Wish I had never purchased from this ‘company’! Worst customer experience of my life. Placed my order, didn’t receive any updates re if/when it would ship, incorrect order arrived, contacted customer service (Julie) who didn’t believe me and insisted repeatedly the correct order was provided (it wasn’t).
Finally convinced her, she never once apologised, only blamed her supplier, supplier was meant to pick up the product and provide the correct one. Followed up with Julie repeatedly and she couldn’t provide any updates. Never apologised, only blamed the supplier and said ‘I didn’t pack this, I didn’t sent it to you, I haven’t done anything wrong’. Finally one day out of the blue with no prior communication a courier arrives at my door and I had to just assume it was the correct person. After all that, they didn’t actually have the correct product in stock!!

Purchased 3 x pineapple chandeliers and I x pineapple side table on August 27th... I emailed the store owner to ask if these items were in stock as another online store had them on pre order. I decided to purchase from Allissias Attic as the owner, Julie, responded that the item were in stock and I will receive them shortly. Well not the case! 2 months later, and I am still waiting on parts of my order! Julie from Allissias attic is happy to take your money, and lie to customers about stock availability! After waiting about a month for the order, I follow up with Allissias attic who advise that the supplier was awaiting stock and there is nothing she can do about that! After several emails back and forth from Julie, (who lacks customer service skills) my pineapple chandeliers FINALLY arrive after 2 months! Still awaiting on my Pineapple table - which appears to never have been sent! I have emailed Julie from Allissias attic regarding this issue with NO reply, she is ignoring the issue and taking no responsibility.. so now I have lost $400!!! Please, buyers, beware of this scam DROPSHIP store - julie wants your money in her bank account and does not ship product!!

Very poor indeed.
I don't normally fall for scams but I guess I must have been caught off-guard momentarily.
There is very little information about the products on the website, zero proper checkout page or delivery information tab, however it makes good use of the quick checkout facility used my Apple pay, therefore I was belatedly informed that my purchase would be click and collect only - am I going to 239 miles during lockdown to pick up a cake stand? Obviously not.

I'm now impatiently waiting for a response to my request for a refund.

Not how I had planned to spend my time quite frankly.

Update; The shop owner has been in contact with me in all caps to inform me I'm the nastiest person she's ever dealt with (I find that hard to believe, having read her other reviews) and accusing me of clearly being at fault.

Update, update: She has now changed her mind, it's no longer my fault, but Apple's. She's suggesting I should speak to Apple on her behalf. To say that I'm perplexed is an understatement.

Was so excited to receive my sofa. It arrived with some damage though. Sales guy tried to blame me for it and then the courier. He wanted me to pay surcharges etc etc 30% and told me not to inform my bank so there's no fees etc; A lady called Julie then rang me going through everything again etc etc. I found the whole thing unprofessional and exhausting in the middle of a working day.

Fortunately I have CCTV to demonstrate that in the few hours it arrived in my house, we caused no damage to it and I explained that I don't expect to be supplied with damaged goods.

I found the guy on the phone rather rude and it's been very stressful when they supplied a damaged item rather than me doing anything wrong. He told me he understands why people don't have their own businesses although that's not really got anything to do with me to be honest. The lady also went on about how she is a small business and will make a loss. Not really my problem if it's damaged!!

I wanted the product. It's a fab sofa in a gorgeous fabric and would be amazing in my living room if it wasn't supplied damaged.

Don't recommend buying from this store. Too much hassle if they supply damaged items. Most businesses would sort things out and take responsibility if they supplied damaged items rather than three phone calls, round and round the houses, blaming customers and giving me sob stories about their businesses making a loss.

I'm exhausted.

Buyer beware!!! I placed an order amounting to $3840 & was told repeatedly the items had been sent but they would not supply ant tracking information & then the order was cancelled but they have not provided proof of refund & I haven’t received anything back. I have contacted them repeatedly only for the company to block my emails. Do not buy from this company! They have now been reported to the ACCC

Way overpriced compared to other on-line shopping sites.
I got taken in with their web statement "20-80% below RRP"
I effect I paid almost 20% over two competing sites.
I am now $70.00 out of pocket.
I am now buying a second lamp from:- Golights
table-lamp-base-pineapple-leafy-antique-silver-b22-in-47cm-oneworld
Very shady, none of their email correspondence is personally addressed.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOT!!!

Hi all at Allissias Attic. I love my coffee table and it arrived without any problems. Payment was quick and easy and I received my payment receipt straight away. It took quite a long time which was explained to me and I fully understood but during this time there was no contact of how is was progressing which had me a little concerned. Any advise form a customers point of view would be to stay in touch throughout this waiting time, just let the customer know how their order is progressing and they haven’t been forgotten. Other than that it’s a great piece of furniture and the experience was mainly positive. Thanks again. Christine Tobin
