I have been buying from 8Seasons for years! Their products are super affordable. If there is ever a small issue, they take care of it immediately. Customer service is great! So many items to choose from and they are constantly getting new items in.

I have been using 8Seasons for over 10 years. Besides their huge selection of beads I need for my business, the customer service is top notch and they communicate very well. I will always keep buying from this company.

First the good news: 8 Seasons has amazing prices and beauriful beads. Their cutomer service is immediate and thoughtful. The onky negatove I can think of is how long it takes to get your order. Even coming from New York, the orders take weeks, but the prices are so worth it.

I have ordered three times now and have been very happy with the quality of the items I have purchased from 8 seasons. Even when there was an issue with a lost parcel, their customer service rep. helped me get the needed items in time for the event I was to do. Now, with shipping out of the New York, USA warehouse, the shipping time is 1/2 the time it took when they ship from China to the US! This is perfect as it allows me to order items on a shorter notice without fear of not getting them on time. Ordered from the NY, USA warehouse On the 18th of April...parcel arrived the 22nd of April! Excellent customer service! I would highly recommend!

I have recently placed a first order with this company, and can honestly say I have been delighted with their products, their excellent customer service, and fast dispatch. I would highly recommend. I will be doing a lot more shopping with them very soon, I placed a smaller order than I generally need, but wanted to see how that went before spending a large amount, I am now convinced that I will be using them on a regular basis, as soon as I move to my bigger premises in May. So if you are a bit worried about placing an order, trust me you will love this company

I've bought a half dozen times from 8Seasons, and each time I've been very happy with their quality, prices and especially their customer service! There's a reason they have so many 5-star ratings - they earn it! One of my orders was for pearls for a bridal item I make. I asked about what kind of white were the pearls? (there are a gazillion shades of white!). They literally got out of their chair and went back to the warehouse to hand check the colors for me! I felt like I was standing next to their desk while they checked!
I come from retail so I know great customer service when I see it - this is the real deal!! Looking forward to many more purchases from 8Seasons!

They are always so polite and courteous.

I have been a Customer with 8Seasons for over 3 years, and have ordered and purchased many DIY Jewelry items that I liked and wanted, to help make beautiful Jewelry with. I always look first, through 8Seasons Store, in looking for Jewelry items I want and need. And I will continue shopping at 8Seasons for a long time to come.

8Seasons has Great Costumer Service, to help You out with any questions, that You need answered, and will help to solve problems as best as they can also. 8Seasons carries a lot of Jewelry items in stock at their Store, and they get back orders for items, back into their Store very fast.

I have regularly bought from 8Seasons for a number of years. Their products are of excellent quality and at a good price. Shipping is quickly and items are safely packed to protect them in transit.

If you ever have any problem at all they will resolve it for you quickly and fairly.

I certainly recommend them to everyone.

I only discovered 8Seasons a few weeks ago, and they are already one of my favourite online suppliers for jewellery making.

They have a huge selection of items for all needs and tastes.
I was very happy with the quality of everything I have ordered so far and their prices are more than fair (and watch out for frequent special sales, when prices drop still further!).

They offer many different shipping options, and even without paying extra, just standard delivery is pretty fast, considering they are on the other side of the world from where I live.

Extra special kudos to their customer service team! Everybody I have been in contact with from 8Seasons was very friendly and very helpful and seemed genuinely interested in giving me the best possible customer service.
Very professional and a joy to do business with!

After purchasing an order from 8Seasons, I received an email stating that one item was missing from my order and would be shipped. I received the item and was very satisfied with it, along with the excellent customer service. I will continue to order from this very reliable company. I also found their products to be excellent quality.

Customer service is excellent. Any problems or queries are sorted promptly.
