I just wanted to say that I just finished an order for freezer equipment and I couldn't have done it without Felecia. She kind, patient, and more than helpful in trying to get me what I needed.I might have driven her crazy but she never showed it.Thank you again. Just fantastic customer service.

I ordered the Vitamix 5004 Drink Machine 48-oz Bar Blender. I had a question about the shipping address and talked to Corey. He was so polite and helpful. He even emailed me to let me know that the blender will ship out tomorrow. I will definitely recommend Burkett to my friends and family!

After 21 days, and four phone calls I still have not received my order! Order still says processing. Worse than that, of the phone calls I made two messages left on voice mail, and two I spoke with actual people, I never received a return call from internet sales representative.
Horrible customer service! This is the second order I have placed with your company, first go around was very similar to this but thought it was just an off day and wanted to give you a second chance.

I'm glad that most people had good experience with Burkett, but I had one awful one. Actually the only reason why I chose to shop at Burkett was because I saw the high rating they got on ResellerRatings! But maybe I was just unlucky. So here it goes:
I placed an order on 2 blenders about a week ago, they deducted my credit card on the spot. A week later, the items have not been shipped and they did not notify me or anything. I just got off the phone with their customer service, a guy named Omar - who obviously need to go through some more training before he should speak on the phone - told me that the items are not in stock and he doesn't know when it could arrive as Burkett is at the mercy of its suppliers.

He then proceeded to tell me that if I cancel my order now, I can get my money back in a few days. Then I said I still want the products, to which he replied, "Whatever." Great customer service. He then tried to recommend me some similar blenders of different brands, and lastly told me that if I wanted it, he could maybe contact the manufacturer and whether the product is available. I realized that talking to Omar is a waste of time, and I asked him to cancel my order. He replied all too heartily, "OK. As I said, you will get your money back in a few days." Seriously disappointing.


New updates:
After canceling an order that never came, and listening to Burkett's Customer Service-man Omar speak at length making futile comments, I received an e-mail this morning saying that they found the stock for the Hamilton Beach blender I had ordered, and if I still wanted the product, they told me I should place an order again. I have more dignity than that. Burkett might offer the cheapest price, but I'd rather order from WEBstaurant than purchase anything from Burkett.

Purchased a new ice machine for our church this past week, and dealt with AJ in sales. Super-knowledgable and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend this company to anyone purchasing kitchen equipment. Completely satisfied with the entire process, start to finish.

I went there one time and they could not give me a receipt. Which I thought was odd. The manager asked me for my email to email it later. Weeks later I had never received a receipt. Then I get an invoice via email a month later. They stated their system failed and my credit card did not get ran properly. I finally called them, and told them I did not believe I spent as much as they claimed I did. I was told that day by the manager he was giving me a really good discount. The invoice they sent did not have a discount. I called to straighten it out and they have been less than apologetic and demanding I pay a bill that should have been paid and they claim I spent more than I did that day. I looked up some of the prices on their website and they charged me more on the invoice they sent me. Now I am contacting a lawyer. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO AND DEMAND A RECEIPT!!!

I ordered a used commercial coffee grinder. It came earlier than I expected and was in great shape. Burkett warned me there might be some dents and scratches but none that were not unexpected.
I called for delivery information and was helped in a timely and friendly fashion.

I wanted to share my experience and bring it to someones attention that I had the pleasure of dealing with Felicia in the sales department and she is an ABSOLUTELY fantastic sales rep. So far I have just gotten few estimates but I am sure I would like to bring my business to them because of the courtesy and helpfulness of this individual. She far exceeds her job responsibilities.

I purchased 3 items on 12/15/2011: a Star-Max charbroiler, a Cadco 1/2 size oven, and a 30" x 72" work table. Everything went along fine until I received them.

The charbroiler had cracked and broken cast iron parets. No problem, I could still use as is. Just would have been appropriate business to have told me when I ordered, and let me decide to buy or not.

The 30 x 72 table had been sawed thru by employees who used the table as a work bench to saw wood used in the shipping container. I complained ands did receive a $55 + refund on the purchase price of 231.20. It still left the table damaged and worth very little. Its in the grage where I will use as a worek bench.

The Cadco Unox OV250 oven was sold to me as a Half size oven. It is a 1/4th size oven. I have little use for this in my Food truck. It will stay in the home gathering dust. A flagrant lie, regarding the oven.

I would never purchase again from Burkett. I have found that their slaes people, the ones I dealt with, have a weak, at best, knowledge of what they are selling. Very bad and expensive experience.

Burkett has two wonderful employees by the name of Stephanie and Felicia. I had some trouble with shipment on prep tables coming damaged. Stephanie and Felicia went above and beyond to make sure I received the proper equipment. Stephanie was continuously on the phone with the vendors and made sure credits were applied to us for all of the inconvenience. I fell that these two woman are professional and assertive. They go above and beyond customer service. When doing business with Burkett you should always deal with them.

I purchased a high end 4 slice toaster - excellent quality and price - quick delivery. After six months, one of the heating elements did not work. Stephanie, one of the customer service representatives, took my call and walked me through the warranty exchange process. I received a new toaster within a week and they sent a free shipping label to return the defective one. Great customer service, great product, would definitely purchase additional items from Burkett.

We have found that this business does not have SSL (secure sockets layer), which means that you should think twice before trusting this business with your data, such as personal information or credit card details, because your information will not be digitally connected to a cryptographic key and secure connection cannot be established. We found that the domain for this business is older than two years which could be an indication that this is a trustworthy business with an established customer base and experience in their field.
