EDIT: Just received a call from Mike regarding my incident after I had emailed them.He told me that he reviewed the call and that he was glad I brought this to their attention.
He profusely apologized and stated that this behavior of this particular employee is not representative of Bimmian as a whole and that he will take disciplinary action against this employee.
I have updated the ratings. Original review below:

I called the sales number to inquire about a license plate holder and it's fitment on a specific bumper. The person who answered (I forget the name, it was a man) seemed nice enough at first. He seemingly puts me on "hold" (but fails to mute the phone) to ask his coworker about the "junk plastic part that goes on the front end". He then states "here it is under the scroll down menu... ZHP bumper... is this kid (referring to me) ****ing stupid or what?". I did not continue the call and immediately hung up.

Just wanted to throw it out there that there is an employee in your sales department that refers to customers as "****ing stupid" and calls products listed on your website as "plastic pieces of junk". If it's junk, why is it $100?

Unfortunately, you lost a customer because of this and I'll do my best to make sure others in the E46 community aware of this maltreatment by Bimmian.com employees and refer them to your competitors. In fact, I called a competitor website and the person was the complete opposite in terms of behavior and answered all of my questions respectfully.

I spoke with Ed on the phone last week, and placed an order for a new steering wheel and some other items for my e92 M3. Great service, nice guy. When the wheel showed up, it was just as pictured on the website.

One of the items was missing from my order, so emailed and Gavin got back to me in less than 5 hours and explained to me it shipped in a different box. He was right, it arrived the next day. Good service there too.

I dont know why these other guys are complaining

Return policy states you have to return within 15 days. I received them on a Friday and was not able to even check the parts until 8 days later. Then i had to wait till Monday to call and state they were the wrong part. Customer service fills out my RMA policy and approves it on the 9th day. I send them back that Monday and spend 15$ doing so on a 85$ part.. i made it clear via phone i did not want to exchange i wanted a refund. They said “no problem! You’re under your 15 day range on returns so you are good”. I get an email 2 weeks later asking if i want an exchange. I say no i want a refund. Jeff then comes back 1 week later asking if i want an exchange and that it will be a 25% restocking fee. This was a matchbox sized LED. I was also told that within the first 15 days i would receive a full refund. Jeff proceeds to tell me that i only get a full refund if they RECIEVE the item within 15 days after receiving it. TERRIBLE POLICY! IM SUPPOSED TO OVERNIGHT A BULB FOR 35$ on a 85$ bulb???? After i was promised a full refund and now drawn out the process A MONTH AND A HALF! TERRIBLE COMPANY, TERRIBLE policy TERRIBLE customer service. I will NEVER be purchasing from them again.

I ordered a part to play an Iphone 8 in my BMW. When I ordered the part it was indicated to work with an Iphone 8. They sent a confirmation that a part was ordered without any information about the part. When I received the part, it stated on the packaging it would only work with Iphone up to 5, and 5s. When I emailed them, the customer service rep sent several emails arguing they website indicated it would not work with an Iphone 8. He said they sent an order confirmation with that information, which was an outright lie. Any reputable company would simply say they are sorry the part did not fit and offer a refund with a return for a part that was never used.

I ordered new lights for e39.. My parcel arrived..I opened the box, there was parts everywhere, no protective foam over my bulbs, it clearly looks like they have sent me some body's returned goods which don't even work !!!! the customer service replied once, i have since been asking for them to send out some more and swap when the ups man is at my door but the are simply not interested at all. they would not pay for delivery or taxes I would have to pay again.. it's been 14 days no I have had no reply....

Ed the sales manager is an absolute joke of an employee, he knows nothing about the product he is selling, turns out I am not the only one who has had to deal with him as our entire BMW community car club has spoken to him and we are all steering far away from Bimmian as we can. Not sure how a company like them can compete with the awesome service of ECS tuning and companies alike. STAY AWAY!

Purchased an overlay piece for my Bmw m3 got a discount from Ed there sales manager giving me 10 percent off which is great I pay for overnight shipping aswell.. I am then told after my purchase that item cannot be shipped out overnight with fedex but will be shipped with ups. No problem whatsoever until I get the ups notification saying it in fact was not shipped overnight but expedited instead which is two three days so I email Ed there sales manager and tell him the issue. I then am told by Ed to contact customer service cause they shipped out dunno why I have to repeat my story to someone else when he could have dealt with directly but whatever so I message customer service and they tell me that Ed told me that the shipping would be through ups only problem was Ed never said it would not be delivered overnight he only said it would be shipped by a different courier. So after all this I get a notification from ups saying there is another delay and they were going to reschedule delivery after weekend I was not happy with this and emailed customer service stating that I would like a partial refund for shipping since I am now not getting next day but five days later including Saturday and Sunday which is more than fair also telling them that I’m not happy with the service basically stating they took my money for a service they didn’t provide they then said the ups has a different rate and expedited basically cost what I paid for overnight again that’s not my issue I then told them that if they didn’t rectify issue that I would no longer deal with them. I then got an email saying we’re sorry to lose you as a customer what a joke over five dollars I hope they go out of business with there poor customer service and they have lost mine and all my friends business.

Back in last year, I purchased several Illustro LED headlamp bulbs, and one of them turned out to be burnt after a few months, so I contacted their customer service, wondering if I could get a warranty replacement. A guy named Gavin responded to my enquiry very quickly and consulted with me the issue and offered me worry free-solution by sending me a replacement bulb in a timely fashion. I was very happy when I received the replacement in the same week I contacted Bimmian. Later on, I found out due to manufacturing spec difference, the bulb I received was a little bit yellowish comparing to my old bulbs, so I wanted to give it try by contacting Gavin again knowing he’s very helpful. Although I didn’t expect that I would get a solution so quickly, Gavin showed his care for my problem and listened to my explanation, and he communicated with me back and forth to find out the actual differences and specs. By understanding the problem, he personally tested and verified the correct color of the bulb, and without question asked, he replaced my bulb second time. In fact I did not expect to get such good customer service, Gavin was very professional and kind in returning my emails as well as helping me to solve the problems. As a customer, I really want to say that I’m surprised and have had entirely satisfactory experience with Bimmian. I strongly think Gavin deserves a raise just for the amount of effort he devoted into customer service.

Besides, I want to also thank the guy (forgot his name) who helped me to install my bulbs at their shop when I went to Oshawa the other day. Before I went for buying another set of bulbs, I spent $100 for installation at a BMW dealer, and when I went to Bimmian, their staff not only helped me install the second pair for free, he also showed me how to do it myself, so I learned from him and saved some money as well.
