A birthday gift was ordered for my 1 year old, it took a month to arrive. The gift-giver reordered from another site, that arrived in 3 days. Babyscholars.com will not return my emails so I can return this item. They have horrible customer service. I would not purchase from them under any circumstances.

I placed an order for three princess costumes for my five year old daughter. It was to be a Christmas present from Santa. Well, here it is the 17th, and not only have I not received my merchandise, and after five e-mails to the company no responses from them, but now I find out that they never charged my credit card. They do not supply a contact phone number either, how convenient. Never order from them is my advice.

I ordered an item from Baby scholars over 2 weeks ago. Still have not received it!!! They also DO not respond to emails, answer their phone, or give you a tracking number. DO NOT order anything from them. SCAM!

I ordered a baby tent on 11/18/2007 and got an email that said it would ship in 2-3 days. Well going on a month and about 5 emails to them I haved gotten no response and no tent. Don't order from them.

Ordered a gift for my nephew on Tuesday, recieved it by Saturday afternoon! Despite my doubts, I contiued with my order. They returned my email within 24 hrs. The wrapping was good and the when I opened the item it was in great condition. If you think that you have any concerners, just email them, and also ask for comfirmation email if you did not get one the first time after placing the order, that's what I did.

Worst Internet buying experience
I was given false information, 2 different receipts with different amounts for the same purchase, and 2 UPS tracking numbers (one was fake). I was promised a refund after canceling my order well before it shipped. Then they rushed and overnited it without the gift wrap I wanted and my first receipt showed I paid for. It seems to be a drop ship mail order business run by one person - probably from her car. Horrible experience.

Ordered an adorable gift outfit on line from Baby Scholars on July 25th. My credit card was charged on August 5th but the item was never delivered. Then they asked me for a review of the product to which I replied, saying it was never received. No reply. Have sent them three e-mails with no reply. Someone by the name of Michael of Global Logistics answers the phone. Have no idea how this correlates to Baby Scholars. The first time I called the voice mailbox advised it was full. Have never experienced anything like this. Am disputing the charge through my credit card company as of this date of September 7, 2011, nothing has been received by the gift recipient. No wonder they don't want to be rated. They are the absolute worst.

Ordered a twinkle baby on June 23, 2014 to replace one for my daughter. My card was charged the next day. I have sent seven emails and left five messages over the last three and a half months. I have received no correspondence from them. This company has crappy customer service and does not value customers. Do not order from them.

I placed an order with Baby Scholars on 9/30/2015 for a “My First Tool Box” by Baby Gund with personalization. On the completed order screen it stated it would ship in 2-3 days by USPS. My card was charged on 10/8/2015 for the amount in full. On 10/24/2015 I emailed the company requesting a status with no reply. I emailed them again 10/30/2015 and left a phone message. On 11/2/2015 they replied it was on backorder , had just arrived, and would be shipped soon. On 11/6/2015 I sent another email and left a phone message with no reply. On 11/25/2015 I called and left another phone message with no reply. Today is 12/4/2015 and I sent another email and left a phone message. I am so disappointed in this company and their lack of response to the customers. It is now 21 days until Christmas and I still don’t have this gift for my Grandson. I will NEVER buy from this company again.

Ordered an item over 3 weeks ago for my child, a twinkle baby doll that tore, that she cannot sleep without. It has been 3 weeks, no email correspondence whatsoever. Irresponsible to sell gifts for CHILDREN and BABIES - and not process timely orders - or process at all.
