Mis-sold Warranty. TWG Services, now trading as "TheWarrantyGroup" Hiding behind RAC's good name. Purchased a warranty with my new used car, thought it was with the RAC but it turns out to be administered by TWG Services. I thought that with a reputable company backing the warranty if something was to go wrong then there would be no problems. Obviously conned by the garage at the outset when they told me I had a warranty with the RAC. Radiator has sprung a leak and TWG said its not covered as its a consumable part, on their thinking everything is a consumable part. They don’t want to pay anything to anybody and will use any clause or reason to avoid paying out. Even the garage confirmed that the warranty group dont like paying out. Disgusted with them and the garage I bought the vehicle from (Chorley Group). Don’t have anything to do with either firm and beware of RAC WARRANTIES!! RAC should stop this practise immediately as its bringing their otherwise good name into disrepute. Garages shouldn’t be allowed to sell warranty with a misleading name on front page. So DONT USE CHORLEY GROUP AND DONT BUY WARRANTIES BACKED BY RAC!!

The Warranty Group sold me a Platinum Maintenance and Breakdown Care. My car developed a fault. The warranty Group told me it was covered in my policy. They instructed the garage to dismantle my car to inspect it THEN! the refused to pay. Left my car in bits in the garage!! I lodged a complaint and they have taken 3 weeks so far, no word! Nothing short of thieves.

Client Gear4Music Re Order numberw3391770 invoice wver77d. Today I waited for DPD to pick up my parcel as I was home. They never showed up . I received a text asking to reschedule the pick up-totally useless waste of my time .This is typical for this company (DPD)and I ask why does a great company like yours use these carriers to deliver your goods and tarnish your reputation. I know have to (because you do not offer postal lables) have to walk to my nearest DPD drop off in the cold. Totally unexceptable. Regards

The feedback i got from them - they are not responsible if fragile articles were included in the package. According to them it was all fine. Absolutely ruthless customer service

Zoltan at 365 Astronomy has always been as helpful as possible in all my dealing with them, during the Covid 19 period it was near impossible to find companies with physical stock there was plenty of companies showing in stock but they must rely on drop ship from manufacturers. I had ordered a tripod from one supplier, a telescope from elsewhere chased them after a week to be told they didn't actually have stock placed order with Zoltan @ 365 Astronomy and they arrived next day, highly recommended. I have since bought a ZWO ASI Air Pro from him and yet again delivered as promised and I've seen posts online from other waiting weeks even months for delivery

Avoid, avoid. I rang this company to purchase a focuser. I asked if they did next day delivery and was told they do if it is in stock, he said he would check. Item was in stock, i asked again twice if i would definitely get the item next day, he said yes, i would, it never arrived. I rang again and asked why it hadn't been delivered and was brusquely told by the same guy "i don't deal with deliveries, just emails" and was passed onto the owner who gave no excuse. When it did arrive the next day it didn't fit, apparantly this is common and they sell adapters. It would have been good practice to have asked what scope it was for to advise that i may need an adapter. Sadly it seems these don't follow good practice or live up to their promises. Go elsewhere is my advice.

This was my worst experience with instacart. They substituted many items that I did not like. There were Items that we’re not in the delivery but I was charged for In the original computer input. There was no receipt in the delivery. They usually deducted the items that were not delivered on the receipt. My charge item was exactly what I had listed. So I paid for items I didn’t receive.

Then when you do apply for a writing job you get an email basically saying don’t expect anything. Just terrible waste of time & money.

