As the purchase was made 7 months ago it’s difficult to remember details! I know it was straightforward ordering and the shoes arrived on time and my son has been very pleased with them. They were good value and I would order from them again.

I was a bit apprehensive when ordering my high top converses as they were only £30. To my relief the quality was perfect...obviously original...and they came within a week.

Shoes where delivered on time I think they even arrived early but the massive issue was I brough a size 7 and when they arrived they where so small my size 4 friend now has them!!

I ordered the wrong size & didn’t realise for a couple of weeks, Apparelicks have a 30 day returns policy which I thought was really good. They exchanged my order with no problem. It was quick, easy and re delivered fast. Will definitely use them again.

I tried to order a size 10 boxfresh mens grey clyston shoes.... many months ago. I never received the shoes..... after many attempts to contact the company. Eventually i got a full refund from ebay...... if you ever get your situation under control, i would definitely attempt to purchase the item again

I bought my son your jacket and ordered an XL which is his normal size. He was delighted, took the jacket home took tickets off and put in wardrobe awaiting warmer weather. Took the jacket out last week but found the jacket too small, dispite the size showing XL. Went back into wardrobe and will probably give it to a charity shop. Very, very disappointed with a large brand name to skimp on sizes. Probably why it was on offer!!
