I would give more than 5stars if I could. Easy to buy online and a good price. I didn't order until the afternoon and the product was delivered at 8.30am the following morning which I wasn't expecting due to Covid 19.

Very straightforward: I ordered stationery on the Friday, it arrived on the Tuesday afternoon and, although the cardboard box wasn't sealed by a tape all around (only half was taped), its contents were in perfect condition - fortunately, the items were leightweight. I found the goods to be good value for money.

We placed our order on Thursday at 5.30pm. We expected to received it sometime on Monday 17th - very latest. It arrived Friday 21st! There was no communication between the office and the courier. It was chaotic.

Ordering was easy and they offer free next day delivery on orders over £30! Fantastic although I ordered on a Friday night therefore no dispatch till Monday still fine.. Was expecting it to arrive Tuesday received an email to say I should have my delivery but my order didn’t arrive.. I mailed to say I hadn’t received eventually got to speak to someone Wednesday and was advised there was an issue at the warehouse and they would have to resend.. finally received my delivery Thursday pm.
It was only coffee but still a bit disappointed that emails appear automated and they didn’t have a better communication system.

Item itself no problem - but sent with 20 A4/full receipts for sales , only ONE of which was ours ... called immediately to advise and destroyed all those relating to other buyers as requested . A little concearned our details might have been sent to other buyers , but AOS's representative assured us our information was safe , and they would check to make absolutely sure .

The products I bought are of a high quality and the delivery time of within 24 hours was outstanding, given that we are currently under the Covid-19 lockdown.

I will definitely use AOS again. HOWEVER, be careful not to undo all your excellent service by bombarding new customers with needless "salesy" emails several times a day. I've had to label you as spam as a result.

Good service sells far better than saturation by email!

I ordered on Tuesday of last week and have still not received the items. No correspondence re the delay and a high delivery charge. I would expect that to be refunded, otherwise I will not use your service again.
