I would recomend Apposta any time for their shirts, which are hand made to a very high standard,
The quality of the fabrics are second to none with so many to choose from,
You will be spoilt for choice and the styles which you can choose are endless,
One of the best things about Apposta , they do what they say, your shirt will be perfect or they will remake it as you required,
I made a total mistake with the measurements and they told me to just send it back and they would remake the shirt to new measurements totally free of charge,
On the back of their customer service Ive ordered 6 shirts thus far",

I recently bought a couple of formal shirts. The fabric Sea Island cotton is amazing and oozes quality. The fit and finish is first rate. I was so impressed I have ordered two more, this time short sleeves for a less formal summer look. Really looking forward to receiving them. The ordering process is really easy.the delivery takes a couple of weeks but its worth waiting.

Honest people, great service, super quality shirts. I had my measurements taken last February and they are even more of a perfect fit than before. I buy expensive shirts and standard work shirts- all good. I love them.

Absolutely fantastic shirt. I took a light blue Giza 45 Button Down and it has been the best fabric and feel I have ever tried. Spectacular. The quality of the shirt is top notch for just 160$ and a luxury fabric. I measured my best fitting shirt following the instructions and the fit was brilliant. Spot on. For 80-100$ for a more basic fabric if you nail the fit this is one of the best I have ever seen.

Did I mention they included a FREE Poplin face mask to help people with the Covid-19 Situation.

Dealing with this company is one of the most unpleasant experiences I have encountered for a long time. Their web site is there shop window. The site is full of bugs is clunky and trying to place an order is an awful experience. Now for the customer service: Absolutely terrible. I posted a review and they begged me to remove it stating things would be okay. Then what happens terrible problems with delivery. No contact whatsoever. No shirts. No reply to my email asking for assistance. They can take the shirts back and give me a refund. My credit card was debited 1 month ago. Fact. Maybe they'll read this and contact me but I don't hold out any hope. More likely ask me to remove the review again. AVOID this company

Very poor service indeed. A customer is only upset and aggressive when you have failed. This you clearly have from the moment I placed an order. You need to appreciate if I feel like this it is because your services have failed consistently. You have not responded either efficiently or correctly. Your mantra seems to always start with the client is always wrong and complaining. Your response clearly indicates this attitude. I am in the wrong and you have performed perfectly? No you haven't just except it rather than blaming me. I kindly removed the previous review on the understanding that everything would go to plan. Nothing has gone to plan. You seem to take no responsibility for any failing. So where is my money or my shirts if you have done everything Great and you seem to insinuate in your response?!

Kindly have the courtesy to respond with what your next steps to resolve your failures as anyone who has any customer service skills would do without needing to be asked.

Otherwise I will be left with NO alternative than to contact my credit card company

Anyone thinking of an Apposta shirt will be pleasantly surprised at the speed of the service and quality of the finished product. However, you should take care to measure yourself as carefully as possible and factor in a certain amount of shrinkage and how your body works when wearing clothes - particularly how much shirt you want tucked into your pants and how much your sleeve rise up when you bend your elbow. There is an excellent range of fabrics, colours and collar and cuff styles suit any one and any occasion.

I highly recommend them as have had 12 shirts made thus far.

My first order- Easy to order, select actual sizes and was delivered on time as indicated at the point of sale.

If you choose a made to measure shirt make sure your measurements are correct, I would suggest using an existing shirt that fits as you like!!!

I did email Apposta prior to delivery and received a very prompt response with all the information I requested in my email.

My made to measure shirt is great, knowing no-one else has the same is why we do it.

Very good customer service. The quality of the shirt I received in my first order was excellent, particularly clever design with the under collar button down.
The shirt was too tight around the waist which was simply a difference in the design in comparison with another shirt tailor I use. Apposta have agreed to replace, and I am looking forward to receiving the replacement. Will definitely be using Apposta again.

Found the whole process very simple and well explained, even showing exactly which areas of the shirt needed to be measured. Although you can also do this on the body if you don't have a shirt. Apposta updated me throughout the whole process, even during this difficult time in Italy. The shirt has now arrived, is gorgeous fabric, fits amazingly well (down to their measuring instructions being so clear and precise) would buy from them every time, and will do so. Formal and casual. As usual the shirts are from
EXCELLENT quality.
But this time the delivery was exceptional. Due to COVID context, it was not possible to deliver the shirts at the initial address.
However, Apposta staff (thank you) managed to re-send the parcel to a new address.
