I don't know what happened to Dodax. It used to be a good seller but since a couple of months ago they turned out to provide a terrible service: more than a month to dispatch an item, some items they don't even dispatch, they don't reply your emails and they don't do the refund of items you have ordered 70 days ago and weren't dispatched (but when you bought them they were supposed to be in stock).

Totally unacceptable service. Goods ordered with a 2 to 3 business working day delivery promise by Royal Mail. After no such delivery Simple Suppers claimed delivery can take up to 8 working days. WHY ? and how do they know this, are they so used to not fulfilling the delivery promise ?

Good service and very happy with products. Descriptions are accurate and good pricing. Website crashes a LOT and I lost out on a discount voucher because of this as it expired before I got the website to work which was the next day. The main thing I dislike is that they use far, FAR too much packaging and keep sending brochures by post even when you ask them not to.

Well the horror stories are true! Ordered a watch to be delivered today. Wasn't dispatched yesterday so I sent an email last night and contacted them by phone when the lines opened this morning (yes their call centre is as bad as people say) and was told there was a payment problem, even though the money has gone from my bank. I then got a reply to my email to say order is processed and it will be dispatched soon. As this contradicted what I was just told I replied to the email and called up again. After waiting forty minutes I was told yep all was fine now and it would be dispatched tomorrow. Great I thought. I checked my emails and had a reply waiting saying it won't be dispatched as problem with payment!!!! Absolutely shocking service. No one seems to know what they're doing and it seems they just say what they can to get you off the line. I have now asked to cancel my order and had an email to say it has been done. Log back in to account and surprise surprise no it hasn't!!!! Now waiting on the phone yet again to find out what the hell is actually happening. I've been next in the queue for 23 minutes now. Funnily enough they finish soon.. Stick to Amazon or literally anyone else.

This company is atrocious! Gorgeous pictures of kids clothing but what came can only be described as made by a child! strings hanging off everywhere, terrible stitching, really bad fit, etc. Just a disgusting item. I've tried 3 separate times to contact them to ask for some assistance because this item is definitely not what I ordered and have been completely ignored! Terrible customer service. And when you've spent $100 AUD on absolute garbage, it's just terrible!

Great quality in products! Quick and efficient customer service, I was charged incorrectly full price for an item that was discounted and they refunded me promptly. I only drop a star because of their return policy: you have to pay postage to return an item. I would think that such a big company would offer free returns.

I actually never know what a real formal dress shirt look like. It does not mean that I do not wear dress shirts. Since my childhood, I have been wearing them, but all of my shirts were bought from off the rack shops that give everyone a pathetic fit. However, my whole perception changed when I dealt with Cerise custom shirts. I recently ordered 2 custom dress shirts and was amazed when I saw versatile designing and styling options available at the site. I customized my shirt and mentioned all my measurements. I was still skeptical about the shirt until I received it. Ultimately, it turned out to be my first experience to wear a well-fitted shirt. Now I love my custom dress shirts and will surly refer my friends to go there.

Very professional team and very pro active. Once initial paperwork had been completed I placed my boat with them on the Friday and on Monday received a phone call to say they had received a deposit for the boat. They explained everything every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them highly.

Well, is an expensive Primark. The order was easy, and the shipping was really fast. The clothes quality are not the best, and one of the dress i ve got, is looks awful, and bigger than the size said. The print is bigger in the dress than in real. And is itchy to wear. Lickily i bought it in a sale, so i not cost too mutch.

Nothing really went wrong as in delivery it’s always been on time however I just find the clothing expensive for what it is .. it’s basically a glorified primark. Clothes are just bad quality. I do use my new look card if in emergency and need to get shoes or like a friend a gift voucher but that’s about it. One wash and THe clothes go to nothing

I have been buying from them for quite a few years. Apart from liking their items the service is quite outstanding. Very pleasant on the phone, quick delivery and their refund system is very efficient. All stages are followed by a confirmation email and should there be a problem they always side with the customer. I can't praise them enough, except to say that their clothes and shoes last and last and washable items wash well.

