Well got my daughters iphone 8 delivered on Sunday and wow it came as new in box unlocked with charger, ear phones, mini speaker, new pro protective screen, and power bank all as new in packaging.
I was very apprehensive after reading reviews here after I had purchased but my experience was all good.

My daughter phone which I had paid 500 euro gave up after 11 months. Had a 2 year guarantee. After approx 4 weeks got a reply from them to send phone back. I send phone back. Got email after another 4 weeks saying it was fixed and would be in the post that evening. Still waiting and that was the 27th February. Nobody answering phone or emails. Absolutely terrible.. 500 euro for a phone for 11 months. KEEP FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. BIGGEST SCAM GOING I AM NOW GETTING ON TO COMSUMER RIGHTS AS THIS COMPANY IS STILL OPERATING i THINK.

Purchased a refurb iphone 8 bundle on 22nd August 2019 and paid €379...I was sceptical but I had ordered and received a phone in the past and it was perfect, had to wait about 4 weeks but arrived and was happy...this time is a different story...texting, emailing daily and Thursday 2 weeks ago Ray happened to answer his phone apologising that their computers crashed and all orders were lost and asked me to email the details of my purchase which I did and he replied confirming receipt of my email and nothing to this day...very angry at this stage and you wouldn't mind but poor feckers are l&s on fb thinking their ina competition to win an iphone 11...any beware notices I post seem to be wiped quickly....if they were only as quick with putting our orders in the post????
Just to update today is 27th November 2019 and after daily perseverance ringing, texting and emailing I finally got my refund...???? long road but got there!

Do not buy from click.ie I placed an order with them on the 30th January for €549. The money was immediately debited from my account. They sent a confirmation email but that was it. 8 weeks after I placed order still hadn’t received it and could not get through on the number they had given on confirmation email I emailed them several times and no reply I got in contact with my bank and thankfully they got my money refunded so I would advise anyone in similar situation contact your bank and get refund as there will be no orders shipped. Once I received my refund went straight to phonez in galway and got the same phone + cover + screen glass cover all for €70 less I told them of my experience with click and they said it has happened to loads of people

Phone ordered in Nov 2019, never arrived. No option to pay by PayPal, just bank transfer or credit card..should have alerted me that this was a scam company back then.
Several phone calls, emails made and all fallen on deaf ears. Research Ray Norton before you attempt to order from this company. After investigation by my bank to retrieve funds, fraud department wrote today to say there is no money to transfer back to me in this company's account.
I'm at the loss of €350. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Website gone but Facebook page still operating despite me reporting it. I'm glad people like this weed exist in the minority in society. A disgusting way to treat people. Shame on him.

Click is now under new ownership and any reviews should be viewed with this in mind, i bought the site in August 2018 and am building a great website with attention to detail on quality and delivery second to none

I ordered a phone from this company and paid 300 euro up front for it. To my dismay the phone never arrived and constant phone calls,emails and Facebook messages were ignored by them.After 3 weeks I gave up on them and got a refund through PayPal. Steer clear of this company at all costs.