By far the strongest site I've seen providing a list of great resources like current contests, sometimes free, classes, webinars, podcasts and many industry insider videos. I did the $10 monthly for a while then jumped to the yearly because I saved $20 per year and they offer 4 free screenplay contests with the plan. Pretty fair value considering 4 contests cost me more than $150 a year to enter. Plus all the other free stuff. So, definitely a legit company who really seems to care about the isolation that comes with being home writing along. The ISA team is pretty solid. :)

Disgusting service, asking very intimate questions. And then refuse to send money and block your account so you cant complain. I was promised a call from the manager and never got one. They give a poor exchange rate a tell you it's a set rate, yet Ex give a much better rate, They hang up on you and pretend to be sympathetic. They should be ashamed of themselves. Please do not use this company if you value your money. I provided every document they asked for, even when the questions were intrusive. Ans at the end I lost the property I and my 4 months pregnant wife wanted to rent to live in all because of their lies, we now have to check into a hotel. Azimo blocked me without refunding my money back so I wont be able to contact them, I opened another account and called asking for my refund till now I haven't gotten my refund back and Azimo is still lying to me...  PLEASE DO NOT USE AZIMO THERE'RE BETTER MONEY TRANSFER COMPANIES OUT THERE.

Using this has enabled me to stop taking medication for high blood pressure. I did not give it the full five because the sensor is so finicky and you have to use the tutorial then work to find the sweet spot. I also learned the sensor can't go over a bra especially a sports bra.

Worst mistake I made. Driving a Mercedes equipped with AirMatic suspension should be a comfortable and soothing experience. After all, the smooth ride of a fine German luxury car is legendary! But as these vehicles age, the active air suspension system develops malfunctions. Here's my mistake, I replace this luxury ride for the Strutmasters conversion. Strutmasters conversion kit took a beautiful and enjoyable driving luxury automobile to that of a Dodge. Strutmasters didn't want to help and tried to avoid the issues I have at all costs. I can no longer enjoy my Mercedes to the point that I’m replacing the entire system back to the original Mercedes airmatic. The lack of customer service the fact they don’t care about you after the sale plus the crappy parts, wrong ride height, noise coming from the new parts, the unsafe freeway handling is the only reason to not buy from them ever! Check them out on yelp and other review sights too see just what other people say before spending your money and wasting your efforts.

"I had a problem with my Hyundai Equus Air Suspension and fixing it would be very expensive (Hyundai does not back its flagship vehicles.) I started looking for an alternative. I came up with Strutmasters. I ordered the suspension system and was told it would arrive at my mechanic's shop in three to five days (I'll even give them work days although that was never mentioned).The problems began here. The suspension DID NOT arrive in 3-5 days, nor was it shipped during that 3-5-day delivery window. This went on and on with incorrect updated shipping times. I ordered the product on Sept 10 and it finally arrived on September 28. All in all, my car rental bill, because of Strutmasters, ran over $750. I could no longer keep adding rental expenses given the continued inaccuracies of Strutmasters delivery dates so I traded in my car and bought a new one. When the suspension finally arrived, I returned it to Strutmaster (cost $89 more out of my pocket to ship it back) and was charged a 20% restocking fee by Strutmaster. Really?????? This is after having to pay over $750 in rental charges because of Strutmasters' delays. If you use a company who treats its customers Strutmasters did me, you have to be OUT OF YOUR MIND." Rich

Arhaus has great products, but their salespeople are not great. We were sold a dining set including a wood table and chairs, and also purchased the warranty since our salesperson said it would cover literally any damage. Well, here we are with pet damage to the table and Arhaus and the warranty company are saying they don't cover "that type of pet damage". Would recommend purchasing their products, NOT the warranty. Also, buy online to avoid their pushy salespeople who aren't truthful about things like the warranty.

Arhaus has the most unique and one of a kind items. I LOVE the quality and the ability to customize furniture to fit my home. From the moment I walked into the store until delivery, I was treated with utmost respect. Buying furniture is an investment and something I was stressed out over but Arhaus made it easy. I had a problem with the dining table hardware and the concierge service handled the problem quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend!