Well I buy most things online and I had high hopes for this order. I ordered several items for my sons birthday. On arrival one of the tshirts is damaged. I emailed straight away with a photo. I now have to print off the returns label, package it up, drive 6 miles to my nearest post office and then they will give me a refund. When I asked about anything as a good Will gesture they said No. When I asked to speak with the owner, they said they don’t do that. The least they could do is sent an alternative tshirt without damage and offer my postage to be returned. Needless to say with this terrible customer service I won’t be buying again! And my son missed out on a tshirt for his birthday today!

The used fuji x-t1 and lens i ordered was easily tracked on the day of delivery. The package was well protected and the contents were as described. To be honest probably better as they looked like new to me. I've used the wex website before and would not hesitate to use it again.

I have been a client at Skn since 2017. I initially had 8 sessions of half face laser hair removal however it was not very effective and it was found that i had in fact suffered from hair stimulation as a result of the treatment. Skn offered me an additional 6 complimentary sessions however this did not make much of a difference. I was never informed about any potential growth stimulation which has now occurred on my face. Leaving me with 90% more growth than I had to begin with. I have no confidence left as I am absolutely hairy if I had known this would have happened I would not have chosen to proceed with this treatment. Having this issue has added to my anxiety which has put me in a dark place. Skn claim that they discussed this with me during my consultation however i do not recall this. After my course of 8 sessions I was informed that a before and after picture should have been taken before the treatment began, which in my case it was not. This led me to think if Skn were not able to take before and after pictures how could they argue that they had explained the possible adverse impact? I know for a fact that i would not have gone ahead with the treatment if I was informed about the potential hair growth, I was truly made to believe that I would receive amazing results. I believe that Skn consultants should really take the time to go through the pros and cons of their treatments with their clients in consultations. I must say, i am very saddened by Skn's level of professionalism and service. I have had to chase them on a number of occasions for a response to my emails throughout the years. I am still awaiting a reply from them for an email i sent initially on 8th January 2020 despite Skn advising me it will take 20 days to compile a response. Skn have been extremely insensitive to my situation and my self-esteem has been shredded to pieces after this treatment. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND SKN TO MY WORST ENEMY!

Mad how many calls and emails are queueing in the company call centre when so many of the staff are skiving work. A whole team at the back of the office spend all day shouting and screaming when they could help out taking calls or answering emails instead of leaving all the work to the new people

I had a Hoover Washing machine that was 18 months old. It broke down during lockdown and understandably we found it hard to get it repaired. We therefore bought a new hoover washing machine in May. This broke down 1 month ago. It’s electrics have failed and the drum is completely broken. I’ve asked for the machine to be replaced but they won’t even though it failed after only 3 months. The earliest they can repair it is on the 29th September. Appalling customer service. An inadequate product.

I called them today (wednesday 26/02) to upgrade my delivery to be next day delivery and they send me email my package being dispatched instead and said I can’t amend my order. I’m not asking for free, I’m willing to pay extra for next day delivery. They can’t even help with this simple request! The girl I spoke on the phone speak in high voice and over talk me. You are ok buying but when it comes to returns, absolutely shocking service. It’s a nightmare to get a refund, just warn you . Check reviews everyone says the same , if it fits an you like it brilliant. But any faults or anything else . Be warned !!!! When you phone it’s disabled, email is a joke they do reply 2 days later. Awful, awful, awful. I would give no stars if I could. Ordered a silk dress. Paid for next day delivery as I am going away. Didn't arrive next day. Arrived day after. When removed from packaging in an appalling state. It had obviously been worn. Was severely wrinkled and the belt had been tightly knotted. Sent photos to Hobbs. Spoke to their customer services team this morning. My post office is a long way away and always very busy. I am busy packing. I cannot understand why I should be put in a position where I do the quality control Hobbs should have done before sending this out. Then spend ages in post office to send it back to them. Spoke to customer services. If I had at least received a big 'how awful, this shouldn't have happened' what can we do? it would have been ok. Instead I was told I COULD trek to the post office or have it dry cleaned but up to a limit of £25. Lucky me. both requires me to take up the slack for the job they should have done. Asked to speak to the supervisor of the team. She was rude, unsympathetic and accused me of shouting at her (I wasn't). I was, however, extremely angry at this point. All the way through there was complete lack of I am really sorry - it arrived a day late, unwearable, this is embarrassing for us as a company. so sorry. Am now off to the dry cleaners where I have to photograph the receipt for cleaning the dress the should NEVER have sent out. Awful

