i still have not received my order of adobe acrobat. after being told that it was "lost in customs" an extremely poor attempt at reshipping my software, to arrive in another 30 days, was made. my request for quicker shipping after my long delay was replied with one word - "refund". i'll keep you posted to see how long that takes. in the future, i will pay more to get my software in a reasonable amount of time and choose to deal with professionals - also a funny bit is the customer service website which logs customer replies has "transported with rage" as an "mood" option to make light of their inability to get the job done. extremely unprofessional. DO NOT order from this company.