You never get to know how terrible this company is until you try and leave!!! Even though I more often than not, provided monthly meter readings for both gas and electric, every resulting bill was estimated and meant that my monthly direct debits were then not enough to cover my usage. Eventually when I then attempted to switch suppliers at the end of my term, this was denied by Avro because due to the under estimated bills each month, my account was of course in arrears. In order to bring my account up to date, i then had to pay a large sum but was unable to do so because I could not contact anyone from Avro. Each time I tried calling, I just received a message saying I would have to call back due to there being a lack of available customer service personnel and the call was then ended. Next I emailed customer services and after multiple requests for an answer, I was told that I could pay the balance by BACs but that the amount i paid would not be automatically credited to my account until I contacted Avro to tell them I had paid it.... I am now in a catch 22 situation because the large payment i made over a week ago, still does not appear in my account because Avro energy won't answer my calls and my daily emails are being ignored. Where exactly is the money I have paid... who knows? I now suspect this tactic is a deliberate ploy to ensure my account remains in debt so they can continue to block my request to switch suppliers. This is utterly appalling none exisent customer service and I would advise anyone to avoid this joke of an energy supplier!

When it comes to reporting dodgy video clips, YouTube appears to ignore it's own Community Guidelines; the same guidelines it expects the rest of us to follow. I have recently reported a clip that claims a famous English actress passed away from skin cancer in early 2019. This was a complete fabrication, as anyone following her last TV series in 2019 would know. Have YouTube taken the clip down? No. It's still active. Can you follow up them? No, they don't provide any alternative contact point. They haven't responded to my report, and clearly can't be trusted!

Went for a meeting about a website not too long ago. Was greeted by the massively patronising Frazer and his assistant who seemed to only want to belittle me throughout the meeting. Overpriced service from a company that seems very up themselves. I advise people to visit the many other web design companies throughout Cumbria that will do a similar if not better job for a more reasonable price.

I ordered a phone from Stright Talk in April of 2020. Aside from the fact that they were charging me twice the amount each month that they originally quoted me, I was also sent a defective, worthless piece of junk tech. It worked fine for 3 months, but then crashed and became unresponsive out of nowhere. I know for a fact this phone was never dropped, exposed to extreme temperatures or gotten wet. I've always taken exceptionally good care of anything I've paid for, especially phones. I contacted SmartPay about getting a replacement but they said they couldn't help me, I'd need to call Samsung. Samsung told me the phone is under warranty for 1 year, but I would have to go through my service provider to get a replacement. I called Straight Talk and they were quick to throw the burden back on SmartPay, saying it's their responsibility as the leasing company because of the contract between the two. I call SmartPay again and tell them what I've been told so far. They get on a conference call with Straight Talk while I'm on the line and decide my issue would have to be pushed up to a supervisor. They promised to call me with a resolution within 24 hours. 72 hours go by and I call again since they failed to reach out to me. Again I'm told they'll have to get a supervisor to weigh in and, once again, they assure me they'll call me back, but this time within 48 hours. They failed to meet their own deadline once more. After numerous additional calls and emails I sent to their customer service address, the resolution they finally came up with was to offer me a $20 discount off of the phone's pay off amount. They completely neglected their duty when it comes to customer service and did so in such a way that I'm entirely convinced that this company is nothing but a scam. I had no choice but to pay off the overpriced phone to prevent these liars from impacting my credit. Now I go way out of my way to tell everyone I can to avoid these people like the plague. If you don't want to end up paying more than double what a phone is actually worth, and you want to have some peace of mind that the phone will be replaced if there's a manufacturer's defect, stay far away from this group. They deserve to be shut down.

