Very impressed with service received from opera, Harry gave great advice on best bed to buy, it was delivered the next day, driver brought the pallet right up to the front gate. Easily assembled the next day following the video that Harry sent by email. My mother now has a hospital style bed that she can get in & out of with ease.

What a brilliant service, most helpful Michelle was so reassuring over the phone and even though the pump was out of stock arranged for the mattress to be delivered the next day with the pump to follow. Thanks to the extremely professional, well informed and ‘can do’ attitude of Harry and the team I have from my kitchen in Dorset during the Covid-19 lockdown been able to fully equip our client in London and newly appointed live in carer following the sudden loss of her partner, allowing her to stay in the comfort of her own home at this most difficult and unsettling time. Nothing was too much trouble. Harry made suggestions, anticipated needs and even made arrangements for the old bed to be dismantled and removed from the room. I’ve been particularly impressed with the service I’ve received from Harry, he is knowledgable, patient and reliable, always getting back to me sooner than expected and following up to check things have happened as they should.
