DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE BREADMAKER GURU (TROY) - He does not fulfill his promises. I needed a replacement pan for my breadmaker and he stated that he could get it. It took approximately two months to receive it, and the pan did not fit the machine - it was too big for the machine to close. When I brought this to Troy's attention he replied to my email "trouble on my end. will contact you when all is sorted out. many apologies. bmg" THAT WAS NEARLY TWO YEARS AGO. He does not respond to emails, and now the email address has been deleted. BAD BUSINESS! BEWARE!

I like to thank the Breadmaker Guru for an impressive service provided for fixing our old Breadmaker machine. This was one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had. Troy is knowledgeable, genuine, professional and respectful in his interactions.