I was part of the Kickstarter for Chase pants. After not recieving my pants for 1,5 Years I tried contacting them. Guess what, because the pants were too difficult to make they stopped making them. And they also stated that since there are no refunds for Kickstarter I wouldn't get my money back. So all in all I just got scammed. Don't believe their lies. Never buy here.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! HORRENDOUS! I ordered a backpack with all the accessories back on 5th October 2018. After a month I began wondering where my order was. I asked on 14th November. I was told, in summary, that I had made a "pre-order" not purchased the bag. (I do not believe this was the case at the time of me purchasing but I don't have any proof of what was on the website) and was told it would be shipped on 15th December. I chased in December 14th and was then told it would be shipped early 2019. I chased 23rd Jan - Six days later I get a response and I am told it will be shipped out that week. So I ask for clarification as to when it will arrive - i was subsequently told it will ship on February 15th 1st February - I requested a refund. 14th May - I requested a refund. 15th May - they began offering me discounts on the order. 15th May - I again requested a refund because they couldn't give me an arrival date 15th May - they again offer me more discounts 16th May - I again request a refund. 16th May - They offer me a BIGGER discount and tell me they can send me some of the items that are already available 18th May - I say no and request a refund again 20th May - Some of the items arrive (but no bag to put them in!) and I'm angry since I requested a refund 22nd May - I tell them I give them a deadline of 1st week in June as I go travelling on 7th and I want to use the bag for that. If not I want a full refund. 22nd May - They say it's "understood" and ask me if i want the 15% discount they've offered. 22nd May - I say ONLY if the bag arrives before 7th June otherwise they need to send a courier to collect all the items they sent to me and provide a refund. May 22nd - They will update me if they will be able to fulfil this request June 4th - I am told "the X-PAC Errant and MK-2 Camera Case, is being prepared for dispatch as we speak." June 5th - I ask when will the bag arrive as i have a load of accessories and no bag to put them in June 5th - I'm told 2-3 days. June 11th - the bag still hasn't arrived and I've left on a trip. I request collection of the items from my mothers home and a full refund. June 12th - I am told that the return shipping will be at my expense and that I have to return it to the USA not to the Netherlands where their fulfilment centre is. June 13th - I make the point that the camera case STILL hasn't been shipped June 15th - They offer it to me in a different colour for free and will swap it for the right colour when it comes in. June 15th - I make clear my unhappiness at their business model and lack of clarity and their unprofessionalism in disregarding my instructions. I also make clear that they need to pay for any returns as per my previous emails. June 15th - I'm told they have issued me an RMA number and they will inform me when the items will be collected by a courier. June 18th - The RMAs arrive and I ask how the process works with collection of the goods since the 2 items they said were shipped out June 5th still havent arrived 2 weeks later! June 20th - They have sent multiple requests for a tracking number for collection and had no response. They were still altering the design I'm told. June 21st - I ask when the backpack will arrive. (I want it to arrive so I can return it and get the refund I asked for back in February!) June 22nd - I case again to know when the backpack will arrive June 22nd - They are still awaiting a tracking number June 24th - the backpack shipped today June 27th - The bag arrives with one of the accessories that was missing (Camera case still unavailable/wrong colour so they havent sent this) I ask when they will be collected. And ask for this asap as I want a refund. June 28th - My question isn't answered but I receive a generic email saying that they respect my decision that I no longer need the bag anymore and directed to their returns policy. A cowardly way to try and tell me that I have to return them at my expense. June 28th - They have requested the bag be collected for return and are "awaiting approval" June 29th - I ask how long this will take June 30th - I'm told they don't have the facility to pickup I have to follow the returns policy. i.e. it is my responsibility to pay for the return. July 1st 2019 - I refuse to return it without reimbursement. I'm livid at this point. AWAITING A RESPONSE THE SAGA CONTINUES. The facts are: + I placed an order in October 2018 + I was given false promises numerous times + Questions I asked were dodged + Requests for a refund were ignored + Items were sent in disregard to me cancelling the order + I made clear in advance the cost of return for these items would not be at my expense if they took it upon themselves to send them to me Utterly unprofessional and a shambles of a company. Regardless of the politeness of their emails and quality of their marketing, behind the scenes, they do not answer your questions directly and waffle on like politicians without any answers. They try to placate you but without clarity.

Siempre sé cuanto voy a pagar o no de IVA cada trimestre y eso me facilita mucho todo para cuadrar números con los bancos. El solo me llama antes de cada trimestral y me dice lo que tengo que pagar (Siempre coincide con los datos del panel) La atención al cliente es excelente. Lo único que echo en falta es que quitaron la posibilidad de que mis clientes me paguen mediante transferencia bancaria, y eso me trastoca un poco ahora.