I bought a pair of training shoes from this guy which didn't fit. This was because he uses what looks like the European sizing system - but which turns out to be a Chinese one - resulting in my receiving tiny shoes. When I wrote him about this his response was that this, "happens with shoes when buying online". I requested a full refund - including return costs which - as I pointed out - are the seller's responsibility under the The Consumer Contracts Regulations. He denied that he had this obligation but promised a full refund on the original order. In fact he refunded only the cost of the shoes and kept back the original postage cost - again contrary to The Consumer Contracts Regulations. His belligerent attitude, refusal to respect consumer law and his falling back onto 'buying online' as a get-out-of-any-responsibility means I for one will never buy anything from this character again - buyer beware!

Terrible! I bought a sword and it was broken. After many attempts of reaching them via both phone and email they send me a replacement and that one was even more broken! I couldn't get it out of the package as the punnel was completely broken. I emailed them and they never got back to me. I emailed back and then they just ignored me saying that they won't give me a refund or a replacement because it is too late. It is not my fault their customer service and products are so terrible. Avoid at all costs.

Buyer beware. My Swag platinum diamond engagement ring lost 2 small stones from its shoulder last weekend. I took it straight to Swag in Kingston upon Thames for repair. Whilst cleaning it Swag made another diamond come out. I was assured it could be fixed & once a quote was worked out the work would be done. The 10 year Warranty unfortunately ran out in 2018. 4 days later I received a voicemail saying they could not fix it & I should collect. Confused and worried I called back. I pointed out that had the ring broken under the warranty they would have to fix it, so why not now when I'm happy to pay? Eventually, the sales rep said it could possibly be fixed if it was sent back to the supplier in the Far East - a process which would take at least 2 months! Swag do not have the skilled goldsmith skills required. I would recommend anyone buying an expensive engagement ring, choose a better quality jeweller with the necessary master goldsmith skills on site to ensure quality repairs when needed. Perhaps a point Swag should tell customers at point of purchase.

My daughter was signed up for a trip through this company. We got an unexpected medical diagnosis that requires surgery. I have spent the past month trying to contact this company to get a partial refund per the agreement. They have not responded to any of our requests. It's very unprofessional and I suggest you reconsider using this company for any trips. We are highly unsatisfied with the lack of communication. Zero stars would be left if I could.

WeTravel has fraudulent tour operators on its website - they do not have any safeguards in place to protect customers and then (unlike most companies) have no ability or willingness to punish or block these tour operators after the fact. I lost more than $3K booking a tour on WeTravel and I highly recommend insisting to any tour operator that they use a different payment portal.

Special thanks to Mike Armstrong who made the impossible possible! We didn’t think we could get the mortgage we needed after two attempts direct with lenders. Mike got us the mortgage we wanted and he was always available, quickly addressing and queries we had. The whole processes was extremely easy from start to finish. There’s an online portal where you can upload your documents and check the progress of your application - you can message them thru the portal too, which makes things very easy. Outstanding service & highly recommended, we will certainly be using them again next time!

FE has the lowest prices for designer brand frames like RayBan and sunglasses online and some great deals on specialist lenses like transitions or tints. I bought a pair of RayBan frames which cost over £200 on the highstreet for just £63 on FE website, well pleased! They also do a fantastic offer: 25% off for you, and any people you refer, making their prices even lower. There's no free delivery but they offer a range of delivery options starting from just £3.99 for 2 day delivery. They also deliver to other countries besides the UK. Delivery is often faster than big highstreet opticians, with fashion lenses coming next day, and prescription glasses in 5-9 days.

