Found the product I wanted and ordering was a breeze. I'm hoping the product arrives as expected. I'll give another review once received. Order was received as expected and on time, quick turnaround. Saved some money (Over $100 savings from some other stores) on the product I had been reviewing for some time. I had a small issue with the product that I took care of myself but that was no fault of Bumpersuperstore.com. I highly recommend any shopping here for the auto parts you need and saving some money.

I called and spoke to a pleasant person. I explained that I wanted to order from a person and not online. My order was taken. The price I paid for my ATV hauler rack was the lowest on the Web. I received it very quickly in perfect condition with no shipping charge. The rack works great. Happy customer, what else can I say!

I was very disappointed to find that, after paying $600 shipping to get this bumper shipped to Alaska, it was not the bumper that was pictured (the picture was of a solid bumper, with welded seams). Had I known that it was not a solid bumper, I would not have bought it for this particular vehicle, nor would I have paid so much for it. There were many cheaper ones that I passed up for this one because I wanted a solid bumper

I tried to buy the Bodyguard 5% discount but did not checkout in time (midnight at end of the month). The next day when I tried to complete the purchase the price went up $200. I called to see if the store would still apply a 5% discount, which the sales manager did. I wish the previous price was still honored but at least I got some discount.

I have left messages and tried to call your business for a couple days, and haven't received a call back. I am not supposed to pay tax on items, and had a question on a purchase prior to ordering. I took a chance and went ahead and ordered anyway. I hope it pays off.

Not being able to order when I called customer service and ask about stock check on a bumper was annoying, but other than that everything was great. I was told I'd have to order online , not through customer service.

Tried to call three times and was put on hold for 10 minutes each time before I hung up also left a message one time with a phone number and received no call back in over and hour so I then went online and ordered the bumper. Ordered it at 4.30 Thursday pm received it at 10.30 am on Friday. Man was that fast, have not gotten to install it yet

One of the products I ordered was a taillight kit for a Versahaul Motorcycle Carrier. It is advertised as having a license plate light, but didn't include one. I later discovered the manufacturer part number in your ad is for the taillight kit without a license plate light. I had to buy one separately and wire it in myself. Also, my complete address was not sent to the manufacturer who shipped the products direct from the factory. I was able to track the packages sent to the post office and receive them before they were returned to the sender.

Product showed up in 2 days.Delivery driver was awesome he waited while I inspected my bumper.No scratches,dings,dents or missing parts.It was the way every delivery/purchase should go.

First off I am now almost 2 months into a bumper superstore nightmare!! It seems to be a reoccurring theme with this place, people spend their hard earned money, Many times online never having to deal with a real person. However if you have an issue forget customer service it is nonexistent, Horrendous and bordering criminal. The website shows inaccurate photos of what you will receive in many cases, They sell package deals In which products they sell don’t work with other products!! They sold me a winch that did not fit soooo they wanted to send me a cheap six dollar bracket to relocate part of the winch to another part of my truck. Only after filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, writing several letters and getting visa merchant card services involved that they agreed to send me our RMA’s for all of the products purchased. I am still waiting on half of my order to receive RMA’s as of the writing of this review...

I’m sure there is a satisfied customer from bumpersuperstore.com somewhere out there, but even a blind dog finds a bone once in a while. Do yourself a favor there are so many other fantastic companies out there that know how to do customer service right....this is not one of them!!

FYI...bumpersonly.com is fantastic And where I am currently doing business.

I jumped online gave in my vehicle information check the fit they delivered it and we had it on the vehicle that week from start to finish the prices were the best and everything was fast and easy and neat and the delivery driver was courteous and very helpful. If I order more bumpers it will be through these guys for sure

The bumper I received is different than the picture of the one I ordered. It looks like it’s going to fit and I’m sure it will look great when it’s installed but it’s definitely not the same one as in the picture.

I’ve been waiting 2 months for a bumper to get from Texas to Wyoming. I will never use this company again to save a few dollars on freight. I guess we learn from are mistake. There freight company is Myers logistics and they **** ive been promised the bumper will arrive every Friday for 2 MONTHS!!!!

I ordered a grille guard for a 2007 Ford E-450 Super Duty. It arrived in 2 days. Wow! However, the instructions were for a Toyota Tundra. I was able to find the correct instructions online, so it's all good. Great heavy build. Looks great. Very happy. Thanks.

However I didn’t receive my spoken from the shipping company for an additional 6 days over the delivery date. They shipped it to Charolette NC instead of taking it off the truck in Nashville for delivery....

I ordered and paid for a bumper of almost $1,000.00. When I received a bumper it was not the Hammerhead bumper I ordered, but a Magnum. It looks different and did not have the steps I wanted. When I called to return the bumper I was sent so I could get the one I wanted, I was laughed at and ridiculed by some lady in customer support. Not only would she not exchange the bumper, but she wanted to charge me for returning the one I didn't want!!!!!
This is a real bait and switch tactic and from the way I was treated as a customer I would say they do it often.
I have been stuck with a bumper I didn't order and do not like.

The bumper was delivered the evening of December 31st unfortunately was damaged and had to decline the delivery. Pep talk to the customer service at the bumper store and another bumper has been we ordered with a delivery date set