Yes, it has a youtube page, where the videos are not possible to comment. My story: Today I received my E9 Pro scooter, which I paid 329 euros for. It supposed to be an iscooter product, which has very good reviws for it s good price and quality. Well: Redflags came after seeing the box which shows no brand. After came the opening and assembly: screws were hardly fitting in, the navigator was separated from the front, hanging on the inside cables! Switching on: The led panel and menu only works to bring power on and off! The menus do not work at all with their functions! It also came out that it was a crap Chinese copy of Mi scooters, called Myrobot 365! After downloading the iscooter app which was not compatible, I found in the manual that I needed a My robot app. The app does not work with the scooter, it is all preprogramed and a bullcrap. I gave a chance for a 5 minute ride but it was sad and unsafe. The scooter is unstable, weak and the motor is powerless as hell. I came home, washed it and packed it back. Tomorrow I send it back to the German spot. I tried to call them, email them, but no reply on any ways! About warranty: they say on the webpage that in14 days in case if unopened, intact state they dare to refund it ( what a bullshit ) or they repair! I will fight for a refund through Paypal.

Call CCTVTech to buy some Hikvision cameras as they are near me and asked them to price match or beat. When I showed them the price from another authorized Hikviion supplier they said they can't match let alone beat another seller. According to their adds they " We will beat any genuine Hikvison quote, provided this has been supplied by an authorized dealer. Supply us with an official quotation and we will beat it!" I later found out they CCTTek are not authorized Hikvision seller as they claim on their website either! What a con.

I purchased a camera kit from cctvtek about 5 years ago and had no problem with it until I switched it on today and the power box has a red flashing light, I rang and was told to email, I emailed had no reply, I’ve asked advice on live chat (was told to email again) which I said I’d already done. Was then told they hadn’t sold the product for many years and to speak to the technical dept, I tried and was told to email..... so I have a camera which probably has a simple fix but no one will help me Thanks cctvtek. Just remember who bought from you when you were a tiny company operating from a shop.

We arranged the transfer round trip hotel/airport by email, and paid by PayPal. We got a great price. The driver was waiting for our group of 5 (age range 4 to 72) outside the airport with our name on a sign in large letters. Within 5 mins we were on our way to our hotel. The driver was knowledgeable of the area and answered any questions. The driver spoke English. The van was clean and almost new. We contacted the company for the return trip from the hotel the day before our departure, and the driver was there 15 mins early. We had a a good trip back to the airport, and was delivered to the correct terminal location. We are thinking of returning to Punta Cana next year and will most definitely use Dominican Transfers in the future.

High Yield Med Review has been very helpful in putting the BCPS exam into perspective. From watch the lectures, especially on biostatistics, to doing practice questions and being in the study groups has super helpful. The practice questions are great at explaining why a certain answer is correct in case maybe you missed something while studying. I found the lectures for biostatistics to be extremely helpful so I can grasp the concept and understand the explanation. The study groups were a bonus! It gave me something to look forward to on Monday and Wednesday nights instead of dread studying on my own.

Upon receiving this item I looked on the back of package to discover a 2014 date which means that it is already expired because copper foil is expired after six months so I wanted to return it through the mail only to find out that I would again have to pay shipping. Unsurpassed mediocrity, at best, qualifies their "customer service"(of course, unreachable via phone)! My first order was missing one item; I asked them to send it to me but they insisted in refunding the item pretending there were no more left, despite me telling them that their own site was showing differently. I went ahead immediately and ordered the missing basket which is now on the way. I wrote back to customer service asking them to refund me the postage that I had to pay for the item since I was supposed to have received it in the initial order. They refused without giving me any reason for their refusal while apologizing for the issue with my prior order. All talk and no (relevant) action! I had to pay for their lack of professionalism and basic customer service while they were giving me false and misleading information when the only thing they had to do was to look on their own website. Will avoid for peace of mind!

