Ordered lump coal, fire starters and the new fire bowl for my large egg. Great qualiity and arrived quickly.

Really not impressed with the delivery service used to drop off the egg - they did not wait around for us to check the egg like it says he should (they ripped off the note saying this off the box also) - and said 'no signature required' and just dropped it on the drive and sped off

I then realised why they wanted to leave so fast - I came out of our gate to find our front driveway lawn destroyed by the delivery van - deep tyre marks right through the lawn, a full foot wide and a foot deep, it now looks dreadful - its now going to cost hundreds to get this fixed with a professional gardener.

I spoke to big green egg, they offered nothing other than saying I should have had CCTV installed so I could prove the driver caused the damage. Pretty poor customer service for such a premium product.

Moral of the story: don't buy an egg unless you have CCTV installed, as they can do as much destruction to your property as they want, then do not care one bit once they have your money.

Excellent service and customer care which included a precise delivery date and time as it was a surprise birthday present for my fiancé which he was over the BBQ moon with !

Yes,But my EGG is an original Imperial Kamado bought in Kobe 1986 went to Bahrein in 1987 survived the first Gulf War went back to Yokohama in 1991 and came home to Waltham in 1998 So band did not quite fit but two slightly longer coach bolts solved the problem. I look forward to many more years of serviced enjoyable BBQ`s

I have been the owner of a medium Green egg for three years and during that time have found the service and product quality excellent, follow up is great and the staff go out of the way to help. Would highly recommend the product and staff

Terrible service, no ability to do white glove delivery in this area which meant a pallet delivery “kerbside” of a very expensive, heavy item which in no way I could lift myself I had to wait until my husband was in on his actual birthday (it was his birthday present) to take the delivery so we could move it. Furthermore delivery driver was next to useless feeling like he couldn’t get down our lane, had to convince him we had just had an entire kitchen delivered the week before his little
Lorry would be fine.

I already have a Big Green Egg and I ordered the Minimax for my daughter who is locked down on her own in a small flat in London, fortunately with a small private garden. She is delighted with her Minimax which has given her a new interest in cooking and brought some fun into her self-isolation. An error in the postcode lead to delayed delivery but no fault of Big Green Egg. Otherwise service was very good notwithstanding the lockdown and the product is excellent and much enjoyed.

Delivery took over a week, which is a bit long but understandable in the current world. Charcoal has been used a couple of times and I am pleased. Not many large lumps, a result of the bag being bashed about I would think.

Ordered a replacement cover as my last one failed in less than two years. It took weeks to arrive and when it finally did, it had a manufacturing fault. Contacted BGE on the day of delivery (19/5) and still waiting for a response.

Appreciate lockdown makes things difficult but this experience is not reflective of the premium brand or pricing.

Appalling delivery service, I know the post is slower than normal during these uncertain times but it was about 3 weeks for delivery for in stock items. Won’t ever use again

I had an issue with a product (The eggniter) that failed after about 10 days. It was replaced immediately without question.

I thought the service was ok
I was asked when I wanted my package I gave a specific day yet it was sent a card saying they tried to deliver. Then they tried a gain and left it with my lovely neighbour. Why ask when I would want to receive it when you do your own thing? Very happy with my purchases though.

Its a bit of a joke to pay £35 for speedy delivery and all it gives you is the option to choose a day but you still have to wait in for a whole day and then it only gets dropped off kerbside. It doesn’t make sense for such an expensive item to have such poor delivery options.

Also, I appreciate everything these days has to be out together and that’s fine but for something that has the potential to be pretty dangerous, it’s not a super simple process and so I wonder if this is the right option for this product. If you get it wrong, the implications aren’t great.

Order delivered within projected time frame (just) of ten days. Should be made quicker to improve.
Well packaged with adequate cartons.. Clear documentation.

Absolutely no quibble about honouring lifetime warranty on the fire-box, which had cracked after 6 years’ use almost around the full circumference. A replacement was delivered within three days. Excellent and polite service. Big Green Egg products are undoubtedly expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Your service in U.K. is very good and I would have said better but despite two dates given to me your stocks of genius units didn’t arrive until this month.
I wish despite my comments the BGE service in France was as good and as the U.K.
