Unsurpassed mediocrity, at best, qualifies their "customer service"(of course, unreachable via phone)! My first order was missing one item; I asked them to send it to me but they insisted in refunding the item pretending there were no more left, despite me telling them that their own site was showing differently. I went ahead immediately and ordered the missing basket which is now on the way. I wrote back to customer service asking them to refund me the postage that I had to pay for the item since I was supposed to have received it in the initial order. They refused without giving me any reason for their refusal while apologizing for the issue with my prior order. All talk and no (relevant) action! I had to pay for their lack of professionalism and basic customer service while they were giving me false and misleading information when the only thing they had to do was to look on their own website. Will avoid for peace of mind!

I know the reviews on this site are mainly negative but I have to be honest I had my water lily delivered reasonably quickly in very good condition at a very reasonable price so in my case the experience was positive thanks Alan Barber
