I ordered a drivers side mirror for my 2012 Kia Sorento. The part was delivered a day earlier than expected! However, the part was defective and I've had nothing but problems with customer service. 2 calls where I was left on hold, with no answer, one for 25 minutes, one for 35 minutes. I tried to do the return authorization online, throughtheir website, and havent received the shipping label that was supposed to be emailed within 24 hrs. It's now been 7 days. Don't waste your time with these folks.

I ordered a bumper cover for my 2015 Hyundai Sonata sport that said "guaranteed fit". I got it, and it did not fit. This was only found out once I had my bumper off of course and the part was unreturnable. Anyhow I tried to contact customer service multiple times through email, and waited over a month for response. I waited on the phone for forty minutes as well with no answer. The reason this is a three instead of one star review is the fact that I was able to get ahold of either their parent or sister company JC Whitney. They responded within 48 hrs and issued me a full refund within 1-2 days after that. They said I could either return the part or not. I was very satisfied with that customer service experience, but I didn't think it was saving grace enough to warrant four stars. The only reason I was able to get ahold of anyone was by reading an old comments section from a carparts.com question on a help site on a google search, learning that they are affiliated with this JC Whitney company.

I purchased a mount for my car. It was the wrong mount. Yes that's my fault. But Its impossible to return this item. It's been over 5 days and I have yet to hear from a rep to tell me correct ways to go about the return process. After they told me it would only take 2 to 3 days to contact me. Its quite disappointing this is how they take care of customers. I dont recommend and I definitely wont ever purchase this website again. Really shows they dont care about their customers and they just want your money.

Was having issues finding my model and contacted them for help - they directed me to the part I was looking for - shipping seemed fast and fair. Took the door all apart and come to find out it's the wrong part. Contact them to see about getting the part replaced and they inform me I'm on the hook for shipping back the wrong part- I even contacted them to make sure I didn't have an issue and now this?

Worst co. to deal with..a week after order was placed they said half the order was out of stock..of course its the part i need..no communication..terrible shipping..first time customer who will never do business here again..buyer beware!!

I ordered a car part from carparts.com and I received it on time, but the part was defective. I sent several emails and tried calling and got no response or answer. I am still trying to get in touch with someone about this matter til this day...... it's going on three weeks now. So, yeah. I would NOT recommend shopping on this site.

Bought a pair o items. They only sent me one. I wanted to return it and get a full refund, first of all I'm gonna pay for my return and they will not refund all my money. Handling fees was even expensive than the item itself.

I bought couple of parts they charged a lot for a faster shipping process and it's still on shipping process (4 days past, waiting 4 more days)... ridiculous time. This is definitely fraud. Writing my review to every website possible where I can help people not buy anything from this company. Please report to BBB just as I did. And to avoid other individuals go through such unpleasant time.

One thing I detest, if a merchant says that product is in stock, then it should be IN STOCK. Placed an order with Carpart.com. Verified the part number, verified the merchant that they weren't a scam operation, went through the ordering process. Received an email confirming the purchase. Twenty minutes later, oh we are out of stock of that product and it will take 6 business days for the money to go back on my card. What a waste of my time. Terrible merchant. Get your act together.

Ordered two parts the same day took two weeks to receive when I got them the yoke was the wrong size they gave me no option to choose a different size so didn't realize tell I tried to switch them then I received a front drive shaft which makes no sense seems how I ordered a rear yoke and a rear drive shaft now I have to waste my time trying to fix there problem I just want my money back take your parts and your service and get the $#*! out of my life

I kept receiving different emails with tracking changes. The items were "in stock" but apparently that was not true. The parts were suppose to be here and I waited and even paid for the shipping. I called carparts customer service on 3 occasions and help for over 2 hrs. I have 1 screen shot of me just waiting over an hour in attached. What happened was not ok. I still have not got my package.

Ordered a fuel pump assembly from carparts.com on May 1st which showed a delivery date of 5/4. After charging our card, the date moved to 5/8. Then after not receiving on 5/8, we checked fedec tracking only to find delivery had moved to the 11th. On 5/10 we checked again and it states 5/13. Still haven't heard back from the email sent to their customers service line and still no part. Wouldn't recommend buying from here if your car is inoperable or you are in a hurry to fix.

I ordered a part on May 28th, 2020 and today June 12th, 2020 I am still waiting for my part and on my account the item status still says processing. I called to speak with customer service and I was informed that my wait time was 42 minutes. It's very miss leading when your confirmation email says, "Arriving on Mon, Jun 01, 2020" then trying to get in touch with anyone seems challenging.

Biggest rip-off I've ever seen the most incompetent I have ever seen order depart took the money out of my account less than an hour later told me I had a shipping number which does not exist no ass clown in the office can give me any information whatsoever if you call for customer service it's 72 minutes tried it once and they hung up on me you people suck I will never ever use you again and I will make sure that anybody I know doesn't use you either. Pull your head out of your ass

I ordered a part for my truck and they sent me an arrival date of 4 days when i ordered the part, two weeks later i am still waiting for the part. No-one from the company will return your emails. Why are they still in business? If you need a part now, go somewhere else. If you want to wait 2-3 weeks for your part, this is for you. I would think twice when i order from this company. I know i will never order a part from them again.

I ordered two fenders for my truck. Carparts.com cancelled one fender and sent me a damaged fender. I have sent three emails to them wanting a refund. I did receive one email back asking if I wanted them to send me another fender or a refund. I responded refund. That was 3 months ago. I haven't heard anything back from them. Definitely will not be buying from Carparts.com again.

Tried to cancel my order hours after placing it. No Customer service when i called i sat on hold. Then it offers a call back service, which i did 3 separate times with zero results. Emailed the company directly twice. Sent a message thru Paypal. And filed a return on their website, all without a response.. The next day, they decided to ship it anyways.. I finally sent a message on messenger, and got a call back in minutes.. A young kid telling me its not their fault, and now it's MY problem.. I need to ship it back across the country, and tie up my money until they receive it backed. This company is a scam, shop elsewhere..

After purchasing a pair of tail lights for my 04 Mini Cooper one has developed a leak letting water in the lens,just three months past the warranty period! Looks like I'll be be buying tail lights every year! When I tried emailing CS I got no response and calling was always busy,forget about their "call you back " feature,they never did,two days in a row

I bought somecrotors and pads for my car on May 20th. They do not fit. Have been trying for the last week everyday to get a return label sent to my email. No luck. ! Have been calling # all the time. They refuse to answer phone or emails. Guess I will not being doing bussiness with them any more. Looks like they really want my 81 dollars. Last chance for them to answer me is in this review. This company has NO customer service. I ordered parts. They screwed up the delivery address. When called placed on hold of over 1.5 hours. The rep told me my problem was no big deal and he didn't care about my wait. Admitted the problem was there's. He said he would reprocess the order but no overnight shipping only ground and I may be a problem again. What kind of business would run this way with this help. I strongly recommend buying elsewhere. DO NOT use this company. There are nanny good companies selling parts that do care about the customer. Bad to the bone company