Went here on Sunday to view Motorhomes, at first they seemed happy to unlock a couple for us to look at, although they werent very chatty or friendly. Then when we asked to view another two the attitude was less than helpful, we felt it was a chore for them and we were becoming a pain. Although they did indeed open the other two it was obvious they werent happy to do so. Consequently we headed a little further up the A1 and spent our 60K. at one of their competitors instead. would not recommend them to anyone as if thats their attitude before you buy what is it going to be like if you have a problem

Aftersales appauling I purchased a brand new caravan on the 15th May 2019 from Tyneside Leisureworld, at handover i was informed that the front window has a crack, but a new one had been ordered, so foolishly i took the caravan. when i got home i discovered that there was no manuals, I immediatley telephoned and again promised a set of manuals would be ordered, the correct manuals have never arrived Since May i have emailed, and telephoned on 4 different occasions, and each time was assured that someone would get an update and call me back, not once have anyone told me a timescale for the front window. I have now contacted Trading standards, and no surpise, Trading standards have dealt with them before. my only option left is to takae legal action against them, all to get a windown fixed. I would not recommend anyone purchasing a caravan from them, things might seem good, but trust me, when things go wrong, they are not interested

Studio is the worst retailer I have ever had to deal with, they accept orders from you, telling you the items are available. Then after you have made your payment you are then told the items is sold out. To return goods you have to pay, this is after you have paid delivery, its very difficult for a customer to cancel an order. If you try and cancel your told to wait until it arrives at your home then just return it. All of which you are paying for, returns are paid for by the customer. All this time goes bye and they still have your cash and the customer does not have what they want. Shocking service. would never recommend. One star is generous.

Had the worst experience and would be sad to see them closed. They refused a small medical disable people shop there due to the so called Mask wearing. There is not a bi-law and it has stated that medical person are excluded in wearing one. Yet they are claiming that only one disable person are permitted in the store. Yet would they know who to help a person who has a seizure or save that person. No I didn't think so. Or calm a person who has a panic act when she/he is lost and can't remember where they are. They need to rethink the policy!!!!

I ordered flowers but made a mistake on the order, I tried to rectify within minutes but there was nothing to be done - the customer service team were very little help, the first email response completely disregarded my query and didn’t help at all. I spent time on the phone with a lady who promised to help and to get in touch but got no feedback at all - my second and third emails have been ignored! I don’t write negative reviews often but the service or rather lack of in this case deserves it. My situation as it stands is an order somewhere in Royal mail, a very disappointed Mum and £40 less in the bank!

Very disappointed and feel very let down by this company. Was given a winery gift experience and validated the voucher within the time limit. We can only go weekends due to having full time jobs and being parents. However have been informed tours are extremely busy at weekends and are booked out up to the expiry date. (Activity S will most likely mention dates are available Monday to Sunday, blah blah - however this is a pointless and moot explanation as I’ve already mentioned - we work and are parents). My options they tell me are... - exchange voucher for something else, from what I’ve seen online 99% events are more expensive. And all have to still be within the time limit we have left. Therefore the problem remains...we can only go weekends and most likely events will be fully booked anyway. Pointless and I’m not lining their pockets with more money. - spend £20 on extending the voucher a further 6 months. The gift only cost £29 and why should we have to pay because they can’t find dates you want because they are full booked. They are the agents and we are the customers - we shouldn’t have to pay them more admin charges so they can click a button to find an alternative weekend. Doesn’t feel very special nor very “gift like”. So I either have to take a day off work and find a child minder, pay more money for an extension or exchange the gift for more money, which would be something we don’t really want and then find a date that works still within the time frame. Do not use this company. Use Virgin Experiences who let you validate the voucher and then give you plenty of options to suit, a longer time frame to use the voucher and ultimately succeed in giving you a lovely experience. Am not interested in a reply - you’ll just recite the Activity Superstore user manual robotic style which I’ve read in other comments below. What you don’t do is the only thing you should do. If a customer can’t find a date suitable because you’re booked up, offer a free extension. It’s not the customers fault you’ve over booked experiences - it’s yours - but that’s what greed is.

