I wanted to order a Superflower case (TT461B) that I could not find in stock anywhere else, but I wanted to order it without the PSU. They did not offer it that way on there site. I emailed them, they responded quickly with their phone number, and we worked out the deal over the phone. I got what I wanted at a decent price. Excellent. Eddie Lin was a real nice guy. Thanks.

I purchased a case and powersupply in July 2002 (still under warranty), and recently noticed that my powersupply was faulty (but still working). I called A-pro and they told me they would send a new powersupply out to me and i could send my old one back after i received and installed the new one. I will keep you posted on the outcome, but just wanted to compliment them on their customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

I purchase a TTGI 420 watts power supply for them. It was poorly shipped. NO packaging at all. They just ship me a tape retail psu box, like in the in the stores. I paid $9.54 for shipping; at least have the decency to put in a brown box. The psu didn’t perform like how I expected. It might of defective or cheap quality. A-Pro lost my business. It will very unlikely for me to deal with them again!