Big promo advertising sale of tickets at 7.30am At 7.15am i got into their site and when i went to book, the system blocked, saying system error but 50k tickets had already been sold.Could then not get back in to book until 8.20am when all tickets had gone. Very bad service

They are selling vouchers for Hotels where you are never going to get a room on the nights you want. In the next 8 weeks they have no Saturdays although the hotel has space. You are basically going to pay them money, be nable to use your voucher and they will keep your money. They do not care once they have your money. So be wary that unless you can use a hotel on a night that suits them and are 'very' flexible you probably wont be using your voucher. Cost me £155 for NOTHING

Excellent customer service from Clifford today. Needed new fridge freezer which had to fit into a bespoke unit. He took the measurements and rang me back within 15mins as to what my options were. New fridge freezer delivered and in place within 2 hours. Delivery driver also very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend EH Services. Thanks again Laura

They had a picture of a man as me - a woman always! They listed addresses I never lived at and listed a male's name as an alias. Yet, my name, birthdate, telephone number and a former address were all correct. My present address which was changed at the post office was incorrect. The post office has it, the DPS has it, why doesn't "Been Verified" have it? They claim to use government records.

Spent in excess of £50,000 on one of their games called Mafia Wars. During the 8 years of playing their game, I initially had great support whenever problems raised. However, the last few years the company and game went downhill. The gamers who pay their salaries didnt matter and our voices weren't heard when Things went wrong within the game (things like game bugs, gitches and cheating by players). Eventually, the customer support got so bad, there was many formal boycotts (very public boycotts) and petitions online (of course they were also a ignored). One Might ask, why continue to play their games if things were so bad? Outsiders must realise when players like me or anyone else who invested thousands of real pounds/dollars in their game, we can't simply leave it and stop paying. We hoped for the best but that never happened. Come April 4th 2015, Zynga announced the game shutting down. Everyone who spent money building their game accounts, lost everything with no recourse. I have now vowed to NEVER touch a zynga game again. I advise anyone who do play their games, spend as little as possible so you never feel as trapped as we did. We couldn't leave knowing we invested so much time and money.

Capital One will literally destroy your life. THEY WONT WORK WITH YOU! I worked very hard to build my credit in preparation to buy a small house so my wife and could start a family. I took out a simple 3k limit credit card to build my credit even more when she was pregnant. I knew my credit would take a hit but dropped 60points for a 3k card i didnt even need!! They refuse to acknowledge this is a ridicules hard pull and are fully capable of fixing it (i confirmed). Now, my wife is 20 weeks, and im sgruggling to get a morgage cause of that pull. I went to them for help and after a bunch of calls they will refuse to even try. They ruined all i worked hard for.

When I was advised to get a credit card to boost my rating, this company made it so simple for me. Firstly they didn’t allow me too much, but later, after a period of paying bills on time, my rating improved.

We ordered the Oliver Bunk Beds from the team at Huggle. The product had specific features and there were parts needed that required some more detailed tech spec information on. Huggle went out of their way to help us, speaking to the manufacturer directly and responding within minutes to guarantee we got what we needed. Delivery was exactly when they said it would be and they even fast tracked it to us once it arrived with them! The product, the customer care and service was great and will buy from them again.

I would like everyone to know what a terrible experience I had with this store before placing your order or visiting their stores. I placed my order for my dream cot for my first child, I contacted them before and got reply straight away, delivery for the item was 2-5days. A week later still no news (baby is due soon so this was making me very nervous), I’ve tried to contact them by email, Facebook, Twitter, tried ringing every two hours. No reply. Two weeks pass, still no reply. As soon as I posted bad review, I get a reply. Now they do see my messages which I’ve been asking for days. They say it’s weeks of delay for the product, and because I have posted a bad review they don’t “feel like” sending me the product, so will refund me. After telling them I want the product and not the refund, because I can’t get cot in time from anywhere else, they don’t seem to care, and few days after refunds me. So not just they couldn’t bother to contact me, till I posted publicly about it, they kept my money for 2 weeks, didn’t inform me to order it somewhere else, and said they don’t want to send me my product because I posted about it publicly for everyone to be aware before ordering. I’ve never been so disappointed, because this is not about did I receive another pair of jeans for me, or some useless thing, this was very important to me and now they ruined my dream in this magical time I should feel happy they made me stressed out and upset. Please, DON’T SUPPORT business like this, they don’t care, and are very rude.

Great experience! I was able to easily enter the books I had and the shipping was simple! I didn't know that trees were planted too, so that's another amazing thing that happens when you recycle your textbooks instead of throwing them away!

Fast and efficient. Put your book in one box and drop it at the nearest UPS. After a week I got the money. It wasn't that much, but when I think I saved some trees... it is worth it. Thank you so much
