The order product turn out good the time of arrival was bad. I first ordered the product it told me a weeks time it would arrive and it took almost three weeks for the product to get here. I also had to contact someone just to get the order shipped and still was late.

Love your gear! No problems with delivery - it took a little longer due to current situations but still arrived in plenty of time to give for birthday. Will definitely order again! My son would love to be a brand rep for you!

I like all the style for my husband and son but the only thing was i couldnt find a kids size chart or no reviews on how the sizes actually run. I know it says that its preshrunk cotton and true to size but sometimes its not all true to size. But either way i hope the sizes are true to size.

My package has not moved since the 30th of May this was a birthday gift for someone on Monday why is it taking so long for my package to get shipped out this was my first time ordering anything from here and may be my only time shopping here again what is going on whit my order there are not going to get this in time for their birthday

Email states order was shipped UPS states no order with tracking number ever was! Email this company Email address diesnt exist, called the featured phone number it doesnt exist and is a California area code but the product is coming from texas?????? I'm trying to report this site to the BBB as I looked at recent reviews and all from 2020 there have been consumers besides me now that have NOT RECEIVED THEIR ITEMS!! TODAY IS JUNE 8 2020 IF YOU ARE READING THESE REVIEWS THIS SITE STEALS YOUR MONEY! I would like to know more about the sizes. I ordered less not knowing the size of youth small, youth medium and are the hoodies for children? My Grandson wears a 7/8 and he is 7 years old, more clarity on sizes would be helpful.

Orders take to long and the fact that you can’t speak to a live representative on the phone is a issue.. that kind of service is bad business.. I will not be supporting this business again .. and will tell other ladies not to too ..

Recieved my order it was the wrong color I contacted customer service through email response time was excellent and the next day the correct color hat was being sent to me. Recieved my hat in good time and it was spot on. Excellent customer service

I placed my order on 5/27/20 and received a notification that said my order has shipped its is now Tuesday June 16th and Yesterday I received an email stating “they will be looking into my order” the USPS says nothing but that the shipping label has been created, I understand there is some circumstances that are beyond our control at the moment but I’ve ordered from just about everywhere during this pandemic and this is by far the worst and especially that what I ordered was for me to use while going outside during this, at this point I don’t even want the items I just want my money back........ I remember ordering a shirt from here last summer and yes it was about a week maybe a week and a half wait and I found that to be terrible as well but this almost 3 week wait...... thank god I have others face masks that’s all I can say.

Very nice clothing. But TAKES FOREVER TO RECEIVE!!!! I ORDERED A PAIR OF SHORTS A WK AFTER I ORDERED WITH THIS COMPANY TO WEAR WITH THE SHIRT IVE ORDERED. AND THE SHORTS CAME IN WITHIN 2WK OF ORDERING. STILL WAITIN ON MY ORDER WITH YALL

On the website, the price I saw was $45 for a shirt. A little pricey but I really liked it so I bought one for me and one for my man. Only to receive the product 3 weeks later and find out the shirts are really $35.00. so basically, I feel like I was ripped off of $20. Hopefully I hear from someone soon so I can get refunded the difference. I feel that the price on the shirt should match the price on the website. Very disappointed. The shirt is nice though.

I dont like how you only have 10 minutes to use the discount code. I think half an hour is good enough instead of 10 because shoppers are picky and some are indecisive. Please increase the time limit to at least 20 or half an hour. Thanks in advance. First time purchasing items from this site and I really like the gears.

My order said both hats are in the same package but only 1 came in. So I don't know where my other hat is and they couldn't even send me an email atleast letting me know I was only receiving 1 hat
