I have just received an order I placed two weeks ago from Cocooncenter. After I ordered, I read the these reviews and became extremely worried about having gotten scammed. I live in Canada and this shipped from France, I received it quicker than some of the things I bought within Canada itself. I never write reviews but I feel as though its necessary because my products arrived perfectly intact and in record time, contrary to what the numerous bad reviews. I am so pleased and I would not hesitate a second to buy from Cocooncenter again. I should mention that I did pay through paypal and also bought the (like 2$CAD) warranty so it is possible that they treat those orders with more care because of the "scam protection" - so I would highly recommend anyone else to do that. Anyway - I am extremely satisfied, and hope you all get the same experience I did!

When ordering from outside the UK, it seems Cocooncenter will send you an email and ask you to -email- them images of your ID plus credit card front and back.

This is supposedly in my own interest as otherwise anyone could use my credit card and order things from them.

This is BS.
Credit card companies have fraud protection exactly for those cases.

And sending copies of any ID and credit card (even with numbers masked out) -unencrypted- via email is totally nuts.
Anyone can intercept emails on the Internet and then use these images. Sending that kind of information unencrypted over the Internet is definitely -not- in my interest. Seriously.

Forget about Cocooncenter.
They don't know how to do business.

One my favorite site ordering French cosmetics.
Because they have many European Brands (Phyto for me) which are hard to get in UK, and many times very expensive even if I find it.
They are fast (I usually receive items 5-7days after placing orders) and they do deliver what I ordered and they deliver when they say.

Cocooncenter customer service is very good as well. They are fast and accurate.
Not to hesitate to recommend.

I placed my order on the 06/04 and I received all my products two weeks later.

I also chose payment method pay after delivery which I think it’s cool to have as an option.

Products are great and I highly recommend this website.

Horrible be aware of them real scammers took my money and now refusing to return my money ordered three months ago do you imagine! Now they totally ignoring me hope they close down so horrible I have to beg for my own money total scammers they first kept stalling me and not answering any of my emails and their no parcel to be tracked really thieves l can't even post negative review in their own reviews do uou imagine

I like this website genuine products in low prices compared to other places, and fast shipping with DHL less than one week I received my package.

If I could give zero I would.
They really do not give a hoot if something goes wrong. My items arrived wrecked - I spent nearly £20 sending it back like the requested - proved that the item was delivered to France by tracking and they lost the parcel in their factory and won’t refund me!! The guts of £50 wrecked items I sent back too.
The amount of time I have wasted back and fourth with these absolute jokers.
What company still doesn’t refund you when you have done everything and showed tracking but because it wasn’t signed for they take no responsibility even though it stated it was delivered! Not my fault a worker didn’t sign it their end.
They do have good products yes - but if anything goes wrong - expect one of the worst customer services ever. I will not give up until I get that money back and will be contact the French authorities.

It’s been over a month since I have informed them about my missing order, no refund and lady seem not to keen on returning it at all, Keep saying they’re investigating with carriers (Again, it’s been almost 2 months since I have placed the order...). Ordered to parcel shop, tracking was showing delivered but I have never received DPD pick up pass which is necessary to collect the parcel. I went to parcel shop twice but the parcel was never delivered to them they said, what’s more the person who signed for at theirs was not working at this time. Anyway despite explaining it for a 1000 time to Cocoon customer service, lady’s still not getting it and saying they will investigate and check with carriers whether I have collected the parcel or not. Tracking still shows delivered to parcel shop but like I was told twice by the parcel shop employee it is not there... and also super strange that I haven’t received DPD pass which will be standard procedure and necessary to pick the parcel up, stillthe lady is trying to check with them whether I have collected...Humiliating and disrespectful asking for your money for over a month now... I wish I checked the opinions before but I haven’t only because I was ordering in the past, well everything changes... I will be taking it further now... save yourself this nightmare and DON’T BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS...

I reside in London / UK. My first order with Cocooncenter.
Experienced issues logging in / changing password & tech department were polite, efficient & quick to resolved..very happy!
Used DPD (paying only under a £1 for insurance-optional). Was kept informed about my order & provided with a 1 hour time slot on the morning of delivery which was within schedule.
Vast selection of products, competitive prices/promotions, well packaged in a sturdy box and fast delivery.
Perfect all round. Will definitely order from this company in the future.

I have order from cocooncenter on march & today jun when i contact customer service they just say waite to check with post office who have way to complained on officail Side please let as know

I ask for refund almost two months ago and I still didn't receive the refund! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!

I ordered 1 month ago. Didn't receive anything. Now they are not replaying my messages. Don't order from them!!!! . I ordered from Germany.

I placed an order on the 20 July and received a delivery confirmation between 26 and 30 July. Almost 3 weeks later, no product has arrived. The only thing their customer service say is that I have to wait "days or WEEKS" for them to verify where is my item. Appalling behaviour! No respect for the customers. Just want my money back.

Made an 50£ order and the items arrived within a week using DPD. I was worried with the negative comments, but my experience with cocooncenter was very stratifying. Definitely will buy from cocooncenter again.

For less than 10 days I have received my order, From France to Japan. The price is the lowest, the service is the fastest. Thank you very much Coconcenter

Made a £80 order and 3 weeks later I got a text saying it was delivered. Obviously it wasn't. I contact cocooncenter and they said its not their problem is the delivery company they used. Another week later they are asking me for my ID so they can make a claim. Don't know if they know what GDPR is or why should I be the one paying with my ID's here. After many email forwards and backwards I've asked them the most simple thing: if the delivery company delivered the package please ask them to provide a signature. They ignore me now. Good to know never to order there again.
