regain access to my account in order to access my funds and to check in detail what money has left my account without my approval To access my account I have had to verify my identity. So far I have sent over 15 photos and numerous videos. these have been with me and my drivers licence and my passport. I have been contacted by the technical team, 2 managers - 1 rang me at 11.25 at night. Initially my smart phone seemed not to be working with monzo. I have actually tried with 4 separate devices. On the 4th borrowed device the app accepted my photos and video and the member of staff on the phone at the time accepted everything. This took 40 minutes. Anyway after this my app asked me to resubmit my photos and videos. I have had to put up with emails from staff asking me to repeat stuff obviously due to not reading my notes. Monzo must be giving me inaccurate information. This is so so stressful. Today alone I have got emails which clearly show they are not reading what I am saying and over 2.5 hours of my time. Yesterday more time/ It is constant. This is such a rubbish bank when dealing with issues. This company is not equipped to deal with issues. They are saying I cannot do anything without the app. They are telling me to send even more photos and videos of me holding my ID. Monzo CAN I HAVE MY MONEY BACK PLEASE??? THIS IS MY MONEY. THIS IS NOT MONZOS MONEY. Give me back my money. You ahve many many proofs that it is me. My intention is to continue to write bad reviews and to spend as much time that I have wasted on your uselessness on writing reviews allowing people to know. People have written very good reviews about you. I myself gave your company praise in the past. However the real test for your company is not always when things are going smoothly. the test is more how you behave and your abilities when things are going wrong. When things have gone wrong for me (through no fault of my own) you have been a horrible company. You are un able to silve the most simplest of issues. For people who use this bank - yes they can be good, BUT if ever you have a problem similar to me you will see you lose your money and waste hours and hours and even more hours of repeating yourself to them and getting nowhere as well as losing your money. BE VERY CAUTIOUS WHEN USING THIS RUBBISH MONEY HOLDING COMPANY. mONZO PLEASE GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY ...

During the Corona crisis, the flight company offered to change my ticket without any additional costs until the end of this year. However, since I have purchased the ticket through Cheaptickets, I have to request the change with them. Their customer service is never available, take days to answer back and do not provide any means to change the flight, suggesting that I cancel the flight and ask for reimburse (which is convenient only for them because they charge you fees on this process). Worst experience ever. I will never recommend or buy with them again.

If I could give you 0 stars I would happily do so . Booked flights that got cancelled due to Coronavirus . Saudia Airlines told me that the travel agent ( Cheaptickets.de) has to request and process the refund , they said they will. More than 1,5 month later I have no contact and they aren’t replying to emails . What kind of scammers are you. I will take you to court and challenge the transaction with my bank

The faulty odometer on our car was replaced 5 years ago and we told them that the car had done 70k miles but when they checked the last MOT they said that there was a discrepancie as it indicated 27k so I explained that I have informed them of the combined mileage with past MOT documents proving that it was 43k when repaired plus the 27k miles since... They said it need sorting with the dvla? Checked Gov.com website, its only illegal if I had tried to sell it as only doing 27k miles! Thought honesty was the best policy? Evans Halshawe had no problem with it and bought it off me...

READ THIS BEFORE USING MOTORWAY Four Weeks ago I listed my car on MOTORWAY; it sold for £16,567 to SASCRON LTD who viewed the car and agreed to pay the SOLD PRICE. Nearly three weeks after ignoring my phone calls and emails SASCRON LTD negated on the deal. I bitterly complained to MOTORWAY who said they could not force the purchase to go through but would relist the car. Next day I received an email from MOTORWAY stating that the car had been sold for £16,116. Before accepting I called MOTORWAY to ask who the bidder was and they said SASCRON LTD. I obviously declined their bid. MOTORWAY then advised me to accept the second highest offer which was £16,111 from THE WRIGHT CAR COMPANY (AKA WRIGHT BROS LTD) which I did. 6 days later without even contacting me, they decided not to purchase the car. I've had to insure and store the car for four weeks whilst two independent dealers have decided not to proceed with the bids that they submitted to MOTORWAY. The WRIGHT CAR COMPANY called me this afternoon to state that MOTORWAY had deleted their bid from their system and that was why they hadn't contacted me. This is disputed by MOTORWAY who said the bid was still valid. So if you sell your car via MOTORWAY be prepared, as the process is not as slick or as quick as the advertising suggests. In fact knowing what I know now, I wish I had accepted the original offer from Cazoo.

I have lodged a police report that I have been scammed by WorldRemit. I hereby advise everyone to stay away from this scammer. My online fund transfer of SGD$200 to WorldRemit's OCBC bank account in Jun 2019 was withheld. After submitted my ID, an email was sent to me confirming their approval. I proceeded to deposit SGD$200 into WorldRemit's OCBC bank account. But when I logged in to my online WorldRemit account, its stated unverified. As such, I contacted its customers service in Singapore. I was then asked a few stupid questions and the staff abruptly told me my WorldRemit account must be cancelled immediately and with a very stupid reason saying that fund remittance was not allowed. After the tele-conversation was over, I found my WorldRemit account blocked with my funds stuck in it. It was obviously a ploy to induce me to deposit fund after clearing my KYC but later told that my KYC was not successful. Since then, there was not response from WorldRemit. The staff just kept quiet that prompted me to write to MAS to uncover the scam. I have urged MAS to review WorldRemit’s remittance licence and to investigate its unethical way of promoting its remittance services by giving generous referral incentives and eventually lured its customers to deposit fund by falsified approval given online, as an attempt to carry out fraudulent activity.

I made a transaction of money transfer on 3rd of April but after few hour i received an email asking for my ID verification documents and few questions about transaction which i send them on same day and they said once its reviewed we will go ahead with transaction.Next day i received another email asking same question which i reply to again and i rang them to ask whats going on but they don not give me any answer and promise me to ring me back on end of the day but never got a call back.next day on 5th of april they email me again asking same questions again ! i email them and rang them but they said my account is still under review so i said either proceed with this money transfer or refund my money.then same day they email me saying refund process have begun on your transaction however your account is temporarily disabled .so i rang them on 6th of april asking about my refund and they said we don not know when you will get your refund because your account is still under review even tho it was said in email my refund process has begun. guy on the phone was rude and showing me attitude and not let me speak to a manager. they hijacked my money without any reason and not giving it back to me even tho is my money !! if my account is disable i don not care but just give me my nearly 10K back which you holding it without any reason !! Avoid at any cost !!

I have provided my order ID, if I respond to your request for additional information within 5 minutes, why do you make me wait hours??? This is extremely poor service and if you're just going to keep withdrawing money from my account and not even provide the items, why abuse your service like this???

It takes a bit for confirmation of the order. So, have everything ready to verify for a smooth experience. I do appreciate the precautions they take to protect the buyer and seller.