Order a rear fog light for my Volvo V40. The fog light I received was defetive, the area that the bulb holder locates into was poorly finished - it was not perfectly round and had jagged plastic preventing the bulb holder from being inserted and locked into position. No problem, these things happen, I'll just inform Scandix and I'm sure they will send me a replacement part...I was wrong! Emailed Skandix and explained the issue clearly and concisely including pictures showing the defective area on the part they sent me, as well as pictures of the OEM part I was replacing (due to broken clips), and a picture showing a side-by-side comparison. Received an email back from Florian Meier with a credit note attached and advising my credit card will be refunded. I replied asking why they couldn't send me out a replacement part; that would be better for me as I wouldn't have to re-order and pay more shipping costs. Received the following response from Florian Meier: "All fog lights in stock are the same so it makes no sense to send a replacement which you will not like as well. In this situation the refund is the best solution." I replied to Florian stating that I have not requested a refund, that I would like a replacement non-defective part, that I do not accepted that all fog lights in stock would be defective (why are they stocking defective parts!?!), and asked that stock is checked and a replacement part sent out to me. The response I got back: "You claimed a defective/incomplete part, you get you money back without returning it, so from our side this case is closed." Skandix are now ignoring my emails, so I'm waiting for the refund and will purchase the part from elsewhere. It is my opinion that Skandix do not want to go to the time or expense to replace broken/defective parts they send to customers, it is much quicker and cheaper for them to refund the cost and then hope the customer will re-order and pay additional shipping costs - generating further revenue for Skandix.

Charged me $4300 for wedding pics, album and video. Wedding was June 16, 2018!!! I still have no video or album. He cites technical difficulties, but now doesn’t even return emails or phone calls. His wife is just as bad and enables him so that he isn’t responsible by saying give him time to respond and communication should be only between us and her husband. That would be nice if he answered calls or emails. DO NOT HIRE HIM for any pictures!!!!!!! He will take your money and won’t hold up his end of the contract. Pursuing other avenues now!!!

STILL NO VIDEO- 1 YEAR AFTER OUR WEDDING and even worse he's been ignoring our calls, texts and emails. STAY AWAY or you're likely going to end up like us, seeking legal action, hoping to get even just the raw unedited footage of our special night, because to us, ITS PRICELESS and why we spent so much money on a "trustworthy" photography/videography team. Reading other reviews on multiple sites, we learned we aren't the only ones he's done this to. I'm hopeful this will turn around and we will get our video or even just the raw footage. As soon as that happens, IF it happens, I'll update this review.

As a shopper of many years with Body Shop I was sorely disappointed this year with them. I loved their Shimmer Mist Range which has been out for a few years in a round bottle. It smelt divine and had a subtle shimmer to it. This year however, the shimmer mist has been stopped. I loved using it particularly after a shower. The thing is it is a good selling product and Body Shop has ignored customer feedback!

I ordered shoes and they were about a half a size too small. I entered the return online and they had the next size shipped out before I had even returned the ones that didn't fit. I got my new shoes in time for my business travel and it I love the shoes.

Hello! So amazing. Cannot wait to go to Vegas and walk all over with these shoes! I have hammertoes (TMI) My 2nd toe is longer and also pushes up. The mesh is so breathable and comfortable!! And holy moly the color options/syles!! I will scream my love for rothys !!

Almost a month has passed, and only thing I get from them is that you have cancelled within the timeline. No refund. Beware of this company who sells tickets of closed outlet and no refund to come

Very POOR service and POOR support. when you have problems, they hardly helped to resolve the problems but rather points you in circles rather than taking ownership to solve the problem and the problems does not get solved. No protection for buyers and customers and if you have been overcharged by the vendor, Fave does not pay you back and you get cheated without getting compensation from Fave. Fave is DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED. The Fave app is plagued with problems and bug and when you are at the vendor to make payment, Fave app would far too frequently state that it's temporarily out of service and you could not get any support to resolve it at that time. The live chat in the Fave app also does NOT work and when I have feedback this problem to the support, nothing was being done to resolve this and the support does not even take any ownership to resolve problems that customer faces.
