For the most part went well however, I was trying to find out about special I heard on radio by 2 get 2 free but no one ever responded to email to answer question. They repeated what offer was and said to live chat on website but I could not find that option.

For two days I attempted to place an order. The first call resulted in forwarding my phone number to a representative that would call me back to no avail. I called again the next day and was told to do a live chat online. Finally went online and chatted with Emil , who was helpful but I wanted to talk to someone. Very frustrating ????

I tried calling to discuss my order but goa a message no agents available to handle calls, and could I send email - which would be answered in 2 business days. I included note with my order & discussed my issue that online showed a special going on of order 2 get 2 itens,, plus orders over $175 got a $25 discount. My 2 item order showed the $25 discount, but did not show the 2 free items or if there was some way I was supposed to "order" the free items....if I selected something it charged me for it. No one has responded to my inquiry on this & this is a week later. I did get my package with the 2 items in it - but no 2 "free items" that the online offer mentioned

My mother tried to make this order first, your customer service failed her. I called today and waited on hold to take to a message center that informed me that they could not place the order and sent be to the website. I then had to create an entire account just to place the one order. the website is not intuitive and the call center is just sad. I would never recommend you to any friends or colleagues.
this was an incredibly disappointing experience that I hope to avoid in the future.

I called first and was on hold for about 45 minutes. Then I decided to go the computer route and that also took some doing because I couldn't find what I really wanted (and still haven't found it) stem cell tube. I understand about the virus however it's been my business to go this route with many things and it certainly wasn't as difficult as you people.

Placed my order a week ago, paid extra $20 for 2-3 days shipping, hoped I’d get it by Mother’s Day... Nope. Checked order status on Saturday, which indicated my order is still being processed. I’m going to start calling customer service...

Your website is difficulty and you send out flyers that show buy 2 get 2 free plus save another $25.00 when you spend &175.00, yea the last part did not work. No promo code given and after going back and forth with a rep. Through email I gave up trying to get my $25.00 off. If your not going to allow a promo with another prom don’t advertise it. And please don’t tell me there were stipulations when zero was listed.
